Analysis Of The Influence Of Perception Of Usefulness, Perception Of Ease And Perception Of Risk On The Interest Of Msmes To Transact Using Fintech/Financial Technology As A Digital Payment Service (Study on MSMEs in Nganjuk Regency)
This study aims to determine what factors can influence Repurchase interest. This study uses three independent variables Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Price (X3). Meanwhile, Repurchase (Y) is used as the dependent variable. In this study, the authors used descriptive-quantitative research methods, namely researchers tried to make a description, description systematically, factually and accurately regarding the relationship between the facts, characteristics or phenomena studied. The R Square coefficient is 0.742, or 74.2%, which indicates that the variables of Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Price (X3) affect the Repurchase Decision variable by 74.2%, other variables not included in this study affect 25.8% of the total. Repurchase simultaneously or simultaneously has a positive effect between Product Quality, Service Quality and Price with Repurchase interest. This is indicated by the calculated F value of 50,553 and significance at <0.001, so with these results indicating that Product Quality, Service Quality and Price are not simultaneously due to the positive influence of several elements that make a significant contribution to the Repurchase of Some More Taste SwitsA budget deficit is a condition where government expenditure exceeds its income. This can have an impact on various aspects of the economy, both positive and negative. This research aims to analyze the impact of the budget deficit on the economy in Indonesia using the literature study method. Collecting data and information utilizing various sources from reference books, similar previous research results, as well as various journals relating to the problem to be solved. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that a budget deficit can have both positive and negative impacts on the economy in Indonesia. The positive impacts of a budget deficit include: Increasing economic growth, increasing employment opportunities, improving community welfare. However, a budget deficit can also have a negative impact on the economy in Indonesia, including: Increasing inflation, increasing the government debt burden, decreasing the rupiah exchange rate. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the budget deficit has a complex impact on the economy in Indonesia. The government needs to manage the budget deficit carefully and responsibly in order to maximize the positive impact and minimize the negative impact
The Factors Influencing Students' Interest In Accounting Career In Sharia Bank: Case Study of Undergraduate Accounting Students from Higher Education in Jember
The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence accounting students' interest in pursuing a career at a sharia bank (case study of undergraduate accounting students at universities in Jember) and the variables used in this research are work environment, financial rewards, religiosity and accounting knowledge on career interest. at a sharia bank. The population in this study was from several campuses in Jember, namely Muhammadiyah University Jember, Jember University, Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq State Islamic University Jember and Mandala Institute of Science and Technology Jember. The technique used in this research is Non Probability Sampling with the Purposive Sampling method. The data collection technique used in the research was a questionnaire and was distributed to students who were used as the population and the sample used was 135 students. The results of the research explain that the variables Work Environment and Religiosity have a significant effect on students' interest in working in sharia banks and the variables Financial Reward and Accounting Knowledge do not have a significant effect on career interest in sharia banks. Meanwhile, all variables together have a significant effect on interest in a career in sharia banking
Testing Company Size as a Moderation Variable on the Influence of Asset Structure and Growth on Capital Structure
This study aims to examine the role of company size in moderating the influence of asset structure and asset growth on capital structure. The research was conducted on financial companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2023 period, using quantitative methods and purposive sampling techniques, with a total sample of 26 companies. Data analysis uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that asset structure and asset growth have a significant effect on capital structure. In addition, the size of the company is able to moderate the influence of asset structure and asset growth on capital structure. The implications of this study show that companies need to consider asset structure, asset growth, and company size to optimize capital structure decisions and minimize financial risks
WORK DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATION: THEIR IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE REGIONAL OFFICE OF THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE, SOUTH SULAWESI
This study aims to examine the significant impact of work discipline on employee performance, analyze the influence of motivation on performance, and evaluate the combined influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, South Sulawesi. The research was conducted at the Regional Office with 93 respondents (full sampling). Data were described descriptively, and quantitative data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results indicate that discipline plays a positive and significant role in enhancing employee performance. This discipline is reflected in compliance with work rules, effective time management, creation of a conducive work environment, and timely task completion. However, employee motivation does not significantly affect their performance. Motivational factors such as the nature of the work itself, lack of recognition, low morale, job responsibility, and compensation do not contribute significantly to employee performance. Collectively, work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Improved employee performance in terms of quantity, quality, work standards, knowledge, and creativity is influenced by the level of work discipline and motivation in carrying out tasks at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, South Sulawesi. EVALUATION OF THE IMPACT OF WORKING CAPITAL CREDIT AND PEOPLE'S BUSINESS CREDIT ON BANK PROFITABILITY: EMPIRICAL STUDY AT PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK BULUKUMBA BRANCH
This research aims to analyze the influence of Working Capital Credit and People's Business Credit (KUR) on company profitability at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bulukumba Branch Office. This study uses secondary data obtained from banks' annual financial reports for the 2017-2021 period. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous influence of the two types of credit on profitability. The research results show that Working Capital Credit has a significant influence on bank profitability, which is in line with the theory that this credit provides the liquidity needed for operations and increases interest income. In addition, KUR also shows a significant influence on bank profitability, which supports the importance of this credit in expanding financial inclusion and increasing the customer base. Simultaneously, the combination of Working Capital Credit and KUR makes a significant contribution to profitability, which shows the importance of credit portfolio diversification in improving bank financial performance. The uniqueness of this research is its focus on the simultaneous influence of Working Capital Credit and KUR on bank profitability, which is rarely analyzed in previous studies. Additionally, this research was conducted in the context of regional banks, which provides a new perspective on credit management and profitability outside of large or national banks. These findings provide an important contribution to the literature on credit management and bank financial performance, as well as providing practical guidance for bank management in optimizing credit strategies to increase profitability. This research also provides insight for future researchers to develop further studies that can explore other variables that influence bank profitability and can enrich understanding of the dynamics of credit management in the banking sector
THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ON BRAND EQUITY, BRAND TRUST AND BRAND LOYALTY ON TRAVELOKA INSTAGRAM
This research is entitled "The Effect of Social Media Marketing on Brand Equity, Brand Trust, and Brand Loyalty on Traveloka Instagram". The main focus is to understand the influence of social media marketing activities on brand trust, brand equity, and brand loyalty on Traveloka's Instagram platform. The background of this research is based on the estimation that the tourism industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with the widespread use of social media which affects marketing methods. The phenomenon in this study was explored using a questionnaire survey method using a Likert scale with the criteria of Instagram social media users and Traveloka applications in the DKI Jakarta area and SEM-PLS analysis. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of social media marketing on Traveloka's brand trust, brand equity, and brand loyalty on Instagram. This is important given the growth of Indonesia's tourism sector and the important role of social media in the marketing strategy of online travel agents (OTAs). The results showed that social media marketing has a significant influence on brand equity, brand trust, and brand loyalty. In addition, the factor that needs to be considered is brand trust because it has the greatest influence than other variables, which indicates that consumers' trust in the brand affects their perception of value and their desire to remain loyal to the brand. The benefits of this research include theoretical contributions in the field of management, especially in the aspects of social media marketing, brand trust, brand equity, and brand loyalty, as well as practical benefits for academics and companies in planning marketing strategies and business development
THE INFLUENCE OF LIVE STREAMING COMMERCE ON PURCHASE INTENTION FOR BEAUTY PRODUCTS IN SHOPEE E-COMMERCE
As technology advances rapidly worldwide, including in Indonesia, the impact on marketing has led individuals and groups to shift their strategies to online marketing via e-commerce. Shopee has become a popular e- commerce platform among Indonesians. In facing the digital era, Shopee has adopted various innovative marketing strategies, including the use of live streaming to enhance consumer engagement and facilitate online transactions through direct interaction with sellers. This study aims to investigate the influence of live streaming commerce on purchase intention for beauty products in Shopee e-commerce, with trust, product fit uncertainty, and product quality uncertainty as mediating variables. The focus is on two signals from live streaming broadcasters to consumers: physical characteristics and value similarity, which can reduce product uncertainty and increase consumer trust. This descriptive (causal) study employs a quantitative research approach, involving Shopee users in Indonesia who watched live streaming of beauty products in the last six months. We collected data from 400 registered respondents through a Google Form survey with predetermined criteria and analyzed it using SEM and Smart PLS. We found that physical and value similarities between consumers and broadcasters significantly influence product quality uncertainty and trust. High trust in the broadcaster reduces
product quality uncertainty and increases purchase intention. Product fit uncertainty also has a negative impact on purchase intention. The lower the consumers' uncertainty about product fit and quality, the higher their purchase intention

The Role of Teamwork on Employee Job Satisfaction of PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk
Human resources (HR) is one of the factors that play an important role as a driver of the organization/company and is a key to the organization/company in carrying out its business activities. The pre-survey results show that the biggest problem lies in the team work and job satisfaction variables. This can be seen by comparing last year at PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk on team work with a percentage of 36% in 2023 decreased compared to the previous year.This study aims to determine the role of teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk by using descriptive qualitative research methods with the number of informants taken as many as 3 people. the results in this study are the Role of Teamwork on job satisfaction in employees of PT Arita Prima TBK. Good teamwork will lead to job satisfaction such as increased salaries due to target achievement, good relations between leaders and coworkers, increased work to the opportunity to get promoted (promotion)
Development of a Clinical Pathway Model in Increasing Income from BPJS Claims
Application Clinical Pathway in hospitals has been recognized as an effective strategy for improving the quality and efficiency of health services. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Clinical Pathway implementation at Dustira Hospital TNI AD Cimahi, especially in the context of BPJS Health claims and the factors that influence its success. This research uses qualitative methods. The sampling technique uses technique scluster random sampling where the selection of the TNI AD Dustira Hospital was chosen randomly. This data was collected by means of questionnaire surveys, interviews and document analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of Clinical Pathway is effective in increasing BPJS claim income, which is proven by the fact that in 2022 there was an increase in income in the following year in 2023
