    This study aims to determine the effect of village original income and village fund allocations on village expenditures for the 2019 to 2021 fiscal years. The independent variables in this study are Village Original Income (PAD) and Village Fund Allocation (ADD), while the dependent variable in this study is Expenditure. Village. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative which uses descriptive statistical analysis and the analytical method in this observation uses the correlation coefficient analysis and determination coefficient analysis.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial performance analysis on profit growth in pharmaceutical, telecommunication and transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The independent variables used are Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Current Liability to Inventory (CLI), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). While the dependent variable is measured by profit growth. The company’s annual financial statements are a source of secondary data in this study. Classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing were used to analyze the data. The results showed that Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA) and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) had no effect on profit growth.     Human resources (HR) are the most important factor in efforts to achieve the success of organizations, groups and individuals. Seeing the importance of human resources, companies or organizations need to pay attention to their employees in career development and work environment to achieve maximum employee job satisfaction. This research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was employees of PT. The flying lion of the world. Data collection used questionnaires while data analysis was done using multiple regression analysis. Findings from structural models have proven that almost all hypothetical relationships are proven to be supported. There is a positive influence of partial career development on employee job satisfaction, there is a positive influence of the partial work environment on employee job satisfaction and there is also a simultaneous influence of career development and work environment on employee job satisfaction.     This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Assets (ROA) on Dividend Policy. The population in this study is the Building Construction Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 18 companies. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling, there are 7 companies for 5 periods with a total sample of 35 data. The type of data is secondary data, namely financial reports in 2017-2021.     This study aims to examine the influence of Social Media Marketing variables on Purchase Intention through Brand Awareness as an intervening variable. The analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with an analysis tool Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.0 application and hypothesis analysis using Path Analysis. The population in this study were Instagram followers from Chaa.id Store with 613 followers. The samples taken were 86 followers which were calculated using the Slovin formula and taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique.     The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions: a SEM Study. The sample of this study is STIE Madani students who have made purchases on the Shopee Application totaling 50 (fifty) people in 2023. This type of research is quantitative research. Data is processed using SEM with SmartPLS. application. Endogenous variable (X) is Purchasing Decision, while Exogenous variable (Y) is Product Quality. The results showed that Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decisions of STIE Madani Students on the Shopee Application.     This study aims to determine the effect of student perceptions and promotion mix on the decision of Trisakti Tourism Institute students to choose the Housekeeping Department. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with multiple regression analysis methods. The population in this study were all students of the Trisakti Tourism Institute. While the sample in the study amounted to 133 respondents using the accidental sampling technique distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that students' perceptions of the housekeeping departments are good with an average score of 3.73. This is of particular concern to the lecturers to maintain the quality of the teaching and learning process, especially so that students are more interested in working in the household world.     This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for culinary Asinan Ahauw Traditional Food from Bogor. This type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were consumers who bought Asinan Ahauw culinary, Bogor's traditional food, while the sample consisted of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The results of the study partially show that food quality and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while partially they do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. the producers of Asinan Ahauw Traditional Food from Bogor to always maintain product quality and build a positive brand image in order to win the competition between Asinan Ahauw producers

    The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted various sectors of life, including the hotel business. Due to restrictions on community mobility resulting in a decrease in room occupancy rates, MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition), and the provision of social events at the Swiss Belresidence Hotel Kalibata Jakarta. This decrease can have an impact on decreasing hotel revenues which can affect the acquisition of Gross Operating Profit (GOP) which is calculated by revenue minus costs and expenses that must still be paid. This study aims to analyze the achievement of Gross Operating Profit (GOP) during the pandemic and predict it for the next 5 years, as well as formulate a strategy so that the GOP obtained is in accordance with the target. The data in this study were obtained by SWOT analysis through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study are financial statements and hotel management. The data analysis technique in this study used qualitative descriptive. The results of this study are strategies that can be formulated for Swiss-Belresidences Kalibata Hotel, such as implementing a strategy of utilizing green areas in the hotel, offering attractive promos with complete facilities and easy transportation access.
