    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Tari Topeng Berbasis Android dengan Metode Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluation

    Mask Dance is one of Cirebon\u27s traditional arts in Indonesia and has a variety of types and meanings in accordance with the symbols depicting characters such as in popular stories. The young generation in their activities cannot be separated from using internet technology, one of which is social media, so that it affects their less concern for art and traditions that have been inherent in society. From these problems, it is necessary to make Mask Dance learning media by utilizing android technology. This study uses the ADDIE method through the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation as a guide in building learning tools. The results of this study are an Android-based application of Mask Dance learning media to introduce Mask Dance starting from history, descriptions, types of dance, how to dance to Mask Dance, and quizzes to evaluate understanding of learning. With this learning media, it can make it easier for students to learn mask dance among students and other young generations. From the test results using a black box, it shows that the functions in the application have been running according to their function, while the test results to the respondents obtained a value of 84.27% with good criteria for the application so that this application can be used as a medium for learning Mask Dance

    Analisa Unjuk Kerja Software Defined Radio (SDR) dengan Teknik Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM)

    The development of wireless communication technology require technology (software and hardware) that can keep up with changing standards. SDR platform is a software-based wireless technology that can keep up with technological developments without changing hardware. WARP is one of SDR platforms developed by American Rice University. This research to determine the performance of the SDR with the QAM technique. The performance system can be seen from BER for different distance between transmitter and receiver and different level QAM. The research was carried in two enviroment (indoor and outdoor) with LOS propagation. The results show that the value of BER 4-QAM in the two enviroment is the smallest than another levels. Thevalue of BER 4-QAM at indoor is 0.0023 and outdoors is 0 for a distance of 6 meters, so the performance of outdoor is better than indoor.     Document management for submission of proposals, assessments, and reports on research and service activities at the Research and Community Service Center of the Harapan Bersama Polytechnic is still manually carried out and not computerized. To facilitate the process of implementing, managing research and service management as well as supervising research, service, publication, and evaluation activities, an information system was built using the waterfall method. This system has been created under the name SIMPENDI PHB by involving 9 actors. The result is that the system runs according to the functions of the actors involved. This system was tested with black box and usability. The results of system testing (black box) is that 9 actors involved in this system have been running according to the function of each actor. As for the usability results by involving several actor menus, namely as many as 30 users consisting of 6 managers in related units, 4 users from the assessment team, and the proposer users (lecturers) is a UI/UX score of 86% in the "Very good" category

    Sustainable product design has a role in reducing environmental impacts and can provide economic and social benefits for stakeholders. Design is one way to make improvements and provide an overview of alternative solutions to problems. One of the problems of motorcycle users is experiencing the incidence of punctured tires. This research aims to design a tool to help users of automatic and manual motorcycles when a flat tire occurs. The tool design with dimensions of 160 mm x 190 mm x 100 mm uses a 2 mm iron plate as the mainframe, rubber-type wheels on the front and live caster on the back, and stainless steel for bolts and nuts. Testing the tire leak tool uses three motorcycles with automatic and manual types that have an engine capacity of up to 110 cc, and has a wheel size of 62.09 mm for automatic motorbikes and 65.79 mm for manual motorbikes. The test results showed it function well. The tool is stable and safe when used at a speed of 20 km/hour. The tire leak tool can be used on various types of road surfaces and can withstand passenger loads of up to 65 kg. The trial process was carried out 7 times in the environment around the Purwokerto Telkom Institute of Technology campus with up and down road surfaces and various variations of bends. The tool design is easy to install on leaking wheels and is convenient to carry on the go. A tire leak tool can be used as an alternative for motorcyclists when a flat tire occurs, especially automatic and manual motorbikes

    The Cilacap region, Central Java, Indonesia is a coastal area that is overgrown with nipa palm trees, making it one of the potential local natural resources to be exploited. Utilization of this plant has been carried out for the fields of food, energy, clothing, pharmaceuticals, and furniture, but as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries is still being researched. Studies on lithium-ion batteries in Indonesia in particular have not started long ago so that research in this field is still limited and few in number, but the development of lithium-ion batteries has become one of the national research priorities in the field of new and renewable energy sources as stated in the Indonesian national research master plan (RIRN) for the period 2017 – 2045. This study was conducted to examine the potential feasibility of activated charcoal from nipah shells as anode material for lithium-ion batteries. The feasibility test parameters studied in this study include water content, ash content and adsorption capacity stated as iodine and methylene blue number which are the basic characterizations for activated charcoal referring to SNI 06-3730-1995. The nipah shell carbonization process was carried out in the presence of oxygen at an optimized temperature of 210 oC with a 1 hour time interval variation from 3 to 8 hours, followed by an activation process using a strong acid, namely HCl with a concentration of 2 M. The experimental results showed the average value of moisture content, ash content, iodine, and methylene blue number are 12.5%, respectively; 1.75%; 2515.9161 mg/g; and 97%, all of which are above the quality standard values, so the conclusion from this study is that activated charcoal from nipah shell has basic characteristics that have the potential to be further developed, including as raw material for lithium-ion battery anodes

    Implementasi Profile Matching Pada Seleksi Ketua dan Wakil Ketua OSIS

    The OSIS chairman is the highest leader in the OSIS management structure and is accompanied by a vice-chairman. Therefore, a selection with several criteria is needed to determine the best candidate. Things that are considered in this selection are realism, maturity, organizational experience, public speaking, discipline, character, organizational activity, and responsibility. By utilizing a decision support system, the best candidates are obtained for the candidate for chairman and vice-chairman of the student council. This system is made with the method used to assist the selection process, namely, profile matching. Profile matching is used to find the profile of a job that is sought from a predetermined specification. This method provides a solution and has a clear objective in decision-making. On the other hand, the method used to develop a decision support system is the incremental method. The selection of the incremental method is based on the fact that this method has an iterative nature, which can adapt to the many repetitions that occur during the development process. The novelty of this research is the recommendations generated from the developed decision support system. There are notifications about the results of decisions to users, in this case, the candidates for the OSIS chairman and vice chairman who are alternatives in the election process. This study resulted in recommendations in the form of candidates for OSIS chairman and vice chairman by the candidate\u27s profile.Ketua OSIS pemimpin tertinggi dalam struktur kepengurusan OSIS yang didampingi oleh wakil ketua. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan seleksi dengan beberapa kriteria untuk menentukan kandidat yang terbaik. Hal yang diperhatikan dalam seleksi ini adalah kerealistisan, kematangan, pengalaman organisasi, berbicara di depan umum, kedisiplinan, karakter, keaktifan organisasi, dan tanggung jawab. Dengan memanfaatkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan, maka diperoleh kandidat terbaik untuk calon ketua dan wakil ketua OSIS. Sistem ini dibuat dengan metode yang digunakan untuk membantu proses seleksi yaitu profile matching. Profile matching digunakan untuk mencari profil sebuah jabatan yang dicari dari spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Metode ini memberikan solusi dan mempunyai tujuan yang jelas secara objektif pada pengambilan keputusan. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan adalah metode incremental. Pemilihan metode incremental didasarkan karena metode ini memiliki sifat iterative yaitu mampu beradaptasi dengan banyak pengulangan yang terjadi selama proses pengembangan berlangsung. Keterbaruan dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari sistem pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan adalah terdapat notifikasi tentang hasil keputusan kepada pengguna dalam hal ini kandidat calon ketua OSIS dan wakil ketua OSIS yang menjadi alternativ pada proses pemilihan.     Analisis Kinematik Singularty Pada Manipulator 7 DOF Dengan Software Simulasi ROBOAnalyzer

    Studies related to manipulators are still being carried out, along with the times and needs. Utilization in manufacturing and fabrication has led to the development of many manipulators. Smooth, fast, and accurate movement continue to be developed. In the case of the multi manipulator, 7 DOF (Degree of Freedom) is a type of manipulator that has special features in terms of joints. Inverse kinematic is a parameter used to control the orientation and movement of the manipulator. 7 DOF has three singularity wrist, elbow, and shoulder. In the simulation, each singularity produces an inverse kinematic matrix which is used to control the movement of the manipulator. The method used is to determine the angle of motion of the joint (continues joint angel) with simulation to produce calculations that are fast, precise, accurate, and stable. The target of each joint with the theta value that has been determined by the singularity was successfully carried out with an error of 0%.Studi terkait manipulator masih dilakukan, seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan kebutuhan. Pemanfaatan pada bidang manufaktur dan fabrikasi membuat banyaknya pengembangan manipulator.  Pergerakan yang mulus, cepat dan akurat terus dikembangkan. Pada kasus multi manipulator 7 DOF ( Degree of Freedom ) merupakan jenis manipulator yang memiliki keistimewaan dalam hal joint. Invers kinematik merupakan parameter yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan orientasi dan pergerakan dari manipulator. Pada 7 DOF memiliki tiga singularity wirst, elbow, dan sholder.  Pada simulasi tiap singilarity menghasillkan matrik invers kinematik yang digunakan dalam mengendalikan pergerakan dari manipulator berhasil diperoleh. Metode yang digunakan dengan menentukan sudut gerak dari joint (continues joint angel ) dengan simulasi untuk menghasilkan perhitungan yang cepat, presisi, akurat dan stabil.  Target gerak masing–masing joint dengan nilai theta yang sudah ditentukan singularity berhasil dilakukan dengan error 0 %

    Pengaruh Penggunaan Lapisan Phase Change Material Parafin Grafit Sebagai Pendingin Terhadap Efisiensi Panel Surya Polycrystalline

    Solar panels such as PLTS can be an alternative to complete electricity needs. However, the intensity and temperature of the sun that can not be adjusted are an obstacle to the use of solar panels. Continuous absorption of sunlight can cause solar panels to overheat. Therefore, it is necessary to cool the solar panels, therefore the heat absorbed does not exceed the capacity. Phase Change Material (PCM) paraffin graphite is one of the coolants for solar panels. PCM paraffin graphite was used to coat solar panels and then measured for voltage, current, and temperature. The results were compared with solar panels that were not covered with PCM paraffin graphite. The test results found that solar panels coated with PCM produced a lower surface temperature of 0.1458% than those without PCM. Meanwhile, the efficiency and power produced by PCM-coated solar panels were 19.496% and 0.02685% higher than solar panels without PCM, respectively, so the use of PCM paraffin graphite in solar panels can increase their efficiency.Panel surya sebagai PLTS dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik. Namun, intensitas dan temperatur matahari yang tidak dapat diatur menjadi kendala dalam penggunaan panel surya. Penyerapan sinar matahari secara terus menerus dapat mengakibatkan panel surya over heating.  Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pendingin pada panel surya agar panas yang diserap tidak melebihi kapasitas.  Phase Change Material (PCM) parafin grafit merupakan salah satu pendingin panel surya. Panel surya dilapisi dengan PCM paraffin grafit kemudian diukur Voltase, arus dan temperatur kemudian hasil yang didapat dibandikan dengan panel surya yang tidak dilapisi PCM paraffin grafit. Dari hasil pengujian, didapatkan panel surya yang dilapisi dengan PCM menghasilkan temperatur permukaan lebih rendah 0,1458% dibanding tanpa PCM. Sedangkan efisiensi dan daya yang dihasilkan panel surya yang dilapisi PCM lebih tinggi 19,496 % dan 0,02685% dari panel surya tanpa PCM. Sehingga penggunaan PCM paraffin grafit pada panel surya dapat meningkatkan efisiensinya

    Penerapan Metode Waterfall Pada Aplikasi Tracer Study Berbasis Website

    Tracer study is a method used by several Vocational High Schools (SMK) to collect alumni data and monitor alumni progress. The problem is in monitoring the alumni who do not only stay in Cilacap but outside of the city as well. Moreover, the data collection method is still simple by only using a questionnaire form filled out when they take their diplomas. This condition is less effective because many alumni are still looking for a job, therefore it is difficult to check up on them all the time. This study aims to create a tracer study application using the waterfall method. The testing phase uses the Blackbox testing method. Based on the test results, the application can make it easier for BKK administrators to collect alumni data and help monitor the alumni progress by checking the percentage of alumni status and making it easier for alumni to fill out questionnaires. The results of the overall usability test conducted on 30 respondents resulted in the predicate "Very Good" with an average of 85.51%.Tracer study merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan beberapa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) untuk melakukan pendataan alumni dan memantau perkembangan alumni. Permasalahannya yang terjadi dalam memantau perkembangan alumni yang persebarannya tidak hanya di kota Cilacap tetapi di luar kota juga, dalam pendataannya masih sederhana hanya menggunakan formulir kuesioner saat pengambilan ijazah. Kondisi tersebut kurang efektif, karena banyak alumni yang statusnya belum bekerja sehingga sulit untuk mengetahui informasi status terbaru seiring berjalannya waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat aplikasi tracer study menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahap pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi dapat mempermudah pengurus BKK dalam pendataan alumni dan membantu dalam memantau perkembangan alumni dengan melihat presentase status alumni serta memudahkan alumni dalam melakukan pengisian kuesioner. Hasil dari uji usability keseluruhan yang dilakukan kepada 30 responden menghasilkan predikat “Sangat Baik†dengan rata-rata 85,51%

    Ocean wave power plant is one of the plants that uses sea waves as the main energy. Although the amount of energy is abundant, in Indonesia the use of sea waves as electricity generators is still small. This is due to the lack of human resources to manage the wave energy of sea water. Many research studies on the Oscillating Water Column have been carried out, but it is only limited to a potential or feasibility study to be installed on the coast. Therefore, the focus of this research is to design a sea wave power plant with an oscillating water column system. The working process of the tool begins by adjusting the pwm to drive the motor power window which is connected to the wave arm. When the wave arm moves back and forth, it will produce artificial ocean waves. Artificial waves in the chamber produce compressed air, the air produced is used to rotate the turbine blades that have been connected to the generator to produce electrical energy. The greatest voltage and current is obtained when the wind speed reaches 7.7 m / s and the largest pulley rotating speed reaches 31,9 rpm at the 17 cm water level, which is 3.03 V DC and 6,07 mA. The test results prove that the potential of water waves can be used to generate electricity The development of the capacity of ocean wave power plants can be done by changing the dimensions of the turbines and increasing the capacity of the generator
