The The Influence of Content Marketing, Influencers and Online Customer Reviews on Azarine Product Purchasing Decisions
This type of research is quantitative research, the aim is to find out the extent of the influence of content marketing, influencers and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Azarine products. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study was 98 respondents from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Surabaya, using simple random sampling and purposive sampling. Using the t test, F test, and dominance with the help of SPSS and the results are content marketing, influencer, and online customer review variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions . In the partial test (t test) it is known that the content marketing and influencer variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Online customer reviews have a positive and insignificant effect. Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Size And Capital Intensity Affect Tax Avoidance: Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Siza And Capital Intensity Affect Tax Avoidance
Research proves corporate social responsibility, company size and capital intensity affect tax avoidance. Energy sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2022 with purposive sampling and secondary data. Multiple linear regression data analysis method processed by Eviews 12 software. The results of this study simultaneously corporate social responsibility, company size and capital intensity have a significant effect on tax avoidance. The results of this study partially corporate social responsibility and company size have no significant effect and capital intensity has a significant negative effect on tax avoidanceResearch proves corporate social responsibility, company size and capital intensity affect tax avoidance. Company Value In Jakarta Islamic Index Throught Profitability, Environmental Performance And Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility
This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, environmental performance and Islamic corporate social responsibility on the company value of the Jakarta Islamic Index. The population in this research are companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 30 in the vulnerable years 2021-2022, totaling 30 companies. The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling. So the total sample for this research is 48 financial report data and sustainability reports from 24 companies who are listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 30 in the vulnerable years 2021-2022. The data uses time series analysis and is analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that profitability has a significant effect on company value; environmental performance has no significant effect on company value and Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility has no significant effect on company value.This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, environmental performance and Islamic corporate social responsibility on the company value of the Jakarta Islamic Index. Green Accounting Disclosure As A Determinant Of Financial Report Performance And Company Value, Best Manufacturing Companie Based On Forbes Indonesia Magazine
This research aims to determine and explain the effect of green accounting disclosure variables on company financial performance and firm value. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The variables in this study are green accounting disclosure as the independent variable, company financial performance and firm value as the dependent variable. This study uses secondary data on the 50 best manufacturing companies based the Indonesian Forbes magazine that participated in the PROPER program. COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE INFLUENCE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH JOB SATISFACTION
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of communication and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The study population was 32 employees at the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Office which was conducted by census. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis method used is Smart PLS. The results of the study proved that communication directly has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, communication has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The results are indirectly known that communication has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. THE INFLUENCE OF LOCATION AND WORD OF MOUTH PROMOTION ON PURCHASING DECISIONS AT CIPULIR MARKET, SOUTH JAKARTA
This research aims to determine the influence of location and word of mouth promotion on purchasing decisions at the Cipulir market. This research uses a quantitative and qualitative approach by applying multiple regression analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were asked to rate them using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The population that was the research subject was visitors to Cipulir Market, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Sampling was carried out using the Accidental Sampling method. communication of product value to strengthen their market position. The strategic nature of the Cipulir market influences purchasing decisions with accessibility, product availability, socio-cultural environment and market image. Markets with many sellers and product variations are the main choice for consumers, coupled with a friendly environment and a positive market image. This research aims to determine the influence of price and location on interest in visiting the Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant, Pondok Aren, Tangerang. This research is quantitative in nature using two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data obtained through observation and distributing questionnaires to consumers. Secondary data includes sources such as books, theses and previous research journals. The population of this research is consumers of the Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling, with a random sampling technique called the Accidental Sampling technique. The samples taken were 100 respondents. Affordable prices and strategic location have a big influence on interest in visiting Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant. Affordable prices make restaurants more accessible to various levels of society, while strategic locations make access easier and increase customer interest with a wider market reach
THE EFFECT OF ONLINE TRAINING, MOTIVATION & LEADERSHIP ON JOB SATISFACTION IN IMPROVING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of employee job satisfaction as a moderator of the effect of online motivation, motivation and leadership on employee performance with employee job satisfaction as a moderator. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance, the independent variables in this study are online training, motivation and leadership, while the moderating variable in this study is employee job satisfaction. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office in 2023. This type of research is quantitative. The data in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction which moderates online training, motivation and leadership on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to help the management of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office in knowing the effect of increasing the performance and job satisfaction of BRI Sidoarjo branch employees
Literasi Keuangan, Inklusi Keuan PERAN LITERASI DAN INKLUSI KEUANGAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN EKONOMI KREATIF DI KABUPATEN SUMENEP: Ekonomi Kreatif
The purpose of this study is to ascertain how financial inclusion and literacy contribute to the growth of the creative economy in Sumenep Regency. Fifty samples from actors in the Sumenep Regency's creative economy were used in this study. Quantitative research is the approach employed in this study. Primary data is the data source that was utilised. Information was gathered through the responses to questionnaires given to fifty participants in the creative economy. Simple random sampling, which is a probability sampling technique, was used to gather samples. The Likert scale is the measurement tool employed. With the use of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution), to assess keabsahan hypotheses. The results of the uji hipotesis indicate that there is a significant influence between the literate class and the growth of the creative economy, while the influence between the inklusi class and the growth of the creative economy is not significant.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran literasi dan inklusi keuangan terhadap pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini sebanyak 50 sampel, dari para pelaku ekonomi kreatif yang ada di Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner, dengan populasi para pelaku ekonomi kreatif sebanyak 50 responden. Pengambilan sempel menggunakan metode probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) untuk menguji keabsahan hipotesis. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara literasi keuangan terhadap pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, sedangkan hasil dari uji hipotesis antara inklusi keuangan terhadap pengembangan ekonomi kreatif tidak dapat berpengaruh secara signifikan
PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN, KESADARAN MEREK, DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI TOKOPEDIA PADA GENERASI MILENIAL SURABAYA
The research objective is to analyze the impact of service quality on brand awareness, the influence of service quality on brand image, the effect of service quality on purchase decisions, the influence of brand awareness on decisions, and the influence of brand image on purchase decisions. The technical data analysis employed in this study is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research findings reveal that service quality has a positive impact on brand awareness, service quality positively influences brand image, service quality positively affects purchase decisions, brand awareness positively affects purchase decisions, and brand image has a positive impact on purchase decisions.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kesadaran merek, pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap citra merek, pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh kesadaran merek terhadap keputusan dan pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Teknis analisa data yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kesadaran merek, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap citra merek, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, kesadaran merek berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian
