Toward the Logistization of Politics: Rethinking Contemporary Protest Practices
No full textInternational audienceIn an era where the seamless movement of goods, people, and information is fundamental to economic efficiency, supply chains have emerged as critical infrastructures of the contemporary world. No longer merely operational mechanisms, they now function as decisive strategic levers in evolving power dynamics. Logistical concerns have thus transcended their traditional status as technical matters, becoming central to the strategic repertoire of social movements. From the roundabout occupations of the Yellow Vests in France to the mobile blockades organized by Canadian truckers, recent mobilizations underscore a significant shift: logistics is no longer a passive backdrop to protest but a principal site of political contestation. In a global economy predicated on uninterrupted circulation, the disruption of these flows constitutes a direct challenge to the structural foundations of power. This article investigates how self-organized encampments, activist supply chains, and targeted disruptions of infrastructure are more than mere tactical responses-they embody a form of logistical intelligence mobilized for political purposes. The analysis reframes logistics not simply as a domain concerned with the efficient management of flows, but as a political language through which counter-power is formulated and enacted. By drawing on the concept of the "logistization of politics," the article offers a novel interpretive framework for understanding protest as a form of engineered resistance. From this perspective, the occupation of strategic spaces and the obstruction of circulation systems are not incidental, but deliberate and potent instruments of political confrontation. The significance of this research lies in its ability to bridge supply chain studies and political sociology, illuminating how logistical infrastructures are not only arenas of economic value creation but also terrains of political struggle. In doing so, it contributes to a growing body of work that rethinks contemporary activism in terms of its spatial, material, and infrastructural dimensions-shifting the focus from symbolic resistance to operational disruption

Conformal welding and the matter-Liouville-ghost factorisation
No full textWe study the action of local conformal transformations on several measures related to the Gaussian free field and Schramm--Loewner evolutions. The main novelty of our work is a Cameron--Martin-type formula for the welding homeomorphism of the SLE loop measure (); its proof relies on a rigorous interpretation (and computation) of the "Jacobian" of the conformal welding map, which we relate to the "-ghost system" from bosonic string theory. We also give an intrinsic definition of the trace of the GFF on SLE, and prove a characterisation of the free boundary GFF in . As an application, we introduce a new and intrinsic approach to the conformal welding of quantum surfaces
L'enseignement des enjeux socio-écologiques en école d'ingénieurs : quelles pratiques de sélection et de transposition didactique des savoirs ?
No full textInternational audienceCette communication présentera les résultats d’un dispositif de recherche-intervention engagé autour de la conception pédagogique d’un module de formation aux enjeux socio-écologiques en école d’ingénieur·e·s. Nous étudierons ici le processus d’élaboration d’un projet sur le thème des futurs possibles et souhaitables par un groupe de cinq enseignant·e·s. En mobilisant des travaux conduits en sociologie du curriculum et en didactique, nous analyserons la dynamique de sélection des savoirs de référence et de transposition didactique à l’œuvre dans un contexte où les connaissances disponibles sont vives et non stabilisées.Cette communication s'appuie en particulier sur un article co-écrit avec Fatma Saïd-Touhami et Caroline Ladage, à paraître dans le n°76 dans la revue SPIRALE
Low‐temperature dissociation of zircon in highly alkaline conditions: A cautionary note for studies on natural glasses of debated origin
No full textInternational audienceDissociated zircon is largely used as a robust indicator of glasses generated by impact cratering and airbursts. The reaction of zircon dissociation, i.e. 'ZrSiO4 → ZrO2 + SiO2', requires high temperatures (>1670°C) only reached by extreme geological processes. Using high-temperature experiments, this study shows that zircon can dissociate and form ZrO2-rich coronitic rims at temperatures of 900-1000°C (P = 1 bar), in the presence of a specific chemical environment made of NaCl or a mixture of NaCl and caliche soil (Ca-sulfates). The use of silica glass vessels provides a SiO2-rich environment during the experiments. We observe that the dissociation is strongly related to the complexity of the surrounding system (e.g. the presence of other minerals that act as a flux) in which the reaction occurs. For these reasons, we suggest considering a more careful approach in using dissociated zircon as indicative of very high temperatures in glass-forming processes
Stratégies institutionnelles et pratiques d'accompagnement pour le développement des dispositifs hybrides de formation en contexte universitaire français
No full textNational audienceCette présentation s’appuie sur les travaux de recherche que nous menons portant sur les pratiques d’accompagnement à l'hybridation des enseignements par les ingénieurs pédagogiques dans l’enseignement supérieur. En ce sens, elle propose en premier lieu un panorama et une analyse des définitions de l’hybridation ainsi que des stratégies institutionnelles locales mises en œuvre pour structurer et soutenir cette transformation pédagogique et numérique. Dans une deuxième partie, la présentation met en lumière les ressources, moyens et outils mobilisés dans les universités en vue de soutenir l'hybridation des formations. Nous présentons le rôle des ingénieurs-conseillers pédagogiques (IgCP) ainsi que les dispositifs d’incitation et de valorisation à destination des enseignants. Enfin, elle explore les techniques d'accompagnement des IgCP à la conception et au développement des dispositifs hybrides
Analyse rétrospective de l’administration préhospitalière d’une antibioprophylaxie chez les patients présentant un traumatisme ouvert
No full textIntroduction : de nombreux travaux ont montré l’intérêt d’administrer précocement une antibiothérapie chez les patients victimes d’un traumatisme ouvert. En médecine d’urgence préhospitalière, la prise en charge des traumatisés grave nécessite une haute intensité de soins en un temps minimal afin d’amener le patient le plus rapidement possible au bloc opératoire. La prise en compte de la problématique infectieuse est souvent oubliée ou volontairement reléguée à la phase intra-hospitalière par les équipes préhospitalières. L’objectif de ce travail était de décrire l’administration préhospitalière d’une antibioprophylaxie (ATBPH) chez les patients présentant un traumatisme ouvert pris en charge par un SMUR du Bataillon de marins-pompiers de Marseille (BMPM). Méthode : étude observationnelle rétrospective monocentrique incluant tout patient présentant une fracture ouverte, un traumatisme pénétrant ou une plaie nécessitant un parage chirurgical pris en charge par un SMUR du BMPM entre le 1er janvier 2020 et le 31 décembre 2023. Les facteurs associés à l’administration d’une ATBPH ont été recherchés à l’aide d’un modèle de régression logistique. La survenue d’évènements anaphylactiques et le taux de ré-injection d’une antibioprophylaxie intra-hospitalière ont également été recueillis. Résultats : 656 patients ont été inclus dans l’étude. 424 patients (64,6%) ont bénéficié d’une ATBPH et 20 ont reçu une seconde dose à leur arrivée à l’hôpital (4,7% de ré-injection intra-hospitalière). Aucune réaction anaphylactique n’a été retrouvée. Le mécanisme lésionnel le plus fréquemment retrouvé était les accidents de la voie publique (36,6%), et la lésion la plus fréquente était la fracture ouverte (43,3%). La présence d’un traumatisme pénétrant par arme à feu était statistiquement associée à une moindre prescription d’une ATBPH en analyse univariée (OR 0,38 ; IC95% 0.26-0.56, p<0.001). En analyse multivariée les accidents de la voie publique (OR 1,98 ; IC95% 1,29-3,07, p=0,002), la médicalisation de l’évacuation (OR 6,33 ; IC95% 3,67-11,38, p<0,001) et la présence d’une fracture ouverte (OR 1,75 ; IC95% 1,17-2,64, p=0,007) étaient associées à l’administration d’une ATBPH. Conclusion : cette étude objective un taux d’administration d’ATBPH de 64,6% chez les patients traumatisés qui varie en fonction du mécanisme lésionnel. Les recommandations internationales évoluent vers une généralisation de cette pratique car elle semble diminuer le taux d’infections post-traumatiques tout en étant une intervention sûre pour le patient

No full textInternational audienceHere, we report a rare example of an Fe-based MOF capable of accommodating K ions electrochemically within its layered framework, achieving low polarization, high capacity utilization (similar to 0.8 electrons exchanged per Fe), and stable cycling performance. In situ Mössbauer spectroscopy and operando XRD analyses revealed that the observed electrochemical storage arises from the Fe/Fe redox couple with polyphasic transformations
