    KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND CREATIVITY VALUE AS AN EFFORT TO IMPROVE ISLAMIC BANKING PERFORMANCE

    When employee needs are met at work, job satisfaction will arise. Where job satisfaction is a state of happy emotions or positive emotions that come from an assessment of one's work or experience. With high job satisfaction, it will improve employee performance towards the organization where they work. Performance is the result of an employee's actions in carrying out the role given by the organization, both quantity and quality in accordance with the responsibilities given. For the Islamic banking industry, knowledge sharing is very important because it allows staff members to exchange knowledge, skills and experiences. By sharing ideas and knowledge the Islamic banking sector can stimulate innovation in its products and services that comply with sharia principles. This can help the banking sector to remain relevant and compete in the growing Islamic finance market.  This study aims to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction on employee performance which is influenced by knowledge sharing and creativity value. This research is a quantitative study with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with the Smart PLS 3.0 tool. Consists of 50 research sample respondents. The results showed that knowledge sharing, creativity value, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, knowledge sharing and creativity value have a positive and significant influence on employee performance of BSI Bank KCP Sidoarjo employees through job satisfaction

    This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and self-control on risky credit behavior. Because risky credit behavior can cause serious financial difficulties if a person cannot meet their debt payment obligations which have a long-term impact on credit reputation and make it difficult to get loans in the future. The population used was public university students in Malang city. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method with a total of 250. The study used multiple linear regression testing models tested with the help of SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has no effect on risky credit behavior while financial self-efficacy and self-control have a positive and significant effect on risky credit behavior

    This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of employee job satisfaction as a moderator of the effect of online motivation, motivation and leadership on employee performance with employee job satisfaction as a moderator. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance, the independent variables in this study are online training, motivation and leadership, while the moderating variable in this study is employee job satisfaction. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office in 2023. This type of research is quantitative. The data in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction which moderates online training, motivation and leadership on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to help the management of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office in knowing the effect of increasing the performance and job satisfaction of BRI Sidoarjo branch employees

    This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology, digital financial literacy, and internal control systems on employee performance at the Sleman Regency DPRD Secretariat office. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, using a sample of 121 employees and the data was obtained through a questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is then processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that information technology, digital financial literacy, and internal control systemshas an influence on employee performance with a total of 53.2% and the remaining 46.8% is caused by other factors that were not studied

    Ngemplak District is a center for tilapia fish seed production. There are a number of obstacles experienced, namely increasingly tight competition in the seed production business, lack of concentration of human resources in seed production, and seed quality that is not in line with market demand. Based on this problem, the objectives of the study are: to understand the entrepreneurial characteristics of tilapia fish seed producers, to understand the level of entrepreneurial competence possessed by tilapia fish seed producers, to understand the level of entrepreneurial orientation of tilapia fish seed producers, and to understand the influence of characteristics, competence and entrepreneurial orientation on the entrepreneurial performance of tilapia fish seed producers in Ngemplak District. Data processing uses frequency distribution tabulation and arithmetic mean from the Likert scale and regression analysis. The study was conducted on fifty-one seed producers in the Mina Ngremboko Group and Siwar Putih. The results of the study prove: the entrepreneurial characteristics of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District are very high, the entrepreneurial competence of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District is high, the entrepreneurial orientation of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District is high, the characteristics, competence and entrepreneurial orientation significantly influence the entrepreneurship of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District. The results of the study have the potential to improve the economy by maximizing the entrepreneurial performance of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District

    This study aims to determine the organizational culture, transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. Organizational culture (X1), Transformational leadership (X2),0and work motivation0(X3)0is an independent variable0(X) and performance0employee0as a dependent variable0(Y).0population of the study0this is0employees of UD. Jawa Madura in Sidoarjo totaling 67 people. This study was taken using quantitative methods, data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Primary data sources in the form of online questionnaires distributed to respondents. This data analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 determinant coefficient. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational culture does not affect employee performance, transformational leadership does not affect employee performance, and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at UD.     This study aims to determine the role of employee work motivation in overcoming production problems at the Rcd Leather MSMEs   in Pasuruan. As an economic actor in the MSMEs   sector, Rcd Leather faces various challenges in its production process, including unstable raw material supply and limited workforce skills. This study uses a qualitative approach using interview and observation methods with employees of the Rcd Leather MSMEs  . The results of the study indicate that work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, plays an important role in improving employee performance, increasing production efficiency, and overcoming various obstacles in work. A deeper understanding of the driving factors is expected to enable UMKM managers to develop more effective strategies to increase the competitiveness

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate and ascertain the impact of firm size, leverage, liquidity, and profitability on firm value in enterprises in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Frim size is measured using the Natural Logarithm of Total Assets (LN), leverage using the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), liquidity using the Current Ratio (CR), profitability using the Return On Assets (ROA) ratio, and firm value using the Price Book Value (PBV). Quantitative research is the method employed. All food and beverage companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) comprise the study's population, with an observation period running from 2018 - 2021. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method, so that 21 food and beverage companies were obtained that met the predetermined criteria with a total of 84 data samples used. The data source used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2 ), F statistical test, T statistical test using the SPSS application.     This research aims to determine the influence of income levels, tax sanctions and tax rates on personal taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Kebayoran Lama. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were individual taxpayers of the KPP Pratama Kebayoran Lama. The sample for this research was determined using the Slovin formula so that the total sample was 100 samples. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS version 25 program. The research results show that simultaneously the level of income, tax sanctions and tax rates influence taxpayer compliance. Income level influences taxpayer compliance. Tax sanctions affect taxpayer compliance. Tax rates influence taxpayer compliance.
