Pengaruh Diesel Particulate Filter Tipe Honeycomb Berbahan Tembaga Terhadap Performa Mesin Diesel Empat Langkah
This study aims to analyze the ability of the copper honeycomb type DPF to the engine performance of diesel engines. The object of research was the 1996 Isuzu Panther engine, which was equipped with one standard exhaust and three experimental exhausts with DPF technology with a variety of mesh sizes 20, 15, and 10 mm. The findings of this study are that the DPF 10 mm is the best variation when compared to the other two variations in terms of increasing engine performance. The reason is that the smaller the mesh, the better the trapping of fine dust particles. Besides, the temperature inside the DPF is also increasing. Also, the use of the right casing design will make the turbulence of the exhaust gas flow lower. Furthermore, the temperature continues to grow, and the little turbulence of the exhaust gas flow will cause self-burning in the DPF. The occurrence of self-burning will have an impact on the complete combustion process, which affects increasing torque and engine power by 2.29-11.68% and 2.94-11.93%, respectively, when compared with standard exhaust
Metode Markov Chain Untuk Prediksi Probing Terhadap Kinerja Promotor Pada Penjualan Oppo
Mobile promoters have their own way of attracting buyers during sale process. How promoters  attract buyers is called probing, probing expertise is needed by the promoter handphone. If the expertise is lacking then the prmoters will lose the opportunity to make maximum sales and vice versa. Therefore predictions are very important to make to find out whether the results of the promoter\u27s performance on Oppo sales are affected by probing or not. This research was conducted by applying the Markov chain method, with the research object area of Amplas (Ambarukmo Plaza) Yogyakarta. The results showed that probing had a significant effect on sales but had less effect on sales targets, with a prediction rate of 35% has increased from sales results
Penerapan Algoritma Klasifikasi Dengan Fitur Seleksi Weight By Information Gain Pada Pemodelan Prediksi Kelulusan Mahasiswa
The problem faced by institutions of higher education is not exactly of graduation. It is the task of institution of higher education, especially courses in the students academic monitoring. Today, there are many methods or ways to solve various problems of information technology either by machine learning at data mining. This study uses Naive Bayes. Linear Regression, dan Multi Layer Perceptron algorithm also Weight by Information Gain as Features Selection to optimize accuracy in predicting the time of students graduation. The dataset processing with certain attributes including registration line, origin school, origin city, and the semester grade point 1 to 4 in RapidMiner by implementing the three algorithms along with the selection feature produces relatively good accuracy. Naive Bayes produces an accuracy of 81.66% with an execution time of 1.16 seconds, Linear Regression of 80.70% in 2.44 seconds and Multi Layer Perceptron of 82.16% in 1 hour 57 minutes
Studi Numerik Dengan Model Empat Parameter Untuk Memprediksi Daya Luaran Dari Panel Surya
Solar panel is one of the most promising renewable energies technology that can be an alternative of the fossil fuel energy. Furthermore, an accurate model to simulate the solar panel efficiency and power output is required. In this study, four parameters model is used to simulate the power output of the solar panel. Four parameters are extracted from single diode equation by using Matlab software then validate with manufacturer datasheet and one-day experiment condition. The error value from datasheet and experiment are 0.03% and 3.54%, respectively. Findings show that four parameters model is accurate. In the future, this result can be taken as a valuable reference for researcher and industrial to modelling energy output of the solar panel
Pengaruh Variasi Kecepatan Hembusan Udara Terhadap Temperatur, Daya Output dan Efisiensi Pada Pendinginan Panel Surya
The rapid development of technology, sunlight can be converted into electrical energy. But there are problems that arise in the performance of solar panels, one of which is the panel temperature is too high. Therefore to overcome the decrease in performance, the panel temperature needs to be maintained. In this study aims to analyze the temperature settings on solar panel cooling using variations in air velocity to improve photovaltic performance. Solar simulators is used in this ekperiment and carried out in a closed room conditions. solar panel is placed in a special box called a cooler box and four thermocouples are placed at the top of the panel and 2 others at the bottom of the panel to evaluate the temperature changes that occurs on the panel. An air blower is combined with an anemometer to provide variations in air velocity for cooling the panels. From the results of solar panel testing without cooling obtained in the temperature range of 38 - 52.875â°C produces electrical efficiency ranging from 3.014 - 3.134%. Whereas in testing using cooling with varying air velocity of 2, 3, 4, and 5 m/s in the temperature range of 33.43 -40.5°C produces electrical efficiency ranging from 3.106 - 3.206 %
Pengaruh Ciri Tekstur Pada Metode Klasifikasi LVQ Untuk Hasil Akurasi Identifikasi Citra Batik Tradisional Solo
The use of appropriate features to determine identification is very important for the results of accuracy, especially the image of traditional batik in Solo. Characteristics are considered as good if they have distinguishing abilities, so they can be used for recognition with a high degree of accuracy. The purpose of this study was to determine what texture characteristics affect the level of accuracy in the identification of traditional batik in Solo. The method used is KFold cross-validation, with a K value of 2, 3, 5, 6, 10 used to test the training data and validation data. The best parameters are chosen from the highest accuracy value, and then the best final weight, value α, dec α, and min α are stored. The resulting values are used in testing the data. The texture characteristics tested were 0o energy, 45o energy, 90o energy, 135o energy, 0o entropy, 45o entropy, 90o entropy, 135o entropy, 0o contrast, 45o contrast, 90o contrast, 135o energy, 0o homogeneity, 45o homogeneity, 90o homogeneity. , homogeneity 135 o, correlation 0 o, correlation 45 o, correlation 90 o, correlation 135o. The test results obtained from K = 2, 3, 5, 6, 10 is the highest accuracy value obtained at 10-fold with an accuracy of 80.2%. The results of testing using k-fold can be concluded that the use of texture characteristics can affect the accuracy of 18.89%

ndonesian turpentine contains 65-85% α-pinene, 1% camphene, 1-3% β-pinene, 10-18% 3-carene and 1-3% limonene. The largest content of turpentine is alpha pinene. Alpha pinene is also a monoterpene compound that has double bonds and is the main raw material in the perfume industry. In addition, alpha pinene is also an important raw material for the manufacture of fine chemicals that have high sales value such as pine oil, camphor and alpha terpineol. To increase the sale value, alpha pinene can be further processed into derivative compounds such as alpha terpineol and alpha terpinyl acetate. Both are valuable derivative compounds used in the perfume industry and the pharmaceutical industry. Hydration is the reaction between alpha pinene and water to produce alpha terpineol compounds. In the reaction process that will be carried out on alpha pinene usually uses a catalyst that can accelerate the reaction rate without becoming a byproduct, catalyst used in this study is a type of resin. This study aims to study the effect of temperature variables at temperatures of 65, 75, 85 and 950C. The conversion of alpha pinene increases with increasing reaction temperature. Assuming a reversible reaction, the relationship of temperature to each reaction rate constant is determined according to the Arrhenius equation
Rancang Bangun Prototype Sistem Pendeteksi Kebocoran Gas dan Api Menggunakan Arduino
The Indonesian government conducted a household fuel conversion program in 2007 using LPG as a substitute for kerosene. LPG gas is the most widely used energy source for the people of Indonesia. Currently the quality of LPG gas cylinders tends to decrease. This quality degradation can occur due to lack of supervision during the production process, especially in the quality control process, so the use of LPG is quite dangerous with the potential to cause an explosion to fire. The aim of this research is to design and build a prototype of a gas and fire leak detection system using Arduino. The method used in this research is the prototype development method with the stages of listening to problems and customer needs, building a prototype, then the customer sees the prototype and tests it. The results of this study are tools that can detect LPG and fire gas leaks using an arduino microcontroller that can be accessed using a smartphone with an average response time to detect a fire of 4.43 seconds while to detect a gas of 4.18 seconds
Sistem Administrasi Pelayanan Surat Mahasiswa Berbasis Web dan Mobile Android
Universities are educational institutions that cannot be separated from student service activities, especially student letter services. Currently, student letter service activities at the TEDC Polytechnic Bandung are still using conventional methods. Students who wish to make certain letter submissions must often fill in data on paper forms to make letter submissions. The problems that occur are the data is not well organized, the large number of papers that must be printed for service forms of various kinds of letters and also service officers still have to enter data on the form into letters submitted by students manually. Based on this problem, it is necessary to create a student letter service administration system to manage various student letter submissions. The method used in this research is waterfall. The database design uses MySQL and the programming languages used are PHP and Java. The result of this research is that there is an administrative system that is able to manage student letter submission data, starting from submission, letters being processed, to giving notification to students that the letter has been processed. From the test results, 82.8% of respondents agreed that the system was able to manage student letters
