    Terjadinya pendemi Covid-19 ini memang merupakan sebuah musibah untuk berbagai sektor kehidupan. Terutama yang menjadi pusat perhatian adalah bidang pendidikan. Pandemi ini memaksa pemerintah untuk menetapkan kebijakan baru dalam pendidikan yaitu pembelajaran jarak jauh atau pembelajaran daring. Ternyata dengan adanya pembelajaran dari ini menimbulkan berbagai persepsi orang tua siswa.  penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap persepsi orang tua terhadap pembelajaran daring di berbagai jenjang pendidikan pada pandemi Covid-19.metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan sempel atau responden sebanyak delapan responden wali murid dari empat jenjang pendidikan yaitu TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh berbagai persepsi dari orang tua siswa. persepsi tersebut meliputi proses pembelajaran, dampak pembelajaran, kesadaran siswa, harapan dan hikmah yang diperoleh dari pembelajaran dari ini. Hampir semua orang tua berharap untuk dapat pembelajaran tatap muka secara normal dengan gurunya, sehingga pembelajaran berjalan seperti sedia kala

    ABSTRAK Strategi pemasaran adalah pernyataan tentang suatau dampak yang sudah diharapkan untuk mencapai dalam target pasar. Strategi pemasaran juga bisa meningkatkan profit diperusahaan. Setiap usaha pasti memiliki strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit tidak terkecuali di CV. Ragiel Ababil. Penilitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit di CV. Ragiel Ababil ditinjau menurut ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini memiliki metode kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwasanya strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit ditinjauan menurut ekonomi islam sesuai dengan syariah islam dan dapat memberikan kesejahteraan buat yang lain, harga yang terjangkau, barang sudah kualitas ekspor, tempat yang strategis berada dipinggir jalan, promosi yang di lakukan oleh perusahaan sangat bagus dan menarik minat pelanggan. Faktor pendukung dan strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit di CV. Ragiel Ababil di tinjau menurut ekonomi islam adalah dengan adanya manajemen yang baik, tempat yang strategis, kepercayaan dan kejujuran. Tinjau ekonomi islam, secara islam dibolehkan untuk menggunakan berbagai macam strategi untuk memasarkan suatu produk yang di perjual belikan baik barang maupun jasa, sepanjang strategi tersebut tidak menghalalkan segala cara, tidak melakukan cara-cara yang batil, tidak melakukan penipuan maupun kebohongan, menzalimi pihak lain.     Mental hectic is instability or a disturbance in a person's mental, can be early childhood, adolescents and adults. Mental hectic in children is due to learning activities that are far from the nature of children's learning, namely playing and having fun. Children's emotional development includes recognizing what feelings and emotions they are experiencing, understanding how and why they occur, recognizing their own feelings and those of others, and developing effective ways of managing them. The purpose of this study is to identify the mental hectic that occurs in early childhood. The second goal is to identify children's emotional development. The third objective is to identify the impact of hectic mentality on children's emotional development. The approach used in this research is qualitative phenomenology. The survey was conducted on the child's environment and experiences. The results of this study are the environment around the child is the cause of mental hectic and has an impact on the child's emotional development. Some children aged 3-6 years were identified as experiencing mental hectic which caused poor emotional development. More dominant negative emotions shown by children.     Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Factors that affect performance are leadership patterns and work discipline. Based on this, this research study aims to determine the application of leadership patterns, and work discipline to the performance of village officials in Temenggungan Village, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The aims of this study were: (1) To determine the application of the leadership of the Temenggungan village head, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency in forming work discipline on device performance. (2) To find out the obstacles in forming work discipline for village officials in the village of Temenggungan, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. (3) To find out the efforts made in the efforts made in solving the problem of establishing work discipline on the performance of village officials in the village of Temenggungan, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative research is a scientific research, which aims to understand a phenomenon in a natural social context by prioritizing the process of deep communication interaction between researchers and the phenomenon under study. Researchers took the research location with observations in Temenggungan Village, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency to support the data needed in research related to the implementation of the internal communication bureaucratic reform program in supporting the implementation of organizational change management.     Community empowerment is a series of activities to strengthen funds or maximize the empowerment of a person or community. In the sense of increasing the ability of the weak and vulnerable groups, including groups of people who experience poverty problems. In practice, community empowerment also supports the United Nations (UN) program which has undergone a change from the Millennium Development Goals (MDG's) in 1990-2015 to become sustainable development goals or commonly called TPB or Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which is on the 2030 agenda.  under development. Many institutions are trying to improve development, both from community and government institutions. The PPPKSI (Indonesian SDGs Village Development Center) institution is no exception, which responds to sustainable development efforts by establishing SDGs Villages. This SDGs village is an area unit at the hamlet level that has certain criteria where there is an integrated Sustainable Development Goals program that is carried out comprehensively and systematically.   Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the process of analyzing the data using data analysis proposed by Miles and Huberman which consists of several activities including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification.  The results of the study explain that the analysis of the economic empowerment strategy of the SDGs village community is: a) the formulation is carried out with preparation, assessment and program planning. b) implementation is carried out by implementing the program plan. c) evaluation in the form of measurement and separation of partners. While the impact is increased knowledge and income to meet needs. The supporting factors are the availability of raw materials, human resources, and a fairly easy process, while the obstacles are the lack of capital and unstable marketing.&nbsp

    Organizational climate provides environmental forces that can affect the organization. A good organizational climate can be seen from the behavior of each person, good relations or cooperation from each of its members, neat arrangement of the organizational structure and work procedures within the organization. Work ethic provides an overview of a person's views and attitudes towards work. This work ethic can be positive or negative so that it can affect the organization. Based on this, this research study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in the People's Welfare Section (Kesra) of Probolinggo Regency. This study uses quantitative methods to describe and explain the type of research used is descriptive research using quantitative methods and approaches that describe the influence of organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in the People's Welfare Section (Kesra) Probolinggo Regency. The total population in this study were all employees. The influence of organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in the People's Welfare Section (Kesra) Probolinggo Regency. Probolinggo Regency as many as 124 people. The sampling in this study used purposive sampling with the slovin formula of 55 samples. The results show that 1) Organizational climate has no significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, 4) Simultaneously organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline significant effect on employee performanc

    Abstract This paper is intended to answer questions related to wasathiyah values, wasathiyah relations and peace, Islamic wasathiyah values ​​in Islamic boarding schools as a modality for pesantren in realizing world peace, and how to promote it as a solution for world peace. After conducting the analysis, it was concluded that moderation (wasathiyyah) is a characteristic of Islam which is a combination and unification of the concepts of ta'adul, tawazun and tawassuth in every pattern of thought, pattern of action, and behavior. At the practical level, the form of moderation in Islam can be classified into four areas of discussion, namely, moderate in matters of aqidah, moderate in matters of worship, moderate in matters of temperament and character, moderate in matters of the formation of the Shari'a. Promoting and campaigning for wasathiyah values ​​through pesantren education can prevent the emergence of radicalism in Indonesia and Muslim-majority countries in general. The promotion of wasathiyah Islam as strategic communication has an important role in maintaining Islamic education. Promoting wasathiyah in the context of Islamic boarding school education requires a balance between the process of delivering information and the process of self-transformation and the system. Knowledge sourced from the scientific tradition of Islamic boarding schools, when disseminated and interpreted in accordance with the wasathiyah concept, will eventually produce people who have strong faith, morality, moderation, and are able to understand and provide an understanding of Islam that is rahmatan lil `alamin

    Penelitian ini berjudul The Triangle Of Educational Leadership (Perspective on Al-Qur’an, Al-Hadits, and Scientific Theory). Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perspektif teori kepemimpinan terhadap Al-Qur’an, Al-Hadits, dan Teori Ilmiah, yang dikaitkan dengan kepemimpinan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa yang paling kuat dalam kepemimpinan adalah pengaruh. Teori ini dapat diterapkan pada kepemimpinan pendidikan.     ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the industrial revolution 4.0 carried out in teaching and learning activities and to find out what challenges were faced by students of the Al-Qolam Islamic Institute of Malang. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 7 lecturers and 12 students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAI Al-Qolam Malang. The data was taken from a questionnaire consisting of 8 questions with 2 choices, namely no and yes to determine the readiness of lecturers and students in facing the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that lecturers have a positive view of lecturers and students in facing the challenges of industry 4.0 at the Al-Qolam Islamic Institute.
