No full textThe purpose of this study to determine marketing strategy of Warung Micro finance products at Probolinggo Branch Office of Bank Syariah Mandiri as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for marketing the product. This study using a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of field research (flied research) through observations about a phenomenon. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the marketing strategy used by the Bank Syariah Mandiri Proboliggo Branch Office in an effort to achieve the target marketing of Warung Micro Fianance Products use a marketing mix strategy consist of Product, Price, Place and Promotion. While the promotion strategy used is a door to door strategy, advertising promotion strategy, pricing strategy, top-up strategy and product strategy. Supporting factors in the marketing of microfinance products are competitive product, low price and strategic location. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of public knowledge about the operational system of Islamic banks, competition between banks and the lack of human resources, especially human resources, microfinance sales so that marketing the product to the wider community takes a long time.

No full textIntroduction: Sharia financial institutions, especially SPM Pamekasan Sharia Banks, in carrying out each of their operational activietis must depend on human resources (HR) as managers in every company activity. Therefore, SPM Pamekasan Sharia Bank must place human resources (employees) according to their field capabilities. The research here aims to be able to find out how the recruitment and training system is carried out in the SPM Pamekasan Sharia Bank and how the performance of employees using both systems.
Methods: The research method used by researchers, namely using descriptive qualitative methods, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation.
Results: The results of this study the recruitment system implemented by the SPM Pamekasan Sharia Bank uses two systems, namely internal and external recruitment and both recruitment systems are said to be quite good. For the training system implemented by the SPM Pamekasan Sharia Bank, namely an external and internal training system. Of the two recruitment and training systems carried out by Bank Syariah SPM Pamekasan have a positive effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the increase in employee performance appraisal of the SPM Pamekasan Syariah Bank which increased in 2019 compared to 2018.

Get PDFThe axiology of learning Arabic is the essence of the benefits contained in learning Arabic. The purpose of this study was to determine the functions and benefits of Arabic Language Curriculum Development, Suitability of Arabic Language Curriculum Development with Vision and Mission, Problematic Development of Arabic Language Curriculum in Darul Hikmah MTs. The method and design in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of research used is descriptive. The results showed that the Axiology of the Development of Arabic Language Curriculum in Madrasas is the use of Arabic Language in learning and habituation of Language (Bi’ah Lughowiyah) as oral and written communication. Through the development of the curriculum, the axiology is considered to have the usefulness and benefits in understanding the Qur’an, hadith and Arabic texts. The development of Arabic Language Curriculum in MTs DH is adjusted to the Vision and Mission of character building and noble character through the habituation of language (Bi’ah Lughowiyah) in learning and in the Madrasah environment. The problematic of developing curriculum at Madrash is in terms of the number of teachers who have not participated in curriculum development, some of the management of OPPM and KMI Curriculum Staff in the application of Language Habituation. While other inhibiting factors are the diversity of students’ backgrounds, internal motivation of students, violations, discipline, and Arabic are still considered not important for students and the problem of habituating Arabic language that does not pay attention to aspects of Grammatical Language

Islamic economics is built for holy purposes guided by the teachings of Islam and achieved in a way that is also guided by the teachings of Islam. Therefore, all of these are interrelated and structured hierarchically, in the sense that the Islamic economic spirit is reflected in its objectives, and supported by pillars, the goal to achieve falah can only be (Islamic values), and operational pillars, which are reflected in economic principles (Islamic principles). From this will appear an Islamic economic building in a paradigm, both paradigms in thinking and behave as well as the shape of the economy. The pillar of Islamic economics is moral. It is only with the morality of Islam that the building of Islamic economics can be erected and only with Islamic economics can falh be achieved. The parameters of the truth of a science can be proven in the Qur'an, which contains various sciences whose absolute truth and authenticity cannot be doubted and have also given a special position to the Qur'an among other holy books.

No full textIntroduction: This study will analyze the human resource management at PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan in terms of recruitment and selection, training and employee development as well as employee performance appraisals.
Methods: The research methodology used by researchers is descriptive qualitative which will explain the events and circumstances in detail and perfectly with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation.
Results: This research is deemed necessary considering that the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia is relatively fast but is still not balanced with adequate human resources, both in quality and quantity. and one of the company's mission is supported by human resources.
Conclusion and suggestion: This study indicates that human resource management at PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri (SPM) Pamekasan in terms of recruitment and selection is in accordance with sharia theory. Likewise, the work appraisal process is in accordance with the Islamic concept. However, in the training and development process, according to researchers, there is still a lack of material balance, namely between the material of Tauhid (Akhlak), Shari'ah, and Muamalah which is conveyed to employees when the training is carried out.
