    THE EFFECT OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE, WORK STRESS, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. WIJAYA INTI NUSANTARA SAWIT PALOPO CITY

    The purpose of this study was to determine how work-life balance, work stress, and work environment affect employee performance at PT. Wijaya Inti Nusantara Sawit, Palopo City. This study used a quantitative method with a population of 140 employees. Because the population is more than 100, the sampling method used is the Slovin formula with a total of 104 employees as respondents. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis method used to test the hypothesis. The results show that (1) work-life balance affects employee performance at PT. Wijaya Inti Nusantara Sawit, Palopo City positively and significantly; (2) work stress does not affect employee performance at PT Wijaya Inti Nusantara Sawit, Palopo City, does not have a positive and insignificant effect; and (3) the work environment affects employee performance at PT Wijaya Inti Nusantara Sawit, Palopo City positively and significantl

    This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational justice on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Palopo, as well as the interaction of both in influencing employee productivity.     In this study, the researcher chose CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo as the object of the study with the aim of finding out Organizational Culture, Intrinsic Motivation, andKnowledge Sharingon Employee Performance at CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo. This study uses quantitative research methods, with the type of data used being primary data (survey). The sampling technique used by researchers is the distribution of questionnaires where the population is 41 employees with direct data collection from respondents. The data collection technique in this study uses a Likert scale, a Likert scale is a tool used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of individuals or groups of people about social phenomena. Analysis techniquesdata testing using Smart Partial Square (PLS) software version 4.0. With the classical assumption test of validity and reliability, Outer Model and Inner Model. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance, Intrinsic Motivation influences Employee Performance, and Knowledge Sharing influences Employee Performance at CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo

    THE EFFECT OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT CAMPINA ICE CREAM INDUSTRYTBK

    This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development, work experience, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk. Using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, this study involved 145 respondents selected through random sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that partially, human resource development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.305, where training programs are proven to increase employee productivity and adaptation. Work experience also has a significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.232, indicating that longer experience supports work efficiency and understanding. Work motivation is the dominant variable with a regression coefficient of 0.425, which confirms the importance of financial incentives and non-financial rewards in improving employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables explain 83.4% of the variation in employee performance, as indicated by the F value of 235.758. These findings confirm that human resource development, work experience, and work motivation are important elements in creating optimal performance, so companies need to focus on strategic management of these three factors to increase competitiveness

    This study aims to determine and measure how much influence the work environment, rewards and punishments have on work loyalty of J&T Express Jemundo Expedition Employees, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study is a quantitative study using an explanatory research approach. The population of the study includes all employees of the J&T Express Jemundo expedition company, with a total of 123 employees. The sampling process was carried out using probability sampling techniques. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation and distributing questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. This study uses the SPSS analysis method. Based on the results of data analysis carried out on the four hypotheses in this study, it can be concluded that the variables of the Work Environment, Rewards, and Punishment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee work loyalty

    ANALYSIS OF CREDIT FEASIBILITY USING THE DECISION TREE METHOD (Case Study at CP Rantepao Pawnshop)

    This study aims to analyze the feasibility of providing credit at Pegadaian CP Rantepao using the decision tree method. Quantitative research is the method used. The population in this study was 413 customer data, 100 of which were used as samples provided by Pegadaian CP Rantepao. The type of data used is secondary data, in the form of customer data registered at Pegadaian CP Rantepao. The data analysis used in this research is using Data Mining Clarification with the C4.5 Algorithm Method. The results showed that by using the Decision Tree method to determine customer status on CP Rantepao Pawnshop Customer data, it was able to classify or predict customer data into categories, namely current and bad using 5 attributes, namely gender, loan time, collateral, product type and installations. Based on tests that have been carried out using Confusion Matrix, the accuracy value is 75.71%

    FEMALE CUSTOMERS FOMO:THE ROLE OF THREATS AND CAPABILITIES TOWARDS CO-CREATION OF PROTECTION IN ONLINE BANKING SERVICES

    This study aims to examine the effect of threat assessment and coping ability on the co-creation behavior of female customers in using digital banking services, with FOMO as a moderating variable. This study uses a survey research design, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to female customers who use online banking from big cities in Indonesia. They are at least 17 years old, have used digital banking services for more than a year, and make transactions regularly. The results of the study indicate that threat assessment and coping ability have a positive effect on co-creation behavior. The ability to cope with risks also strengthens the involvement of female customers in joint protection. Meanwhile, FOMO is confirmed to moderate the relationship between threat assessment and co-creation behavior, but does not moderate the relationship between coping ability and the behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of threat perception, digital literacy, and banking technology innovation in creating a safer and more trusted digital banking ecosyste

    This study aims to determine the effect of Digital Leadership, Leader Member Exchange and Innovation Capability on Employee Performance. In this study, the method used is a quantitative approach method, and the instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire . The results of this study indicate that Digital Leadership and Leader Member Exchange do not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Innovation Capability has a significant effect on Employee Performance.     Analysis of Green Finance, Green Innovative Behavior and Digitization of Sustainable Competitive Advantage Mediated by Pro-Environmental Behavior in MSME Actors in West Nusa Tenggara Province

    This research aims to analyze the influence of Green Finance, Green Innovative Behavior, and Digitization on the Sustainable Competitive Advantage of MSMEs in West Nusa Tenggara Province, with Pro-Environmental Behavior as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type, involving 150 MSME actors selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research results show that the three independent variables directly have a significant effect on Sustainable Competitive Advantage. Apart from that, Pro-Environmental Behavior is proven to mediate the influence of Green Finance, Green Innovative Behavior, and Digitization on these advantages. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating green and digital strategies supported by environmentally friendly behavior in building sustainable competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era

    IKN ACCOMPANIES THE PROPERTY INDUSTRY

    The property sector plays an important role in a country's economy and is an indicator of economic growth. The development of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN) in East Kalimantan is estimated to have a significant impact on the stock prices of the property companies involved. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on the stock prices of the property sector before and after the announcement of the IKN project. The research method used is an event study with a quantitative approach, using data from property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the analysis show that liquidity and leverage have a significant effect on stock prices, while profitability does not have a significant effect. In addition, there was a change in investor investment strategies after the announcement of the IKN development, where leverage began to become a major consideration in assessing property sector stocks. This study provides insight for investors and stakeholders into the financial factors that influence stock prices in the context of large infrastructure projects
