THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY, COMPANY IMAGE AND COMPLAINT HANDLING ON LOYALTY WITH SATISFACTION AS INTERVENING
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of service quality, corporate image and complaint handling on satisfaction. As well as to test and analyze Service Quality on Loyalty with Satisfaction as Intervening for Customers of Bank NTT Maumere Branch. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample population is 220 customers of Bank NTT Maumere Branch. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with variance based SEM using PLS 4.01 smart tools. The results of the analysis can be concluded that Service Quality, Corporate Image and Complaint Handling have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Bank NTT Maumere Branch; and Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; and Service Quality, Corporate Image and Complaint Handling have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction of Bank NTT Maumere Branc

ANALYSIS OF GRDP BY BUSINESS FIELDS THAT INFLUENCE THE RATE OF ECONOMIC GROWTH IN BLORA DISTRICT IN 2023
This research aims to analyze GRDP according to Business Fields which influence the economic growth rate of Blora Regency. This research uses secondary and primary data. This research uses secondary data, namely Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) According to Business Fields Based on Constant Prices for the 2013-2022 Base Year, GRDP. Secondary data comes from BPS (Central Statistics Agency), while primary data comes from Blora Regency Bappeda employees. Data was obtained using the documentation method. The data was processed using the Pearson Correlation Analysis technique using SPSS 20 to determine the strength or weakness of the relationship between the 17 business sector variables (X) and the GRDP variable (Y) of Blora Regency. Based on the results of the Correlation analysis, there are five sectors that are the base sectors in Blora Regency, the Financial Services and Insurance sector, the Government Administration, Defense and Social Security sectors, Real Estate and Wholesale and Retail Trade and Education Services. The Financial Services and Insurance sector has the largest level of closeness or correlation of 97.18% with a time span of 10 years
IMPLEMENTATION OF INCLUSIVE VILLAGE POLICY IN BIRA TENGAH VILLAGE, SOKOBANAH DISTRICT
This study aims to examine the implementation of inclusive village policies in Bira Tengah Village, Sokobanah District. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The findings show that Bira Tengah Village has taken various significant steps to achieve inclusiveness, the village government is trying for all levels of society to participate in the development process in order to maintain the value of equality in the social realm, this can be seen from the inclusion of all levels of society in the preparation of village programs, infrastructure improvements, and increasing access to health services. However, although most of the Inclusive Village policies have been implemented, there are still obstacles in terms of socialization and regulation of the Law from the local government regarding the Inclusive Village Policy, this has caused several programs to not run optimally
SURVIVAL STRATEGY OF KERIS CRAFTSMEN IN AENG TONG-TONG VILLAGE, SARONGGI DISTRICT, SUMENEP REGENCY
This study aims to analyze the survival strategies of keris craftsmen in Aeng Tong-Tong Village, Saronggi District, Sumenep Regency. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological method. The selected informants are the keris craftsman coordinator and the owner of the keris craft industry. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation in the keris craft industry in Aeng Tong-Tong Village. In this study, data validity testing was used through source triangulation which was then analyzed and conclusions were drawn. The results of the study indicate that the survival strategy of keris craftsmen in Aeng Tong-Tong Village utilizes assets or capital, including human capital, natural capital, financial capital, physical capital and social capital
Competitive Advantage Is Assessed From Entrepreneurial Orientation, Price Strategy And Location
The aim of this research is to examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, pricing strategy and location on competitive advantage. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were MSMEs in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City with a total of 453 MSMEs. Biringkanaya District is the District recorded by the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Makassar City as having the largest number of SMEs. The sample from this study used a purposive sampling method, in 2021-2023, so the total sample was 55 respondents. From the collected data, data analysis was then carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program. This analysis was carried out using several stages of multiple linear regression analysis to determine the magnitude of the influence that entrepreneurial orientation, pricing strategy and location have on competitive advantage. Effect of Competence, Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Achievement on Employee Performance
This research aims to examine the influence of competency, work environment, work discipline and work achievement on employee performance. In this research, the research methods used are descriptive and verification research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bosowa Propertindo Makassar, totaling 35 employees. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sample. The sample in this research was all employees of PT Bosowa Propertindo Makassar, namely 35 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research found that competence, work environment, work discipline and work achievement, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.This research aims to examine the influence of competency, work environment, work discipline and employee achievement on employee performance. JAVA ETHNICITY OF THE FEMINISM GOVERNANCE, SUSTAINABILITY POLICY, AND FINANCIAL STABILITY
This study examines the relationship between Feminism Governance, Javanese Ethnicity, and its impact on Financial Stability and Investor Judgment. This concept is based on the characteristics of CEOs and Commissioners, including gender and Javanese ethnicity. This article uses a literature review to explain the relationship between the Javanese ethnicity of female CEOs and its relationship to financial stability and investor judgment. The results of this article show that both female CEOs and commissioners with a Javanese ethnic background will prefer to focus on and implement sustainability policies for companies that consist of social, environmental, and governance. This sustainability policy will ultimately increase the company's long-term profits. A good sustainability policy for a company increases the company's financial stability in the long term. The good financial stability of a company can make investors see the company as good, thus making investors behave in making decisions to invest in the company. This article is the first to discuss Javanese ethnicity in CEOs and company commissioners, previously many articles only discussed the gender composition of CEOs and commissioners
THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND EQUITY AND PRICE ON CONSUMER PURCHASE INTENTIONS OF EIGER OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT IN KARAWANG REGENCY
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand equity and price on consumer purchase intentions of Eiger outdoor equipment in Karawang Regency. Brand equity is considered one of the important factors influencing purchase decisions, while price is often a primary consideration for consumers when choosing a product. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study consisted of 400 respondents using purposive sampling as the sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, and the analytical techniques used included reliability testing, descriptive analysis, t-tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that brand equity has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions. This is indicated by a positive and significant regression coefficient at a 95% confidence level. Price also has a significant influence on purchase intentions. Overall, brand equity and price simultaneously have a significant influence on the purchase intentions of Eiger outdoor equipment in Karawang Regenc
