Kepemimpinan Kyai dalam Usaha Mengembangkan Pendidikan Islam di TPQ As-Sholihi
Get PDFQuran Education Park (TPQ) is a growing phenomenon in the world of social society, as a form of educational park for early childhood. The phenomenon emerged as an alternative solution to kyai leadership in TPQ and as one important factor in achieving the goal to overcome the difficulties of children, especially in learning the Qur'an. This is very urgent because TPQ is an institution of Islamic Education which grows and is recognized by the community. Based on the above thoughts, the authors are interested to conduct research related to the leadership of kyai in an effort to develop Islamic education in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan. This study discusses the leadership of kyai in an effort to develop Islamic education in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan with the formulation of the problem as follows: 1) How is the Kyai leadership type in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan? 2) What efforts did the kyai make in developing Islamic education in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan? The purpose of this research is 1) Describe the type of leadership of Kyai in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan. 2) Identify kyai's efforts in developing Islamic education in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan. From the results of this study shows that TPQ in carrying out its function as a supporting unit of education in the community and in realizing the vision, its mission using the type of leadership kharismatik (authority kyai), authoritarian (punishment on santri) and democratic (cooperation with program supporters), it was seen on existing programs in TPQ. Types of leadership are run because of limited human resources (HR), especially in terms of acceptance of new students and skills improvement. While kyai business in developing Islamic education in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan is to maximize the program of increasing the competence of santri as well as improving the quality and quantity of worship. Both programs are directly directed by the TPQ leader as the person in charge who is the interpreter of TPQ's vision and mission.

Get PDFThis article aims to find out the existence of Islamic banking in Indonesia, This research uses qualitative descriptive research method. In this descriptive qualitative research, the researcher uses literature study which is searching information through books, magazines, journals, SPS OJK date, reference books, and other sources either in written form or in relevant digital format and related to research study object. The results of this study show that sharia banking first started to enter Indonesia in 1992 pioneered by Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) until now its existence still exist and develop rapidly. Visible from year to year the number of sharia banking office experienced a rapid growth yaiitu increasing number of offices spread throughout the province in Indonesia both Sharia (BUS), Syariah Business Unit (UUS) and BPRS. For the branch network of BUS and UUS in 2016 for KPO / KC as much as 623, KCP/UPS as many as 1,342 and KK as many as 240. While the number of BPRS in Iindonesia in 2012 as many as 158 and increased in 2016 to 166. So is the number of customers who save money and take the number of pembisiyaan increasingly increasing year in 2014 the number of customers BUS Dan UUS as much as 11,444,013 and increased in 2016 to 18. 521.121. As for the number of accounts both DPK and Financing also increased from year to year. For the DPK of 2014 the number is 14,386,575 and increased in 2016 to 22. 198.718, and for financing, receivables and greetings in the year 2014 amounted to 3. 769,181 in 2016 increased to 4,515,930

Therefore the purpose of this article is to provide information, describe or member knowledge to the general public and producers in particular so that it can understand how Islam actually organize and explain the theory of production. And this research is descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive technique used is literature study is to find information through books, journals and others. And the result of his research is that in Islam a producer is given limitations in producing, but not necessarily limited in creativity but a Muslim producer is prohibited to produce unlawful goods. And there are differences in the theory of Islamic production with conventional production theory that is in terms of cost, acceptance and amount of production. If in theory conventional production recognizes the interest pattern in production cost is different with the theory of Islamic production. This theory does not recognize the pattern of interest but which is a cooperation that will end production will be determined for the results of what use revenue sharing, profit sharing or profit and loss sharing depending on the agreement agreed at the beginning of cooperation

This paper wants to review the new phenomenon of religious visualization that now must be realized began to be an option to be displayed in the public space through what is referred to as visual merchandising. While to analyze the data using qualitative descriptive technical analysis, that is to describe and interpret the data that have been obtained so that will describe the actual reality in accordance with the existing phenomenonThe result of the research shows that the actualization of management of quality improvement of education can be implemented well, because madrasah is basically the existence of madrasah from, by and for society and it is time for madrasah based quality management is applied in madrasah to improve education quality Actualization of madrasah based quality improvement management as a national policy, firstly do program planning and situation analysis to know the target to be achieved and do SWOT analyst to know how far the readiness of madrasah in order to improve the quality of education After MPMBM planning is completed by giving birth to the program that must be implemented, the head of the madrasah performs the division of workload by providing a proportional portion to each individual or group. In evaluating the head of the madrasah perform regular evaluations every week and any problems From this it can be understood that the supporting factor in actualizing the management of quality improvement based on Madrasah Madrasah is the compactness and high morale spirit of the existing elements ranging from head of madrasah to employees, and completeness of existing infrastructure.

Get PDFIn order to support bureaucratic reform within the central statistical agency of probolinggo district, it is demanded human resources that have good performance. From some of the phenomenon observed can be seen that communication, work discipline and motivation as a variable that has an influence on the performance of the Central Statistics Agency employees Probolinggo.The purpose of this research are: (1) Analyze and describe the influence of simultaneous (variant) of communication, work discipline, and motivation toward employee performance of Central Bureau of Statistics of Probolinggo Regency. (2) Analyze and describe the influence individually (partial) of communication, work discipline, and motivation to the performance of employees of Central Bureau of Statistics of Probolinggo Regency. (3) Analyze and describe which variable is the biggest influence between communication, work discipline, and motivation to employee performance of Central Bureau of Statistics of Probolinggo Regency.The sample in this study is a population of 35 people from all employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Probolinggo Regency. Analysis technique used duntuk know variable (X) to variable not free (Y) by using doubled linear regression.The results of this study indicate that: (1) communication, work discipline, and motivation have influence in the significant increase of work equal to 79,9%. While the rest of 20.1% is influenced by other variables that are not examined. (2) communication, work discipline, and motivation together affect performance. This can be indicated by the F test value of 0.000 smaller 0.05. (3) the variables of communication, work discipline, and motivation affect each performance. This is indicated by the significance of the t test of each variable less than 0.05. (4) work discipline variable has a dominant influence on performance. This is indicated by the beta value of 0.468 is greater among other variable

PLA is a study about the use of language which try to elaborate language, spoken or verbally with its contex. The basic concept of PLA as explained by Wijana is Spoken’s contex, spoken’s act, Implicatu, Principle of teamwork, and unpolitely. Discourse Analisys is comphrenship analisys to understand the spoken’s utterence which make some mis understanding.The results shows those utterence is just to guide some opinions of the listeners in order to act casually to Islam. In achieving this goal, the Islamic religious education in particular must have the correct strategy and precise in its development.Based on the reality happened in MTs Probolinggo, the learning of Islamic religious education in schools had been running in precise. But Islamic religious education especially MTs Probolinggo this should be taken to ensure that students not only can learn by heart religious lessons, but also able to be affective and behavioral. It is evident that in the previous year students MTs Probolinggo one has a moral decline that is one of the students exposed to cases of liquor. But it can be solved by getting serious handlers by the school so that the good name of MTs Probolinggo back brilliantly.From the background of the above problems, the researcher is motivated to conduct the research on the strategy of Islamic religious education in improving students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo. The focal points of this study are: (1) how is the steps of learning Islamic religious education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo?; (2) how is the implementation of learning Islamic religious education in students personality development in MTs Probolinggo?.The objectives in this study are: (1) to describe the steps of learning Islamic religious education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo; (2) to describe the implementation of learning Islamic education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo.Based on the data obtained and the result of this research, it can be can be summarized as follows: The first steps of learning Islamic education in improving the quality of students' personalities in the MTs Probolinggo can be quite good. Teachers of Islamic religious education in MTs Probolinggo has taken steps learning through teacher's council of Islamic religious education lessons, ranging from the preparation of the appropriate standard of syllabus content, standard competence and guide the preparation curriculum KTSP; make analysis today effective; effective last analysis; annual program; term program and lesson plan.
