THE INFLUENCE OF WORK CAPABILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES ON WORK READINESS IN COMMUNICATION AND ELECTRONICS OPERATIONS ISWAHJUDI AIR FORCE BASE
This research was conducted to analyze the influence of personnel capabilities, facilities and infrastructure partially and simultaneously on the readiness of Iswahjudi Air Force communication and electronics operations. In order to achieve these objectives, this study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional survey research design using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling, obtained 88 samples. Data analysis technique by doing descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, using simple regression and multiple regression, with a significance of 5% (0.05). The results of the study found that the ability of personnel had a significant, positive effect on the readiness of Iswahjudi Lanud's communications and electronics operations. The facilities and infrastructure have a significant, positive effect on the readiness of communications and electronics operations at Iswahjudi Air Force Base, and together the capabilities of personnel, facilities and infrastructure have a significant and positive effect on the readiness of communications and electronics operations at Iswahjudi Air Force Bas
The Effect of Financial Literacy and Risk Tolerance on Investment Decisions
This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance on investment decisions. This research was conducted on 64 students who joined the capital market study group at the Bali State Polytechnic. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. Based on the results of the multiple regression analysis that has been carried out, it was found that financial literacy has an effect on investment decisions and risk tolerance has an effect on investment decisions.This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance on investment decisions. Comparative Analysis of School Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic
A comparative analysis of the RAPBS before and during Covid 19 is an analysis that is important for agencies and the public to know. This study aims to determine a significant decrease or increase in the RAPBS at UPTD SDN 1 Panggung. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data, namely data obtained directly without intermediaries and data obtained indirectly. The method used in this study was at the time of data collection and at the time the data was collected. This research is in the form of RAPBS UPTD SDN 1 Stage for the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years. The results of this analysis indicate that there are three development components that have experienced increases or decreases, namely the development process standard which has decreased by 16,407,000 IDR or 25%, the development of facilities and school infrastructure decreased by 3,938,000 IDR or 3%, financing development standards experienced an increase of 19,793,865 IDR or 15%. Income Tax Article 21 Receipt Before and After the Implementation of Tax Incentives for Permanent Employees During the Pandemic of Covid-19
The purpose of this Final Project Report research is to find out the Level of Article 21 Income Tax Acceptance Before and After the Existence of Tax Incentives for Permanent Employees During the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Cilegon Primary Tax Service Office. The method used is the descriptive method. Sources of data come from observations and interviews obtained from the Cilegon Primary Tax Service Office. The results of this study show that the level of income tax revenue under Article 21 after tax incentives, especially in 2020 and 2021, has decreased and has not even reached the target set. The Covid-19 pandemic has limited human activity which has had an impact on the decline in the economy in Indonesia, thus reducing revenue from Article 21 Income Tax. The Influence of Price Perception, Brand Trust, and Customer Reviews on The Purchase Decision of Fashion Products In E-Commerce SHOPEE In East Medan
This study aims to determine how the influence of price perceptions, brand trust, and customer reviews on purchasing decisions for fashion products on e-commerce Shopee in eastern Medan. The number of samples in this study were 130 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression tests show that the price perception variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, by obtaining a regression coefficient of 0.253. The brand trust variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, by obtaining a regression coefficient of 0.835, and the customer review variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, by obtaining a regression coefficient of 0.152. The results of the partial test (t-test) show that price perceptions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, by obtaining tcount (3.472) > ttable (0.1723) and obtaining a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. The brand trust variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, by obtaining tcount (9.550) > ttable (0.1723) and obtaining a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and the customer review variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, by obtaining tcount (3.754) > ttable (0.1723) and obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Analysis of IFAS, EFAS Strategies and Feasibility of Mangot Cultivation Business to Reduce Household Waste : ANALYSIS OF IFAS, EFAS STRATEGY AND FEASIBILITY OF MANGGOT CULTIVATION BUSINESS TO REDUCE HOUSEHOLD WASTE
This study aims to analyze the strategy and feasibility of the Maggot cultivation business of the Renon Trash Maggot (RTM) Joint Business Group (KUBE) located in Renon Village, Denpasar City, this business helps decompose household waste, in its role of caring for sustainable development, using EFAS, EFAS, Matrix SWOT, QPSM analysis methods where the results of the analysis found that the business of KUBE RTM is in the Growth and Build zone, and strategies suitable for this zone are intensive (market penetration, product development) or integration (backward integration, front integration, and horizontal integration) and from the business feasibility of the financial aspect of net present value (NPV) analysis the results are positive, the internal rate of return (IRR) results are 30%, the profitability index (PI) results are > 1 which is 1.2 times and the business payback period (PP) is 10 months, 28 days.This research aims to analyze the strategy and feasibility of the Renon Trash Maggot (RTM) Joint Business Group (KUBE) Maggot cultivation business located in Renon Village, Denpasar City. GENDER AND INVESTMENT BEHAVIOR: A REVIEW AND BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS
The effect of gender differences on investment behavior is a research topic that needs to be explored to understand the phenomena. This paper is to review the literature on gender and investment behavior, as well as their influence on other dimensions. The Publish or Perish software was used to acquire literature data, and the Google Scholar database was chosen. The term used for the title is "gender investment." The initial search yielded 213 publications published between 2016 and 2021. Then, 112 articles were selected from the 213 literatures that were chosen. Using the Mendeley reference manager and the Publish or Perish software, information on the most cited articles was compiled. In addition, the 112 references were processed with the VOS Viewer to generate cluster data containing the items that appear in each cluster. Also demonstrated were the overlay visualization, density visualization, and author network connected with keywords. This study gives an overview of gender issues in investment behavior for future research
The Effect of Liquidity, Sales Growth, and Company Size on Capital Structure (Case Study on Transportation Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange)
The capital structure of the business is its long-term debt and equity funding. In this study, the capital structure of transportation businesses listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2013 to 2021 was tested and the impact of liquidity, sales growth, and company size was determined. There are 43 transportation businesses listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, but only 5 of them are utilized as examples because they have complied with the requirements. Purposive sampling was the sampling strategy utilized. The method for documenting research data is the data gathering method. Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique used for data analysis. The findings revealed that the capital structure is significantly impacted negatively by liquidity, significantly positively by sales growth, and hardly impacted positively by firm size. The adjusted R2 value obtained from the coefficient of determination test is 0.409, which means that the variation in the three independent variables CR, SG, and S can account for 40.9% of the variation in capital structure, with other factors other than those included in the study's model accounting for the remaining 59.1% of the variatio

Coffee shop is a place (tavern) that serves processed espresso coffee and small snacks as the era of coffee shop provides snacks and heavy meals. The development of coffee shops in Indonesia is very widespread, coffee drinks are also liked by the public in all circles. With the wide development in the coffee shop, the quality of products becomes an important thing and the quality of good products of the community / consumers will feel satisfied. Based on this, researchers conducted a study to find out how much the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction in one of the coffee shops is Wadah Kopi 27 Central Jakarta. The method used in this study was descriptive and correlational with the quantitative approach of data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires to a total of 94 respondents. Sample collection method using simple random sampling. Technique. Data analysis processing using SPSS version 25. Pajak, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Tunneling Incentive terhadap Keputusan Transfer Pricing
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pajak, ukuran perusahaan dan tunneling incentive terhadap keputusan transfer pricing pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 2013-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 22. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan transfer pricing, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan transfer pricing dan tunneling incentive berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan transfer pricing. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,463. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa 46,3% transfer pricing dipengaruhi oleh variabel pajak, ukuran perusahaan dan tunneling incentive. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lainnya diluar penelitian
