    Calculation of large-span glulam structures as a soil base-foundation-above-ground structure system

    The object of research. Long-span glulam arches are widely used as coatings for public and sports buildings. The studies carried out concern double-hinged segmental arches with spans of 60 m and more. Description of the problem. The study of the peculiarities of the work of arches as a system "soil base - foundation - above-ground structure" is associated with the significant influence of uneven deformations of supports on the stress-strain state of the above-ground structure. A change in the stress-strain state in the structure itself, associated with uneven deformations of the foundations, can lead to a significant decrease up to the complete exhaustion of the bearing capacity Main scientific results. This article provides an analysis of the change in the stress-strain state of glulam arches when calculating the system "soil base-foundation-above-ground structure". It is noted that non-uniform deformations of supports have the greatest influence on the stress in the support zones of the structure. The range of critical non-uniform subsidence has been determined, which should be limited when calculating and designing the foundations of large-span arches. It has been confirmed that double-hinged glulam arches work well in conditions of uneven subsidence due to the peculiarities of the design scheme. The results of the studies carried out and the recommendations provided will significantly improve the reliability of large-span structures and require mandatory inclusion in the current practice of calculation and design. In addition, additional requirements for the distance between mine workings for large-span structures should be introduced when performing engineering and geological surveys. This distance should be reduced for a clearer account of the deformability of the foundations for columnar foundations, and the number of workings should be increased. The area of practical use of the research results. The cross-section of the glulam arches is selected taking into account additional deformations of the supports, making it possible to avoid unpredictable damage to the structure during operation.     Analysis of functional potential of communication technologies in modern educational practices

    The object of research is communication technologies. It is devoted to the analysis of their functional potential in educational practices. On the basis of the author's integrated methodology, communication, its structure, varieties, functional range and constructive potential are considered. The role of dialogue and discourse as a form of reflection is highlighted. It turns out the importance of hermeneutics for educational activities. It is necessary that taking into account the peculiarities of modern communication is of fundamental importance for increasing the effectiveness of educational and educational practices. Investigated problem. The communicative philosophy proposes landmarks different from the classical philosophy of consciousness. They provide for the recognition of the phenomenon of communication as fundamental to human existence. Here communication is seen as the last foundation of consciousness, cognition and social life. This question was developed by a number of researchers earlier, but the problem remains relevant. This is due to the need to substantiate the universal foundations of human understanding. Also, the aim of research is to find new ways to harmonize relations between people. Main scientific results. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the creation of an integrated post-non-classical model of modern communication. The features of the complex of modern communication technologies are investigated. On the basis of the author's methodological program, the functional potential of modern communication technologies in educational and upbringing practices was discovered. The scope of practical application of the research results. The proposed methodological program is used in the development of strategies for the education of a communicative culture, in the teaching of special courses in modern communicative philosophy, pedagogy, sociology of education and culture. The research results were introduced into the educational process of the H. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University, Kharkіv College of Trade and Economіcs of Kyіv Natіonal Unіversіty of Trade and Economіcs.     Overview of the market of minced meat products and ways to improve the technology of semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness

    In view of the difficult economic and epidemiological situation in the country, the question arises of an unbalanced diet of the population and an overabundance of low-quality food ingredients and additives on the consumption market. The studies represent the experience of processing products of the meat industry, in particular chopped semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness from beef, pork and various compositions of the latter. Since with an excessive amount of fat, the daily diet of the Ukrainian population suffers greatly due to the lack of high-quality, easily digestible animal protein. It is the excess of fats with easily digestible carbohydrates that leads to the rejuvenation of diseases such as obesity, varicose veins, heart attacks and strokes. A review of the market for raw meat is made, the main methods of increasing the nutritional value of chopped semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness from meat are outlined. The advantages of using vegetable oils with partial replacement of animal fats, ways of improving the introduction of liquid vegetable oils through the use of structured stabilization systems based on compositions of a polysaccharide nature, namely sodium alginate, carraginans, which in turn are bound by calcium residues, enriching the composition of products are also easily digestible, bound by calcium. The object of research: the technology of production of minced semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness from meat, a system for stabilization of minced semi-finished products from meat. Investigated problem: obtaining a stable dispersion system inside chopped semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness from meat by introducing stabilizing ingredients into the technology. Main scientific results: the optimal concentrations of replacing animal fats with vegetable ones have been revealed. It is shown that the introduction of vegetable fats as a part of structured emulsion systems as part of chopped semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness from meat helps to reduce technological losses during heat treatment from 60 to 5 %. The area of practical use of the research results: enterprises of the restaurant industry and the food industry, specializing in the manufacture of minced semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness from meat. An innovative technological product: a technology for the production of chopped semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness from meat using structured emulsion systems as part of structured emulsion systems, which makes it possible to stabilize the technological process of introducing flowing vegetable oils by emulsifying and structuring. Scope of application of the innovative technological product: the production of chopped semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness from meat is possible at factories for processing raw meat, in the field of restaurant industry, private small industries that specialize in frozen semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness

Investigated problem: substantiation of the influence of the method, the duration of freezing on changes in the structure of black currant fruits of different degrees of maturity and pomological varieties. The main scientific results: the advantages of fast freezing of black currant fruits in a fast freezing chamber with forced air circulation at a speed of 1.5–2.5 m/s at a temperature of -30 …- 32 °C compared to slow freezing in " Calex " freezers were established at a temperature of -20 …- 22 °C. Rapid freezing forces cooling, freezing and freezing due to a decrease in the temperature of initiation of ice formation, an increase in the rate of heat extraction and an increase in the temperature of freezing. The area of practical use of the research results: food industry enterprises specializing in the freezing of plant products. An innovative technological product: the technology of freezing black currant fruits, which allows to extend the period of consumption of high-quality fruits with a preserved structure.     COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF METHODS SUPPLIES THERMAL ENERGY IN HIGH-WATER BIOLOGICAL OBJECTS DURING DRYING

    Object of research: the process of heating a biological object with various methods of supplying thermal energy, in particular, convective, direct electric and combined methods. Solved problem: intensification of heating of high-moisture biological objects during the drying process. Main scientific results. The expediency of using a combined (direct electric and convective) supply of thermal energy for intensifying heating of raw materials in the drying process has been established. In terms of the duration of the heating process, combined heating is much more effective than using purely convective or direct electric heating. Comparison of the values of the duration of the heating process for a body weighing 0.0028 kg shows that the combined heating occurs 1.5–2.5 times faster. At the same time, the consumption of electrical energy for the selected processing modes is 279–254 J, which is 80–87 % of the total required energy. It has been found that the main control factor in the combined heat supply is the applied voltage of direct electric heating. The area of practical application of the research results: enterprises of the processing industry, specializing in the production of dried products. Innovative technological product: a combined method of heating high-moisture objects during the drying process, which will provide intensive and energy-efficient processing modes while maintaining the established quality of the finished product.     Four factors are in force pandemic joints to initiate an illicit dual use technologies transfer from Ukraine

    An objective of this effort is a quick recap to assess the underpin barriers of transfer of technologies appeared in Ukraine after acquiring the Independence and those developed of today and to highlight and evaluate an impact of political, historical, mental and other factors affecting the science and as a consequence leakage of technologies abroad. Of importance is also a question if a current COVID-19 pandemic will join these factors if it initiates an illicit transfer of dual use (DU) technologies from Ukraine as it was in 1990s and how it affects an efficient and proper functioning and optimization of transfer of technologies process, and that is quite a challenge nowadays. Investigated problem. The process of technology transfer and specifically that one of DU as a whole is neither simple nor systematic and far from being that perfect, especially when it deals with dual-use technologies and at present reduced to a short relationship between supplier/recipient only. The experience and practice show that it is a rather complicated, multi-leveled and multi-players process which is impacted and follows several factors and conditions that determine its success and/or failure at the end. The main scientific results. The development of dual use technologies continues in a quagmire of conflicting interests and technology transfer export control rationales. There are historical, mental and political-military considerations where a state’s decision to develop weapon systems or related applications can be assessed not only as a function of perceived levels of threat to its security, but also as a need to respond and/or step forward to potential technological innovations; and second, the fundamental conceptual differences in appreciation among countries of the right to possess different advanced weapons systems for defensive or offensive purposes. The result of this endeavor makes a solid ground floor for further debates in terms of political science, export control regulations and factors affecting transfer of sensitive technologies

    Study of rheological characteristics of fermented milk paste with spices

    Research object: rheological characteristics of fermented milk pastes with spices. Investigated problem: according to the results of the degree of syneresis and rheological properties, the consistency of the product is characterized. This allows to improve and optimize the technological process for the production of fermented milk products. Main scientific results: the results of the dispersion analysis of spices show that their particle size is in the range of 250 … 400 microns. This size is optimal for the extraction of biologically active substances of spices, which will contribute to greater assimilation by the human body. And also optimally to avoid caking of raw materials and the manifestation of moisture-absorbing properties. It was found that the degree of syneresis of fermented milk pastes with spices is within 10 %. With the addition of cinnamon and fenugreek spices, the degree of syneresis is lower compared to other examples. This is due to the fact that spices contain a solution of fiber, which allows them to retain free moisture. The spice cinnamon is a dried bark that naturally contains polysaccharides, while fenugreek contains up to 30 % mucus, which also has a high moisture-absorbing capacity. With such a low serum separation, the stabilizing effect is sufficient to prevent spontaneous whey separation. Based on the results of the rheological properties of the product, it was established that fermented milk pastes belong to viscoplastic systems with a normal consistency. There was a slight difference in the shear stress index for pastes based on fermented milk low-fat soft dietary cheese and sour cream with a fat mass fraction of 20 % – by an average of 50 Pa. This characteristic is due to the hydrophilic characteristics of the protein. The area of practical use of the research results: scientific research concerns the technology of dairy products in the food industry. Innovative technological product: the obtained scientific result is an opportunity to improve the technological process of fermented milk products. The scope of implementation of an innovative technological product: the results obtained give grounds to assert the ability to translate into a real industrial creation

    The institute of statutory limitation in criminal procedure and in criminal law

    The institute of statutory limitation in criminal procedure has an extreme importance and through this research we will get to know more about the new provisions of Criminal Procedure Code and the Criminal Code of Republic of Kosovo regarding the statute of limitations of the criminal prosecution and the statute of limitations of the execution of the criminal-legal sanctions. The object of research: Analysis and the synthesis facts and essential legal provisions of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo for statutory limitation (hereinafter SoL), by using scientific theory, methodology and scientific research in order to gain scientific knowledge. The main scientific results: The institute of statutory limitation in the Criminal Procedure in the Republic of Kosovo is analyzed with the provisions of the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code. Moreover, SoL is analyzed and compared with legal provisions in the abolished Criminal Code and the new Criminal Code of Republic of Kosovo as well. Improvement of the efficiency of the Institute of SoL in criminal law and criminal procedure has been found through new amendments to the legal provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code The area of practical use of the research results: Are the newest data for the institute of SoL in the criminal procedure and in criminal law as well. The conducted research made it possible for lawyers, criminologists, victimologists, Non-Governmental Organizations (hereafter: NGOs) and all stakeholders to obtain additional information about the Institute of SoL in Criminal Procedure Law and Criminal Law in the Republic of Kosovo. Innovative technological product: Identification and the analysis of new changes in legal provisions of Criminal Procedure Code and Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo for efficiency improvement of SoL institute. Scope of the innovative technological product: This research will contribute and fulfill the scientific knowledge fund on the SoL problem in Kosovo and its enforcement. Also, the research results can create some starting points for more complex scientific research in the future for the Institute of SoL in the Republic of Kosovo or in the other countries of the region

    The object of research: Bratslav Hasids as a component of the orthodox movement in Judaism. Investigated problem: historical aspects of the emergence of the orthodox movement in Judaism, the reasons for its spread among the Jewish population of Volhynia, Galicia and Podillya. The main scientific results: the historical aspects of the origin of the orthodox movement in Judaism, the reasons for its spread among the Jewish population of Volhynia, Galicia and Podillya, as a way to achieve the formation of the Jewish religion are analyzed. The role of one of the most influential movements of Bratslav Hasids, founded and led by Rabbi Nachman of Bratslav, the main guidelines of his teachings, the reasons for its rapid spread among the communities of Ukraine and many countries, the place of tzaddiks (righteous) – heirs-mediators between God and believers. Highlights the thorny path that believers took to obtain permission to celebrate the Jewish New Year – Rosh Hashanah, other holidays at the grave of his teacher and mentor, to resolve issues regarding the coordination and construction of the synagogue of the Pantheon-Temple of Rabbi Nachman, hotel, mikvah (ritual pool) for recitation before prayer), other objects. A prominent place in the study is identified by the problems of pilgrims arriving in Uman, their resettlement, everyday life, relations with the local population, law enforcement agencies, security issues and more. Given the growing interest in the teachings of Tzaddik Nachman, the phenomenon of this phenomenon needs further study. The area of practical use of the research results: the results of the study can be used by public administration and local government in determining public policy in the field of religion, mechanisms for solving its current problems, during the development and teaching of courses on public administration, history of religion, world history and history of Ukraine. Innovative technological product: on the basis of numerous sources, materials, some of which are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, a significant gap is filled in ideas about the process of religious orthodox movement in Judaism, the reasons for its spread in Ukraine and many countries and the problem of pilgrims coming to Uman, which contributed to the transformation of the city of Uman into the world capital of Bratslav Hasids.
