THE DEVELOPMENT OF EUROPEAN INSURANCE MARKET INFRASTRUCTURE
The aim is to consider the development of different elements of European insurance market infrastructure. The next tasks of the study were done: to generalize main indicators of the development of European insurance market from 2012 to 2016; to characterize elements of European insurance market infrastructure and define their collaboration with elements of the world insurance market infrastructure. Methodology. Such methods were used to do an abovementioned tasks: information collection about elements of European insurance market infrastructure; analysis of tendencies of the main indicators of the development of European insurance market from 2012 to 2016; generalization to characterize the elements of European insurance market infrastructure, define their collaboration with the elements of the world insurance market infrastructure and make conclusions. Results. Main indicators of the de-velopment of European insurance market were increasing from 2012 to 2014 and decreasing from 2015 to 2016. Total premium volume as a share in GDP of Europe (insurance penetration) did not exceed 7% from 2012 to 2016 and as a share in the world GDP declined from 2.1% in 2014 to 1.95% in 2016. It was connected with results of the United Kingdom referendum on the European Union membership. The development of European insurance market is also under the influence of activity of elements of insurance market infrastructure such as Actuarial Association of Europe (AAE), Association of Mutual Insurers and Insurance Cooperatives in Europe (AMICE), European Financial Management Association (EFMA), European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA), European Federation of Insurance Intermediaries (BIPAR), European insurance and reinsurance federation (Insurance Europe), Geneva Association, Insurance Institute of London (IIL). Value. This research indicates that the development of European insurance market infrastructure is caused by different factors: financial crises, legislation gap, improving the quality of information and others. Various of elements of European insurance market infrastructure were established to overcome such challenges and provide participants of insurance market with a necessary information, consultations, educational services and re-sults of research, also through collaboration with elements of the world insurance market infrastructure. Results of this investigation can become a ground for fur-ther research in the field of defining an impact of activity of infrastructure elements on the development of an insurance market
THE STUDY OF THE FEATURES OF ESTONIAN ECONOMIC GROWTH: THE EXPERIENCE FOR UKRAINE
The authors have studied the features of Estonia economic growth that started from the successful money reform then the taxation reform correspondingly after the World economic crisis with anti-crisis reforms. It was established, that for today the base of Estonian economy development is a creation of digital society e-Estonia, the unique commercial register and the register of real estate. The features of Estonia taxation system, characterized with relatively low taxes and easiness of the use, were also defined in the work; the features of bank system, which financial safety essentially depends on Sweden banks that in their turn depends on inflation and economic situation in the country, were studied. The work also analyses the state of economic growth in Estonia in six stages, each of which has its cause and result. The first, third and fifth stages were with negative GDP index that was correspondingly caused by introduction of the money, taxation reform and the World economic crisis. The second, fourth and sixth stages were characterized with economic growth with positive GDP index that proves the expedience and effectiveness of introduction of the money, taxation and anti-crisis reforms in the country
THE STATE OF APPLIED INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AND E-BUSINESS PRACTICES IN BULGARIAN SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) represent the dominant form of business organization in the economic system globally and play an important role in the economic development and increased competitiveness of the economy, both in Bulgaria and in the European Union (EU).The presented article is scientifically applicable in nature and is based on an extensive survey whose purpose is to analyze the current state of information and communication systems in small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Bulgaria. Based on the collected and processed information the study reveals the current state and existing practices and problems related to the operation and maintenance of specialized information and communication systems and e-business technologies. The presented survey reveals important aspects related to the security of information resources in organizations in order to overcome existing obstacles and disadvantages in the e-business system and to improve it in the future, which will lead to its increased sustainability and competitiveness in the economic market
ASSESSMENT OF IMPACT OF GLOBAL BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT ON INTERNATIONAL TOURISM BRANDS
In the article the concept of modern international tourism is considered. The certain estimation of influence of global factors of business-environment on the process of forming of international tourist brand of countries is presented. A role and place of sign measures is described in the sphere of tourism of international level in forming of international tourist brand of country. The distribution of the most influential factors in the groups of levels of perception of international tourist brand is conducted. The aim of research is theoretical principles and methodical approaches of forming of international tourist brand in the system of international tourism. Methodological basis of research is approach of the systems to the analysis of economic processes and phenomena in an international environment. The purpose of the work consists in a scientific grounding of teoretical and methodological principles of forming and keeping of international tourist brand of countries in the system of international tourism. Globalization, social and cultural identity at the level of separate tourist brand of a country and at the world level must dialectically co-operate and provide to tourists both the market of countries and objects interesting for a visit and market of tourist services of the world level, usually at the level of quality for any civilized tourist. However the factor of maintainance of originality as the main condition of authentication of international tourist brand of concrete country, maintainance of tourist attractiveness of this country must prevail, that conditions the essence of tourism as the method of cognition of different and usual culture, method of receipt of the new impressions. Only thus forming of international tourist brand of country becomes the mean of stimulation of demand on tourist services in a country
JUSTIFICATION OF CONDITIONING VOLITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN’S MASTERING THEIR LANGUAGE SKILLS AND FUNCTIONS
The article analyzes the scientific approaches of domestic scientists to understanding the problem of will and the interrelated aspects of its development in ontogenesis. When studying ways of forming volitional behavior at its first stages, special attention is drawn to the fact that the child's volitional behavior arises with the emergence of the skills to build speech utterances, with which he begins to plan his activities and regulate the process of its implementation, that is, the mastering of planning and regulating functions of speech takes place. By analyzing the ways of forming language skills in preschool and early school age, structures for creation a speech utterance, the author clarified the term "expression speech" (stages of its construction) and language skills, provided for the implementation of each stage of verbal expression. Also it is justified the condition of volitional development of children mastering their language skills and functions; relationship stages of planning and regulatory functions of broadcasting in preschool and early school age. The paper presents the author’s functional-structural model of the optimization process of development of the planning and regulatory functions in the formation of children’s speech in their language skills
THE PERFORMANCE AUDIT OF A CORPORATE WEBSITE AS A TOOL FOR ITS INTERNET MARKETING STRATEGY
The paper discusses the issues of ensuring a performance of the corporate website that, therefore, facilitates the fulfillment of the strategic development goals of the enterprise. The efficiency of the audit for improving the online business management mechanisms is justified. The organizational and methodological peculiarities of the performance audit of the corporate website are reviewed. The usefulness of quantitative indicators received via analytical online-services is determined, and their applicability in the performance audit of the corporate website is confirmed. A special attention is drawn to the possibility of transforming quantitative indicators into the data necessary for the decision-making. The article suggests the use of the key performance indicators of the corporate website calculated on the basis of the numerical value of the quantitative indicators. Based on the clustering method, the ratio between the key indicators of the corporate website performance and the development goals of the enterprise is defined thereby making the objectives of the enterprise tangible and understandable for its management staff. It is claimed that the audit results encourage achieving the desired enterprise performance rates as well as fulfilling its strategic development goals
CONTRABAND OF GOODS AND CUSTOMS OFFENSE: THE ASSESSMENT OF GLOBAL CHALLENGES AND PROBLEMS FOR UKRAINE
Creation of the effective system of customs inspection and formation of transparent procedures of its realization remain priority for world countries in the context of the qualitative integration into the global economic space and growth of global challenges. Illegal movement of goods and objects in global volumes is a threat for the customs space of all countries of the world, despite the development level. Main global tendencies as to contraband of goods and their movement with customs offenses were explained. Main contraband objects were revealed. It was established, that narcotic means occupy the one of first places among goods of illegal movement. Among narcotic substances cannabis is most required at the illicit market. Illegal trade of fauna and flora objects in the last years resulted to irreversible losses of rare species. Attention is accented on the problem of contrafact goods movement through the customs border. The native legislative practice of contraband regulation and customs offenses was elucidated. The assessment of main types of customs offenses in Ukraine was realized. The ways of counteraction to customs offenses of contraband of goods were determined
DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL READINESS FOR FUTURE PILOTS STUDYING AT HIGHER EDUCATION MILITARY INSTITUTES (HEMI)
The research seems to be important because Ukraine’s integration into international security and European educational systems provide for a high level of professional competence of Ukrainian Armed Forces officers (Ukraine AF), which is considered to be mandatory for assigned task execution, military personnel’s coordination in peacekeeping operations and joint military exercises with different countries, as well as for training, experience exchange, and competitiveness. The purpose of the research: The purpose of the article is to develop a model of best practice for future pilots in simulators. Methods of the research: The main method of the research is analysis of literature and documents regulating flight operations, in order to study issues and theoretical and methodological principles of the research and combat flight modeling in simulators to determine the nature and specifics of pilots’ activity at different stages of combat flights. Results of the research: The article describes a model of professional practice for future pilots, which includes components of their readiness for combat missions. The practical significance: The model is aimed at teachers’ adaptation to new conditions of training of future pilots at HEMIs and at improvement of simulator training

THE ANALYSIS OF SUPPORT FOR INNOVATIVE LABOR IN UKRAINE
Based on the results of analysis of managerial personnel in Ukraine the paper reveals last changes in application of advanced support technologies for managerial labor differentiated by the type of innovative activity, such as brainstorming, middle creative tasks and routine operations. Conducted age analyses for PhD personnel allowed to state and justify the age margins of their most productive innovative activity, so the paper proposes and grounds the advanced methodological approach to the support of innovation labor and its analysis. The paper also analyses the distribution of research and development spending in Ukraine by the sources of financing, dynamics of scientific personnel during the period 2010-2014, changes of scientific experts share in general population and trends in development of managerial personnel. In conclusion peculiarities of advanced methods in application for personnel innovative activity were proposed and justified; demographic characteristics of innovative labor (age, education and so on) and also the sources of its financing were analyzed; the features of innovative labor at macro- and meso-level (country, education and so on were analyzed); characteristics of innovative labor itself (the level of its creativity, innovation) were determined; it was offered to differentiate the composition of stages and their content in correspondence to: branch specificity, type of innovative labor and the level of innovation of labor itself; the general number of scientific workers, the numbers of doctors and candidate of sciences, who carry out scientific-technical works, were compared
