    METHODS FOR INCREASING THE CLASSIFICATION ACCURACY BASED ON MODIFICATIONS OF THE BASIC ARCHITECTURE OF CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORKS

    Object of research: basic architectures of deep learning neural networks. Investigated problem: insufficient accuracy of solving the classification problem based on the basic architectures of deep learning neural networks. An increase in accuracy requires a significant complication of the architecture, which, in turn, leads to an increase in the required computing resources, as well as the consumption of video memory and the cost of learning/output time. Therefore, the problem arises of determining such methods for modifying basic architectures that improve the classification accuracy and require insignificant additional computing resources. Main scientific results: based on the analysis of existing methods for improving the classification accuracy on the convolutional networks of basic architectures, it is determined what is most effective: scaling the ScanNet architecture, learning the ensemble of TreeNet models, integrating several CBNet backbone networks. For computational experiments, these modifications of the basic architectures are implemented, as well as their combinations: ScanNet + TreeNet, ScanNet + CBNet. The effectiveness of these methods in comparison with basic architectures has been proven when solving the problem of recognizing malignant tumors with diagnostic images – SIIM-ISIC Melanoma Classification, the train/test set of which is presented on the Kaggle platform. The accuracy value for the area under the ROC curve metric has increased from 0.94489 (basic architecture network) to 0.96317 (network with ScanNet + CBNet modifications). At the same time, the output compared to the basic architecture (EfficientNet-b5) increased from 440 to 490 seconds, and the consumption of video memory increased from 8 to 9.2 gigabytes, which is acceptable. Innovative technological product: methods for achieving high recognition accuracy from a diagnostic signal based on deep learning neural networks of basic architectures. Scope of application of the innovative technological product: automatic diagnostics systems in the following areas: medicine, seismology, astronomy (classification by images) onboard control systems and systems for monitoring transport and vehicle flows or visitors (recognition of scenes with camera frames)

    The object of the study: coronary revascularization in patients with malignant lung diseases and concomitant ischemic heart disease. The problem to be solved: selection of the optimal tactics for coronary bypass grafting simultaneously with lung resections. Main scientific results: an individual approach to the choice of tactics for carrying out simultaneous operations in patients with malignant lung diseases and concomitant ischemic heart disease is proposed. It has been shown that performing coronary artery bypass grafting simultaneously with lung resections, according to the proposed methods, allows minimizing surgical trauma and eliminating the influence of additional risk factors associated with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).     STUDY OF THE PROPERTIES OF DRILL CUTTINGS AT THEIR USE AS TECHNOGENIC RAW MATERIALS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BUILDING CERAMICS

    The possibility of utilizing drill cuttings in the technology of building ceramics is investigated. Using the microscopic and X-ray spectral methods of analysis, the chemical and mineral composition and radiological properties of two samples of drill cuttings – waste gas drilling in the Poltava region – are determined. Using the bioindication method, it is established that the studied drill cuttings are phytotoxic and harm the environment, therefore, they need to be disposed of. According to the radioactivity, the cuttings are investigated, they belong to the materials of the 1st class, which allows using them without restrictions in the construction and production of building materials. The main ceramic-technological characteristics of the cuttings are determined. It is established that one of the cuttings in its composition is pre-burning and burning properties similar to clay rocks, the second cutting is unsintered psammite- aleuropelite material with a high content of calcium and magnesium carbonates, quartz and feldspar. The fundamental possibility of using the studied drill cuttings as the main raw material and mineral additives in the compositions of the masses to obtain wall ceramics with the necessary consumer properties is established

    DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS OF OPTIMIZATION AND PROMOTION OF WEB SITE IN SEARCH SYSTEMS

    The article analyzes the general features of the implementation of SEO optimization, which allows to determine the main aspects of website promotion in search engines. It is indicated that the key goal of SEO should be to increase the position of the site in the ranking of search engines, as well as to increase the rate of conversion of users to regular customers. Separately, the article analyzes unethical optimization methods – black and gray types of SEO, which are used for web resources that are not designed for long-term existence. A study of the basic steps is done to configure HTTPS for the site, which can be used in the process of improving the operation of the web server. This allows to optimize the main and additional processor resources. Two methods of reducing the number of processor operations performed for each client are considered, which are the use of persistent connections, which allow processing several requests within one connection at once, and the reuse of SSL session parameters. The key stages of the methodology for optimizing and promoting the site in search engines have been developed and analyzed, accounting for which ensures increased site efficiency and get a configured and optimized configuration file. The proposed technique is implemented using the Nginx web server as an example, which uses a model with a fixed number of processes

Definitions are given to such terms as "document", "electronic document", "control systems of documents" and "electronic document management systems". The study examined the features, advantages, disadvantages and capabilities of the electronic document management system. Thus, the main characteristics of the electronic document management system include the following parameters: scalability, compatibility, due availability, dynamism. The main advantage of the electronic document management system is document flow automation, and the disadvantage is significant financial costs. And the capabilities of the electronic document management system include the provision of a user interface, capture, indication and receipt, annotation, storage and archive, distribution, workflow, security and integration of the system.     DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING OF THE LABOR MOTIVATIONAL SYSTEM THROUGHT ANALYSIS OF WORKERS’ MOTIVES AND NEEDS AT THE NATIONAL ENTERPRISES

    Object of research: the article presents the results of a study conducted by the authors by interviewing employees of industrial enterprises on such important issues as satisfaction with the level of work organization, work performed, motives of job attractiveness, equipment of workplaces, job satisfaction and wages, work motives and the relationship of wages with the final results of work. Solved problem: increasing the level of work motivation by creating motives for attractiveness, job satisfaction and wages of workers at industrial enterprises of Ukraine. Main scientific results: a close connection between value orientations and motives of human activity is proved. The need to improve the system of labor motivation at enterprises, increase employee satisfaction with their work by optimizing the level of wages, creating optimal working conditions, sufficient equipment of workplaces. The existing organization of work does not fully correspond to the manifestation of the abilities of employees and work with full efficiency, only with rare exceptions, most respondents said they were satisfied with the work performed. Scope of practical use of research results: research results can be used for increase of level of motivation of work of workers, perfection of the organization of work, creation of motives of attractiveness, increase of satisfaction with the work and wages of workers at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine. All measures to improve the organization of labor should be primarily aimed at increasing social and creative activity, independence in work. In a market economy, it is not enough just to follow their job descriptions, without initiative and independence. Therefore, the requirements for employees and their qualities are growing

    NUMERICAL STUDY OF THE EXHAUST GAS FLOW OF TV3-117 TYPE ENGINES IN COMPOSITION WITH A SCREEN - EXHAUST DEVICE

    The object of research is a screen-exhaust device in the TV3-117 engine of the Mi-8 helicopter. Investigated problem: The problem of equalizing the flow in the exhaust nozzle is solved. As a result of the numerical study, the total pressure losses are calculated and the flow structures in the structural elements of the exhaust nozzle and the screen-exhaust device (SED) are analyzed. Main scientific results: Obtained Gas-dynamic parameters of the flow in the SED flow path are obtained and the verification of injection processes between the working circuits along the path in the SED design is done. Numerical modeling of gas flows in the SED flow path makes it possible to study in detail the characteristics of the flow at any of its points, as well as to determine the values of hydrodynamic losses associated with the formation of a boundary layer and the emergence of separation zones. A constructive method for leveling the gas-dynamic flow is proposed by installing a blade in the form of an aerodynamic profile in a standard engine exhaust nozzle. Two variants of engine nozzles are investigated under the same boundary conditions using a standard exhaust nozzle with and without a blade. The influence of uneven flow in the exhaust nozzle on the nature of the flow in the SED is shown. An insignificant equalization of the flow in the exhaust nozzle using the installed blade led to a decrease in the total pressure loss in the SED by more than 1 %. The area of practical use of the research results: The results of calculations and modeling can be used for computational and experimental studies aimed at improving the flow path of the exhaust nozzle and the screen-exhaust device by the developers of new military aviation equipment or when modernizing the existing helicopter fleet. Scope of application of the innovative technological product: a new screen-exhaust device has been proposed for left and right TV3-117 engines of all types, which can be installed on the Mi-8MSB-V, Mi-8MT, Mi-14, Mi-24 helicopters. It is competitive and has significantly higher technical and economic indicators compared to known analogues

    ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AND DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS FOR MANAGING THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND CIVIL SAFETY OF TRANSBOUNDARY TRANSPORTATION OF OIL AND OIL PRODUCTS THROUGH PIPELINES

    Transportation of oil and oil products through main pipelines is accompanied by the outpouring of these components into the environment, which creates risks of reducing the level of environmental safety and emergencies. The object of research is the factors and methods of environmental and civil safety management of cross-border transportation of oil and oil products through pipelines. Investigated problem is the analysis of environmental and civil safety management factors for cross-border transportation of oil and oil products through pipelines has been carried out and new technical and organizational solutions have been proposed to improve the level of management. The environmental safety of oil and gas facilities is defined as the state of environmentally safe functioning of oil and gas facilities and the absence of harmful environmental impact on these facilities. On the basis of the analysis of emergency situations on the linear part of the main oil pipelines, five main reasons leading to depressurization have been identified and ranked. The oil pipeline emergency is presented in a mathematical form. The analysis of depressurization of main oil pipelines in the world and in the Lviv region is carried out. The international normative legal acts regulating the management aspects of environmental and civil safety of cross-border transportation of oil and oil products are analyzed. Innovative products – in case of water pollution as a result of a catastrophic inflow of oil products, it is proposed to use a patented installation for modeling the process of pollution of running water and a method of physical modeling of the process of spreading pollution as a result of a single discharge of oil products into the river. In the case of soil contamination with oil products, it was proposed to use a patented installation for modeling the process of filtration of contaminated solutions through the soil or bottom sediments. The advantages of the proposed new technical solutions based on known analogues are shown.     The article discusses analysis of examinations and treatment results 100 children with hemangiomas different localizations on the different stages of existence. The study included patients of different ages, from birth to 6 years. Importance of primary assessment of severity and activity of hemangioma`s, for the choice of treatment, was considered. Correlation between clinical course of hemangiomas and soluble Fas/FasL was analyzed. The object of the research: Clinical course of hemangiomas of different morphological types, soluble form of Fas and FasL in the serum of patients with hemangiomas. Investigated problem: Improving the results of treatment of hemangiomas in children. The main scientific results: Predicting the course of hemangiomas in children allows to determine the need for treatment at different stages of their existence, as well as to carry out timely correction of the prescribed treatment to achieve good cosmetic and functional results. The area of practical use of the research results: Department of Pediatrics, Pediatric Surgery, Dermatology. Innovative technological product: Defined characteristics will help in predicting the course of hemangiomas and the effectiveness of their treatment.
