Pelatihan Desain Poster Menggunakan Canva Bagi Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Surabaya
The rapid development of science and technology has resulted in various applications that can help various human needs, including in terms of design. Currently, there are various online-based design applications that provide a variety of attractive designs that can be accessed for free or for a fee, including Canva. This community service aims to increase the design creativity of SMAN 1 Surabaya students, especially in making poster designs with the Canva application. The results of the training showed that SMA Negeri 1 Surabaya students agreed that the training could increase students\u27 knowledge and skills in making poster designs using Canva, as seen from the results of the questionnaire where 81.33% of students gave very good predicates to the training they had attended. The knowledge gained during the training is expected to be useful for students in the short and long term, namely in the wider scope of student life in the future
Desain dan Perancangan Alat Welding Holder untuk Pengelasan Pelat pada Las GMAW
One of the metal welding processes required by the manufacturing industry is gas arc welding (GMAW). The welding process that is capable of transmitting large amounts of heat at high speeds is gas electric welding or GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding). The design mechanism for the movement of the X and Y axes in the development of GMAW welding holders uses the stages of finding ideas, studying literature, identifying problems, designing, making tools and testing machines. The purpose of this study was to design a mechanism for moving the X and Y axes in the development of an automatic GMAW torch holder machine and to calculate the machine elements in the development of an automatic GMAW torch holder machine.
The process of designing and constructing the movement of the X and Y axes in the development of an automatic GMAW welding torch holder machine is carried out with a design procedure that is used as a reference in solving problems. The track shaft uses chrome steel with a diameter of 25 mm and a length of 800 mm, Linear bearings use type SCS25UU with an inner diameter of 25 mm, Linear rail shafts use aluminum alloy material with a diameter of 25 mm which is used to support the end of the track shaft, Ballscrew uses the SFU 2005 type with a size of 3/4 inch which is equipped with a ballscrew nut and also a nut housing, Bearing block uses a UCP type with a diameter of 20 mm, Flexible coupling measuring 5 mm to 10 mm is used to connect the drive screw with the stepper motor, The stepper motor is used as the main power to drive the drive screw type Nema 17 (17HD48002H-22B) with the specifications Step Angle: 1.8o, Rated Current: 1.5 Ampere, Voltage : 2.7V
Pengaruh Penambahan Kulit Singkong Terhadap Kualitas Pupuk Organik Cair dari Limbah Buah yang Diaplikasikan pada Tanaman Cabai Merah Keriting (Capsicum Annum L)
Every day the traditional market produces garbage from rotting fruit. According to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), the incidence of waste produced in Indonesia is 23 million tons / year and 22.3% comes from traditional marketwaste. Fruit waste can be utilized into Organic Fertilizer Cwater (POC) in order to have a selling value and not pollute the environment. In thepreviousstudy, the additional material used was cassava and only measured the nutrient levels of Liquid Organic Fertilizer formed without application to the plant,so that in penelitian ini wasdone the addition of cassava peel in the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizers and its effectonthe growth of curly red chili plants. The method used is fermentation inside the reactor equipped with a temperature stabilizedbottle. Processing is carried out anaerobically for 2 weeks with a variety of additional materials in one of the reactors, namely the addition of cassava peel. The parameters to be observed are pH levels, viscosity, plant height and number of leaves. Based on the results of measurements of pH levels before fermentation and after fermentation, the pH of liquid organic fertilizers with the addition of cassava peel from 5 to 3 and pH of Liquid Organic Fertilizer without the addition of cassava peel from 6 to 4. The results of measurement of the viscosity level of Liquid Organic Fertilizer without cassava peel 9,544x10-4 N. s/m2 while liquid organic fertilizer without cassava peel 7,858x10-4 N. s/m2. This means that liquid organic fertilizer without cassava peel is more easily absorbed by the soil because the viscosity value is lower and close to the water viscosity value of7,768x10-4 N. s/m2. The application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer to the curly red chili plant canget a maximum result of its effect by Liquid Organic Fertilizer without the addition of cassava peel
Verifikasi Kesesuaian Alat Keselamatan Terhadap Non Convention Vessel Standard Pada Tug Boat 2 x 1100 HP
Tug boat is a type of ship that serves to pull or push other ships for operational purposes. The process of making a ship, the planning stage of safety equipment equipment is a step that is taken into account because it involves the safety of the lives of passengers. Problems that often occur in the field are the lack of supervision and the error of certain parties so that the safety equipment that should refer to the regulations is not implemented. The purpose of this study was to verify the safety equipment on one of the newly completed 2 x 1100 HP Tug Boats at company X with reference to Chapter IV NCVS regulations. The steps taken in the research are the stage of entering ship data, the stage of determining the applicable regulations, the stage of verifying the safety equipment equipment, and recaping the verification results. The research that has been carried out shows that 10 items were obtained related to the installation of Liferaft, Lifebuoy With Self Igniting Light, Lifebuoy With Lifeline, Rocket Parachute Flare, Red Hand Flare, Orange Smoke Signal, Line Throwing, SART, and Two way radio telephon. with regulations. There is one finding that the use of life jackets is still not appropriate in terms of placement with reference to the NCVS regulations.
 
Karakteristik Struktur Kristal In2Se3 Hasil Preparasi Dengan Metode Bridgman
Apart from using silicon material, thin-layer solar cells can be made from various types of semiconductor materials, such as a combination of groups III and VI. In solar cell applications, these materials are usually used as n-type coatings. This study not only aimed to determine the crystal structure and the effect of annealing temperature on the crystal lattice parameters but also to determine the chemical composition and surface morphological structure of the crystals formed from the preparation. The crystal growth process was carried out using the Bridgman method with different heating patterns. The temperature in both annealing temperatures is 200oC and 250oC. The physical properties of the prepared In2Se3 crystals were characterized using XRD, SEM, and EDAX. XRD Characterization was used to determine the crystal structure, while SEM and EDAX characterization was used to determine the surface morphology and chemical composition of the crystals. The result of the XRD characterization showed that the formed In2Se3 crystals were polycrystals with a hexagonal structure. Based on the diffractogram obtained, the In2Se3 crystalline heating 1 has better quality. EDAX analysis showed that the In2Se3 crystals were composed of elements of In and Se with a mole ratio of 2:9, while the SEM characterization showed that the color of the surface morphology of the In2Se3 crystals was not homogeneous.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui struktur kristal, pengaruh pola aniling terhadap parameter kisi kristal, serta untuk mengetahui komposisi kimia dan struktur morfologi permukaan kristal yang terbentuk dari hasil preparasi. Proses menumbuhkan kristal dilakukan menggunakan metode Bridgman dengan pola aniling yang berbeda. Suhu pada kedua pola aniling adalah 200˚С dan 250˚С. Sifat-sifat fisis kristal InÂ2Se3 hasil preparasi dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD, SEM dan EDAX. Karakterisasi XRD digunakan untuk mengetahui struktur kristal, sedangkan karakterisasi SEM dan EDAX digunakan untuk mengetahui morfologi permukaan serta komposisi kimia dari kristal. Hasil karakterisasi XRD menunjukkan bahwa kristal InÂ2Se3 yang terbentuk merupakan polikristal dengan struktur hexagonal, dengan parameter kisi untuk aniling 1 adalah 7,0762 Ã… dan 19,0656 Ã…. Sedangkan untuk alur aniling 2 adalah 7,1684 Ã… dan 19,6785 Ã…. Berdasarkan difraktogram yang diperoleh, kristal InÂ2Se3 aniling 1 memiliki kualitas lebih baik. Analisis EDAX memperlihatkan kristal InÂ2Se3 diperoleh komposisi unsur In dan Se dengan perbandingan mol 2 : 9 sedangkan karakterisasi SEM menunjukkan bahwa warna morfologi permukaan dari kristal InÂ2Se3 adalah tidak homogen

Pepper powder is currently widely marketed in packaged form. The process of packing pepper manually has several drawbacks. In addition to the speed of the packaging process, there is also the problem of weighing the packaging accurately. This study aims to design and build a tool for automatically filling pepper powder into bottles based on Arduino Nano. Conveyors are used to place bottles precisely at the filling position. The process of filling the powdered pepper automatically starts after the bottle is detected by the photoelectric sensor. A Screw is used to put the ground pepper into the bottle, while the load cell sensor is used to measure the weight of the powdered pepper filling. The performance of this filling system shows that the average duration of filling time is 0.97 seconds per gram, while the accuracy of reading the weight of filling pepper powder has an error rate of 2.78%. Information during the filling process, which includes the weight of the powder that has entered the bottle, the amount of production, and information on the remaining ingredients available in the hopper, can be properly monitored through the HMI display
Towards automatic Maude specifications generation from C functions
In this paper, we aim to contribute to the knowledge about how imperative C functions can be transformed to Maude functional and system modules respectively. Maude is a formal specification language characterized by simplicity, expressivity and good performance. It is a multi-paradigm meta-language based on rewriting logic and equational theories used to specify, simulate and formally verify concurrent and distributed systems. Maude has been used to define the operational semantics of many programming and specification languages. In particular, the addition of this paper is to close the gap between a subset of the C standard language and Maude relying on a transformational approach. 
Desain dan Analisa Perhitungan Rem Cakram Pada Mobil Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)
Brakes are an important component in a vehicle unit, so it is necessary to have proper planning in the design and manufacture process. The purpose of this study is to design disc brakes on a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) car with consideration of the results of the calculation analysis based on the specifications of the reference car. The resulting design is in the form of main components which include calipers, pistons, discs, pads, rivets, pins and bolts. Based on this design, the calculation results show the braking process when a car traveling at a speed of 245 km/h can stop at a braking distance (s) of 42 m with a braking time 4 seconds. The next research is to make a mathematical model to optimize the dimensions of the brake components needed at the ideal braking distance
PROSES PRODUKSI STAND GRIPPER MENGGUNAKAN CNC MILLING 3 AXIS TIPE WELLE CV 1060
One of the efforts made in the education sector to increase the need for human resources is to implement a system that can create a workforce that is ready to apply their knowledge in the field of work. To apply the knowledge they have gained while attending lectures, students are given the opportunity to go directly to a company which is usually called an industrial internship. While carrying out industrial internships at Solo Technopark, students are placed in the CNC design and machining section. The stand gripper production process goes through several stages, namely designing product images, creating a numerical control program with Autodesk powermill software, and computer numerical control milling (CNC milling) machining processes. The problem that occurs during the stand gripper production process is that there is very little material gripping due to the size of the initial material which has very little difference with the size of the finished workpiece. The solution to this problem is to ensure strong clamping and the help of parallel blocks so that the material does not move during the execution of the workpiece
Pemanfaatan Eco Enzym dan Pupuk P Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Nodulasi Mucuna bracteata
The research was conducted at Kebun Pendidikan dan Penelitian (KP 2) of the Yogyakarta Stiper Agricultural Institute located in Wedomartani Village, Depok District, Sleman Regency, D.I.Y with an altitude of 118 meters above sea level. The study began in February 2022 until May 2022. This research was carried out using a two-factor experimental method arranged in a Completely Randomized Design: the first factor was the concentration of eco enzym which consisted of 4 levels, namely, control (0 ml/liter), 1 ml/ liter, 2 ml/liter, and 3 ml/liter. The second factor was the dose of P fertilizer which consisted of 4 levels, namely: control (0 g/plant), 1.5 g/plant, 2.5 g/plant, and 3.5 g/plant. From these two factors, 4 x 4 = 16 treatment combinations were obtained, with each treatment being repeated 4 times so that the number of seeds obtained was 16 x 4 = 64 experimental plants. The research data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level of significance. If there is a significant effect, the DMRT follow-up test is carried out at a significant level of 5%. The results showed that there was a significant interaction between the concentration of eco enzym treatment and the dose of P fertilizer on the root nodule weight parameter. The results showed that the combination treatment with eco enzym concentration of 3 ml/liter and P fertilizer dose of 1.5 gram/plant gave the best root nodule weight of Mucuna bracteata. The concentration of eco enzym and the dose of P fertilizer had the same effect on the growth of Mucuna bracteata.
