THE INFLUENCE OF CLOTHING ONLINE MARKETING ON PURCHASE DECISIONS IN ONLINE SHOPEE APPLICATIONS IN STUDENTS OF TRISAKTI TOURISM INSTITUTE
This study aims to determine the effect of online clothing marketing on purchasing decisions in the Shopee online application for Trisakti Tourism Institute students. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with simple regression analysis method and sampling by random sampling. The number of samples is 100 0 people. The results of the study show that clothing online marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions in the Shopee online application. Online clothing marketing has a significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Trisakti Institute of Tourism students because of the ease of accessing online stores via mobile devices, providing a wider selection, promotions and discounts, product reviews and ratings, and the ability to easily share information with friends through social media.This study aims to determine the effect of online clothing marketing on purchasing decisions in the Shopee online application for Trisakti Tourism Institute students. THE INFLUENCE OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF BAWASLU EMPLOYEES OF PASURUAN REGENCY
BAWASLU Pasuruan Regency is an institution that monitors election implementation, handles complaints, and overcomes administrative violations, election crimes, and ethics. This study analyzes the effect of Transformational Leadership, Intellectual Capital, and Work Environment on the performance of Bawaslu Employees. In a sample of 40 respondents, the quantitative approach involves Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Hypothesis Test. The results show that Transformational Leadership, Intellectual Capital, and Work Environment have a significant impact on the performance of Bawaslu employees. Transformational Leadership and Intellectual Capital have a significant effect, while the Work Environment also has an effect with a significance value lower than the threshold of 0.05. THE INFLUENCE OF ONLINE CUSTOMER REVIEW AND ONLINE CUSTOMER RATING ON PURCHASING DECISIONS AT THE SHOPEE MARKETPLACE
This study aims to analyze the effect of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchase decisions on the Shopee marketplace, case study of active students of management program year 2019-2022,University of Dharmas Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative research by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test,reliability test,normality test ,multiple linear regression test,coefficient of determination test(R2),simultaneous significance tes (f-test),and partial hypothesis test (t-test). The results of this study shews that online customer reviews and online customer ratings have significant effect on purchase decisions. The result show that the online customer reviews and online customer ratings simultaneously have significant effect on purchase decisions by f-test > f- table (85.757>3,07). THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE, LEADERSHIP, AND MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF POLICE PERSONAL
This research explores the impact of work discipline, leadership, and motivation on the performance of North Pamona Police Sub-precinct members using a quantitative approach. A survey involving 45 members as samples was analyzed using statistics, including multiple linear regression. The results indicate that work discipline and leadership do not have a significant influence on performance, while motivation has a strong positive and significant impact. These findings are consistent with previous research that highlights motivation as an important factor for individual performance. THE INFLUENCE OF INSTAGRAM SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION ON INTEREST IN VISITING POSBLOC CREATIVE PUBLIC SPACES, CENTRAL JAKARTA
PosBloc makes Instagram social media look very attractive so that many people are interested in visiting PosBloc. From Instagram, PosBloc has many benefits, one of which is introducing PosBloc to a large audience so that someone's interest in visiting PosBloc, Central Jakarta increases. The purpose of conducting this research is to gain new knowledge regarding the influence of Instagram social media on the desire to visit PosBloc, Central Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research include documentation, literature study, and questionnaires. Primary data processing was assisted by the SPSS 25 program. Respondents from this study were 100 who had visited PosBloc aged <18 to >29 years. The results of the T test researchers concluded that the T value was 29.259 with a significance of 0.00<0.05. So this equation can be used to predict the social media variable Instagram (X). Ketahanan UMKM Menghadapi Masa Pandemi Covid (Studi Kasus Pada UMKM Olahan Pangan dan Toko Klontong di Kota Semarang)
Banyak UMKM telah mengalami penurunan pendapatan penjualan sebagai dampak kondisi pandemi Covid 19 saat ini. Akhir-akhir ini secara Internasional banyak negara yang terjadi krisis multidimensional, termasuk di dalamnya adalah bangsa Indonesia, di Kota Semarang salah satunya, penyebabnya adalah adanya wabah virus pandemi Covid-19 yang berkepanjangan sampai dengan tahun 2022 sampai saat ini pun masih belum berakhir. Dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan adalah dapat melumpuhkan dunia usaha, menggoyahkan sendi kesejahteraan masyarakat luas, dunia kerja semakin sempit, sementara masyarakat yang membutuhkan pekerjaan yang terus meningkat, muncul masalah pengangguran yang terus meningkat. Sebagai solusi yang tepat untuk fenomena permasalahan tersebut adalah menumbuhkembangkan jiwa wirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis variabel-varibel yang mempengaruhi ketahanan UMKM dalam melewati masa pandemi ini. Beberapa variabel yang diduga dapat mempengaruhinya adalah; Produk, Strategi Promosi dan Kecerdasan Emosional Sebagai Variabel Moderating. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM Olahan Pangan dan Kelontong di Kota Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 304 (10 x 30) + 4. Para pelaku usaha di sektor UMKM berupaya mempertahankan bisnis atau usahanya di tengah pandemi Covid 19 dengan tetap mengikuti peraturan pemerintah dan protokol kesehatan serta keamanan dengan berbagai upaya yang diamati (observe), diidentifikasi (to orient), membuat keputusan (decide), dan melakukan aktivitas kembali (to act) dengan terus melakukan observasi, mengidentifikasi, membuat keputusan, dan bertindak secara terus menerus dalam satu siklus yang tidak dibatasi waktu. Para pelaku usaha menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif serta memaksimalkan kemampuan kecerdasan emotional mereka untuk tetap mempertahankan siklus bisnis merekan dengan memperhatikan setiap perubahan yang terjadi sewaktu-waktu

This study aims to design an accounting information system for construction companies in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive research that will describe problem analysis, needs analysis, and accounting information system design at one of the construction companies in Indonesia as a research sample. The results of the study have succeeded in contributing to the design of an accounting information system for construction companies and are expected to help and facilitate construction companies in Indonesia in handling every existing project and can provide the project information needed quickly and accurately.This study aims to design an accounting information system for construction companies in Indonesia. Womenpreneur On Economic Development in the Digital Economy Era
The role of women in the economic field can be the main actor and this makes it one of the potential things in micro business activities. Developments in the digital era during the pandemic have encouraged Womenpreneurs to be able to develop their businesses and businesses by conducting online marketing.The digital economy is believed to be able to answer the challenges of developing economic development which until now has not been stable. This digital economy comes with many opportunities to answer existing problems. Based on the results of empirical studies, it was found that there are factors that encourage women to become womenpreneurs, namely: economic factors and independence factors.As the level of participation of womenpreneurs in the digital economy era progresses, there are also challenges, namely the gap in mastery of technology. Another form of problem is creativity and readiness to face digital change. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, product quality and product innovation on the sales volume of UMKM Rokiku Balikpapan. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique in this study was to use a questionnaire or google form. The population in this study are consumers who have made purchases at the Rokiku Balikpapan UMKM. By using a purposive sampling technique, so that the sample used is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using the SPSS Version 24 program. The results showed that digital marketing, product quality and product innovation simultaneously had a significant effect on sales volume at the Rokiku Balikpapan UMKM. Partially, each variable has a significant effect on sales volume at the Rokiku Balikpapan UMKM

English The Influence of Debt Restructuring, Previous Year’s Audit Opinion, Leverage, Liquidity, Company Age, And Audit Lag on Going Concern Opinion : English
Going concern opinion is the auditor's opinion in considering the ability of a company's business continuity. The aim of this research to analyze the effect of debt restructuring, previous year’s audit opinion, leverage, liquidity, company age, and audit lag on going concern audit opinion on trade, service, and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2020. The number of trade, service, and investment companies sampled in this research was 109 companies with total sample was 218 samples. The analytical techniques used in this study include Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Model Feasibility Test, Overall Model Feasibility Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, and Hypothesis Testing using Logistic Regression Analysis with SPSS 25.
