    Analisis Longitudinal Struktur Komunitas Makrozoobentos yang Tercemar Limbah Pertambangan Emas Skala Kecil di Sungai Cikondang, Jawa Barat

    Small-scale gold mining activities are still mostly carried out in various regions in Indonesia. The use of mercury (Hg) in the process of extracting gold from sediments can be a source of pollution for aquatic ecosystems and organisms. The aim of this study was to analyze the macrozoobenthos community structure in the Cikondang River which was affected by Hg pollution due to small-scale gold mining. Sampling was carried out by survey method at 5 sampling points along the Cikondang River from upstream to downstream. Water quality parameters measured include temperature, transparency, current velocity, pH, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD). Hg concentrations in sediments and macrozoobenthos were measured using automatic mercury analyzer. The results showed that the concentration of Hg in sediments in the Cikondang River ranged from 0.63–52.48 mg/kg and the accumulation of Hg in macrozoobenthos ranged from 0.97 to 0.98. The macrozoobenthos diversity index was 1.50-2.17 and the dominance index was 0.16-0.30. The most group of macrozoobenthos found was from the Gastropod class, followed by the Insecta and Malacostraca classes. Macrozoobenthos in the Cikondang River were only found in the downstream of the river, at Sampling Points 4 and 5 only. This showed that Hg pollution in the Cikondang river is highly toxic, caused macrozoobenthos was not found at Sampling Point 1, 2 and 3

    The waste of several organic materials in several areas in West Nusa Tenggara continues to increase. One of the most commonly found is banana peel waste, lamtoro leaf waste, and gamal leaf waste. One alternative to reduce this waste, can be converted into alternative shrimp feed. The advantage of using these ingredients is the vegetable protein content which is equivalent to sea fish. In this study, researchers carried out the process of making shrimp feed using gamal leaf waste, lamtoro leaves and banana peels. The research treatments used a variety of raw material mixtures, namely Formula 1, Formula 2 and Formula 3. The quality indicators tested in this study were moisture content, ash content, crude protein. The results showed a decrease in water content from 22.96%-15.86% from formula 1 to formula 3. The ash content increased from 4.8% to 9% from formula 1 to 3. Meanwhile, the crude protein content increased from 5.9% to 8.48% from formulas 1 to 3. Based on the three formulas, it can be concluded that formula 3 can be said to be the best with a mixture of 500 grams of gamal, 150 grams of lamtoro leaves, 150 grams of fine bran, 100 grams of corn flour, tapioca flour 30 grams, 20 grams of EM4 and 50 grams of banana peel. Based on these results it can also be concluded that the waste obtained from the remaining banana peels, gamal and lamtoro can be made into more useful shrimp feed

    This service activity focuses on efforts to increase digital skills for millennial Muslim youth in managing social media which is a skill needed in the 21st century. The community service team from the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Sultan Agung Islamic University Semarang who facilitated the trainees, namely Muslim teenagers who were sitting at Madrasah Aliyah in Boyolali, Central Java. The service program uses a contextual approach, namely by linking the material presented with the needs and problems faced by millennial youth. Training activities begin with opening; continued identification and mapping of problems faced by millennial youth; assistance in the use of social media; evaluation and reflection on the results of the mentoring and the last is the closing. The results of this service program are able to increase the understanding of millennial Muslim youth regarding the functions and goals of social media, which is demonstrated by wiser attitudes and behavior in managing social media. Besides that, the digital skills of the trainees increased with indicators of positive content from their work being posted on social media

    Indonesian batik is highly diverse and unique, reflecting the cultural diversity and history of the Indonesian nation. Batik also holds symbolic meanings and is often used in special events, ceremonies, and cultural celebrations. Kelompok Batik Seloka is a local batik artisan community located around the operational area of PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala Cilacap. As part of the local community, this batik group strives to preserve the cultural heritage of batik and develop their business in this field. PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala Cilacap, as part of its social responsibility, has formed a partnership with Kelompok Batik Seloka to provide support and assistance in various forms through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. This program aims to develop skills and knowledge among the community members to drive regional economic development. The community engagement aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of Kelompok Batik Seloka, implemented by the Community Development Program Team of PT. Indonesia Power PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala Cilacap. Several activities have been conducted in this community engagement, such as Batik Dye Usage Training, Motif Making Training, Digital Marketing Training, and Eco-printing Training. The results of this community engagement show that Kelompok Batik Seloka has acquired more skills to create various types of batik, with the hope of becoming more self-sufficient in increasing their production output and ultimately improving the welfare of the community in Adipala District

    Decision Support System for Selecting Exemplary Students with Simple Additive Weighting Method

    The selection of exemplary students carried out by the school is expected to trigger the enthusiasm of students to be able to develop their interests, talents, and abilities in the academic and non-academic fields. However, decision-making has not been measured with data so a decision support system is needed. With the use of this method, it is hoped that it can make it easier and minimize the occurrence of errors in making decent decisions therefore this system is needed to be able to make good decisions. In this study, one of the decision support system methods that are often used was chosen, namely Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The use of the SAW method is due to its uncomplicated calculations. Research conducted at this school in determining decisions is still done manually so it is less effective and efficient. Therefore, this decision support system must be able to calculate exemplary students to be more effective and efficient. This system displays the final results of the ranking of exemplary students using the SAW method. From the overall results of the research that has been carried out, the calculation results that got rank 1 were obtained, namely Kenzo Ecclesio Taha with a total score of 0.9025. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results meet the criteria, so this study can be considered in calculations to determine exemplary students in the futur

    Machine Learning based on Probabilistic Models Applied to Medical Data: The Case of Prostate Cancer

    The growth in the amount of data in companies puts analysts in difficulties when extracting hidden knowledge from data. Several models have emerged that focus on the notion of distances while ignoring the notion of conditional probability density. This research study focuses on segmentation using mixture models and Bayesian networks for medical data mining. As enterprise data becomes large, there is a way to apply data mining methods to make sense of it using classification methods. We designed different models with different architectures and then applied these models to the medical database. The algorithms were implemented for the real data. The objective is to classify individuals according to the conditional probability density of random variables, in addition to identifying causalities between traits from tests of conditional independence and a correlation measure, both based on χ2. After a quick illustration of several models (decision tree, SVM, K-means, Bayes), we applied our method to data from an epidemiological study (done at the University of Kinshasa University clinics) of case-control of prostate cancer. Thus, we found after interpretation of the results followed by discussion that our model allows us to classify a new individual with an accuracy of 96%

    Expert System for Diagnosing Inflammatory Bowel Disease Using Certainty Factor and Forward Chaining Methods

    Identification of inflammatory bowel disease quickly and accurately is motivated by the large number of patients who come with pain in the abdomen and receive minimal treatment because they are considered to be just ordinary abdominal pain. This study aims to identify inflammatory bowel disease which is still considered by some people as a common stomach ache quickly, and precisely and to recommend therapy that can be done as an initial treatment before getting medical action by medical personnel. The method used in this expert system research is a combination of forward chaining and certainty factors. The forward chaining method traces the disease forward starting from a set of facts adjusted to a hypothesis that leads to conclusions, while the certainty factor method is used to confirm a hypothesis by measuring the amount of trust in concluding the process of detecting inflammatory bowel disease. The results of this study are a conclusion from the process of identifying inflammatory bowel disease which begins with selecting the symptoms experienced by the patient so that the diagnosis results appear using forward chaining and certainty factor in the form of a percentage along with therapy that can be given to the patient to reduce pain in the abdomen. A comparison of the diagnosis results using the system and diagnosis by experts, in this case, specialist doctors, shows an accuracy rate of 82,18%, which means that the expert system diagnosis results can be accounted for and follow the expert diagnosis

    An industrial internship is a practical activity for students with the aim of gaining experience from this activity, which can later be used for professional development and human resource development. One of the industrial internships was carried out at a bus body company from Ungaran, namely CV. Like Bodywork. During the industrial internship the author focused on research regarding the planning and implementation of Preventive Maintenance of ABS vacuum pumps on CNC Milling machines FZ 2000. Problems that occurred during the production process using CNC Milling machines with ABS Vacuum pumps were the problem of broken blades, the radiator not running properly. Well, there\u27s an electrical short circuit, the air hoses are leaking, the vacuum pump is leaking or overheating. Planning a maintenance system needs to be done to reduce the number of machine downtime. CV. Laksana Karoseri uses two types of maintenance systems, General Maintenance and Emergency Maintenance. Meanwhile, preventive maintenance activities carried out on the CNC MILLING FZ 2000 machine include daily maintenance, maintenance every 2 months, maintenance every 6 months and annual maintenance. Meanwhile, preventive maintenance on ABS vacuum engine pumps on CNC Milling Machines is known to be carried out every 6 months including checking and replacing the vacuum engine oil using 2 liters of Corena S4 P shell oil for every use reaching 5000 km/hour, cleaning the air filter, maintaining and cleaning the water filter and checking the spindle lubricating fluid

    Cepek Cell is a shop that sells various cellphone accessories. Currently, the promotion and advertising process is still using the printed or manual model, where customers see directly the collections available in the store. Based on the case study the author designed an online catalog website based on the Laravel framework which is expected to help the process of promoting or advertising goods, expanding the scope of promotions and advertisements so as to provide benefits for customers and stores. In the development of the system the author designed the system using the php programming language and laravel version 7.1 as a framework. Using Xampp 3.2.4 as MySql database connection. System testing is carried out directly by the user on each existing function. The number of respondents involved is about 10 users who use the black box testing method. In order for the online catalog website of mobile phone accessories to function as a storefront facility and stock availability of merchandise, in this study, a website design was carried out by considering the storefront function and stock administration. Storefront features include product names, product prices, product stock, contact chat, product images, product ratings and product tags. Product stock administration features include adding products, product lists, product catalogs and adding product tags. There are suggestions in supporting research for the next developer, namely adding a transaction process for customers or guests and to increase the quality of the performance of the store, the financial report feature can be added
