Get PDFCulture and national character education which refer to educational of morals, values and nation character has been established since 2010. However, it movalsound is not forceful enough.By that, in 2017 government re-excavate and re-inforced the character education through nationalprogram of Reinforcement of Character Education.Educational institution becomestrategic medium because of it structures, systems and tools which has dispersed in Indonesia entirely from the outlying district to the navel. The national character education is expected carried out massively and systematically by the program that is integrated in the entire educational system, school culture, and in collaboration with community. The main values of character implemented are religius, nationalist, be autonomous, mutual assistance, and integrity. Satlogi SANTRI (the acronim of Sopan Santun, Ajeg/Istiqamah, Nasehat, Taqwallah, Ridlallah, and Ikhlas Lilahi Ta’ala) six values that has been established by KH. Moh. Hasan Saifourridzall as a local genius of PesantrenZainulHasanGenggong since 1989, are basic precept, purpose and direction of behavioral rules should be hold by santri in PesantrenZainulHasanGenggong. And the six values become focus of learning, customary and cultural practice. SatlogiSANTRI as the values which contain islamism, nationalism concepts grounded on humanism values staunch to moral principles, spiritual quotient, interpersonal dan emotional quotient in mutual accord and reinfocerd to the religius, nationalist, be autonomous, mutual assistance, and integrity values

Get PDFAl- Qur’an, sebagaimana kitab suci yang lain merupakan bagian dari produk dan fakta sejarah. Dalam hal ini yang dimaksud dengan produk sejarah adalah ada campur tangan manusia dalam upaya membukukannya. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan memerlukan proses yang sangat panjang, mulai dari pengumpulan, penyaringan, menyeleksi, pengumpulan sahabat-sahabat Nabi yang hafal al-Qur’an dan lain sebagainya. Namun demikian, penulisan al-Qur’an pada dasarnya merupakan bimbingan dari tuhan. Sebagai mana diketahui, bahwa al-Qur’an turun melalui tradisi oral. Selama itu belum terfikirkan untuk dibukukan menjadi sebuah kitab suci yang abadi. Dalam catatan sejarah, pembukuan dilakukan pada masa sahabat (utsman). Sebagai upaya yang bersifat manusiawi, pembukuan al-Qur’an tentu tidak terlepas dari sebuah kesalahan. Jika selama ini al-Qur’an diyakini kebenaranya bukan sesuatu hal yang bersifat manusiawi. Kebenaran al-Qur’an justeru bersifat ilahiyah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan bagaimana proses perkembangan pengumpulan Al-Qur’an. Dalam tulisan ini, tidak ada yang perlu diperdebatkan tentang kebenaran Al-Qur’an, namun penilaian akan bagaimana Al-Qur’an dikumpulkan dan dibukukan perlu dikaji secara ilmiah.

No full textThe village head's leadership is very influential on the progress of the village. Good village governance and quality village officials are able to bring villages to become independent in improving the welfare of village communities. Qualitative research with a multi-site method is needed to obtain in-depth information about the style and strategy, triggers and inhibiting factors, as well as the expectations of the leadership of the village head in the Dringu Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency. A qualitative method with a multi-site approach was used in this study. This design was carried out guided by 3 stages of phenomenology, namely the intuitive stage, bracketing, analyzing and doing descriptive and interpretation. Unstructured interviews are used as the main method of data collection. There are 10 participants who have been saturated and based on participant criteria. The results of the study found 3 themes, namely (1) Leadership of innovative progressive and visioner village heads; (2) The duties and responsibilities of the village head are full time; (3) Hope to be an independent and participatory village.

No full textDesaku Menanti program from Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs has been implemented by Malang City Social Service in the form of the development tourism village the named is Wisata Kampung Topeng in Tlogowaru, Kedungkandang, Malang City. This tourism village is realized as an effort to empower homeless people, such as beggars, buskers, and scavengers. These fostered residents are given variety of facilities and social assistance to meet their primary needs. Society is given guidance and assistance in the form of training and funding business.This research uses qualitative method which type is phenomenological research. Determination of research location uses a purposive area method, in Baran Hamlet, Tlogowaru Village, Kedungkandang, Malang City. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling, Malang City Social Service and Kampung Topeng Tourism Community. Data collection in this study uses interview, observation, and document. Analysis data used by researcher consist of three tools, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.This community economic empowerment program as intended to improve community welfare and support economic activities of society. In the process of empowerment, the community face economic transition. Various jobs and efforts the have do to improve a better quality of life. The community is able to be more productive in encouraging and more rational in consumption activities. In addition, the ability of the community to prioritize needs appears in better financial management.

This motorbike is not marketable, so from Honda filed a product recall. Aside from the side, the susceptibility of the breakage of the luggage rack damages the electrical stability of the battery. In addition, there are also problems with relay relay starter button. Therefore, the factory directly contacted the customer who owns the motorcycle. So that there are no accidents or accidents due to defects in Honda's bicycle products. No full textPrudential Principles Can Provide Protection for Cooperatives in Relation to Savings and Loans Agreements Implemented As for the precautionary principle arrangements can provide protections for cooperatives in connection with savings and loan agreements which carry out lending is one form of money lending, in a loan agreement money is often required there are debt guarantees which can consist of various forms and types. Debt guarantees in positive law in Indonesia, there are various laws and regulations that govern or relate to debt guarantees which are often referred to as collateral law. The provisions of the applicable guarantee law provide arrangements that will protect the parties concerned with the loan of money, financing and debt guarantees. The cooperative as a business entity that provides financing to Members is required to make security measures so that the financing can be paid off by the Member concerned. Financing which is not paid by the Members either in whole or in part will be a loss for the Cooperative. Losses indicate a relatively large amount that will affect the health of the Cooperative and the continuation of the Cooperative business. Therefore, no matter how small the value of money from financing that has been given to Members must remain secured in accordance with the precautionary principle. In general, financing safeguards can be carried out through the financing analysis stage and the application of applicable legal provisions. The link between credit collateral and credit security can be concluded from the provisions of Article 1131 of the Civil Code so that it is another effort or alternative that can be used by the Cooperative to obtain credit repayment when the debtor defaults.

No full textIntroduction: The sharia supervisory board is an independent institution in a sharia financial institution, the existence of DPS is as a supervisory agency for the implementation of sharia compliance in sharia financial institutions, the appointment of DPS in LKS is through the general meeting of shareholders or RAT which has been approved by he national sharia board (DSN), the sharia supervisory board can also be proposed by the directors and by the highest shareholder of the LKS.
Methods: This study uses a qualitative model that is literature study, qualitative research is a method that emphasizes the deeper aspects of understanding a problem rather than seeing a problem.
Results: The sharia supervisory board as a supervisor in the Islamic financial institution as well as the long arm of the DSN has a role in ensuring the implementation of sharia compliance in LKS, however the appointment and dismissal of DPS is carried by the RUPS or RAT and can also be proposed by some of the strongest directors and shareholders in this institution and the provision of salaries provided by the LKS under supervision indicate that DPS will be less independent, this will raise suspicions that the appointment of DPS is in accordance with interests of big people in the LKS
Conclusion and suggestion: The Sharia supervisory board is an independent institution whitin the LKS and supervises all business activities carried out by the LKS in the field of sharia compliance. The sharia supervisory board (DPS) is an extension of the national sharia council (DSN) which is assigned and authorized to serve all operations and sharia financing products. This research is still less than perfect in this study the data used is only based on secondary data obtained from several available sources such as journals, books and others, further research is expected to also use primary data through direct interviews with data sources which will provide reliable data. more accurate to research.

MANAJEMEN WAKAF SEBAGAI PEMBIAYAAN BARANG PUBLIK DAN BARANG PUBLIK CAMPURAN DI INDONESIA
No full textIntroduction: This paper is to formulate a model for waqf invested in public goods and mixed public goods in Indonesia. This model is built on understanding the concept of waqf, learning from waqf institutions from the past and present and addressing the problem of perwakafan in Indonesia.
Methods: This research uses descriptive qualitative research with library method or library research. This research uses secondary data from the Indonesian Wakaf Agency (BWI), books, journals, newsletters, government reports and websites.
Results: Found that a return from the application of invested endowments could help state coffers in the form of public goods and mixed public goods. The overall process can be managed by waqf institutions as waqf nazdir who cooperate in supervising BWI (Badan Wakaf Indonesia) in using government waqf assets need to understand what should be spend required in accordance with syaraih rules.
Implications - This research shows how practical waqf can help the Government of Indonesia in financing public goods and mixed public goods. This indirectly indicates an alternative source of funding for these items. The application of waqf concept can learn and adapt from the model developed in this paper.
Originality - This paper tries to revive the function of waqf as a provider of public goods and public goods that vary from Islamic history. Inadvertently, this paper also introduces waqf as fiscal policy in Indonesia.
