THE EFFECT OF REGIONAL FUNDS AND REGIONAL TRANSFERS ON BASIC EDUCATION IN INDONESIA
This study aims to analyze the effect of government budget for education consisting of regional funds and regional transfers on the quality of basic education in Indonesia as measured by the Education Quality Mapping (EQM) score. This study uses a cross-section regression method for 392 districts/cities in Indonesia. Based on the results, for both primary and junior secondary schools, local funds are statistically insignificant in influencing the PMP score. However, regional transfers significantly and positively affect the PMP score. Although not affecting the total PMP score for primary schools, regional funds significantly affect the PMP score through the standard of educators and education personnel (PTK); standard of facilities and infrastructure (sarpras); and standard of financing. As for junior secondary schools, regional funds affect the PMP score through the PTK standard. In addition, for regional transfers, at the primary level, regional transfers affect the PMP score through PTK standards, sarpras standards, management standards, financing standards, content standards and graduate competency standards (SKL). Meanwhile, at the junior high school level, regional transfers affect PMP scores through PTK standards, management standards, financing standards, assessment standards, content standards and SKL standards
The Influence of Soldier's Ability and Professionalism on the Performance of the Marine Corps Maritime Potential Staff
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable of soldier's ability and professionalism of soldiers partially and simultaneously on the performance of Spotmar Kormar. As for the method carried out by researchers using a qualitative approach. Processing data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents and analyzed using linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 program resulted that the ability of soldiers had a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.666. This means that by increasing one or part of and of course all dimensions of the ability of this HR will have an impact on increasing the ability and also on performance. Meanwhile, soldier professionalism has a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.368, meaning that an increase in professionalism will have an impact on increasing performance. While the ability and professionalism of soldiers simultaneously have a positive effect with a value of 0.369
DETERMINANTS DARI INTENTION TO PURCHASE HALAL PRODUK PADA CUSTOMER DI SALAH SATU KAMPUS SWASTA DI JAWA TIMUR
This study focuses on the intention to buy halal products, where the intention has a very important role in influencing the sustainability of behavior, the sample of this research is students in one of the campuses in East Java, this is because students are one part who has an understanding will consume halal products. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Halal products are products that have a level of hygiene, quality and are clearly in accordance with Islamic Sharia. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 students consisting of 66 women and 34 men. The results showed that all the influence tests had a significant value because they met all the criteria and assumptions in the SEM and Sobel Test. The results show that the role of halal certificates is very important for a product, especially since the majority of the population in East Java is predominantly Muslim, so there needs to be an important emphasis that food packaging must have or have a halal certificate., the intention to buy the product has a fairly good impact.This study focuses on the intention to buy halal products, where the intention has a very important role in influencing the sustainability of behavior, the sample of this research is students in one of the campuses in East Java, this is because students are one part who has an understanding will consume halal products. PERAN STORE IMAGE DAN CONTENT MARKETING TERHADAP REPURCHASE INTENTION YANG DI MEDIASI CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (Studi pada Pelanggan NTB Mall di Kota Mataram): PERAN STORE IMAGE DAN CONTENT MARKETING TERHADAP REPURCHASE INTENTION YANG DI MEDIASI CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (Studi pada Pelanggan NTB Mall di Kota Mataram)
This study aims to determine the effect of Store Image and Content Marketing on Repurchase Intention with Customer Satisfaction as a moderating variable for NTB Mall customers in Mataram City. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach, namely an explanation of the number measurement system using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples determined in this study were 90 respondents who had made purchases at the NTB Mall. The results and conclusions found are that Store image and content marketing have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, and Store image and content marketing also have a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention for NTB Mall consumers. However, the role of Customer Satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between Store image and content marketing on Repurchase Intention for NTB Mall consumers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daripada Store Image dan Content Marketing terhadap Repurchase Intention dengan adanya Customer Satisfaction sebagai variable moderasi Pada pelanggan NTB Mall di Kota Mataram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu penjelasan mengenai system pengukuran angka dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian di NTB Mall. Hasil dan kesimpulan yang ditemukan adalah Store image dan content marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction, serta Store image dan content marketing juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention pada konsumen NTB Mall. Akan tetapi peran dari Customer Satisfaction tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara Store image dan content marketing terhadap Repurchase Intention pada konsumen NTB Mall
Analysis of Firm Value with Dividend Policy as a Moderating Variable: Empirical Evidence on Real Estate Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
Firm Value is a form of corporate achievement that is seen from the perspective of some parties such as investors who associate the value of a company from its stock price. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity on firm value, profitability on firm value, Dividend policy moderates the effect of liquidity on firm value and Dividend policy moderates the effect of profitability on the value of real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study is the financial statements of real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 61 companies. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 11 companies was obtained. Analysis of the data used in this study is using descriptive statistics and moderation regression analysis with data processing through SPSS software. The results of the study show that Liquidity (CR) can make a positive contribution to the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability (ROA) can make a positive contribution to the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dividend policy (DPR) is able to moderate the liquidity (CR) of the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dividend policy (DPR) is able to moderate the profitability (ROA) of the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
Application Of Inventory And Sales Accounting Information Systems At Ud. Dekrafman Of Pogalan District, Trenggalek District: information systems, accounting, inventory, sales
This study aims to analyze the Application of Inventory and Sales Accounting Information Systems at Ud. Dekrafman of Pogalan District, Trenggalek Regency. The data used in this study were obtained by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used by researchers in this study is the Credibility Test, Transferability, Dependability, and Confirmability Testing. In this research, the focus under study is the implementation of inventory and sales of the business. The data from the results of this application are then compared with the views of experts, from existing materials and so on. The results of research at UD. So far, Dekrafman has not designed an accounting information system that utilizes technology and only performs a simple recording system, namely a system of cash receipts, cash disbursements and sales, so changes must be made by designing a computerized accounting information system and a manual accounting information system so that it can be more efficient. both in the implementation of financial activities. The Moderating Effect of ROA on the Influence of CSR and GCG on Firm Value (Study of The Banking Sector in ASEAN Stock Exchange During Pandemic): Study of The Banking Sector in ASEAN Stock Exchange During Pandemic
This study aims to determine the effect of CSR and GCG proxied by Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership on Firm Value with Financial Performance proxied by ROA as a Moderating Variable.The population in this study was obtained using a purposive sampling technique for banking companies listed on the Indonesia, Malaysiaand Thailand Stock Exchange during the 2020-2021 period so that 26 companies were obtained as the research sample. The analytical method used is MRA with the help of the SPSS 26. The results of this study are that CSR and KI has no significant effect on firm value. KM has a significant effect on firm value. Financial performance cannot moderate CSR on firm value. Financial performance cannot moderate KM and KI on firm value. THE EFFECT of INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONERS, AND AUDIT COMMITTEE on FIRM VALUE
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital, independent commissioner, and audit committee on company value in food and beverage sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2021. The independent variable in this study are intellectual capital, independent commissioner, and audit committee. The dependent variable is firm value as measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The population used ih this research is the food and beverage sub sector companies listed on the IDX for 2019-2021, the sample was taken using the purposive sampling method with a total of 36 samples. The method used is this research is multiple linear regression test. This type of research is quantitative using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). Tax Avoidance and Information Asymmetry on Firm Value: The Moderating Effect of Institutional Ownership
Management tries to maximize the value of the company by maximizing the company's performance because investors really appreciate the value of the company. This can be seen from the many businesses that are competing to maximize profits by utilizing available resources. With institutional ownership as a moderator, this study aims to investigate and collect empirical data on the effect of tax avoidance and information asymmetry on firm value. A number of BUMN20 IDX companies from 2015 to 2021 were employed in this analysis. Purposive sampling was used to select this research sample, and 12 companies were selected as the research sample. Over the past 7 (seven) years, 84 companies have consistently published financial reports and annual reports. Associative quantitative research is the method used in this research. Regression Evaluation using panel data is the technique. The Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), Perceived Price, and E-Service Quality on The Decision to Subscribe to NETFLIX Streaming Services In Medan City: The Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), Perceived Price, and E-Service Quality on the Decision to Subscribe to Netflix Streaming Services in Medan City
This study aims to find out how the influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), price perceptions, and electronic service quality on the decision to subscribe to Netflix streaming services in Medan City. The number of research samples is 100 respondents. Based on the research instrument test stated that all data is valid and reliable. Based on the classical assumption test, it is stated that the data is normally distributed and the multicollinearity test shows that the calculation of the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) value is <10, which means that there is no multicollinearity in the data being tested. Based on the results of the t-test and the regression coefficients, it shows that electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), price perceptions, and electronic service quality partially have a positive and significant effect on the decision to subscribe to the Netflix streaming service.
