    Peran Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Bagi Pesantren Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19

    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to get information about the impact COVID-19 has on the boarding school of Islamic education institutions and identify the role of Islamic education management in the boarding school of Islamic education in dealing with COVID-19. The study uses qualitative methods used to learn information about the effects of COVID-19 on boarding schools. Limited to one respondent is KH. Ilyas Siraj who is the head of the foundation of the boarding school Nurul Islam Karang Cempaka, Bluto, Sumenep, Madura. The interview was conducted by the questions provided by three, where the interview was conducted at his residence. The result of this study is that boarding schools have had very profound effects during the COVID-19 outbreak. Among other things, there are canceled boarding programs, uncontrolled and irreplaceable educational of student character, and finally an aspect of management activity is not well because of the government's policies on the corona strains of education for education. Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai dampak adanya COVID-19 bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam pesantren serta mengidentifikasi peranan manajemen pendidikan Islam pada lembaga pendidikan Islam pesantren dalam menghadapi pandemic COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami dampak  COVID-19 bagi pesantren. Subjek  penelitiannya ditentukan secara purposif yaitu KH. Ilyas Siraj  yang merupakan pengasuh sekaigus ketua yayasan dari Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam Karang Cempaka, Bluto, Sumenep, Madura. Teknik pengumpulan data menngunakan observasi terfokus, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Data yang dihimpun dianalisis melalui reduksi data, display data dan mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan,  terdapat beberapa dampak yang teramat sangat dirasakan oleh pesantren ditengah adanya wabah covid-19, yaitu pesantren terpaksa memulangkan para santri, terdapat berbagai macam program kegiatan pesantren yang dibatalkan, penanaman pendidikan karakter santri yang tidak dapat terkontrol dan tidak dapat tergantikan dengan system online, dan yang terakhir aspek kegiatan manajemen tidak berjalan baik karena kebijakan pemerintah mengenai wabah corona bagi pendidikan dirasa terlalu mendadakan.     Penerapan Media Papan Monopoli Kuis Pokok Bahasan Zat Adiktif Kelas VIII SMP untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa

    This study aimed to describe the improvement of students' learning outcomes by implementing monopoly quiz board media on the subject of addictive substances. This study was a pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. This study involved 32 students of class VIII-G in one of the public Junior High Schools in Gresik. Data collection techniques used were observation, written tests, and surveys. The implementation of learning at the first and second meetings was considered very good. Learning outcomes were analyzed using N-gain, which showed the medium category. The results of the students' responses questionnaire received positive responses to the implementation of the monopoly quiz board media. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the monopoly quiz board media improved students' learning outcomes on the subject of addictive substances

    Analisis Pengaruh Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Kearsipann Terhadap Kinerja Arsiparis Di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sidoarjo

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kearsipan khususnya Diklat Teknis dan Fungsional kearsipan, Kinerja Pegawai Kearsipan atau Arsiparis, serta pengaruh Pendidikan dan pelatihan kearsipan terhadap kinerja arsiparis di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Peneliti melengkapi penelitian ini dengan berbagai teori yang sesuai dengan variabel guna memperkuat penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik sampling menggunakan Non - probability sampling dengan teknik Purposive or Judgment Sampling. Merupakan teknik pengambilan data atau sampel sehingga semua data kemungkinan terpilih sebagai sampel tidak sama besar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hasil presentase ideal Pendidikan dan pelatihan kearsipan memperoleh nilai sebesar 80,83%. Serta hasil presentase ideal kinerja arsiparis memperoleh nilai sebesar 83,12%. menunjukkan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan R square sebesar 77,4%. Serta nilai persamaan yang menunjukkan nilai positif sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa Diklat kearsipan telah sering diberikan sehingga kinerja arsiparis meningkat

    Index Card Match dalam Pembelajaran Mufradat di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

    Purpose- The purpose of this article is to explain the results of research on how to use the Index Card Match strategy in learning Arabic subjects and to find out the effect of the Index Card Match strategy in mufradat learning on the Arabic language learning outcomes of fourth grade students at Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Sidoarjo.   Design/Methodology/Approach- This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a model developed by Stephen Kemmis which consists of 5 stages, namely finding the focus of the problem, planning actions, implementing actions, observing/collecting data, and reflecting. This research data collection uses observation, test, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis of this research used a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach.   Findings- The results of this study indicate that: The implementation of the Index Card Match strategy on ta'aruf material for class IV C students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Sidoarjo has been implemented well. This can be seen from the results of observations that teacher activities have increased, in the first cycle the score is 63.20, in the second cycle the score is 86.40. Meanwhile, the results of the observation of student activities also increased, in the first cycle the score was 60.00 and in the second cycle the score was 76.80. The implementation of the Index Card Match strategy in Arabic learning has increased, the percentage of learning outcomes in the pre-cycle only reached 20% with an average value of 46.33. In the first cycle, the achievement of learning completeness reached 60% with an average value of 58.03 students. In the second cycle, mastery learning increased to 86.66% with an average value of 74.00

    Pola Bimbingan Belajar Orangtua di Rumah dalam Pengenalan Lambang Bilangan AUD masa BDR

    This study aims to describe the pattern of parental guidance at home in developing the ability to recognize number symbols in early childhood BDR. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique was through interviews with 10 parents with early childhood, as well as observations made on the entire process of parental maturation during BDR. The results of the study describe the pattern of parental tutoring carried out through 3 stages, namely 1) directing and making agreements with children in the form of gifts (rewards) and giving punishment (punishment), 2) monitoring of practices related to the tutoring process carried out by parents, namely using 4 types of activities, namely activities of imitating, connecting and bolding number symbols, using number symbol posters and using videos learning YouTube  and games on smartphones, 3) correction of parents seeing obstacles/obstacles encountered during the learning process and solutions to overcome them as well as evaluating and not continuing. Parents have very diverse patterns and are very influential on the development of children's number symbols.

    Perbandingan Hasil Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik SMP Selama Pembelajaran Daring dan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka

    This research was conducted to find out whether there is a significant comparison to the mathematical learning outcomes of students of class VIII SMPN 3 Waru when doing face-to-face learning and online learning. The learning results used in this study are the PAS scores of class VIII learners in odd and even semesters of the 2019/2020 school year. The method used in this study was ex post facto correlation and used the Wilcoxon test with the help of the SPSS 25 software. Wilcoxon's statistical test results showed the 2-tailed Asymptotic Significance was worth 0,506. Because 0,506>0,05 then H_a rejected and H_0 accepted, it can be concluded that this study shows no significant difference in the mathematical learning outcomes of SMPN 3 Waru learners when doing face-to-face and online learning

    Berdasarkan observasi yang telah kami lakukan ketika mengajar di kelas XI IPA 5 peneliti menemukan beberapa masalah dalam pembelajaran, diantaranya: sebagian siswa kurang menerima dengan baik pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru. Siswa menginginkan pembelajaran yang berbeda dimana siswa juga dapat berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran dan pembejaran biologi pun bisa lebih menarik untuk di ikuti. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar, keaktifan dan kesiapan belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran biologi siswa kelas XI-IPA5 pada pelajaran biologi materi Sistem Regulasi di SMA Negeri 1 Dagangan Kabupaten Madiun.  Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI-IPA 5 semester II Tahun 2015/2016 berjumlah 32 orang yang terdiri dari 8 siswa laki-laki dan 24 siswa perempuan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem regulasi kelas XI-IPA 5 SMA Negeri 1 Dagangan Kabupaten Madiun. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 56,25% menjadi 87,5% dan dari siklus II ke Siklus III yaitu 87,5% menjadi 100%. Rata-Rata keaktifan siklus I sebesar 27,61% meningkat menjadi 72,39% pada siklus II dan meningkat lagi menjadi 85,42 di siklus III. Rata-rata kesiapan belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I yaitu 19,75%, menjadi 24,25 di siklus II dan 27,33 di siklus III. Kondisi ini menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa telah berkategori tinggi

    This research was conducted because of the low learning outcomes of class IX students of SMPN 11 Gresik. This is because the learning model applied is a conventional model that only focuses on lectures, especially reproductive system material so it becomes one of the factors causing the low science learning outcomes for students. Therefore, researchers want to make improvements to the learning process by using the Think-Talk-Write (TTW) cooperative learning model which is expected to be a solution to these problems. The focus of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Think-Talk-Write (TTW) cooperative learning model in learning science, especially reproductive system material in class IX students of SMPN 11 Gresik. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Think-Talk-Write (TTW) cooperative learning model in the science learning process on the reproductive system material in class IX students of SMPN 11 Gresik. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental research type with a pretest-posttest control group design. Data collection techniques in this study through tests, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis using independent sample t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class as evidenced by the results of the independent sample t-test showing a significant value that was smaller than the alpha value, namely 0.001 <0.05. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Think-Talk-Write (TTW) cooperative learning model is effectively applied in science learning on reproductive system material in class IX students of SMPN 11 Gresik

    Manajemen Data Siswa Berbasis Teknologi Informasi Hubungannya Dengan EFektivitas Pelayanan Administrasi Kesiswaan

    Di era globalisasi ini, perkembangan teknologi dan informasi semakin pesat begitu juga teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan. Perkembangan ini akan berlanjut terus menerus. Manajemen data siswa berbasis teknologi dalam prosesnya sering terhambat oleh banyak faktor, mulai dari pengumpulan data, budaya, mekanisme, teknis pemeliharaanya, bahkan dalam pemakaian datanya.  Sumber daya manusia dalam  pelayanan yang tidak bertanggungjawab dalam proses manajemen akan mengahasilkan pelayanan yang tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa sajauh hubungan antara manajemen data siswa berbasis teknologi informasi dengan efektivitas pelayanan administrasi kesiswaan di Madrasah Aliyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan melakukan penyebaran angket ke 90 siswa kelas 12 Madrasah Aliyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara manajemen data siswa berbasis teknologi informasi dengan efektivitas pelayanan administrasi kesiswaan dengan nilai 0,857 yang artinya tingkat hubungannya sangat kuat

    Implementation of Task-based Learning in Teaching English in Indonesia: Benefits and Problems

    A variety of approaches exist in foreign language teaching and learning; Task-based Learning (TBL) is one of them. It is an innovative approach that is developed from the Communicative Approach. The concepts of TBL have proven successful in classrooms. In this study, the writer conducted a literature review of task-based learning in teaching English dealing with the benefits and problems in implementing this approach in Indonesia. This paper seeks to review Task-based Learning (TBL), covering the definition of 'task' and Task-based Learning (TBL), the characteristics and stages of TBL, the teacher and students' roles in Task-based Learning, and also the advantages and disadvantages of Task-based Learning. It also addresses the application, the benefits and problems of Task-based Learning in the sense of Indonesian EFL context. This will help educators and language teachers in Indonesia to attach more importance to the contextual differences when applying Task-based Learning in Indonesia
