Education is determining the result of the human being. Education also gives a huge contribution regarding the improvement of a nation. The effort to increase the quality process and the students’ learning outcome from primary level need to be realized in order to obtain the quality of human resource which is will be able to support the national advancement. The work should be the teachers’ and parents’ duty and responsible. Teachers’ role is very important to improve students’ ability through teaching and learning process at school directly. Teachers need to find out a helpful method in elaborating students’ way of think in order to learn easily to achieve the goals. There are several methods and facilitations which are used to push students’ learning potency. Music is one of various methods that used to help the teaching and learning process. Learning music is assumed as one of the triggers of students to learn better. This literature review is conducted to know how far the role of music in developing elementary students’ academic potential
Hubungan Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Kecerdasan Spiritual Siswa
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara peran guru pendidikan agama kristen dan kecerdasan spiritual siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Advent Unklab, yang menjadi sampel yaitu siswa Kelas VIII yang berjumlah 81 responden. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan korelasi. data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran guru pendidikan agama kristen berada pada kategori yang sangat tinggi dengan nilai rerata adalah 3,59 dan kecerdasan spiritual siswa berada pada kategori yang sangat tinggi dengan nilai rerata adalah 3,56. Selanjutnyan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran guru pendidikan agama kristen dan kecerdasan spiritual siswa kelas VIII SMP Advent Unklab dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r=0,39 dan α<0,05 maka dinyatakan korelasi signifikan yang sedang dan arah yang positif. Peran guru sangat penting dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa karena melalui keteladanan, bimbingan nilai, dan proses pembelajaran yang bermakna, guru membantu siswa membangun kesadaran diri, makna hidup, serta karakter moral yang kuat
Work Notifications and Work-Life Balance: What TPS Supervisors Experienced in the 2024 Elections?
The 2024 simultaneous regional elections involve various stakeholders in the oversight process, including Polling Station Supervisors or Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS) supervisors. However, the high workload caused by constant work notifications can affect the balance between work and personal life (work-life balance). This study aims to analyze the impact of work notifications on the work-life balance of TPS supervisors in Bruno District. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires completed by 94 TPS supervisors. A simple linear regression analysis was conducted to identify the relationship between the intensity of work notifications and the level of work-life balance. The results indicate that work notifications have a significant impact on work-life balance, with higher notification frequency contributing to a decline in life balance. This study provides valuable insights for election organizers in designing a more humane work system to improve the well-being of TPS supervisors. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for more effective policymaking to support the sustainability of the electoral system in the future
Kualitas Pengetahuan Ibu tentang Makanan Sehat untuk Mencegah Stunting
Stunting merupakan persoalan gizi kronis yang menjadi gangguan tumbuh kembang anak, masih menjadi persoalan utama dalam Indonesia, termasuk di wilayah Puskesmas Parongpong, Bandung Barat. Pengetahuan ibu tentang makanan sehat merupakan kunci untuk perawatan gizi yang tepat dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pengetahuan ibu tentang makanan sehat dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan model analisis data Miles and Huberman., melibatkan delapan ibu yang memiliki balita usia 0–5 tahun dan dipilih menggunakan convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa mayoritas ibu memahami komponen, persiapan, dan manfaat makanan sehat bagi tumbuh kembang anak. Namun, penerapan pengetahuan ini sering kali terhambat oleh keterbatasan finansial, kreativitas yang rendah dalam menyiapkan makanan, dan kebiasaan anak yang memiliki pre makanan. Selain itu, latar belakang pendidikan, akses terhadap informasi, dan lingkungan sosial memengaruhi kualitas pengetahuan dan perilaku. Untuk mendukung pencegahan stunting, pendidikan berkelanjutan melalui kegiatan posyandu, konten media sosial yang andal, dan pelatihan praktis bagi para ibu direkomendasikan untuk memperkuat praktik pemberian makanan sehat.
Stunting is a chronic nutrition problem that impairs child growth, remains a major issue in Indonesia, including the Parongpong Health Center area, West Bandung. Maternal knowledge of healthy food is key to proper nutritional care in familie. This study aims to determine the quality of mothers’ knowledge about healthy food in efforts to prevent stunting. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data analysis based on the Miles and Huberman model. Involving eight mothers with children aged 0–5 years selected through convenience sampling. Results show that most mothers understand healthy food components, preparation, and benefits for child development. However, applying this knowledge is often hindered by financial limitations, low creativity in meal preparation, and children’s picky eating habits. Additionally, educational background, access to information, and social environment influence knowledge quality and behavior. To support stunting prevention, ongoing education through posyandu activities, reliable social media content, and practical training for mothers is recommended to strengthen healthy feeding practices
Maqashid Shariah-Based Sustainability Reporting Analysis at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)
Sustainability reporting has become a strategic tool for measuring corporate responsibility beyond financial performance, particularly in the banking sector. However, most Islamic banks, including Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), still rely heavily on global frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) without explicitly integrating Islamic values. This study aims to analyze BSI’s 2023 sustainability report using the maqashid syariah framework, which emphasizes five core objectives: protection of religion (hifz al-din), life (hifz al-nafs), intellect (hifz al-‘aql), progeny (hifz al-nasl), and wealth (hifz al-mal). The research employs a qualitative content analysis method by mapping the contents of BSI’s report against these five dimensions. The findings indicate that BSI has successfully addressed four of the five maqashid principles through programs related to religious activities, social health, financial literacy, and inclusive financing. However, the principle of hifz al-nasl remains underrepresented. In conclusion, although BSI demonstrates strong alignment with GRI standards, integrating maqashid syariah more explicitly would enhance the Islamic authenticity of its sustainability reporting and provide a more holistic view of its social and moral commitments
The Influence of Price, Product Quality, Customer Rating, and Online Customer Review on Consumer Trust in TikTok Shop Users in Bali Province
This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product quality, customer rating, and online customer reviews on consumer trust among TikTok Shop users in Bali Province. TikTok Shop, as a social commerce platform, has experienced rapid growth and is widely used by various segments of society. Due to the large number of users, the quota sampling technique was employed to determine respondents proportionally. Each variable was allocated a quota of 20 respondents, resulting in a total sample size of 100 respondents based on five research variables. This research applies a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires to active TikTok Shop users in Bali. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 24, and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect of each independent variable on consumer trust. The results show that price, product quality, customer rating, and online customer review each have a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, both partially and simultaneously. These findings suggest that consumer trust is influenced not only by pricing and product quality but also by the experiences and evaluations shared by other users on the platform.
 
Influence of Dynamic Pricing, UI, and UX on Gojek Usage Decisions among Gen Z in Depok
The rapid development of digital technology has increased the use of online transportation applications in Indonesia. From 2021 to 2023, Gojek maintained the highest number of downloads, although a significant decline was recorded, while competitors such as Maxim and inDrive experienced growth. This phenomenon highlights the urgency to analyze factors that influence usage decisions, particularly among Generation Z. This study aims to examine the influence of dynamic pricing, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) on the decision to use the Gojek application among Generation Z in Depok City. A quantitative survey was conducted involving 100 respondents selected through incidental sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 27. The findings indicate that: (1) dynamic pricing significantly influences the decision to use Gojek; (2) user interface does not significantly influence usage decisions; (3) user experience is the strongest predictor with a significant influence; and (4) dynamic pricing, UI, and UX jointly have a significant influence on the decision to use Gojek
Improvement of Work Environment Governance Based on 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardization, Sustain, and Safety) Method
PT. XYZ is a company engaged in providing telecommunications services, where one of the tasks of its employees is maintenance. In the office area where they work, there are unidentified problems that make the employees uncomfortable. This research aims to determine the 6S assessment form score and the causes of the lowest score in certain variables, as well as to provide recommendations to improve the work area. This study uses the 6S method (sort, set in order, shine, standardization, sustain, and safety) for improving the work area. The results of this study show that the 6S score for the work area is 2.437, which is classified as below the minimum acceptable level, indicating the need for improvement. A fishbone diagram is used to investigate the cause and effect, and the 6S Identification Form is used to identify areas or facilities that can be proposed for improvement. The recommendations given to improve the work area include creating clear and firm SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), adding various shelves, replacing the existing trash bins with waste containers, and providing 6S training facilities to help employees better understand and raise awareness of the importance of implementing 6S as a work culture. These findings have practical implications for improving employee well-being and operational efficiency through systematic workplace organization, particularly for maintenance teams in the telecommunications sector
Perbedaan Tingkat Pengetahuan Tentang Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk Demam Berdarah Dengue Berdasarkan Metode Ceramah dan Video Animasi Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue masih tinggi di Indonesia, termasuk pada anak usia sekolah dasar yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah terkait pemberantasan sarang nyamuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan siswa setelah diberikan edukasi menggunakan metode ceramah dan video animasi. Desain penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan posttest only control group. Sampel terdiri dari 54 siswa kelas V yang dibagi secara acak ke dalam dua kelompok. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata skor pengetahuan kelompok video animasi sebesar 89 dan ceramah sebesar 86, dengan nilai p = 0,137. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua metode, sehingga keduanya dianggap sama efektif. Edukasi kesehatan di sekolah dapat memanfaatkan kombinasi metode ceramah dan video animasi. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan menggunakan desain pretest-posttest dan sampel yang lebih besar.
Dengue fever cases remain high in Indonesia, especially among elementary school students who often have limited knowledge about mosquito nest eradication. This study aimed to examine if there is a difference in students’ knowledge levels after receiving health education through lecture or animated video methods. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a posttest only control group approach. A total of 54 fifth-grade students were randomly assigned to either the lecture or animated video group. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that the average knowledge score in the animated video group was 89, while the lecture group scored 86, with a p-value of 0.137. The difference was not statistically significant, indicating that both methods were equally effective. Combining both approaches in school health education could enhance learning outcomes. Further research using a pretest-posttest design and a larger sample size is recommended
Hubungan Asupan Energi dan Protein dengan Stunting Pada Balita Usia 12-36 Bulan
Asupan gizi merupakan faktor langsung yang menyebabkan stunting pada balita. Asupan gizi dapat diperoleh dari beberapa zat gizi, diantaranya yaitu zat gizi makro seperti energi dan protein. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan energi dan protein dengan stunting pada balita usia 12-36 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gatak Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan observasional dengan pendekatan crossectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling dengan banyak sampel 70 balita. Data asupan energi dan protein diperoleh dengan cara wawancara secara langsung Bersama ibu responden menggunakan form Semi-Quantitatif Food Frequency (SQ-FFQ) dan menggunakan indikator tingkat asupan gizi menurut WNPG 2004. Data stunting diperoleh dengan pengukuran tinggi badan dan umur secara langsung dengan menggunakan indikator z-score TB/U menurut Permenkes 2020. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil didapatkan sebagian besar balita 50% mengalami stunting, 74,3% balita memiliki asupan energi cukup (x̄ = 128 %) dan 60% balita yang memiliki asupan protein cukup (x̄ = 124,44 %). Uji statistik Rank Spearman menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara asupan energi dan protein dengan stunting pada balita usia 12-36 bulan (p=0,000).
Inadequate nutritional intake over a long period of time is a direct factor that causes stunting in toddlers. Nutritional intake can be obtained from several nutrients, including macronutrients such as energy and protein. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between energy and protein intake and stunting in toddlers aged 12-36 months in the working area of the Gatak Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency. This research design uses observational with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used Proportional Random Sampling with a sample size of 70 toddlers. Energy and protein intake data was obtained by direct interviews with the respondent's mother using the Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency (SQ-FFQ) form and using indicators of nutritional intake levels according to WNPG 2004. Stunting data was obtained by directly measuring height and age using the TB/U z-score indicator according to the 2020 Minister of Health Regulation. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that the percentage of toddlers who were stunted and those who were not stunted was the same (50%), 74.3% of toddlers had sufficient energy intake (x̄ = 128%) and 60% of toddlers had sufficient protein intake (x̄ = 124.44%). The Spearman Rank statistical test shows that there is a significant relationship between energy and protein intake and stunting in toddlers aged 12-36 months (p=0.000). It is recommended that mothers of toddlers can improve their children's nutritional status by accompanying and monitoring their children's eating patterns, including the frequency and variety of meals. For future researchers, more complex variables and a larger number of samples can be added to find out the factors that influence nutritional problems in toddlers
