PENERAPAN STRATEGI EVERYONE IS TEACHER HERE DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI KELAS X-A DI MAN 1 KOTA PROBOLINGGO
Learning strategies are a way for teachers to make the class more active. The use of learning strategies will make it easier for teachers to manage the class and increase motivation and learning achievement. One of the learning strategies that can be chosen by teachers is the Everyone Is a Teacher Here strategy which requires students to be more active, encourage learning motivation and improve student achievement. This study aims to 1) examine the implementation of the Everyone Is a Teacher Here strategy in increasing motivation and learning achievement in Sociology subjects in class X-A at MAN 1 Probolinggo City. 2) examine whether the implementation of the Everyone Is a Teacher Here strategy can increase motivation and learning achievement in the Sociology subject class X-A at MAN 1 Probolinggo City.
This research is classroom action research (CAR) using a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. From the two cycles that were applied, it can be seen in the evaluation of the post test scores, the average student got a good score. In the first cycle, the pre-test was 63%, in the second cycle, the post-test was carried out with an average value of 79.61%. This means that the students are enthusiastic in learning and the Everyone Is a teacher Here strategy has succeeded.

PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN IPS DI KELAS VI SD MUHAMMADIYAH KOTA PROBOLINGGO
The formation of the character of students through social studies learning (intra-curricular) and outside learning hours (extra-curricular) is very necessary to be instilled in students. This study wants to examine more deeply about character building in schools. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were carried out using purposive sampling technique, namely the Principal, Class VI Teachers and Class VI Students at SD Muhammadiyah Probolinggo City. From the results of the research and discussion that has been described, the researchers suggest to the principal of SD Muhammadiyah Probolinggo City to improve the character formation of students so that later students become the next generation of the ideals of the nation's struggle based on the values of cultural and character education. Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers to be more active in associating forms of character values to parents of students in more innovative forms so that the application of character values can be more optimal. For further researchers to explore more knowledge about the realization of the development of children's character, so that they become moral and moral individuals.Keywords: character education; Social Studies learning; Primary schoo
MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM BAHASA ARAB (Studi Tentang Proses dan Mekanisme Pengembangan Kurikulum Bahasa Arab)
When a curriculum is created and then implemented, whether the curriculum is centralized or decentralized, both have their own advantages and disadvantages. Sometimes a centralized curriculum is appropriate for a particular area, but not suitable for other regions. As in rural or remote areas, it is difficult to adjust the progress of education in urban areas.There is an opinion which says that curriculum means vehicle (currere/Latin). No matter how reliable the vehicle is made, that reliability can only be achieved if the driver is competent enough. Success, professionalism and competence are in the hands of the teacher. Because basically the curriculum was made as good as possible by the compilers.However, along with its development, the curriculum is still undergoing changes so that it is not uncommon for there to be gaps in its implementation. For this reason, with an analysis of curriculum needs, it will be known about the distance or gaps, solutions and assessment of the education curriculum in Indonesia.With the direction of writing this paper, the problems are formulated as follows: What are the stages of curriculum development?, What are the application of the principles of curriculum development? PENERAPAN AKAD NADZAR PADA PEMBIAYAAN QARDH (STUDI PADA KOPERASI BMT MASLAHAH JAWA TIMUR)
Introduction: Makalah ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kualitatif dengan meninjau literatur dan mewawancarai anggota yang mendapatkan pembiayaan qard, untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang fleksibilitas dan kenyamanan akad nadzar serta menetapkan informan ahli sebagai sumber utama yaitu kepala cabang, Direktur, Direktur Utama, Pengurus dan Pengawas BMT Maslahah di 100 kantor cabang yang berkedudukan di wilayah kecamatan, kota kabupaten wilayah propinsi jawatimur. Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama’, Pengurus Majlis Ulama’ Indonesia cabang, Pengurus syuriyah Nahdlatul Ulama’, dan beberapa tokoh masyarakat. Wawancara difokuskan pada produk pembiayaan qardh dengan menerapkan akad nadzar kepada anggotauntuk mempresentasikan pandangan para praktisi terkait penerapanakad nadzar pada pembiayaan qardh.
Methods: Desain/Metodologi/pendekatan
Result: Studi ini menemukan bahwa BMT Maslahah mempunyai model penerapan akad nadzar pada pembiayaan qardmemberikan pemahaman dan kemudahan serta kenyamanan pada anggota. Penerapan akad nadzar pada pembiayaan qardh adalah merupakan produk akad baru yang menjadi alternatif akadyang dapat dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
Conclusion and suggestion: Temuan penelitian ini menambah literatur tentang penerapan akad nadzar pada pembiayaan qardh di BMTdengan memungkinkan peneliti dan praktisi untuk menelaah terhadap penerapan akad nadzar.Temuan ini juga berkontribusi untuk memperkaya pengetahuan tentang akad-akad pada BMTdan kebutuhan pembiayaan anggota. juga memberikan kontribusi pada bidang ekonomi Islam khususnya kepada Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia.

IMPLEMENTASI KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL BAGI PENYANDANG MASALAH LANJUT USIA PERSPEKTIF MAQASHID SYARI’AH DI KOTA MALANG
Introduction: Malang City is committed to be an Elderly Friendly City. A number of policy innovations and pro social welfare programs for the elderly have been implemented. But in fact the aid is still in the form of material such as money and basic necessities. The varied conditions of the elderly require the fulfillment of non-material needs such as health, moral support and religious development. To understand the implementation of welfare for people with elderly problems in Malang City, the maqashid shari'ah perspective is used so that the factual needs of the elderly can be understood more comprehensively.
Methods: The research method used is a qualitative paradigm with the type of case study research. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, presentation, conclusion and verification.
Results and Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that the social welfare program is tentative and continuous. The tentative program is material, while the continuous program is non-material. The implementation of the program is carried out by the Social Service in collaboration with TKSK, PSM and local village officials. The stages in program implementation are receiving reports, visitation by providing an analysis of environmental potential and ending with evacuation if needed. Maqashid shari'ah corrects that social welfare programs have implications but have not maximized maintaining religion, soul, mind, lineage and property, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The implication for the unproductive elderly comes from non-material assistance such as assistance and love. Meanwhile, material assistance has implications for productive elderly people for business empowerment.

MENGEMBANGKAN SKILL MENGHITUNG DENGAN MENYAJIKAN CARA ALTERNATIF MEWAKILI KECERDASAN LOGIS MATEMATIS ANAK MELALUI PROGRAM AHA (ASMAUL HUSNA ARITHMETIC)
A learning system that is very efficient and has logicality above the intellect of ordinary humans who use the right brain, this programis called AHA where 10 fingers become 99 fingers and the way of thinking uses the right brain. Programs that are rarely used elsewhere. The AHA program really helps students to think clearly, quickly, and precisely. So that students can count in an easier way. With this method it is hoped that it can inspire other students to use the AHA method in learning.The AHA (Asmaul Husna Arithmetic) program provides a slightly different alternative way of counting for golden age children (0 to 8 years) who are actually hungry for other ways of counting. However, his teaching uses only one method of counting. And this method only represents the child's logical-mathematical intelligence. In this case, the method is further expanded with visual and kinesthetic special intelligence. The diversity of elements of intelligence is what provokes children to like learning activities called counting. PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA DEPARTEMEN PRODUKSI PT POMI KABUPATEN PROBOLINGGO
The achievement of the goals of the organization/institution will be carried out if its human resources show high work performance. To achieve this, organizations/agencies must be able to create conditions that can encourage and enable employees to develop and improve their abilities and skills optimally. Employees who work in an organization / agency should be treated as well as possible, so that employees have good performance and the goals of the organization / agency are achieved.
This research includes explanatory research. The sample that will be used by the researcher is the employees of the Production Department of PT POMI Paiton, Probolinggo Regency totaling 58 people. The data collected in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The method used in this research is a questionnaire (questionnaire).
The results of this study are (1). Job motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. (2). Work motivation has a significant effect on performance. (3). Organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction. (4). Organizational climate has no significant effect on performance.(5). Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. (6).Employee Engagement has a significant effect on performance. (7). Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on performance. (8). Work Motivation has a significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction. (9). Organizational climate has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI PADA DINAS PEMUDA OLAHRAGA PARIWISATA DAN KEBUDAYAAN KABUPATEN PROBOLINGGO)
Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Based on this, this research study aims to determine the application of organizational culture and employee performance at the Department of Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture of Probolinggo Regency.
This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative research is a scientific research, which aims to understand a phenomenon in a natural social context by prioritizing the process of deep communication interaction between researchers and the phenomenon under study. Researchers took the research location with observations at the Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture Office of Probolinggo Regency to support the data needed in research related to the application of organizational culture and employee performance. Sources of data obtained from the field where the research was carried out. To obtain this data, the interview method was used. This data was obtained from the results of the answers of related informants.
The results of this study are as follows: (1) Organizational Culture at the Department of Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture of Probolinggo Regency is in the good category, because it can increase motivation and can form good attitudes and behavior in employees. (2) Employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture Office is also in the good category, meaning that the employee's performance has carried out their duties well, is responsible for work, prioritizes work and manages time well
Konsep Psikologi Transpersonal Dalam Mengenal Sebuah Makna Bahagia Dalam Islam
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisa sebuah konsep Psikologi Tranpersonal dalam mengenal sebuah makna bahagia dalam islam dari pendangan para cendikiawan muslim menilai aspek makna bahagia yang terjadi abad 21 yang sebelumya telah gagal menggunakan pendekatang paham (barat) yang mengesamping wilayah spirtualitas seseorang dari aspek kebahagian individunya. Dan ada pun kajian ini penulisanya mengandalkan pengumpulan data dari para tokoh dikenal sebagai metode interpretative dan mengaggali sumber yang di anggap relevan dengan pembahasan ini. Perihal Deforestasi di Indonesia Dalam Tinjauan Al-Qur’an Dan Hadist
Abstract
One of the environmental problems that occur in Indonesia is deforestation. This is caused by various factors, such as forest fires, illegal logging, forest land conversion, and other human activities that carry out massive exploitation of the forest. As a result, Indonesian forest has declined very significant (deforestation). As a response to this situation, religion is believed could be a solution for mitigating environmental damage, because religion is the base of human morality. Especially Islam, the largest religion in Indonesia, could be a solution for mitigating deforestation. The theme of environment was mentioned various times in the Qur’an and Hadith. Ironically, deforestation in Indonesia is one of the highest cases in the world. Therefore, based on these facts, this paper aims to further discuss the issue of deforestation through the Qur'an and Hadith perspective. In this paper, further verses and hadiths which instruct humans to preserve forest, and not destroy it, will be discussed.
Abstrak
Salah satu problem lingkungan yang terjadi di Indonesia adalah kerusakan hutan, deforestasi. Ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, mulai dari kebakaran hutan, praktik illegal logging, maupun alih fungsi lahan hutan, serta tindakan eksploitatif lainnya. Akibatnya, lahan hutan Indonesia mengalami penurunan yang sangat signifikan (deforestasi). Menyikapi hal ini, agama diyakini dapat menjadi solusi mitigasi kerusakan lingkungan hidup, sebab agama menjadi landasan moral manusia dalam bersikap, termasuk juga agama Islam. Islam melalui al-Qur’an dan Hadis dalam beberapa kesempatan menyinggung tema lingkungan hidup. Dalam pada itu, Indonesia merupakan negara yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai religius, dengan jumlah penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia. Ironisnya, deforestasi di Indonesia menjadi salah satu yang tertinggi di dunia. Oleh sebab itu, bertolak dari fakta tersebut tulisan ini dibuat untuk membahas lebih lanjut persoalan deforestasi dalam tinjauan al-Qur’an dan Hadis.
