Economic conditions in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the people of Bira Tengah Village, Sampang Regency, have not been able to achieve a level of welfare even though in the village there is tourism potential for Lon Malang Beach and abundant marine products. The majority of housewives in the area do not have income-generating jobs. Thus, a solution is needed to optimize the role of housewives in the village to improve their economy in this new normal era. The purpose of this research is to create a solution idea in revitalizing the community's economy in order to alleviate poverty and increase the role of housewives in Central Bira in the new normal era. In writing this scientific paper, it uses research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection by interviews and literature studies as data sources. The concept of Sharia Grameen Bank is a model of Islamic microfinance institutions that apply sharia economic principles by utilizing capital from cash waqf and partnering with cooperatives supported by the use of the LOL website (Lon Malang Luminous Heaven) which can optimize the implementation process of Sharia Grameen Bank implementation). No full textTourism object is one of the potentials of the people's economy that needs to be developed to increase people's income. The existence of a tourist attraction has a role in the income of the surrounding community, with a tourist attraction in an area will directly open up jobs for the surrounding community. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Edu Wisata on village community income. The population of this research is the people of Hendrosari Village who have a business around Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu Hendrosari. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study concluded that 29.7% of respondents stated that the existence of lontar sewn ecotourism had an impact on people's income and the remaining 70.3% were influenced by other factors that were not included in this research model. The results of this study have implications for the importance of managing Edu Wisata lontar sew as a step to increase the income of the community around Edu Wisat

No full textKearifan lokal adalah kebijaksanaan setempat atau kearifan setempat atau dapat juga dimaknai sebagai ide-ide setempat yang bersifat bijaksana, bermuatan nilai yang baik, penuh kebijaksanaan, yang diikuti dan tertanam dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan peran kearifan lokal Kota Padang Sidimpuan terhadap Pengembangan Bisnis Syariah.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam kepada pelaku usaha, masyarakat, tokoh adat dan pemerintah, data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan menghasilkan kesimpulan.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa Kearifan lokal Kota padang sidimpuan sangat berperan dalam mengembangkan bisnis syariah yang sesuai tuntunan agama islam, dimana pelaku usaha dan konsumen saling menjaga, saling menghormati, saling menghargai, saling peduli, saling tolong menolong ini tercermin dari melekatnya nilai adat budaya dalam diri masyarakat. Kearifan lokal ini tidak berfokus pada pencantuman kata “syariah” yang melekat pada merek dagang atau merek usaha, akan tetapi lebih kepada muatan kegiatan/aktivitas bisnis yang bernilai syariah, ramah tamah, tutur kata yang sopan dan santun, jujur, ketertiban dan keamanan kegiatan ekonomi

No full textStudent interest in class VII SMP NAMIRA Kota Probolinggo on subject Mathematics is classified as low, especially when the subject mathematics fells like it’s always being skipped. This is an accordance with the results of diagnostic Assesment and learning interest of 60 students, the percentage of high interest in learning Mathematics subject, only 30 %. Mathematics is a subject that is considered difficult. It is a challenge to present on pandemic or daring of learn it in an must attractive, easy and fun away. Solution to overcome this problem is through the implementation of google education integrated e-book. The purpose os this study was to determine effectivity of implementation of google education integrated e-book on class VII SMP NAMIRA Kota Probolinggo. The research method used is Mathematics Realistic integrated discovery learning that present on e book. E-book that created with Bookcreator application mix google education. Data collection techniques used were test of students understanding, attitude assessment, observation (quisoner), reflection learning of Mathematics. The results showed that the implementation of google education integrated e book is effective with interest Matematics subject increasing 55,6% on the first meet, the second meet to be 83% . Students learning outcomes describe student interest to follow learning of Mathematics, it is shown assignment collection and result show 10 % under KKM Mathematics subject.

Namu, melalui pendidikan formal yang singkat tersebut ia mampu menojolkan dirinya menjadi seorang pemikir. Keahlian Hasybi dalam ijtihad ia mampu memperkenalkan diri sebagai intelektul yang tekenal di dunia internasional. Terkait dengan hasil ijtihad Hasybi mennggambarkan keadaan fiqh ke-Indonesiaan dapat dilihat pada ijtihad Hasbi tentang zakat dengan mengacu pada pandangan Abu Hanifah yang berbeda dengan pendapat jumhur ulama – Hasybi bependapat bahwa mesin-mesin produksi di pabrik besar wajib di zakati. Pandangan ini cukup relevan dengan konteks pembangun negara yang membutuhkan banyak modal. Pendapat Hasybi mengenai zakat diserahkan kepada pemerintah untuk mengelolanya. Sebab, bagi Hasybi zakat tersebut sepaket dengan pengebangan untuk kemakmuran masyarakat, baik non muslim maupun muslim. No full textThis study aims to improve the motivation to learn Civics using active learning method. This research was conducted in class X.5 which amounted to 34 students. The method used in this research is classroom action research method (PTK) which carried out as many as three cycles. In the first cycle directly using the active learning method with the card game model in learning Civics, because it was noticed at the beginning of observation that the study of learning class X.5 is still low, after using the method of active learning student motivation questionnaire as much as 57.64%.
In the second cycle of learning motivation has increased, this can be seen from the increase of students' learning motivation, the spirit of competing in a healthy, active in answering questions and asks, cooperation among students and the increase of questionnaire results of student learning motivation in the second cycle as much as 71.76%. Civic learning activities in the third cycle by using the card game model can improve student learning motivation, this can be seen from the result of questionnaire student learning motivation as much as 76.03%.
The results of the study increase the learning motivation from the first cycle to the second cycle of 14.12%, from the second cycle to the third cycle increased by 4.27%, so the increase in learning motivation from cycle one to third cycle increased by 18.39%. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of active learning method of card game can improve student learning motivation in Civics subjects in class X.5 in Senior High School 1 North Cikarang.

No full textThe quality of education is the school's ability to manage operationally and efficiently the components related to the school so as to produce added value to these components according to applicable norms or standards. To improve the quality of education, it can be done in a comprehensive way which includes all elements in education in order to achieve good expectations, starting with building most of the school buildings, conducting technology socialization and finally conducting training for each teacher or educator. In this study the authors used a type of library research. The data sources used by researchers were in the form of books, journals and other documents that were useful as supporting data in this study with a qualitative approach. The results of this study criticize education according to Husein Albalawi. the concept of Hassan Hussein al-baylawi places more emphasis on teacher quality, the better the quality of the teacher, the better the quality of education will be guaranteed. It is undeniable that improving the quality of teacher education is one of the indicators that determines whether the quality of education is good or not, but in reality good teacher quality cannot be a guarantee for improving the quality of education, because it will not work if teachers cannot meet the needs of teachers. students or do not understand the situation of students. To improve the quality of education is not only seen from the three pillars that Hassa Hussein al-Baylawi said, but in improving the quality of education it must be seen from many sides, namely the quality components. This section is a supporter and a prerequisite for having quality, some of the components include quality-oriented leadership, education and training, support structures, communication, rewards and recognition, and the last is measurement.

The method of determining the sample in this study used a saturated sample, where the total population in this study were all employees of the Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency, namely 43 employees. This study uses quantitative methods to describe and explain the type of research used is descriptive research using quantitative methods and approaches. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. Testing the hypothesis partially, Knowledge Management and career development affect employee performance in Krejengan District.
Results that Knowledge Management and career development affect employee performance in Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency.
