INCLUSION IN RETAILERS` STRATEGY
No full textOvaj diplomski rad istražuje i propituje razinu inkluzije u strategiji maloprodavača, koncept inkluzivnog potrošača te njegov rastući značaj u i za sektor maloprodaje. Identificiranje ključnih karakteristika i potreba inkluzivnih potrošača poput vrednovanja različitosti, naglaska na etičnu potrošnju te potrebu za osjećajem pripadnosti i mogućnošću izbora mogu značajno pomoći u implementaciji strategije inkluzije. Sadržaj rada usmjeren je na definiranje inkluzivnih potrošača kao heterogene skupine koju karakteriziraju različitosti poput rase, etničke pripadnosti, invaliditeta, dobi, seksualne orijentacije i drugih obilježja. Društveni trendovi potiču jačanje ovog segmenta, uključujući povećanu društvenu svijest, utjecaj mlađih generacija i promjenu očekivanja potrošača. Za uspješnu implementaciju inkluzije u poslovnu strategiju potrebno je prilagoditi asortiman proizvoda, kreirati inkluzivno okruženje u prodavaonicama, educirati osoblje i promicati raznolikost kroz opskrbni lanac. Analiza primjera uspješnih međunarodnih trgovačkih lanaca ukazuje na značajan doprinos inkluzivnijem maloprodajnom iskustvu. Rezultati anketnog ispitivanja stanja inkluzije na tržištu maloprodaje RH daju uvid u različitu „razinu svijesti“ o potrebama potrošača u odnosu na inozemne trgovačke lance. Trgovci koji djeluju na hrvatskom maloprodajnom tržištu imaju mogućnost povećati konkurentnost uvođenjem inkluzivnih praksi te ojačati društvenu odgovornost u maloprodaji.This master thesis explores the level of inclusion in retailers' strategies, the concept of the inclusive consumer, and their growing importance in the retail sector. Identifying the key characteristics and needs of inclusive consumers, such as valuing diversity, emphasizing ethical consumption, and the need for a sense of belonging and choice, can significantly aid in implementing an inclusion strategy. The content of this thesis focuses on defining inclusive consumers as a heterogeneous group characterized by differences in race, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, and other attributes.Social trends are driving the strengthening of this segment, including increased social awareness, the influence of younger generations, and changing consumer expectations. Successful implementation of inclusion in business strategy requires adapting product assortments, creating an inclusive in-store environment, educating staff, and promoting diversity throughout the supply chain. An analysis of examples from successful international retail chains highlights their significant contribution to a more inclusive retail experience. The results of a survey on the state of inclusion in the Croatian retail market provide insight into a different level of awareness regarding consumer needs compared to international examples. Retailers have the opportunity to increase competitiveness by introducing inclusive practices and strengthening social responsibility in retail
VIRTUAL PET DEVELOPMENT ON A MICROCONTROLLER
No full textCilj ovog rada jest prikazati proces analize, dizajna i implementacije virtualnog ljubimca na mikrokontroleru. Istražene su postojeće digitalne igre kućnih ljubimaca te su identificirani nedostaci u korisničkom iskustvu, poput pretjerane repetitivnosti i neodrživih zahtjeva za pažnjom. Razvijen je sustav zasnovan na ploči Raspberry Pi RP2040-Zero i MicroPythonu. Implementirana je sveobuhvatna logika stanja kroz rječnik te prilagođeni okvir za animacije i modularni izbornici. Grafički su se elementi prikazivali na ekranu SSD1351 RGB OLED (Red-Green-Blue Organic Light-Emitting Diode) pomoću međuspremnika, a optimizacija memorije omogućila je stabilan rad unatoč ograničenim resursima.The purpose of this thesis is to present the analysis, design, and implementation of a virtual pet on a microcontroller. Existing digital pet games were examined to identify flaws in user experience, such as excessive repetition and unsustainable attention demands. A system was developed based on the Raspberry Pi RP2040-Zero board and MicroPython, featuring a game state dictionary, a custom animation framework, and modular menu structures. Graphics were rendered on an SSD1351 RGB OLED (Red-Green-Blue Organic Light-Emitting Diode) display using framebuffers, and memory optimization ensured stable performance despite limited resources

No full textUspjeh u poduzetništvu danas je teži nego ikad. Uloga suvremenog menadžera značajno se promijenila u odnosu na početak 20. stoljeća, prvenstveno kroz proces globalizacije koji je povećao konkurentnost na tržištu i samim time otežao uspješno vođenje poduzeća. Suvremeni menadžeri trebaju raspolagati velikim brojem vještina i teorijskih znanja za uspješno upravljanje poslovnim subjektima. Menadžment je moguće definirati kao ciklički proces koji započinje funkcijom planiranja, a završava funkcijom kontrole. Poveznica prve i zadnje funkcije procesa izrada je budžeta kojim se nastoji predvidjeti, pratiti i kontrolirati poslovanje subjekta u budućim razdobljima. Budžet je koristan alat menadžerima jer pomaže u postizanju zadanih ciljeva i donošenju odluka. Iako poduzeće Tesla inc. ne objavljuje godišnje budžete, pregledom kvartalnih i godišnjih financijskih izvještaja može se uočiti značajan rast prihoda u prethodne četiri godine pa je tema ovog rada izrada budžetiranog računa dobiti i gubitka. Unapređenjem proizvodnog procesa i širenjem segmenata prodaje Tesla inc. nastoji učvrstiti svoju poziciju globalnog lidera prelaska na održivu energiju. Iz navedenog se da zaključiti da je Tesla inc. netipičan primjer učinkovitog i uspješnog proizvodnog poduzeća.Success in entrepreneurship today is more difficult than ever. Roles of the modern manager have changed significantly compared to the beginning of the 20th century, primarily through the process of globalization that has increased competitiveness in the market and thus made it difficult to successfully run a company. Modern managers need to have a large number of skills and theoretical knowledge for successful management of business entities. Management can be defined as a cyclical process that begins with the funtion of planning and ending with the funtion of controllling. The link between the first and last function of the process is the creation of a budget that seeks to predict, monitor and control the entity's operations in future periods. A budget is a useful tool for managers because it helps them achieve their goals and make decisions. Although Tesla Inc. does not publish annual budgets, an overview of quarterly and annual financial statements can show a significant increase in revenue in the previous four years, so the topic of this paper is composing a budgeted income statement. By advancing its manufacturing process and expanding its sales segments, Tesla Inc. seeks to solidify its position as a global leader in the transition to sustainable energy. From the above, it can be concluded that Tesla Inc. is an atypical example of an efficient and successful manufacturing company
DEVELOPMENT OF A HOME NAS SYSTEM WITH RASPBERRY Pi: SECURITY, DATA ACCESS, AND ENCRYPTION
No full textOvaj rad opisuje izradu pristupačnog NAS (Network Attached Storage) sustava temeljenog na Raspberry Pi platformi. Cilj je bio razviti sigurno, pouzdano i jednostavno rješenje koristeći isključivo open-source tehnologije. Sustav koristi Linux operativni sustav i Open Media Vault za mrežnu pohranu, uz podršku za više protokola (SMB, NFS, SSH, HTTPS). Poseban naglasak stavljen je na sigurnost – primijenjena je LUKS enkripcija diska te SSL/TLS komunikacija s vlastitim certifikatima. Testiranjem je potvrđena visoka mrežna propusnost (do 125 MB/s), čime se sustav pokazao kao stabilno i učinkovito rješenje usporedivo s komercijalnim NAS uređajima.This thesis describes the development of an affordable Network Attached Storage (NAS) system based on the Raspberry Pi platform. The goal was to create a secure, reliable, and user-friendly solution using exclusively open-source technologies. The system runs a Linuxbased operating system with Open Media Vault for network storage functionality and supports multiple protocols (SMB, NFS, SSH, HTTPS) to ensure compatibility with various client devices. Special attention was given to data security—LUKS full-disk encryption was implemented, along with SSL/TLS communication using self-signed certificates. Testing confirmed high network throughput (up to 125 MB/s), demonstrating that the system is a stable and efficient alternative comparable to commercial NAS devices

No full textZa procjenu tvrdoće čelika po presjeku nakon klasičnog poboljšanja napisan je modularni programski kod. Cijeli programski kod napisan je kao tri zasebna modula. Prvi modul koristi se za predviđanje tvrdoće za standardnu Jominy krivulju, drugi modul omogućuje dobivanje Jominy krivulje, i treći modul, koristeći rezultate iz prva dva modula omogućuje predviđanje raspodjelu tvrdoće po okruglom presjeku nakon klasičnog poboljšanja. U prvom dijelu rada napravljene su grafičke smjernice principa izrade programskog koda u formi dijagrama toka, te su zatim prikazani i pojašnjeni svi dijelovi svakog pojedinog modula.A modular program codehasbeenwritten for estimatingthe hardness ofsteelacrossitscrosssectionafterconventionalhardening. ADVERTISING AND FINDING JOBS WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
No full textU sklopu ovog završnog rada razvijena je web aplikacija za traženje posla. Aplikacija se sastoji od korisničkog dijela prilagođenog posloprimcima i dijela prilagođenog poslodavcima. Posloprimcima aplikacija omogućava pregled i pretraživanje otvorenih pozicija, prijavu na oglase za posao te prilaganje životopisa (CV-a) uz svaku prijavu. Poslodavci putem aplikacije mogu objavljivati oglase za posao, upravljati prijavama kandidata i pratiti njihov status kroz selekcijski proces. Aplikacija je izrađena korištenjem suvremenih web tehnologija, uključujući React za razvoj korisničkog sučelja i React Query za upravljanje podacima na klijentskoj strani. Na poslužiteljskoj strani korišteni su .NET Core za implementaciju poslovne logike i Entity Framework za pristup podacima, dok je baza podataka implementirana u MS SQL okruženju. Komunikacija između klijentske i poslužiteljske strane ostvarena je putem REST API-ja.As part of this final project, a web application for job searching was developed. The application consists of a user interface tailored to job seekers and a section designed for employers. For job seekers, the application enables browsing and searching for open positions, applying for job postings, and attaching resumes with each application. Employers can use the application to post job advertisements, manage candidate applications, and track their status throughout the selection process. The application was built using modern web technologies, including React for developing the user interface and React Query for clientside data management. On the server side, .NET Core was used to implement business logic, and Entity Framework was employed for data access, while the database was implemented in an MS SQL environment. Communication between the client and server sides is facilitated through a REST API
TRAFFIC JAMS AND THEIR IMPACT ON LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES IN URBAN TRADE
No full textOvaj rad istražuje prometne zastoje i njihov utjecaj na logističke aktivnosti u gradskim sredinama. Cilj rada je utvrditi ključne uzroke ovih zastoja, analizirati posljedice istih na logističke operacije te istražiti strategije koje tvrtke koriste kako bi se nosile s tim izazovima. Rad se oslanja na razgovore s voditeljima logistike triju velikih tvrtki u Republici Hrvatskoj: Jamnica plus d.o.o., Dobro d.o.o. i Coca – Cola HBC Hrvatska d.o.o. Sva tri intervjua naglašavaju da su prometni zastoji značajan problem u svakodnevnim logističkim operacijama. Prometne gužve, radovi na cestama, prometne nesreće i loši vremenski uvjeti glavni su uzroci kašnjenja dostava. Voditelji logistike ističu važnost transparentne komunikacije s kupcima kako bi se održalo povjerenje unatoč kašnjenjima. Tvrtka Jamnica plusd.o.o., koja dostavlja piće u gajbama, koristi veća vozila i suočava se s izazovima parkiranja i rukovanja težim teretom. Tvrtka Dobro d.o.o., koja dostavlja mesne prerađevine u kutijama, koristi manja vozila koja lakše manevriraju kroz uske gradske ulice. Tvrtka Coca – Cola HBC Hrvatska d.o.o., koristi različite vrste vozila za dostavu pića i implementira napredne softverske sustave za optimizaciju ruta. Sve tri tvrtke prepoznaju potrebu za fleksibilnim rasporedom dostava, optimizacijom ruta i korištenjem alternativnih vozila kako bi smanjile utjecaj prometnih zastoja. Povećanje broja lokalnih distribucijskih centara i ulaganje u napredne tehnologije ključno je za poboljšanje učinkovitosti logističkih operacija. Inovacije i prilagodljivost su ključni za uspješno suočavanje s izazovima prometnih zastoja u gradskoj trgovini.This paper investigates traffic congestion and its impact on logistics activities in urban areas. The aim of the paper is to identify the key causes of these congestions, analyse their consequences on logistics operations and explore the strategies that companies use to cope with these challenges. The paper draws on interviews with logistics managers of three large companies in the Republic of Croatia: Jamnica plus d.o.o., Dobro d.o.o. and Coca – Cola HBC Hrvatska d.o.o. All three interviews highlight that traffic congestion is a significant problem in everyday logistics operations. Traffic jams, road works, traffic accidents and bad weather conditions are the main causes of delivery delays. Logistics managers highlight the importance of transparent communication with customers in order to maintain trust despite delays. Jamnica plus d.o.o., which delivers drinks in crates, uses larger vehicles and faces challenges with parking and handling heavier loads. Dobro d.o.o., which delivers meat products in boxes, uses smaller vehicles that are easier to manoeuvre through narrow city streets. Coca – Cola HBC Hrvatska d.o.o. uses different types of vehicles for beverage delivery and implements advanced software systems for route optimisation. All three companies recognize the need for flexible delivery schedules, route optimization and the use of alternative vehicles to reduce the impact of traffic congestion. Increasing the number of local distribution centers and investing in advanced technologies is key to improving the efficiency of logistics operations. Innovation and adaptability are key to successfully dealing with the challenges of traffic jams in urban commerce
APPLICATION OF THE PARETO'S RULE IN PLANNING
No full textOvaj rad se bavi problematikom operativnog i financijskog planiranja. Tema rada je budžet i njegove razne vrste. Kroz primjere budžeta izmišljene organizacije za proizvodnju gaziranih pića Lacola obradit će se budžet prodaje, proizvodnje, nabave, troškova izravnog rada, općih troškova proizvodnje, troškova uprave, prodaje i administracije, novčani proračun, budžetirani račun dobiti i gubitka te budžetirana bilanca. Objasnit će se njihov sastav, te koje zaključke o poslovanju organizacije se mogu donijeti njihovom samostalnom analizom. Nakon što se objasni o budžetima i njihovim vrstama obraditi će se Paretovo pravilo. Paretovo pravilo se primjenjuje u analizi asortimana proizvoda, kupaca, dobavljača, prihoda i zaliha. Paretovo pravilo polazi od toga da 20% učinaka rezultira s 80% ishoda. Obraditi će se Paretovo pravilo na primjeru analize prodaje i zaliha, te će se promatrani proizvodi svrstati u dobre i loše. I na kraju će se objasniti sam važnost Paretovog pravila, te dali je dobro da organizacija ima situaciju u kojoj 20% učinka ostvaruje 80% ishoda.This paper deals with the issue of operational and financial planning. The topic of the paper is the budget and its various types. Through examples of the budget of the fictitious organization for the production of carbonated drinks Lacola, the budget of sales, production, procurement, direct labor costs, general production costs, management, sales and administration costs, cash budget, budgeted profit and loss account and budgeted balance sheet will be processed. Their composition will be explained, and what conclusions about the organization's operations can be made by their independent analysis.2 After explaining about budgets and their types, the Pareto principle will be discussed. The Pareto principle is applied in the analysis of product assortment, customers, suppliers, revenues and inventories. The Pareto principle states that 20% of the effects result in 80% of the results. The Pareto rule will be processed using the example of sales and inventory analysis, and the observed products will be classified into good and bad. And at the end, the very importance of the Pareto rule will be explained, and whether it is good for the organization to have a situation where 20% of the effect achieves 80% of the outcome

No full textCilj ovog završnog rada je razviti funkcionalnu web trgovinu koristeći platformu Django. Tijekom izrade rada analizirane su potrebe i zahtjevi modernih e-trgovina, a implementirane su osnovne funkcionalnosti koje omogućuju klijentima registraciju, prijavu, pregled proizvoda, dodavanje proizvoda u košaricu te realizaciju narudžbi. Pritom je vlasnicima trgovine omogućen uvid u korisničke podatke, narudžbe i zakazivanje potrebnih servisa. Korištenjem ugrađenog administracijskog panela u Django okviru, administratorima je omogućen pristup svim segmentima aplikacije, uključujući upravljanje proizvodima, korisnicima i narudžbama, kao i dodavanje, uređivanje i brisanje sadržaja. Iako jednostavna, ova web trgovina obuhvaća sve osnovne funkcionalnosti potrebne za online prodaju te se jednostavno može proširiti dodatnim značajkama kako bi zadovoljila specifične potrebe korisnika ili tržišta.e goal of this thesis was to develop a simple but functional web store using Django. During the creation of the work, the needs and requirements of modern e-shops were analysed, and the basic functionalities were implemented that enable clients to register, log in, view products, add products to the cart and complete orders. On the other hand, shop owners are given access to user data, orders and scheduling of necessary services. Using the Django framework's built-in administration panel, administrators are given access to all segments of the application, including managing products, customers, and orders, as well as adding, editing, and deleting content. Although simple, this web store includes all the basic functionalities required for online sales and can easily be expanded with additional features to meet the specific needs of users or markets
DEVELOPMENT OF A DHCP CLIENT APPLICATION FOR THE IPv6 NETWORK PROTOCOL
No full textOvaj rad bavi se implementacijom jednostavnog DHCPv6 klijenta u programskom jeziku C++. Problem automatske mrežne konfiguracije u IPv6 mrežama rješava se slanjem i primanjem DHCPv6 poruka putem Linux sučelja, s ciljem dohvaćanja i obnavljanja mrežnih parametara. U radu su korišteni alati za testiranje (Google Test), mockiranje (Google Mock) i logiranje (spdlog), čime se osigurava ispravnost i robusnost rješenja.This thesis presents the implementation of a simple DHCPv6 client in C++. It addresses the problem of automatic network configuration in IPv6 networks by sending and receiving DHCPv6 messages via the Linux interface, with the goal of retrieving and renewing network parameters. Tools such as Google Test, Google Mock, and spdlog were used to ensure the correctness and robustness of the solution
