THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF NATIONAL SECURITY IN MONGOLIA AND AN ANALYTICAL ASSESSMENT
This article examines the legal framework for ensuring national security in Mongolia and provides an analytical assessment of its structure, governance effectiveness, and reform needs. Drawing on contemporary security studies and human security theory, the study conceptualizes national security as a multidimensional governance system encompassing individual, societal, and state security. Using doctrinal legal analysis, systems analysis, and normative evaluation, the article assesses the coherence between constitutional provisions, national security policy documents, and sectoral legislation.
The findings indicate that while Mongolia’s national security legal framework is formally comprehensive, it remains functionally constrained by weak policy-law-implementation linkages, fragmented institutional responsibilities, and limited accountability mechanisms. In addition, emerging non-traditional security threats-including information insecurity, socio-economic vulnerability, and declining public trust-are insufficiently addressed within binding and enforceable legal norms. Human security principles, although present in strategic discourse, remain largely declarative rather than operationalized in law.
The article argues that advancing a human-centered, adaptive, and accountable legal governance model is essential for strengthening national resilience. By focusing on Mongolia as a small state operating in a complex security environment, the study contributes to broader debates on national security governance and legal reform in transitional and developing contexts

ADHD – A GLOBAL CHALLENGE. ARE WE CLOSER TO THE IDEAL THERAPY?
Introduction and objective: The treatment of ADHD remains a topic of global discussion among researchers and clinicians. Stimulant medications are the primary therapy, but concerns about side effects, addiction, and misuse have led to growing interest in alternative methods, such as behavioral therapy, cognitive training, neurofeedback, and dietary interventions. This review aims to compile data on ADHD treatment and assess whether alternative therapies can replace stimulants.
Brief description of the state of knowledge: Numerous studies describe individual therapeutic methods, but a lack of definitive conclusions persists due to uncertainties and isolated evaluations. More comparative research and studies on combined treatments are needed to determine the most effective approaches. Particularly, there is a shortage of studies on integrating pharmacological and alternative therapies, highlighting the need for future research.
Methods: A literature review was conducted using PubMed and Google Scholar with search terms like “ADHD - diagnostic criteria and symptoms”, “Stimulant medications in the treatment of ADHD”, “Alternative treatment methods for ADHD”, “Dietary treatment and supplementation in ADHD”. Articles published within the last five years were prioritized.
Conclusions: Stimulants remain the most effective ADHD treatment but are associated with side effects such as sleep disturbances, appetite loss, and addiction concerns. In response, alternative therapies are gaining popularity, though evidence of their standalone effectiveness is limited. Further comparative and combination therapy studies are necessary to develop a more comprehensive treatment approach that optimizes symptom reduction while minimizing risks. At present, stimulant medications are a safe first-line treatment with proven efficacy
PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF THE USE OF FLY ASH DURING COLD RECYCLING OF ROAD CLOTHING
The article examines the use of fly ash in materials produced by cold recycling technology. The ecological problem that arises during the storage of ash and slag materials has been studied. The question of the use of fly ash in road construction was considered. The composition of the mixture was selected, the consumption of materials was determined, samples were formed, which were then tested for compliance of their physical and mechanical characteristics with the requirements of national standards. After the arrangement of the experimental site, a number of field tests were conducted. Based on the results of research, it was established that fly ash mixtures meet the requirements of current regulatory documents in terms of their physical and mechanical properties and have characteristics no worse than mixtures made using the classic cold recycling technology
FRAUD TRIANGLE FACTORS INFLUENCING ACCOUNTING FRAUD IN INDONESIA
Accounting fraud in Indonesia remains a recurring issue faced by many companies. The fraud triangle theory explains that fraud may occur due to pressure, opportunity, and rationalization. This study aims to examine the factors that contribute to accounting fraud from the perspective of the fraud triangle. The sample comprises financial reports from 26 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2021 and 2022. Logistic regression was used as the analytical tool. The findings show that external pressure, industry conditions, and rationalization have no significant effect on fraud, while audit quality does influence accounting fraud. This study is expected to provide insights for companies to anticipate accounting fraud by implementing preventive measures within their organizations
THE INFLUENCE OF LIVE STREAMING AND FREE SHIPPING ON IMPULSE BUYING OF THRIFTING PRODUCTS ON TIKTOK SHOP
The digital age has drastically altered how we go about our daily lives, jobs, and social interactions. Major changes have occurred in communication methods and information dissemination, demonstrated by increased internet usage to access social media. Social media is an online platform that supports individual creativity and ideas and enables long-distance communication such as the TikTok platform. This study aims to determine whether Live streaming and Free Shipping influence Impulse Buying Thrifting TikTok Shop. The research employs a quantitative methodology. Information was gathered via online surveys conducted with customers from the Cirebon city region who had bought secondhand fashion items. Random sampling method was used for sampling and Hair formula calculation obtained 150 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was utilized for the analysis. It was found from the results that Live Streaming and Free Shipping both play a significant role in influencing Impulse Buying. This shows that both independent variables together influence consumer minds to make impulsive purchases of TikTok Shop thrifting products with a stronger influence on Impulse Buying obtained from the Free Shipping variable. This shows that Free shipping allows influencing consumer minds to buy thrifting products impulsively, because Free Shipping reduces additional costs that often become buyer considerations when buying something. The results show that combining interactive features such as live streaming and economic incentives such as free shipping can create a shopping environment that encourages impulsive shopping activities, especially for products purchased through hunting. Therefore, in the technology-based economy era, marketing strategies that focus on interactivity and cost incentives are very important to increase sales rates on digital platforms
THE TROJAN HORSE OF SPIRITUALITY: ART AS A STRATEGIC TOOL FOR TRANSFORMING POP CULTURE AND THE CONSUMER SOCIETY
This article addresses the detrimental impact of consumer society (ecological crisis, social inequality, spiritual emptiness) and explores the potential of contemporary art as a vehicle for introducing spiritual values into popular culture and counteracting these negative aspects. The author examines the possibility of employing art as a “Trojan horse,” capable of bypassing superficial perception to “penetrate” societal consciousness and foster spiritual transformation. Particular attention is given to the role of spirituality in this process, and the necessity of returning to profound spiritual values through art that leaves a lasting impact on the viewer is substantiated. The article draws upon the ideas of prominent thinkers such as Erich Fromm, Jean Baudrillard, and Wassily Kandinsky, and proposes strategies and techniques for creating new trends in the art world based on the utilization of symbolism, the creation of meditative spaces, and appeals to universal values. The examples of Damien Hirst, Banksy, and Marina Abramović are analyzed in relation to the influence of the market on art and the commodification of spiritual themes, while James Turrell and Wolfgang Laib demonstrate alternative approaches rooted in profound spiritual expression. This study aims to reveal how art can serve as a means to introduce spiritual values into popular culture and counteract the negative consequences of consumerism
ENDOMETRIOSIS AND VTE: A REVIEW OF THE EVIDENCE AND PATHOPHYSIOLOGICAL MECHANISMS
Introduction and objective: Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory condition affecting approximately 10% of women of reproductive age. Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is a major cause of mortality worldwide. Because the relationship between endometriosis and VTE is not well-defined, we conducted a review of studies that assessed the occurrence of VTE in women with endometriosis.
Review methods: A structured PubMed search was conducted to identify studies published between January 2015 and April 2025 assessing the risk of VTE in patients with endometriosis. Seven studies met the inclusion criteria after screening for relevance and exclusion of case reports.
Abbreviated description of the state of knowledge: Some large-scale studies suggest an elevated VTE risk in women with endometriosis, particularly in younger individuals, during pregnancy, or when using hormonal therapy. However, results vary due to differences in study design, diagnostic definitions, and confounder adjustment. Pathophysiologically, endometriosis-related inflammation, hormonal influences, and endothelial dysfunction may contribute to a prothrombotic state.
Summary: The association between endometriosis and VTE remains unclear; biologically plausible mechanisms and clinical patterns suggest it may be relevant in certain populations. Future research should focus on well-characterized, prospective studies. Clinicians should remain alert to thrombotic risk in women with endometriosis, especially when additional risk factors are present
MANAGEMENT OF ACUTE ISCHEMIC STROKE IN PEDIATRIC PATIENTS: CLINICAL METHODS AND OUTCOMES
Background: Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) in the pediatric population is a rare condition. Despite its severe outcomes—including long-term neurological deficits and mortality— diagnosis of pediatric AIS is often delayed. In contrast to adult AIS, evidence-based guidelines for the pediatric population are limited, primarily due to the absence of data from multicenter randomized clinical trials.
Aim: This review aims to present a comprehensive overview of the treatment methods of AIS in children, focusing on thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy, and supportive neuroprotective strategies.
Material and Methods: An in-depth literature review was performed using PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, including keywords such as: “pediatric acute ischemic stroke”, “PAIS”, “acute ischemic stroke in children”, “acute ischemic stroke management”, “tenecteplase”, “thrombolysis in children”
Results: Intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase (0.9 mg/kg) may be considered in children ≥2 years of age within 4.5 hours of symptom onset, although data are still limited due to poor patient enrollment in the Thrombolysis in Pediatric Stroke Study (TIPS). Mechanical thrombectomy may be effective, even beyond the 6-hour window, particularly in cases involving large-vessel occlusion. Neuroprotective measures—such as glucose, temperature, and blood pressure control—may contribute to improved outcomes. For secondary prevention, antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy is recommended.
Conclusions: Management of AIS in children still relies on extrapolated adult data. There is an urgent need for pediatric-specific clinical trials to establish evidence-based treatment protocols and guidelines. In the meantime, early diagnosis, reperfusion strategies, and supportive neuroprotective measures appear to be critical
