    STRATEGY FOR CREATIVE ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT IN THE CULINARY TOURISM SECTOR IN SAMPANG CITY USING THE SWOT METHOD

    The culinary tourism sector in Sampang City was chosen because the creative economy driven by creative industries can develop human resources through knowledge, activities and innovation. Developing creativity is important to achieve progress and competitive advantage. However, in developing the creative economy in the culinary tourism sector, there are still various problems with human resources, product innovation, lack of service ideas, limited suppliers, unattractive packaging design, limited marketing and use of technology. This research aims to determine internal and external environmental factors in the creative economic development strategy in the culinary tourism sector of Sampang City. The research results show that the development strategy requires intervention from the relevant government so that problems can be resolved, such as holding training, always innovating products, improving packaging design to make it more attractive, increasing suppliers and investing in more modern technology. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with informants from culinary business actors in Sampang City. This research uses SWOT analysis to anticipate threats by exploiting strengths, and overcome weaknesses by looking for opportunities, so that the development of the creative economy in the culinary tourism sector remains optimal

Human resources are a crucial element in managing and utilizing other resources effectively. Motivation greatly influences employee performance and loyalty. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review to examine how motivation is implemented and its effects on loyalty. Effective motivation can increase employee loyalty through a supportive work environment and strong leadership, although challenges such as the gap between theory and practice and less supportive leadership can hinder its implementation

    This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology, digital financial literacy, and internal control systems on employee performance at the Sleman Regency DPRD Secretariat office. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, using a sample of 121 employees and the data was obtained through a questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is then processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that information technology, digital financial literacy, and internal control systemshas an influence on employee performance with a total of 53.2% and the remaining 46.8% is caused by other factors that were not studied

    The Ifluence Of Audit Fee, Auditor Reputation, Audit Opinion and Management Changes On Auditor Switching

    This research aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of audit fees, auditor reputation, audit opinion, and management changes on auditor turnover. This type of research is quantitative research and uses secondary data in the form of audited annual financial reports sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this research is transportation sector companies registered on the BEI during 2018-2022, with 37 companies as the population, and the sample technique used was purposive sampling, meeting the criteria of 10 companies sampled in 5 years of observation. The data analysis technique in this research uses logistic regression analysis in the Eviews 9 software application. The results of this research show simultaneously that audit fees, audit reputation, audit opinion, and management changes affect auditor changes. And partially shows that audit fees, audit reputation, audit opinion, and management changes have an influence on auditor changes

    This research aims to determine the effect of ROA, PER and EPS on share prices. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the Indonesian Communication Cable System company Tbk with the research sample using the balance sheet and profit and loss report of the Indonesian Communication Cable System company for the period 2021-2023. The instrument testing techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the Return On Asset (ROA) variable has a significant effect on stock prices, while the Price Earning Ratio (PER) variable has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices and the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the variables Return on Assets (ROA), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) together influence stock returns

    This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of board of directors structure and ownership structure on company performance. In this study the variables used were the board of directors, board size, female board of directors, constitutional ownership, managerial ownership, foreign ownership as independent variables, and company performance as the dependent variable. This study uses secondary data, namely food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The population in this study were 22 companies. To determine the sample in this study using purposive sampling method. With a sample of 10 companies for 5 periods. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that independent board of directors and ownership structure have a positive influence on company performance, female board of directors has a negative effect on company performance, board size, managerial ownership and foreign ownership have no effect on company performance.This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of board of directors structure and ownership structure on company performance.     This research aims to investigate the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Teen Kuring Serpong Restaurant, South Tangerang. Service quality is measured along several dimensions, including staff friendliness, food quality, service speed, and environmental cleanliness. The survey method was used to collect data from restaurant customers. Statistical analysis was carried out to evaluate the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The research results show that service quality significantly impacts customer satisfaction. Practical recommendations from this research can help restaurant management improve their services. This research contributes to understanding the factors influencing customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada CV. Boga Lestari Lamongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis data menggunakan alat analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji korelasi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra merek, harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel citra merek berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan koefisien beta sebesar 0,424

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership style, work competence on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variabel at Fakhira Clinic in Sawah Lunto, Al-Barkah, Menteng Wadas, and Pesanggrahan. Data was collected on 125 respondents through distributing questionnaires using the census method. The technique used to analyze this research is an instrumental test in the form of validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing is processed using smartPLS 3.0. The results of hypothesis testing in this study show that there is an influence of leadership style and work competence on job satisfaction, there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance, and there is an influence of leadership style and work competence on performance which is mediated by job satisfaction.
