AL-QUR’AN LEARNING MEDIA BASED ON PARTICIPANT TYPOLOGY: STUDY ON MALAYSIA HOME QURAN BEANA (BHQ)
No full textThis article explains the use of Al-Qur\u27an learning media carried out by Beana Home Quran (BHQ) Malaysia. The learning media used by BHQ is based on the needs of the participants, then reviewed by Ibnu Abdil Barry as the founder. The results of this analysis become teaching guidelines which then also become a guidebook for teachers involved in the agenda. What strategy was built by BQH, and why was this analysis carried out? And what guidelines are used? This article was written using qualitative methods and using main data from interviews and analysis of materials used by teachers as learning media in the field. This article finds that the use of manuals is the main requirement that must be met by teachers at BHQ. Because it takes into account the diversity of the participants. The guidebooks are divided into three categories, which include: Smart Jazary books, Intensive Beginner books and Intensive Intermediate books

Full text linkAnalisis faktor penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah di Koperasi dan strategi penyelesaikannya adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini, karenabila tidak diselesaikan segera dapat menggrogoti kinerja koperasi dan akan menjadi hambatan dalam pengembangan usaha karenakesulitan keuangan. Analisis kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian dengan melakukan pendalaman mengenai strategi penyelesaianpembiayaan masalah dengan pendekatan observasi dan pengamatan mendalam pada pengurus koperasi tentang kondisi kesehatan koperasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi di Kota Tangerang Selatan disebabkan karakter nasabah yang tidak mendasari itikad baik, selanjutnya adalah kinerja usaha nasabahyang buruk dan meninggal dunia apalagi setelah terjadinya pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan banyak korban meninggalsetelah terinfeksi positive virus covid-19 serta krisis ekonomi dan kesulitan keuangan pada koperasi secara umum yang disebabkannya. Adapun strategi Penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah dalam menanggulangi faktor-faktornya adalah denganmelakukan pendekatan persuasif kepada nasabah serta mencari jalan keluar terbaik dengan program reschedule, reconditioningpembiayaan macet. Full text linkLack of public understanding of how to proceed in court is an opportunity for advocates as legal advisors. This study aims to determine the role of non-Muslim advocates who handle divorce cases at the Bandung City Religious Court. Research with this qualitative method by conducting observations, collecting data and information about advocates who have proceedings in the Religious Courts. The results of this study indicate that non-Muslim advocates in handling divorce cases at the Bandung Religious Court have limited roles, not all things can be done by non-Muslim advocates when the advocate is running a divorce case even though the advocate already has a power of attorney

Full text linkRiset ini bertujuan untuk melakukan elaborasi terhadap makna kata jihad dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah karya M. Quraish Shihab dengan mengambil kajian mendalam terhadap pemaknaan surah al-Hajj ayat 78. Riset ini berangkat dari adanya tren pemaknaan atas kata jihad yang sering dimaknai secara sempit oleh sebagian orang terutama bagi golongan yang memiliki pemahaman radikal yang sering memaknai jihad hanya sebatas perang dengan mengangkat senjata. Padahal, jihad tidak selalu identik dengan perang dan mengangkat senjata. Riset ini mendukung pendapat Chirzin bahwa jihad yang dipahami hanya dalam konteks mengangkat senjata untuk melawan musuh-musuh Islam sangat kontra produktif dengan realitas umat Islam di Indonesia. Riset ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis teks terhadap Tafsir Al-Misbah serta karya-karya lain yang mendukung. Riset ini berkesimpulan bahwa M. Qurasih Shihab ketika menafsirkan surah al-Hajj ayat 78 dalam kitab al-Mishbah tidak hanya memaknai jihad pada arti kekerasan dan peperangan, tetapi juga jihad nafi dan jihad dengan kalimat-kalimat yang bisa menyentuh kalbu

Amin Abdullah, and Sahiron Syamsudin) regarding their views in seeing the reality of Islamic Family Law in Indonesia from time to time. This study uses a descriptive normative and legal literature review approach, namely a description of the current situation regarding the views of academics in Islamic legal research. This research leads to the conclusion that the formation of the Islamic Law Compilation is responsible and consistent. Reorientation of Islamic Family Law is a necessity for a pluralistic Indonesian society and is constantly developing. Compilation of modern Islamic law and maintaining Indonesian culture with dignity becomes an integrated and interconnective Madani KHI between classical KHI, CLD-KHI, and RUU-HMPA. Efektivitas Intervensi Pendidikan untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Keuangan Islam pada Mahasiswa: Studi Kasus di Universitas PTIQ Jakarta
No full textThis research aims to investigate the effectiveness of educational interventions in enhancing Islamic financial literacy among students at PTIQ Jakarta University. A qualitative approach was employed through a case study within the university environment. Data was gathered through in-depth interviews and observations of students participating in the educational intervention program. The research findings indicate that educational interventions play a crucial role in improving students\u27 understanding of Islamic financial principles, such as the prohibition of riba (interest), zakat (obligatory charity), and sharia-compliant investments. Students who participated in the educational intervention program showed improvements in their financial attitudes and behaviors aligned with Sharia principles. They were more inclined to utilize Sharia-based financial products and services in their daily lives. Additionally, the students\u27 educational background, religious understanding, and social environment also influenced the effectiveness of the educational interventions. This study offers recommendations for educational institutions and policymakers to develop more creative and innovative educational intervention programs to enhance Islamic financial literacy among students. Furthermore, the research highlights the significant role of universities in equipping students with knowledge and understanding of Sharia finance to become agents of change, contributing to sustainable economic development in line with Islamic values
PANDANGAN ULAMA ACEH TERHADAP HUKUMAN CAMBUK DI PENJARA
No full textIn 2018 the Governor of Aceh issued Pergub Aceh No. 5 of 2018. The case became a controversy in the community because one of its rules stated that whipping was carried out in prison. The pergub became a discussion of the community, not except the ulema. Therefore, the author was interested in compequesting the Aceh ulema view of the punishment of whipping in prison. The results showed that dayah ulema more agreed that whipping punishment is done in public places because it is considered to have run well, easily accessible to the public, and more effective for learning. While there are campus ulema who agree that whipping is carried out in prison because it is considered not contrary to Islamic law, more controlled, and more politically correct, but there are also campus ulema who do not agree because it is considered to eliminate the value of learning for the community. The difference arises because of different points of view; clerics who do not agree the punishment of whipping is carried out in prison more see the effectiveness, while the clerics who agree to see normatively and politically
