    TEST MONITORING OF THE SPEECH COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS OF MODERN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

    The object of research is the process of forming the spelling competence of future teachers of the New Ukrainian School. Investigated problem. The spelling competence of students of higher education institutions as a component of linguistic and communication competence is presented in the article. The problem of the formation of linguistic and communicative competence, in particular spelling, is of particular relevance in connection with the introduction of the new edition of Ukrainian spelling. In the context of current requirements for the professional training of future specialists of the New Ukrainian School, the role of test monitoring as a form of diagnostics and control of spelling and punctuation literacy of higher education students is increasing, which allows to objectively evaluate the spelling of students’ skills, improve the organization of educational activities and in modern universities. The main scientific results. A brief overview of the history of testing use in the educational process is provided in scientific intelligence. The positive and negative factors of the introduction of testing in the process of studying the spelling material of modern Ukrainian literary language are determined. Guidelines for the development of spelling test tasks in modern Ukrainian have been made. The article proposes test tasks of closed and open forms for monitoring the spelling knowledge, abilities and skills of students of institutions of higher education after studying the topic «Letter doubling». The field of practical use of research results. The results of the study can be used by teachers of higher education who are working on the problem of formation and improvement of spelling literacy of applicants for higher education institutions, as test monitoring allows promptly checking students’ educational achievements, determining how thoroughly and correctly each student has mastered one or another spelling knowledge, skills. Innovative technological product. Test tasks of closed and open forms on the theme «Letter doubling» are developed. Scope of innovative technological product.     DEVELOPMENT OF A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE FUNCTIONING OF ADAPTIVE ROUTING PROTOCOLS IN TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORKS WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF SELF-ORGANIZATION

    The necessity of developing a mathematical model for the functioning of adaptive routing protocols in telecommunication networks with the ability to self-organize has been substantiated. The results of the study of the information transmission route choice in communication networks with the possibility of self-organization under the influence of deliberate interference and cyber-attacks are presented. New analytical dependencies have been obtained that allow calculating the influence of destabilizing factors on the efficiency of determining the route in the network. Object of research: development of a mathematical model of the functioning of adaptive routing protocols in telecommunication networks with the ability to self-organize. Investigated problem: taking into account additional destabilizing factors when choosing the information transmission route. Main scientific results: when forming a route in a special-purpose network with the possibility of self-organization, the following are taken into account: battery charge, information transfer rate, the presence of cyber-attacks, the presence of deliberate interference, the reliability of the route and the time of packet delivery to the addressee. It has been established that the use of all parameters in the system allows to increase both the total operating time of a special-purpose network with the ability to self-organize as a whole, and an individual node. It is shown that the presence of a DoS attack in the network is identified by increasing the delay time for information transmission between network nodes. Review of the practical use of research results: automated systems for various purposes.     The necessity of developing a mathematical model for the functioning of multi-antenna radio communication facilities with spectrally effective signals under the influence of destabilizing factors has been substantiated. The results of the study of the influence of destabilizing factors on the multi-antenna systems with spectrally effective signals are presented. New analytical dependences have been obtained, which make it possible to calculate the effect of destabilizing factors on the efficiency of multi-antenna system with spectrally effective signals. Object of research: development of a mathematical model of the functioning of multi-antenna radio communication facilities with spectrally effective signals under the influence of destabilizing factors. Investigated problem: taking into account additional destabilizing factors on the multi-antenna of a radio communication facility with spectrally effective signals. Main scientific results: when transmitting information in multi-antenna radio communication systems with spectrally effective signals, the following are taken into account: Type of parameters of deliberate interference, type and parameters of deliberate fading, type and parameters of security code structures, phase jitter, slope of the constellation matrix, Intersymbol interference, high mobility of objects (transmitter and receiver), the number of receiving and transmitting antennas, the number of subcarriers in the antenna channel. It has been established that taking into account all the parameters in the system makes it possible to assess the state of the channel, to develop measures to reduce the negative influence of destabilizing factors on the noise immunity of multi-antenna systems.     THE EXPERIENCE AND RESULTS OF CYTOREDUCTIVE SURGERY AND HIPEC USED IN ADVANCED OVARIAN CANCER

    The research object was life quality of patients with ovarian cancer after complex treatment. Nowadays cytoreductive surgery and HIPEC is the mainstay of management of advanced stages ovarian cancer. Description of the problem: study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of combined treatment in IIIA-IIIC ovarian cancer, its impact on quality of life. Main scientific results: 37 patients of main group (CRS + HIPEC) were compared with 25 patients of control group (surgery + systemic chemotherapy). The quality of life was assessed with Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36). Comparative analysis of quality of life 6 months after treatment completion did not show significant statistical difference. Combination of cytoreduction with HIPEC improves quality of life in patients with ovarian cancer, is tolerated better and has less systemic toxicities than systemic chemotherapy. The area of practical use of research results: hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy is performed for patients suffering from malignant tumors of the abdominal cavity, including metastatic colon cancer, ovarian cancer, stomach cancer, pseudomyxoma, mesothelioma, rhabdomyosarcoma, and some other types of oncology. Innovative technological product: combination of cytoreduction with HIPEC improves quality of life in patients with ovarian cancer. Scope of application of an innovative technological product: HIPEC is an innovative treatment option for advanced cancer that has spread to the abdominal cavity (carcinomatosis) and has not gone beyond it

    MEMBRANE-RECEPTOR COMPLEX DYSFUNCTION AS A NEW TARGET FOR THE NEUROTROPHIC THERAPY OF ISCHEMIC STROKE

    The aim of the study was the β-adrenergic activity of peripheral blood erythrocyte membranes in the acute period of ischemic stroke (IS). Peripheral blood erythrocytes are the most informative biological tissue for studying many pathogenetic mechanisms, and the work of their membrane-receptor complex (MRC) can very well reflect the functional state of the whole organism, one of the most important criteria for assessing is the adrenergic activity of cytoplasmic membranes in the pathogenesis of IS. This study solves the problem of the finding of the features of changes in the adrenoceptors system in the acute period of IS in the dynamics of the treatment of humans cryopreserved cord blood serum (CCBS). The main scientific results: the obtained results indicate a reduced ability of adrenoceptors (ARs) on erythrocyte membranes to bind blockers due to the desensitisation effect, which is observed from the 1st day of the disease. In the onset of IS, there is a significant increase in the values of β-adrenergic activity of membranes (β-ARM) of erythrocytes in 2.4 times compared with the control. Maximum levels of the indicator (42.43±3.64 CU) are observed in patients with initially severe disease, which indicates significant stress of the sympathoadrenal system (SAS) in these patients. On the 10th day of the disease, there was a decrease in β-ARM relative to the values obtained during hospitalisation. Still, comparing the value of the indicator on the 10th day of IS in both groups, there was an apparent, more significant decrease in β-ARM in the 2nd group of patients, which additionally received CCBS. The use of CCBS contributes to a more pronounced degree of recovery in neurological functions (6.9%) and faster stabilisation of the structure of MRCs in erythrocytes in the form of reducing the values of β-ARM to 16.61±2.86 CU (p<0.05). The area of practical use of the research results: the results of the study can be used to diagnose and treat of the IS. An innovative technological product: A comprehensive approach to assess the β-ARM of peripheral blood erythrocytes in patients with IS by determining the degree of changes in osmotic resistance of erythrocytes (ORE) under the action of adrenergic drugs (AD) is informative and can be used to diagnose of IS. The use of neurotrophic factors is a potentially new method of treating this pathology.     INTEGRATED USE OF MAGNETITE IN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION MEASURES

    The object of research: magnetite obtained by using the ferritic method for the purification of iron-containing solutions. Problem to be solved: a comprehensive solution to the problem of using magnetite, obtained as a result of using the ferrite method for purifying iron-containing solutions, as a catalyst for the oxidation of carbon monoxide and its further utilization in the production of building materials. The main scientific results: it has been shown that the magnetite precipitate formed during the processing of pickling solutions by the ferrite method can be used as a cheap, affordable and effective catalyst for the oxidation of carbon monoxide from flue gases of industrial enterprises, the disposal of which after long-term use does not create problems due to its stability and inertness. Field of practical use of research results: the use of the ferrite method in the purification of pickling solutions of metallurgical enterprises provides not only an increase in the efficiency of water purification, but also leads to the introduction of waste-free technology. The decisive factor will be the use of magnetite as sludge of the use of ferrite technology to solve the problem of reducing flue gas emissions from the production of electrodes for the metallurgical industry, which include toxic carbon monoxide. Innovative technology product: waste-free technology for the processing of pickling solutions by the ferrite method with the formation of a product with magnetic and catalytic properties, further processing of which consists in using red lead iron as a pigment in the production of building materials.     In order to solve the problem of the choice of the performing repertoire, which will help to improve the quality of the educational preparation of the applicants, the article reveals the main varieties of technical difficulties for musicians who are not pianists by profession. It is outlined the circle of instructional and concert etudes that can be useful in overcoming technical difficulties and forming an artistic vision of works in the piano class at different stages of study.     E-LEARNING EDUCATION SYSTEMS EFFICIENCY RATING MODEL

    E-learning support system is a mandatory attribute of the modern educational process. What criteria laid down in its development depends largely on the effectiveness of further applications of the entire system. The evaluation of the training effect depends on various factors, each of which is determined by many interrelated criteria. In conditions when there are resource constraints (financial or time), the actual becomes the problem of determining the factors (criteria) that have the most significant impact on the effectiveness of e-learning system. The article offers step-by-step method of constructing a model that allows to represent the original set of criteria of evaluation of the training effect of the use of e-learning system in the form of appropriate level of influence grades. Introduces the concept of configuration vector and weight vector configuration, ranking models and based on them describe the procedure of finding the most substantive relationship between the criteria. Provides formulas to calculate appropriate weighting factors for current connections. An indicator of the importance of communication is the change of vector configuration, ranking models, and quantitative characterization of the dominant relations is defined as the difference between the weight coefficients of the respective vectors of the configuration options ranking of the analyzed models. The obtained results can be applied when developing holarchical models, support systems, e-learning, which allow us to quantitatively justify decisions regarding the choice of appropriate alternatives

    THE USE OF NEURO-FUZZY MODELS IN EXPERT SUPPORT SYSTEMS FOR FORENSIC BUILDING-TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

    The paper is focused on solving the problem of assessing the impact of repair-building works on the technical condition of objects near which these works were or are being carried out. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the problems that accompany the creation of expert systems for supporting forensic building-technical expertise. The main aim of the work: conceptual modeling of an expert system for supporting forensic building-technical expertise. Object of research: the process of execution of forensic building-technical expertise and expert research. Solved problem: automation of a system capable of functioning in conditions of fuzzy uncertainty caused by the non-uniformity of the logic of the process of performing forensic building-technical expertise and the ambiguity and inconsistency of the information provided for research. Main scientific results: a model of a knowledge-based system is proposed and the use of neuro-fuzzy networks is justified to solve the problem of supporting the decision to assess the impact of repair-building works on the technical condition of the object, which has become the subject of expertise. Field of practical use of research results: forensic activities in the framework of building-technical expertise to determine the possible causes of deterioration in the technical condition of structural elements of buildings and their individual premises.     INSTITUTIONAL APPROACHES TO THE ORGANIZATION OF COMPLEX SELF-GOVERNING SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

    The object of research is complex self-regulatory socio-economic systems (such as: enterprise, company, corporation, civil society). Investigated problem: the problem to be solved consists in substantiating conceptual approaches in the principles of organizing complex self-governing socio-economic systems and substantiating the concepts of their management system. The main scientific results of the research are the conceptual substantiation of the approaches of both organizing complex self-governing socio-economic systems depending on the objective function of the main activity, and designing management systems to achieve the objective function in market conditions, through the use of existing production and intellectual potentials of the system. It is shown that in modern conditions of activity, and in the near future, it is forecasting the functional approaches of complex self-governing socio-economic systems based on the use of organizational and production potential and the intellectual potential of workers. At the same time, their organizational structures and operational management systems will be designed, for the most part, taking into account activities in market relations. The basis of such approaches is the level of organizational and technological production processes that can in a certain way contribute to the achievement of goals and the intelligence of the staff. The scope of research results can be the design processes of civil societies, corporations by type of activity, enterprises as complex self-governing socio-economic systems.
