Increasing Consumer Loyalty Based On Product Quality In The Emina Brand: -
In this era of globalization and industry, many similar companies have sprung up in the field of cosmetics, causing increasingly fierce competition. So that to maintain consumer loyalty it is necessary to maintain product quality. This study's goal was to ascertain of increasing consumer loyalty based on product quality in the Emina brand. This research approach employs qualitative techniques and literature reviews that are drawn from pertinent earlier theories and publications. The findings indicate that the strategy to increase consumer loyalty based on product quality in the Emina brand by maintaining the ingredients used because it has obtained a halal certificate by LPPOM MUI.

The Impact of Culture, Environment, Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Surabaya
This study aims to determine the influence of work culture, work environment, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance using the Resource-Based View theory approach. The design of this study is quantitative associative. The population of this study were employees of PT Pegadaian, Regional Office XII Surabaya. With the aid of the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the data analysis method employed the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS (Partial Least Square) approach. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on work discipline . (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction . (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction . ( 4 ) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance . ( 5 ) Work culture does not influence job satisfaction through work discipline as an intervening variable . ( 6 ) Work discipline influences performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable . ( 7 ) The work environment influences employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable . ( 8 ) Work culture influences employee performance through work discipline and job satisfaction as intervening variables . The implication of this research is that companies can identify important organizational resources, namely work discipline, work environment, work culture and understand the relationship between resources to create optimal performance improvement strategie
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION FOR SUSTAINABILITY BUSINESS ANALYSIS WITH GLOBAL REPORTING INDEX (GRI) STANDARD (CASE STUDY AT PT DATASCRIP)
PT Datascrip, a trading company, realizes the importance of maintaining its business sustainability and decided to undergo digital transformation as an effort to strengthen its business performance in terms of sustainability since 2018. In its digital transformation, PT Datascrip made some changes in its business processes in order to support efficiency and business competitiveness. With digital transformation, PT Datascrip can optimize its business processes by using environmentally friendly technologies, such as the use of digital technologies to reduce paper consumption. PT Datascrip also adopts a data-driven approach to support sustainable decision-making, such as the use of data to identify risks and opportunities in environmental and social aspects. In this context, the integration of GRI Standards becomes important in reporting the company's sustainability performance transparently and accurately. By using GRI Standards, PT Datascrip can strengthen the credibility of the company's sustainability report and increase transparency in reporting sustainability performance. The transformation measurement can prove that digital transformation and the integration of ESG principles by using GRI Standards as a reference can strengthen its business performance in terms of sustainability. STRATEGY MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS USING SWOT ANALYSIS IN INCREASE SALES AT AFECTO COFFEE SHOP
The competition of the business world seems to increase by seeing the competition that occurs in the increasingly competitive coffee shop industry, the role of strategy is needed in achieving business goals and the need to develop effective strategies in the midst of fierce competition in the coffee shop industry. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The type of approach used is a case study. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation methods. While data analysis uses SWOT analysis techniques and descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that based on IFAS analysis obtained with an IFAS score of 3.41 and EFAS score obtained with a score of 1.30, this result shows that Afecto can increase sales. THE INFLUENCE OF CONSUMER CREDIT AND INVESTMENT ON BANKING PROFITABILITY: CASE STUDY OF PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK MAMUJU BRANCH
This study aims to evaluate the partial influence of consumer credit and investment credit on profitability and the simultaneous influence of consumer credit and investment credit on profitability. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach using quantitative data sourced from secondary data, namely the financial reports of PT. Bank BNI Mamuju Branch. The analysis used to test the hypothesis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the T test and F test. The findings from this study are that partially consumer credit has a positive effect on profitability and investment credit has a positive effect on profitability. Meanwhile, in simultaneous testing, the results showed that consumer credit and investment credit together had a significant effect on profitability. 
HOUSING LOANS AND PEOPLE'S BUSINESS LOANS AS DETERMINANTS OF RETURN ON ASSETS: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON PT BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK MATOANGIN BRANCH OFFICE
This study aims to analyze the influence of Housing Loans (KPR) and People's Business Loans (KUR) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Matoangin Branch Office. KPR and KUR were chosen because of their strategic role in supporting the housing sector and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data from the bank's financial statements for the period 2017-2022. The research method used is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS. The results of the analysis show that both KPR and KUR have a positive and significant influence on bank ROA. The regression coefficient shows that each unit of increase in the mortgage will increase the ROA by 152,912, while the KUR will increase the ROA by 110,033, assuming the other variables are constant. The determination coefficient test showed that the regression model was able to account for about 96.5% of the variation in ROA, showing a good match between the model and the existing data. These results make a theoretical and practical contribution in understanding the effectiveness of KPR and KUR as instruments to improve bank financial performance. This research is expected to be a reference for bank management in optimizing credit distribution policies to support economic growth and increase company profitability. These findings also have the potential to provide input for further research in the context of the use of microcredit and housing in Indonesia
The influence of word of mouth and green marketing on purchase intention with brand image as a mediating variable
This study aims to examine the impact of Word of Mouth and Green Marketing on Purchase Intention, with Brand Image serving as a mediating variable. The research focuses on Generation Z (aged 20-24 years) in Malang City, specifically users of Lee Minerale bottled water. The research is explanatory in nature, seeking to clarify the causal relationships among various variables. The population for this study includes 64,130 individuals within the specified age group in Malang City, based on BPS data from 2023. The sample was selected using nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The study employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test to determine whether the independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable. The findings indicate that all variables have an impact, though Green Marketing does not significantly affect Purchase Intention
Pengaruh Kepercayaan Merek, Citra Merek, dan Kepuasan Merek terhadap Intensi Pembelian Ulang Dimediasi oleh Loyalitas Merek Miniso di Surabaya
Indonesia membuka peluang bagi investor asing agar masuk ke pasar ritel domestik untuk menguasai pasar swalayan maupun e-commerce. Berawal dari hal tersebut, tingkat persaingan bidang usaha di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan, khususnya pasar global di bidang ritel modern. Miniso merupakan ritel modern yang paling ekspansif dan menjadi incaran masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan merek, citra merek, dan kepuasan merek terhadap intensi pembelian ulang dimediasi oleh loyalitas merek Miniso di Surabaya. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 290 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria berlangganan merek Miniso minimal 6 bulan, berusia minimal 17 Tahun, dan berdomisili di Kota Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara offline berupa lembar kuesioner berisi item pernyataan dan online berupa link Google Form melalui WhatsApp, email, atau Instagram. Analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan diuji menggunakan program WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) loyalitas merek memiliki peran mediasi penuh (full mediation) hubungan antara kepercayaan merek terhadap intensi pembelian merek secara penuh; (2) loyalitas merek memiliki peran mediasi parsial hubungan antara citra merek terhadap intensi pembelian ulang; (3) loyalitas merek memiliki peran mediasi parsial hubungan antara kepuasan merek terhadap intensi pembelian ulang.

PENGARUH PERAN PERBANKAN DAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN EKONOMI KREATIF DI KABUPATEN PAMEKASA
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the role of banking and local government in developing the creative economy in Pamekasan Regency. The population in this research are creative economy actors in Pamekasan district. The sample from this research was 50 creative economy MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency. The sample technique taken was a purposive sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. From this research, the role of banking does not have a significant effect, because the t test results show 0.318 > 0.05. Meanwhile, local government has a significant influence because the value is 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously the influence of the role of banking and local government has a significant influence because the resulting value is 0.000bTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran perbankan dan pemerintah daerah dalam mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Populasi penelitiannya adalah pelaku ekonomi kreatif di kabupaten Pamekasan. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdapat 50 pelaku UMKM ekonomi kreatif Di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Teknik Sampel yang di ambil adalah teknik Sampling Purposive. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari penelitian ini, peran perbankan tidak berpengaruh signifikan, karena hasil uji t menunjukkan 0,318 > 0,05. Sedangkan pemerintah daerah mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan karena nilai adalah 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan pengaruh peran perbankan dan pemerintah daerah mempunyai pengaruh signifikan karena nilai yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,000b
ROLE SHARIAH ENGAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPROVING SHARIA BANKING PERFORMANCE
Islamic banks must ensure that all operational activities and financial products comply with sharia principles. Sharia Engagement's role helps ensure compliance with Islamic law in all aspects of banking. Employees who understand sharia principles can carry out their duties well and in accordance with Islamic values. This can improve employee performance in sharia banking. Another factor that improves employee performance is that the company is able to create a balance between work and family life for employees and provides a conducive work environment that creates comfort at work. This research aims to determine the influence of work life balance and work environment on employee performance with sharia engagement as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative research with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with the Smart PLS.3.0 tool. Consisting of 50 research sample respondents. The research results show that work-life balance, work environment, and Sharia Engagement have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, work-life balance and the work environment have a positive and significant influence on improving the performance of Bank BSI KC Sidoarjo employees through Sharia Engagement
