    THE EFFECT OF PRODUCT QUALITY, PRICE AND DIGITAL MARKETING ON CONSUMER SATISFACTION PT. SURACOJAYA ABADI MOTOR PALOPO

    This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and digital marketing on consumer satisfaction at Pt. Suracojaya Abadi Motor Palopo on Jalan. Kelapa, Kel. Dangerakko Village, Wara District. The sample taken was 215 respondents who had made transactions at Pt. Suracojaya Abadi Motor Palopo. The data collection technique used a questionnaire via the Google form. The method used in this study is quantitative with data analysis techniques using SPSS 25. The results of the study showed (1) Product Quality does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, (2) Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, (3) Digital Marketing has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, (4) Product Quality, Price, and Digital Marketing simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction

    MODERATING EFFECT OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONALISM, INDEPENDENCE, AND COMPETENCE ON AUDIT QUALITY

    The issue of declining audit quality in Indonesia has now become a public concern. The number of cases involving public accountants in financial scandals can have a major impact on both the economy, public trust, and the reputation of the accounting profession. This study aims to analyze the moderating effect of work experience on the effect of professionalism, independence, and competence on audit quality. Data were collected through a survey involving 42 KAP auditors in the Greater Malang area. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the PLS-SEM method. The results showed that professionalism had no significant effect on audit quality with a p-value of 0.220, independence and competence had a positive and significant effect on audit quality with a p-value of 0.047 and 0.083, respectively. Work experience is able to moderate the effect of professionalism on audit quality with a p-value of 0.086, but is unable to moderate the effect of independence and competence on audit quality with a p-value of 0.950 and 0.417. This finding indicates that although work experience can increase the impact of professionalism on audit quality, independence and competence factors still require continuous development that does not only rely on experience

    This study delves into how financial literacy and the use of Fintech e-wallets shape the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Kupang City. Employing a quantitative approach with 75 respondents, this research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis to examine the influence of these two factors, both partially and simultaneously. The findings indicate that both financial literacy and the use of Fintech e-wallets have a positive impact on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Kupang City. These results provide crucial insights into the dynamics of consumption in the digital age and highlight the vital role of financial understanding and payment technology in shaping the spending habits of younger generations

    Empirical Study: Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size And Sales Growth on Capital Structure in The Indonesian Stock Exchange

    Capital structure reflects the company’s way of determining funding sources. The purpose of the research carried out is to analyze and assess how liquidity, profitability, company size and sales growth impact the capital structure. The research population includes all food and beverage companies which have been listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in that time range. The sample was selected by utilizing a purposive sampling technique, while documentation method was  used to obtain data. This research involved 20 companies as samples, with a total of 60 observations. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression method was used. Research findings indicate that a significant and negative influence between liquidity and profitability on capital structure, while company size shows a significant and positive influence. Meanwhile, sales growth shows a positive influence but statistically influence is not significant on capital structure

    The rapid development of today’s era means that every person, organization or company must also have ideas and creativity to continue to keep the company or business attractive and left behind. Therefore, this research aims to find out how to apply the UTAUT2 model to the use of E-commerce features in the BSI mobile banking application. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis research methods which aim to test theories, build facts, show relationships between variables, provide statistical descriptions, estimate and predict results. The data in this research uses secondary data, namely data from questionnaire results. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive, starting with the t test, then continuing with the F test. The results of this research are that performance expectations, business expectations, habits, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, interest in use have a significant effect on e-commerce features. The value of Fcount > Ttable (295.705 > 1.98), as well as the significance value (0.000 < 0.05). In the research that has been conducted, it Is proven that the variables of facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and price value influence the intention to use e-commerce features, and the variables of habit and intention to use influence the behavior of using e-commerce. &nbsp

    THE INFLUENCE OF BRANDING AND IMAGE ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT YOGS BARBERSHOP IN MALANGO' RANTEPAO DISTRICT, NORTH TORAJA DISTRICT

    This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of branding on customer satisfaction of Yogs Barbershop in Malango', (2) the influence of image on customer satisfaction of Yogs Barbershop in Malango', (3) the influence of branding and image on customer satisfaction of Yogs Barbershop in Malango'. The research results show that: (1) there is a positive influence of branding on customer satisfaction at Yogs Barbershop in Malango', as evidenced by a calculated t value of 2.996; significance value 0.004 < 0.05; and the regression coefficient is 0.326; (2) there is a positive influence of image on customer satisfaction at Yogs Barbershop in Malango', as evidenced by the calculated t value of 3.538; significance value 0.001 < 0.05; and the regression coefficient is 0.382; and (3) there is an influence of branding and image together on customer satisfaction at Yogs Barbershop in Malango', as evidenced by the calculated F value of 60.666 and a significance of 0.000<0.05

    THE EFFECT OF INVESTMENT UNDERSTANDING, MINIMUM INVESTMENT CAPITAL, MOTIVATION AND RISK PERCEPTION ON INVESTMENT INTEREST

    This study aims to analyze the influence of investment understanding, minimum investment capital, motivation, and risk perception on the investment interest of the millennial generation in the capital market. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The research sample was 97 respondents from the millennial generation in Palopo City, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale, while data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study showed that partially, investment understanding, minimum investment capital, motivation, and risk perception had a positive and significant effect on investment interest. Simultaneously, the four independent variables contributed significantly to investment interest with an influence level of 66%. This shows that the millennial generation tends to be interested in investing if they have a good understanding of investment, affordable initial capital, high motivation, and well-managed risk perception

    This study analyzes the factors that influence the quality of village government financial reports in North Belopa District, focusing on HR competency and leadership style using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires from 39 respondents who were fully selected, and analyzed with SPSS. The results show that the quality of financial reports is influenced by HR and effective leadership style to improve transparency and accountability of village financial reports

    Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Social Media, and Innovation on the Success of MSMEs

    This research aims to evaluate the impact of entrepreneurial knowledge, social media usage, and innovation on the success rate of SMEs. The method applied in this research is a quantitative approach, with primary data collected through questionnaires. The research sample consists of 84 SMEs operating in the coffee shop sector in South Kalimantan, selected using random sampling techniques with the Slovin formula to ensure representativeness. The data obtained were analysed using multiple linear regression tests to identify the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The research findings indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge does not have a significant impact on the success of SMEs. At the same time, the use of social media and innovation has been proven to significantly influence the success of SMEs

    Optimizing the Minimum Cash Balance in Supporting the Company's Operational Efficiency

    This study analyzes the importance of optimal minimum cash balance management in encouraging operational efficiency, especially in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. In this context, strategic cash management becomes vital to maintain a balance between liquidity availability and cost efficiency. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach using secondary data from the annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018–2022. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were applied to evaluate the effect of the minimum cash balance on the operating efficiency ratio, which was calculated based on the ratio between operating expenses and revenues. The results show that optimally managed minimum cash balances have a significant impact on improving operational efficiency. This reflects that companies with structured cash policies tend to be more effective in utilizing resources and avoiding idle funds. This study presents practical insights for financial decision-makers in formulating cash policies that are aligned between liquidity and efficiency needs. In addition, this research opens up opportunities for the development of a cash management framework that is responsive to industry characteristics
