Sistem Informasi Pendataan Disabilitas pada Yayasan Pilar Purbalingga
The development of technology is very helpful in data collection activities. Currently, a lot of data is circulating, but the amount is not in accordance with the data in the field. The information system can help in a more effective and efficient data collection process, in this research related to data collection on disability. Disability Data Collection Information System is a system created to collect data related to foundation management, foundation activities, biodata of persons with disabilities, types of disabilities, skills or training that have been participated in, list of assistance received by disabilities, and volunteer disabilities. The data will be used by the PILAR Purbalingga Foundation to support its activities in the disability domain. From these data can be used as a reference in carrying out activities that will be carried out at the foundation. The output produced from this study is the Disability Data Collection Information System at the Purbalingga PILAR Foundation which produces information related to data on persons with disabilities, volunteers and activities that are suitable for the needs of persons with disabilities under the PILAR Purbalingga Foundation. Data collection methods are carried out through observation and interviews with the manager of the foundation and persons with disabilities. The system development method used is a waterfall, the programming language used is PHP and MySQL for database processing in this study
Analisis Kinerja Penukar Kalor Tipe Shell and Tube untuk Pendinginan Governor
One of the elements that affect the reliability and service life of a hydraulic pump is the stability level of oil viscosity as a power successor. The stability level of oil viscosity is affected by changes in temperature. The compression and friction process that the oil receives to move the hydraulic pump will increase the oil temperature so that its viscosity level will decrease. To maintain the performance of the hydraulic pump, the oil temperature must be maintained at room temperature. In the case study at PLTA Ir. H. Djuanda, Lurah Kawi Street No.1 Jatiluhur-West Java, to cool the oil, a shell and tube heat exchanger type JPK 13699068 (single tube) is used. This research was conducted to test whether the heat exchanger is still working properly, the parameter is that the cooled oil exit temperature must be close to room temperature. The effectiveness of the heat exchanger will be tested by comparing the test results with the condition of the heat exchanger without impurity factors. The test was carried out by measuring the temperature of the HX intake oil at 44 0C with a discharge of 0.437 kg/s, and the temperature of the HX inlet water at 28 0C with a discharge of 0.498 kg/s. The results showed that, for the coefficient of U between 110 to 350 W/m2 oC with a water impurity factor of 0.0001 m2 oC/W and an oil impurity factor of 0.0002 m2 oC/W, there was a decrease in effectiveness from an average of 74.5% to 73.7%, and there was an increase in oil temperature out of the heat exchanger from an average of 32.07 oC to an average of 32.21 oC
Optimalisasi Metode Naive Bayes untuk Menentukan Program Studi bagi Calon Mahasiswa Baru dengan Pendekatan Unsupervised Discretization
The admission of prospective new students must consider various procedures to direct prospective new students in determining the study program they are interested in. This study will discuss the optimization of the Naive Bayes method to determine the study program or major for prospective new students with the Unsupervised Discritization method approach. There are several stages of research methods carried out in this study, including Data Cleaning, Data Collection, Criteria Determination, Probability Determination, and Data Testing. This research has been carried out using the same method, namely the Naïve Bayes method which is used to classify the interests of prospective new students in determining the study program with an accuracy value of 96.68%. Ongoing research uses the same method, namely Naive Bayes, then optimization is carried out with the Unsupervised Discretization method approach. For data testing, there are 1671 student data records. After testing with the same method and optimizing it, the accuracy value from 96.68% became 97.66% with the classification results showing the DIII Pharmacy study program. The purpose of this research is to produce a classification in determining the study program or major for prospective new students using the Naïve Bayes method by the optimization of the Unsupervised Discretization method. From the results of testing the data, the Naïve Bayes method after optimization with the Unsupervised Discretization method is very good compared to the application before optimization
Analisis Lifetime Dan Kerusakan Rear Leaf Spring Truk Iveco AD 410 Untuk Meningkatkan Ketepatan Perencanaan Penggantian
Components in a unit have a certain lifetime, therefore maintenance and rejuvenation are needed to maintain performance, including leaf springs. The rear leaf spring component replacement of the Iveco AD 410 truck unit in the MIFA Project was not conducted as scheduled. The purpose of this study is to improve the planning accuracy of the rear leaf spring component replacement for the Iveco AD 410 truck on the MIFA Project. The methods used in this study were qualitative and comparative quantitative method and also reliability centered spares using the normal distribution processing method. The test data used were work order data for 2018-2020 and replacement recommendation data from the manufacturer. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the average lifetime of the rear leaf spring component is shorter than the recommended lifetime from the manufacturer with 18% decrease in component efficiency. This is caused by extreme road conditions and the lack of maximum maintenance on the leaf spring components
Uji Eksperimental Efisiensi Panas Alat Pengering Surya Langsung Pasif Berbiaya Murah dengan Variasi Material Penutup Transparan
Indonesia should be able to provide inexpensive solar dryers due to the availability of sunlight all year round throughout the country. This study proposes a passive direct solar dryer as it is the simplest one to construct, with aluminum mesh sheets as a heat-absorbing material, and glass fiber as an insulating material. For the cost-effective transparent cover, this study proposes 0.8 mm clear polycarbonate (PC), 2 mm clear glass, and 2 mm clear acrylic. The experimental test results of the solar dryer model showed that the highest heat efficiency value for polycarbonate (PC) is 16%, whereas the heat efficiency value for glass and acrylic is 10% and 8%, respectively. Through these findings, the construction of solar dryers is simple and low cost by using glass fiber as insulation, aluminum mesh sheets as heat absorbers, and PC instead of thin glass as transparent covers.Indonesia dengan ketersediaan sinar surya hampir sepanjang tahun, dibutuhkan konstruksi alat pengering surya berbiaya murah sehingga pemanfaatannya tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengusulkan konstruksi alat pengering surya langsung pasif karena paling sederhana, dengan lembaran jaring aluminium sebagai komponen material penyerap panas, serat kaca sebagai material isolasi. Untuk komponen penutup transparan, dengan pertimbangan biaya, penelitian ini mengusulkan polycarbonate (PC) bening 0.8 mm, kaca bening 2 mm, dan acrylic bening 2 mm. Dari hasil uji eksperimental model alat pengering surya, nilai efisiensi panas material polycarbonate (PC) tertinggi yaitu 16%, nilai efisiensi panas material kaca dan acrylic masing-masing 10% dan 8%. Dengan temuan ini, konstruksi alat pengering surya yang sederhana dan berbiaya murah, isolasi menggunakan serat kaca, penyerap panas menggunakan lembaran jaring aluminium, dan penutup transparan menggunakan PC sebagai pengganti kaca yang banyak digunakan dengan ukuran lebih tipis
Pengaruh Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Terhadap Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) dan Smoke opacity Mesin Diesel 4JB1 Berbahan Bakar Biodiesel Jatropa-etanol
Human dependence on motorized vehicles is getting higher and uncontrollable. This actualization will certainly have an impact on reducing fuel stocks and air pollution with soot emissions. Combining diesel fuel with jatropha and alcohol is predicted to reduce dependence on diesel fuel and air pollution. Supplying the combustion chamber with exhaust gas/Exhaust Gas Recirculation/EGR is also predicted to reduce soot emissions and reduce fuel consumption. This study aims to observe the effect of using the EGR system on the use of mixed fuel jatropha and ethanol exhaust gas temperature/EGT as an indication of performance and soot/smoke opacity as exhaust emissions. The experimental results show the use of the EGR system increases EGT and Smoke opacity decreases the diesel engine in each fuel variation. D100 fuel EGT increased 1.67%, DJ10 increased 0.71%, DJ10E increased 0.67%, DJ20 increased 1.45%, DJ20DE increased 1.07%, DJ30 increased 1.50%, and DJ30E fuel EGT increased by 1.47%. While on the emission side, the smoke opacity of D100 fuel decreased by 1.84%, DJ10 decreased by 1.71%, DJ10E decreased by 2.21%, DJ20 decreased by 0.96%, and DJ20E decreased by 2.33, DJ30 decreased by 2.99%, and DJ30E fuel decreased 1.30%.Ketergantungan manusia terhadap kendaraan bermotor semakin tinggi dan tidak terkendali. Akutalisasi ini dipastikan berdampak pada pengurangan stok bahan bakar dan peningkatan pencemaran udara akibat emisi jelaga. Blending bahan bakar solar dengan jatropa dan alkohol etanol diprediksi mengurangi ketergantungan bahan bakar solar dan polusi udara. Mensuplay ruang bakar dengan gas buang/Exhaust Gas Recirculation/EGR juga diprediksi akan mengurangi emisi jelaga dan menurunkan konsumsi bahan bakar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengobervasi pengaruh penggunaan sistem EGR pada penggunaan bahan bakar campuran jatropa dan etanol terhadap Exhaust Gas Temperature/EGT sebagai indikasi performa dan terhadap jelaga/Smoke opacity sebagai indikasi emisi gas buang. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan penggunaan sistem EGR meningkatkan EGT dan menurunkan Smoke opacity mesin diesel di setiap variasi bahan bakar. EGT bahan bakar D100 meningkat 1,67%, DJ10 meningkat 0,71%, DJ10E meningkat 0,67%, DJ20 meningkat 1,45%, DJ20DE meningkat 1,07%, DJ30 meningkat 1,50%, dan EGT bahan bakar DJ30E meningkat 1,47%. Sedangkan pada sisi emisi, Smoke opacity bahan bakar D100 menurun 1,84%, DJ10 menurun 1,71%, DJ10E menurun 2,21%, DJ20 menurun 0,96%, DJ20E menurun 2,33, DJ30 menurun 2,99%, dan bahan bakar DJ30E menurun 1,30%
Exloratory Data Analysis Untuk Data Belanja Pelanggan dan Pendapatan Bisnis
A more quantifiable perspective is assuming the role of mechanistic management in an effort to enhance business based on its capacity to transform data into knowledge and insight. The industry has not completely supported its business strategy also with driven data. Using a transaction dataset taken from one of the Kaggle.com challenges, this experiment attempts to determine consumer spending patterns and Retail Fashion business revenues (H&M Personalized Fashion Recommendations). The results of the experiment are the number of transactions based on customer age, the most sales product and one-time purchased item, and the type of product that generates the highest and smallest income. The approach employed is EDA using the Python language. In order for businesses to generate analytical findings that provide future perspectives and to help identify the gap by delivering analytical results in the form of suggestions that can be perpetuated, the findings of this experiment are intended to support the capabilities of simulation. The challenge in this experiment is the abundance of datasets, which necessitates a suitable operating environment.Pandangan manajemen mekanistik sedang digantikan oleh pandangan yang lebih terukur untuk mendorong bisnis berdasarkan kemampuannya guna mengubah data menjadi pengetahuan dan wawasan. Industri belum memanfaatkan data driven secara maksimal untuk menunjang strategi bisnis mereka. Eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa data belanja pelanggan dan pendapatan bisnis retail fashion menggunakan dataset transaksi yang diperoleh dari salah satu kompetisi di Kaggle.com (H&M Personalized Fashion Recommendations). Metode yang digunakan yaitu EDA menggunakan bahasa python, hasil dari eksperimen ini yaitu memperlihatkan kuantitas transaksi berdasarkan umur pelanggan, produk dengan penjualan terbanyak dan hanya sekali serta jenis produk yang memberikan pendapatan terbesar dan terkecil. Hasil eksperimen ini diharapkan dapat mendukung kemampuan simulasi, agar industri dapat mengembangkan hasil analitik yang memberikan pandangan ke depan, serta membantu menjembatani kesenjangan antara knowledge dan wisdom untuk memberikan hasil analitik yang bersifat saran yang berkelanjutan. Tantangan dalam eksperimen ini yaitu jumlah dataset yang besar, membutuhkan lingkungan operasi yang mumpuni
Penyisihan Fosfat dan Amonium pada Air Limbah Menggunakan Presipitasi Struvite dengan Penambahan Bittern
The fertilizer industry generally produces wastewater with relatively high ammonium and phosphate content, so processing is necessary so as not to cause eutrophication effects that harm the environment. Struvite precipitation with bittern media was an alternative method to remove struvite content in wastewater. This study aimed to analyze the effect of pH and molar ratio of Mg2+, NH4+, and PO43- on the struvite precipitation process in reducing the ammonium and phosphate content in the artificial wastewater of the fertilizer industry and to characterize the struvite obtained from the precipitation process. The precipitation process was conducted in batches with various pH and molar ratios Mg2+, NH4+, and PO43-. The variation of pH used is 8−10. The molar ratios used are 1.5, 1.0, 1.0 and 3.0, 1.0 , 1.0. Struvite characterization was conducted using SEM-EDX and XRD methods. The results showed that pH and molar ratio had an effect on the efficiency of removal ammonium and phosphate using struvite precipitation. The best pH value and molar ratio that can be used to remove content of ammonium and phosphate is at pH 9 with a molar ratio of Mg2+, NH4+, PO43- are 3.0 , 1.0, and 1.0 which results in the removal efficiency of 86.50% and 99.96% respectively. The morphology of struvite obtained from precipitation is irregular rod-shaped with an average size of 28.53 μm. XRD results have detected peaks indicating the struvite phase

The right to control from the state is a right that at the highest level is controlled by the state as an organization of power for all the people. This right gives the state authority as stated in Article 2 paragraph (2) of the UUPA. However, these various regulations and policies at the level of implementation do not harm the principles of the rights of the Indonesian people. The presence of the Job Creation Law which regulates land acquisition for development is considered pragmatic, more oriented towards investment and economic interests so it is considered to ignore the ideals and rights as well as the spirit of agrarian reform that favours the interests of farmers. The right of control of this state builds relations between the state and the nation, namely a kind of customary rights relationship that is raised at the highest level, namely the level that affects the entire territory of the country. The meaning of being controlled by the state contained in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution is not explicitly formulated in its explanation. This allows the emergence of various interpretations of the meaning of this service trying to socialize land acquisition policies in the context of agrarian reform
Pemberdayaan Pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Widarapayung Wetan Kabupaten Cilacap melalui Pelatihan Membatik
Indonesia is the owner of an inscription certificate from UNESCO regarding the recognition of “The Representative List of The Intangible Culture Heritage of Humanity†for batik. This has an impact on increasing batik production due to increasing demand both from within the country and from abroad. However, there are problems in fulfilling the demand for batik. One of the problems is a decrease of skilled workers in batik especially for “batik tulisâ€. One that is experiencing a shortage of skilled workers is batik production in Cilacap Regency. Therefore, we empower the youth of the Widarapayung Wetan Village youth community by providing batik training. The purpose of this activity is to increase the interest of young people to pursue batik skills as well as to fulfil batik skilled workers.
