THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP AND DISCIPLINE ROLE ON IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE OF PASMAR SOLDIERS 2
Get PDFFacts in the field, there are still some Pasmar 2 soldiers who are not optimal in their work, both in daily tasks and presence in the field. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and discipline roles on improving the performance of soldiers in Pasmar 2. The research sample was taken from 313 Marines Brigif-2 Marines from 1,442 population who are ready personnel from Brigif-2 Marines. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, with the results showing that partially leadership variables have a positive effect on improving the performance of soldiers in Pasmar 2, partially discipline has a positive effect on improving the performance of soldiers in Pasmar 2, and simultaneously leadership and discipline have a positive effect. and significantly to increase the performance of soldiers in Pasmar 2
 
The Effect Of Disclosure CSR GRI-On Market Reaction In Listed Energy Based Companies In Indonesia
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze of the implementation Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on market reaction to energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The development of previous research, and the effective implementation of the Global Reporting Initiative that uses the 2016 GRI standard which was approved in 2016 by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GASB) which then effectively applies starting July 1, 2018. The result, GRI standard CSR disclosure has no effect on the market reaction of energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In the results of this study the possibility of stakeholders other than investors still assume that CSR carried out by the company is oriented to long-term company performance, while the thinking as an investor or potential investor is only about how to optimize short-term company performance

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, NIM, and LDR on financial performance with ROA as a measuring tool. This research was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. The research method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sample in this study were 21 banking companies. The data analysis used is multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the CAR and LDR has no significant effect on ROA. NPL has a significant and negative effect on ROA. NIM has a significant effect on ROA
