Implementing credentialing and continuing professional development (CPD) for infection prevention and control nurses (IPCN) in private hospitals faces several challenges that affect the quality of healthcare. This study aims to explore these challenges and propose effective nursing management strategies. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observations. Data validity was achieved by triangulation of sources, comparing interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings revealed three main themes: (1) resource limitations; (2) insufficient management support; and (3) high workload, especially due to dual roles of head nurses serving as IPCN. Proposed strategies include enhancing management support, providing adequate resources, optimizing human resource allocation, continuous structured training, and implementing incentive-based performance evaluations. Recommendations highlight the necessity of dedicated IPCN staff, routine clinical supervision, and regular training schedules. These strategies are expected to enhance IPCN effectiveness in infection prevention and control
Mindset and Religiosity among Elementary, Middle, and High School Graduating Students
This study examined the relationship between mindset and religiosity among graduating students from grades 6, 9, and 12 in one private international school in Indonesia. It also investigated potential differences in mindset and religiosity based on gender, grade level, and religious affiliation. Non-parametric tests were used in data analysis. Findings revealed a slightly more prevalent growth mindset and a moderate level of religiosity among the sampled students. While a weak negative correlation between religiosity and mindset is noted, it was not statistically significant. There were no significant differences in mindset and religiosity based on gender and grade level. However, there was a significant difference in religiosity based on religious affiliations, particularly between Buddhist and Christian students. Although mindset remained consistent across religious affiliations, implications suggest the need for educational approaches that consider religious and cultural contexts in fostering holistic student development
Tantangan dan Keberhasilan Penerapan Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam Pembelajaran Akuntansi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in accounting education at SMK Negeri 1 Musuk. The primary focus of the research is on planning, implementation, and student learning outcomes. The research method employed is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results reveal that lesson planning has been well-structured, including the development of project-based teaching modules relevant to students’ needs. During the implementation phase, teachers successfully integrated real-world projects into the learning process, actively involving students in discussions, data collection, and presentation of results. The PjBL model has proven effective in enhancing students’ critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative skills in accounting subjects. However, the study also identified several challenges, such as differences in students' characteristics and learning abilities, time constraints, and limited resources (facilities) to optimize PjBL implementation. The study recommends providing additional facility support and training for teachers. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of innovative teaching strategies in vocational schools
Silent Revolution: Artificial Intelligence Innovation in Students’ Career Interest in Taxation
The development of greater artificial intelligence innovation has silenced the accounting profession, including the field of taxation. This study aims to assess the impact of artificial intelligence on students' career interest in taxation using the diffusion of innovation theory. A quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) model was applied with an analysis tool using the WarpPLS 7.0 application, then determining the sample based on purposive sampling techniques with a total of 79 student respondents. The results showed that artificial intelligence innovation, artificial intelligence communication channels, and artificial intelligence adoption decisions had a positive and significant effect on students' career interest in taxation. This study found that the role of artificial intelligence affects knowledge and understanding, motivation and assessment of the work environment by students in the field of taxation. The application of artificial intelligence in the lecture process is necessary to understand in real time the risks and opportunities in the utilization of artificial intelligence under the supervision of educators
The Correlation Between Students Emotion of Anxiety and Their Performance in English Class
This study investigates the relationship between student anxiety and academic performance, motivated by concerns that anxiety negatively affects classroom outcomes. Using a quantitative method, the research involved 42 participants and found that students generally experienced moderate anxiety, with an average score of 3.24 (ranging from 2.14 to 4.36). Similarly, students in class XI IPS 2, 3, and 4 demonstrated moderate academic achievement. A correlation analysis revealed a significant inverse relationship between anxiety levels and performance—students with higher anxiety tended to perform worse, while those with lower anxiety achieved better results. These findings highlight the impact of emotional well-being on academic success and suggest the importance of supporting students to manage anxiety effectively. Addressing this issue could lead to improved academic outcomes. The study also recommends that future research focus on developing and assessing interventions designed to reduce anxiety and enhance student performance in educational settings.

The Understanding of Covenant in The Book of Jeremiah: An Exegetical Study of Jeremiah 11:2-5
This study examines the theological, historical, and literary aspects of the covenant concept found in Jeremiah 11:2–5. Using the Mosaic Covenant as the backdrop for Jeremiah 11, the study highlights the covenant's provisions for benefits for obedience and punishments for disobedience, as well as its relationship to the book of Deuteronomy. The passage emphasizes how Judah's idolatry and disobedience caused the covenant to break down, resulting in unavoidable divine judgment. The study employs an exegetical methodology to examine the text's delimitation, literary structure, historical context, and theological implications. The results show that the covenant in Jeremiah 11 is a divine order based on an oath rather than just an agreement, and that disobedience will result in curses like calamity and unanswered prayers. The fact that God is still the covenant's creator and guarantor in spite of human failure emphasizes His power to renew it. According to the study's findings, the covenant establishes and preserves the bond between God and His people, with disobedience resulting in punishment and obedience bringing prosperity.

LEADERSHIP INSIGHTS: ANALYZING THE CHURCH LEADERS’S ROLE IN MANAGING GOD’S WORK USING A BIBLICAL AND THEOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK
This study examined Church leadership, mostly vividly the role of Church leaders in governing the work of God through a Christocentric lens. The Christocentric approach promotes a servant-hood mentality in leadership as opposed to a power and dominance style. This study argues that, true leadership is one that firstly involves a call of the Lord and secondly one that provides guidance, empowering and winning souls to Christ. A biblical and theological framework from a Christian perceptive was used to demonstrate how Church leaders should execute their leadership role in order to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ. The findings of the study support the Servant-hood approach which was implemented by Christ in His ministry. Christ led and taught in humility and was submissive to authority. The role of Church leaders should emulate Christ’s approach in order to render effective and transformational service. The results also reveal that in following a Christ-centred approach, Church leaders can have a positive influence in the Church and in societies. The elimination of self-reliance and exercising full dependence on God can amplify the gospel of Jesus Christ.

IF JESUS IS GOD IN THE FLESH, WHY DID HE NOT KNOW HIS COMING: MARK 13:32
This study explores the Christological and theological significance of Mark 13:32, where Jesus states that the timing of His return is known only by the Father. Mark 13, the Gospel's longest discourse, presents an apocalyptic vision centered on the destruction of the temple and final judgment. Scholars highlight the disciples’ reverence for the temple and Jesus’ prophetic response, linking historical events with eschatological hope. The passage raises critical questions regarding Jesus’ divine and human knowledge. Through a Historical-Grammatical analysis, this research clarifies the theological implications of Christ’s dual nature, offering insights relevant to pastors, church leaders, and theological studies.
