THE IMPACT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL KNOWLEDGE, ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS, AND INNOVATION ON THE COMPETITIVE ABILITY OF WOMEN MANAGED SMES: A CASE STUDY OF SMES IN MEDAN CITY
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are part of the independent Indonesian economy and have great potential in improving welfare. MSMEs contribute to gross domestic product (GDP) income of 60% of the 65.46 million total MSMEs in Indonesia. Knowledge, skills and innovation are one way to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the role of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial skills and innovation on the ability competitiveness of MSMEs managed by women, especially in Medan city. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection methods in this study in the form of questionnaires that will be distributed to female MSME actors in Medan city both online and offline using Likert Scale measurements. The population in this study is MSMEs managed by women. The population size of female MSME entrepreneurs is 24,925 MSMEs. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with sampling using purposive sampling using the Slovin formula with a total of 394 respondents. The data processing method uses SEM-PLS and uses SPSS 24 software. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial skills and innovation have an effect on the ability competitiveness of MSMEs managed by women, especially in Medan city. So in this case, the importance of the role of knowledge and innovation in improving the performance of MSME
THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY, BRAND IMAGE, AND PRICE ON C'BEZT FRIED CHICKEN MAKALE TO GAIN CUSTOMER LOYALTY
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand image and price of C'Bezt Fried Chicken Makale on customer loyalty. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all the visitors of C'Bezt Fried Chicken. The sample in this study was calculated using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 84 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis test.
The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of service quality, brand image and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in C'Bezt Fried Chicken Makale. Similarly, the variables of service quality, brand image and price simultaneously or together have a significant effect on customer loyalty to C'Bezt Fried Chicken Makale
Utilizing Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift-Share (SS) Techniques to Analyze Key Industries in Yogyakarta City
The current era of regional autonomy has led to an increased complexity in regional development and heightened competition among regions. To achieve sustainable development in each regency and city, particularly in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, the Provincial Government of DIY has allocated special funds to improve the welfare of the community. Analyzing the leading industries in Yogyakarta is the objective of this research. Secondary data for this research were obtained through the official websites of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of DIY Province and BPS of Yogyakarta City. Using the shift share and location quotient analysis techniques, this research is of a quantitative descriptive nature. Based on the research findings, the leading sectors in Yogyakarta from 2018 to 2022 have been identified, comprising a total of 11 fields or sectors: (1) Manufacturing Industry; (2) Gas and Electricity Provision; (3) Water Supply; (4) Waste Processing; (5) Information and Communication; (6) Financial and Insurance Services; (7) Real Estate; (8) Corporate Services; (9) Government Administration; Defense and Mandatory Social Security; (10) Education Services; (11) Health and Social Activities. Shopee Analysis And The MSME Revolution Pushing The Indonesian Economy Into The Digital Era
In the digital era, e-commerce platforms like Shopee are key drivers of Indonesia's economic transformation, particularly for MSMEs. This research analyzes Shopee's impact on MSME development in Indonesia. Using a combination of primary and secondary data, 200 MSMEs that actively use Shopee were sampled purposively. The results show that Shopee significantly enhances market access, operational efficiency, digital literacy, and customer satisfaction. This underscores the need for steps such as improving digital infrastructure and fostering collaboration between the government, private sector, and educational institutions. In conclusion, Shopee plays a crucial role in revolutionizing MSMEs and pushing Indonesia towards a more digital economy
WORK CULTURE AND COMPETENCE: THEIR IMPACT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF NATIONAL MILITARY PERSONNEL
This research aims to examine and comprehend the impact of work culture and competence on the performance of personnel in Bakangdam XIV Hasanuddin. The research method employed is a quantitative approach. The population under study comprises all personnel of Bekangdam XIV Hasanuddin, totaling 296 individuals. Sampling was conducted using the Slovin method, resulting in 196 respondents. Data collection was facilitated through the utilization of a Likert scale with a measurement range from 1 to 5. Questionnaires were distributed online using Google Forms. Data analysis encompassed tests for response characteristics, validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that work culture has a positive yet nonsignificant influence on personnel performance, whereas competence demonstrates a positive and significant impact. Partial analysis indicates that the competence variable dominates with a 90.5% influence on personnel performance. Simultaneously, both work culture and competence significantly and positively affect personnel performance by 58%, while the remaining 42% is attributed to unidentified factors. Consequently, enhancing work culture and competence among personnel is paramount for improving their performance in Bakangdam XIV Hasanuddin. THE INFLUENCE OF WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EMPLOYEE INTERESTS ON JOB PROMOTION IN PT AEROFOOD INDONESIA SURABAYA BRANCH OF 2024
Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work environment and employee interests on job promotion. This study was conducted on the employees of PT Aerofood Indonesia Surabaya Branch using an online survey method. Samples were calculated using Slovin's formula with a confidence level of 10%. Samples analyzed were 70 respondents. The study was conducted using a quantitative method. The analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study showed that work environment has a significant influence on job promotion, while employee interest does not have a significant influence on job promotion.

AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE OF BUDGET PLANNING AND FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF FINANCIAL MANAGERS AT THE OFFICE OF THE MINISTRY OF RELIGION OF MAKASSAR CITY
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of budget planning and financial accountability on the performance of financial managers partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population consisted of 41 financial managers in the agency, and the sample was drawn using the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires designed to measure budget planning variables, financial accountability, and financial manager performance. The collected data will be analyzed using SPSS software, with analysis steps that include descriptive tests to describe the characteristics of respondents, as well as validity and reliability tests to ensure the accuracy of the research instruments. Furthermore, multiple linear regression analysis will be carried out to test the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable, as well as hypothesis testing through the t-test to determine the individual influence and the F test. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that budget planning and financial accountability have a significant influence on the performance of financial managers at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Makassar City. Good budget planning allows for more efficient allocation of resources and alignment with organizational goals. Meanwhile, accountable financial accountability ensures that every use of the budget can be accounted for, increasing trust and transparency in financial management. Simultaneously, good financial planning and accountability create synergies that have a positive impact on an organization's financial performance, demonstrating that both are key pillars in effective and efficient financial management
PRESCRIPTION COVERAGE IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY FOR PHARMACY OUTPATIENT INSTALLATION AT PREMIER JATINEGARA HOSPITAL
This study examines operational inefficiencies within the outpatient pharmacy at Premier Jatinegara Hospital, focusing on declining prescription coverage and its impact on patient care and hospital revenue. Using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework, the research systematically identifies key problem areas and proposes targeted improvement strategies. Internal analysis revealed issues such as frequent stockouts, inadequate real-time inventory management, workflow inefficiencies, and staffing shortages during peak hours. External analysis highlighted patient dissatisfaction due to long waiting times and supply chain disruptions caused by unreliable suppliers. To address these challenges, the study proposes a comprehensive improvement strategy focusing on upgrading the hospital’s data management system, implementing real-time inventory tracking, redesigning workflows, and enhancing staff training. The Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle forms the foundation of the implementation plan, ensuring the systematic execution and continuous monitoring of improvements. The recommended interventions aim to enhance patient safety, streamline inventory management, reduce waiting times, and improve overall service quality. Additionally, recommendations for future academic research include exploring the broader impact of technological integration on hospital efficiency and examining patient perceptions of pharmacy services. By addressing operational inefficiencies, this study provides valuable insights and practical solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of outpatient pharmacy services at Premier Jatinegara Hospital, ultimately supporting better patient outcomes and financial stabilit
Implementation Of Technology In Developing Entrepreneurship And Innovation
Technology have become a very fundamental part of human daily activity including economic activity. Technology especially information technology contain numerous even infinite information which can be easily accessed. This are making learning process becoming more flexible and more independent, which allow people to learn anything from anywhere. The presence of technology are known to contribute a lot to economic activities which one of them are production process and transaction process. In process of using technology, the information in the internet have the capability to influence entrepreneurship of one person to another. So do innovation, information that can be easily accessed give the ability for someone to think critically and generate ideas, innovation even further invention. This paper purposes is to discover the process of technology in influencing both entrepreneurship and innovation. The finding of this research indicate two major finding which is technology influence entrepreneurship through it simplicity and convenience. Meanwhile innovation are influence by technology by the information it contains, providing many people to learn and finally helping in generating ideas for innovation
