Genetic algorithm application for electrodynamic transducer model identification
Research object: the adaptation and application of the genetic algorithm for electrodynamic transducer model parameters identification.
Investigated problem: to formulate loudspeaker identification task as an optimization problem, adapt it to the genetic algorithm framework and compare obtained results with classical identification method using added mass.
Main scientific results: the complete genetic algorithm loudspeaker identification procedure is presented, including:
– data acquisition scheme, where the directly measured values for the algorithm application are: voltage at loudspeaker terminals, current through the voice coil and displacement of the moving part
– selection of an appropriate set of genes of an individual
– derivation of the fitness function for assessing the quality of the identified parameters, which can also be used to identify other types of electroacoustic transducers
Also, the advantages of this method in comparison with the classical method of identification using added mass are considered, that are its versatility and ability to quickly configure and adapt for research and experimentation with different loudspeaker models and different types of transducers used in acoustics.
Area of practical use of the research results: the proposed genetic loudspeaker model identification scheme can be directly applied on practice to speed up research and development tasks in electroacoustics and other related fields that require frequent experimentation with different types of transducer models.

THE LEVEL OF INDICES OF ION COMPOSITION OF BLOOD IN INFANTS WITH CONGENITAL MALFORMATIONS IN SURGICAL CORRECTION
Newborns with severe congenital malformations need radical surgical correction as soon as possible for ensure the quality of life of the infant in the future. Pathological changes associated with the underlying pathology may be accompanied to severe disturbances of homeostasis in the postoperative period.
The aim of the study. To assess the level of ionic composition of plasma in infants with congenital malformations during surgical correction and various types of combined anesthesia.
Investigated problem: To prevent electrolyte peri- and postoperative complications, it is obligatory to perform preoperative preparation and stabilization of laboratory parameters, for a child with congenital malformations and to monitor they throughout the operation.
The main scientific results: The electrolyte composition in the examined groups of infants did not show significant differences from age norms. The concentration of potassium was the lowest in group III of the examined in comparison with groups I and II at the stage of preparation for surgery (p=0.0041; p=0.0102), induction of anesthesia (p=0.0053; p=0.0054), while children of groups I and II were diagnosed with a tendency to the upper limit of normal serum potassium levels during all observation periods. Elevated sodium levels were diagnosed in group III at all stages of surgical treatment and in group II of infants with congenital malformations at the stage of the most painful and traumatic moment of surgery (159.94±4.89 – II, 139.27±3.043 – III, p=0.1857).

TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF THE TECHNICAL STATE OF THE BLADES OF GAS-PUMPING UNITS
Object of research: degradation processes occurring in the blades of a gas-pumping unit (GPU) during its long-term operation and cause the appearance of defects that lead to a change in their technical condition and breakage of the working blades and, as a result, to accidents.
Solved problem: obtaining a method for diagnosing the GPU blades, which can be used to determine its technical condition during the GPU operation.
The main scientific results: a classification of methods for diagnosing the GPU blades and their analysis was developed, according to the results of which it was established that the improvement of a new method of aerodynamic calculation of profiles relative to the GPU blades by developing mathematical models of the deformation process and flow around the GPU blades and calculation formulas for assessing their aerodynamic characteristics, will allow to simulate possible options for changing the technical state of the blades (the amount of wear of the blades, their number, deformation, etc.), to study their influence on the parameters of the oscillatory processes of the blades and to compile a dictionary (base) of diagnostic signs of their state. The use of such a base will make it possible to quickly determine the technical condition of the blades during the GPU operation and prevent the occurrence of emergency situations

Peculiarities of preparation of the HACCP group members of catering units of preschool educational institutions
The object of research: specific differences in the functioning of HACCP groups of catering units of preschool educational institutions, which determine the potential directions of training the personnel of such groups.
Investigated problem: training activities for HACCP teams and conformity assessment are guided by the practice of voluntary implementation and certification of food safety management systems. Although the introduction of permanent procedures based on the principles of the HACCP system at the facilities is a mandatory requirement, the current legislation does not provide for the certification of such procedures. Therefore, the adopted schemes for training specialists for food safety management systems require revision in order to harmonize with the national specifics of the implementation of HACCP procedures in the catering units of preschool education institutions.
Main scientific results: conclusions are drawn that can help maximize the success of the preparation of the HACCP group members for the catering units of preschool educational institutions:
Training of personnel for HACCP groups can be carried out by obtaining formal education with the help of existing educational programs after the implementation of appropriate educational components into them.
When developing educational components for training potential participants in HACCP groups, it is advisable to take into account that at least one participant must have more relevant competencies than is customary in the practice of creating HACCP groups at large and medium capacities.
The expected learning outcomes of the HACCP team members should provide opportunities for younger HACCP team members to feel confident that they are not “challenging their older colleagues” but providing valid explanations and evidence.
The field of practical application of the research results: the results obtained give an idea of the peculiarities of the functioning of the HACCP groups of the catering units of preschool education institutions. The established circumstances made it possible to identify the specific features of personnel training for participation in the HACCP group. Such information is useful for officials who make a decision to create a HACCP group in the catering unit of a preschool education institution, recruit it and develop a training program for its participants.

Kharkiv organization of the CP (b) U: a study of the formation of totalitarian principles of internal party life (1920-1929)
The object of research: Kharkiv organization of the CP (b) U as a component of the institutions of the political system of Ukraine.
Investigated problem : The article depicts the process of transformation of the party organization of the Communist Party of the Bolsheviks of Ukraine of the Kharkiv province into a totalitarian organization.
Main scientific results: From the very beginning, Communist Party of the Bolsheviks of Ukraine of the Kharkiv province was created as an undemocratic organization. But in the early 1920s, the internal party life of the party organization was characterized by some features of democracy. After the civil war, some communists demanded greater freedom of criticism, the initiative of the masses, and the fight against bureaucracy, but the opposition in the party organization, in contrast to the all-Union center, did not have an ideological platform. They were dissatisfied with the low financial status of ordinary communists and the privileges of the party nomenclature. The party apparatus resisted attempts to democratize party life, and ordinary communists were unable to resist this process. As a result, the party organization of Kharkiv region was transformed into a totalitarian organization, which was characterized by unanimity, intolerance of criticism, strict centralization, lack of election, powerlessness of ordinary members and uncontrolled power of the party apparatus.
Field of practical usage of research results: determined by suitability for use in the field of the modern state formation by politicians, parties, public organizations, state institutions, and the media.
Innovative technological product: on the basis of numerous archival materials, many of which are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, a significant gap has been filled in the ideas about the process formation of totalitarian principles of internal party life at the regional level, namely in Kharkiv region.

Methodological approach to mutually agreed corporate image management and economic security of enterprise
The object of research: corporate image and enterprise economic security.
Investigated problem: methodical approach to mutually agreed management of enterprise’s image and its economic security.
The main scientific results: theoretical analysis of the opinions, which are presented in the scientific literature of enterprise economic security functional components and the mechanism of their formation, is carried out. The functional components of economic security related to the internal and external aspects of enterprise are studied in detail, and their close relationship with image components is determined. The stages of enterprise image management are schematically shown with taking into account the compliance of image economic security components levels.
The area of practical use of the research results: the need to adhere to certain sequence of actions aimed at forming a positive image and managing it in enterprises is emphasized. It is advisable to use an approach to the formation of corporate image with taking into account the targeted influence of management entities on the business environment.
Technological innovation: the enterprise economic security structure in the context of modern tendencies is proposed, the complex of measures which are recommended to be applied for enterprise image maintenance is determined.

Integral estimation of activity of entrepreneurial universities: practical aspect
Investigated problem. Implementation of the concept of an entrepreneurial university necessitates the formation of a system of activity indicators of educational institutions.
The main scientific results. It is specified that the activity of entrepreneurial universities and educational institutions that try to comply with this concept should be systematically rated. The author analyzes modern approaches to estimation of the activity of entrepreneurial universities. The own viewpoint to this evaluation on the basis of calculation of an integrated indicator is offered. The main stages of the algorithm for estimating the activity are described. An integrated activity indicator for five universities has been calculated. The ranking of educational institutions in accordance with the calculated desegregated measures and the concept of entrepreneurial university has been held. The results of the analysis showed that the studied educational institutions from the United States are more in line with the concept of the entrepreneurial university than European ones.
The area of practical use of the research results. The practical results of the study can be used in the process of estimating the activity of entrepreneurial universities.
Innovative technological product. The scientific approach to the evaluation of the activity of entrepreneurial universities proposed by the author allows to form their rating, to track the position of each educational institution in the dynamics.

The "competence" concept in the educational system of European countries within a competence-oriented approach
The object of research is the concept of "competence" in the educational system of different countries.
Investigated problem. Theoretical generalization of the concept of "competence" and the peculiarities of its formation in the process of professional training of applicants for higher education in European countries. Creation of a model of professional training for applicants for education of the first (bachelor's) level.
Main scientific results. The definition of the concepts "competence" and "legal competence", which are most often used in pedagogical research, has been analyzed. The definition of "competence" within the competence-oriented approach is given. The competence-based approach in education is understood as training not just a specialist with a system of knowledge, but a high-level professional and a comprehensively developed personality. A model for the formation of legal competence of applicants for higher education has been created. Through the introduction of innovative methods into educational processes, the legal thinking of bachelors is developing. Legal competence presupposes a set of knowledge, skills, characteristics acquired by students in the learning process, necessary to perform certain actions in order to solve problems, tasks, situations in accordance with the prescriptions of the rule of law. The formation of a system of knowledge, abilities, skills, methods of activity in students in the learning process are significant. This requires both their psychological "restructuring" and the improvement of curricula and educational technologies. The traditional teaching of lectures and the conduct of seminars should be complemented by elective courses and special courses.
The area of practical implementation of the research results. Formation of competencies in the process of professional training of applicants for higher education of the first (bachelor's) level in order to achieve programmatic learning outcomes, apply the acquired knowledge in future professional activities and everyday life.

Assessment of the use of different risk algorithms for osteoporotic fractures in women in the practice of a family doctor
Object of research: Women in whom the risk of osteoporotic fractures was assessed using the FRAX, Q-Fracture algorithms, and the risk factors for osteoporosis and their role in the development of osteoporotic fractures were studied.
Investigated problem: the use of various algorithms in the practice of a family doctor to assess the 10-year risk of osteoporotic fractures.
Main scientific results: A decrease in bone mineral density was found in 51.4 % of the surveyed women, of whom osteopenia was in 48.7 %, osteoporosis in 2.9 % of women. The risk of fractures according to all algorithms was higher in women of the age group 70–79 years: FRAX Total – 8.87±3.2, FRAX Hip – 4.03±3.1, Q fracture total – 12.87±1.5, Q fracture Hip – 7.97±2.7, FRAX Total without BMD – 11.9±5.5, FRAX Hip without BMD – 6.3±4.8. Age correlates negatively with the T score (r=–0.47, p=0.007) and positively with the FRAX Total algorithms without BMD (r=–0.47, p=0.003), FRAX Hip without BMD (r=0.78, p=0.006), Q fracture total (r=0.86, p=0.007), Q fracture Hip (r=0.92, p=0.008), FRAX Hip with BMD (r=0.55, p=0.009). No statistically significant difference was found with FRAX Total with BMD (r=0.21, p=0.345).
Risk factors: 14.3 % of women had fractures of various localization; fractures in parents were noted by 37.1 % of respondents; a decrease in height by 3 cm during life occurred in 13.3 %. Early menopause (up to 45 years old) occurred in 11.4 % of women. Physical activity less than 30 minutes a day was noted by 68.6 %.

Investigated problem: determination of the features of the influence of technological processes on a person of the postmodern era, as a result of which the natural is replaced by an artificial one and the images of both man and the Earth change.
Main scientific results: the study of the contradictions of the process of technologization in the postmodern era made it possible to determine the transformation processes taking place in the life of a person and society. This defines social reality, represented by various markers, among which technology is gaining in importance. The latter act as a composite, which provides new opportunities for determining the relationship between the elements of the "world - man - culture" system. It is not only about the emergence of new human figures, among which the technological man (Homo Technologicus) occupies a prominent place, but also the emergence of a new image of the Earth, where the natural is replaced by the technological.
The scope of practical use of the research results: the research results can be used in teaching normative courses "Philosophical Anthropology", "Ethics", "Sociology" for students and undergraduates, graduate students of humanitarian and natural faculties.
Innovative technological product: the plurality of existing technologies (economic, medical, educational, humanitarian, etc.) destroys the new European concept of culture and man, which were provided within the framework of the monoparadigm. The anthropological dimension of technology testifies that the latter are beginning to act as a condition for human expansion. This situation has a significant impact on the existentials of human existence.
The scope of using the innovative technological product: the intensive technologization of the last decades not only provokes environmental risks and changes the state of the Earth, the natural reality of the Earth is replaced by an artificial one, which allows to conclude that the Earth is formed by a technological one
