Analysis of Service Quality Toward Customer Satisfaction in the Legend Coffee Yogyakarta
No full textThe service quality in the institution is the main purpose of Sleman Regency Social Service. To carry out a high quality institution, it needs a process to be better considered from several aspects of customer satisfaction. The importance of special attention to customer satisfaction is also based on the institution awareness in the increasing of the competition threat that will be tighter with the same government agencies. The objective of this study are 1). To determine the effect of tangibles toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service 2). To determine the effect of reliability toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service 3). To determine the effect of responsiveness toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service 4). To determine the effect of assurance toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service. 5). To determine the effect of empathy toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service 6). To determine the simultaneous effect of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service. The results of the analysis are discussed more detail in the data analysis. This research is conducted based on existing methods, which refers to the five dimensions of SERVQUAL, that discuss the service toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service. Significant service quality dimensions are the responsiveness with a significance value is 0.003 and Empathy with a significance value is 0.048 indicating smaller than 0.05. While the attributes of service quality dimensions that obtained an insignificant satisfaction rating are Tangibles with a significance value is 0.236, Reliability with a significance value is 0.238 and Assurance with a significance value is 0.127

No full textGeertz has made many contributions related to the typology of Javanese society, especially in matters of religious typology. In line with that, a lot of controversy and criticism were addressed to him. This is due to the inequality of ideas conveyed, especially globalization or the universality of religious concepts in Javanese society which is represented by only one, in Modjokuto village. As a result, many new studies have spawned almost the same discussion, namely the intersection between Islam and local culture in other areas such as : Yogyakarta, Buton, Lombok and others. It is interesting when discussing the concepts of syncretism, acculturation, Islamization, and indigenization. This is due to the uniqueness of the form of Islamic meeting or processes in various regions which are relatively different. The reason is difference local wisdom and traditions that have been rooted in the community. The difference in local wisdom may be a motivation for Islamic scientists’ to further explore some of the unique traditions that may not have been raised in academic circles.

No full textABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the phenomenon of a commercial sex worker (PSK) life who has a family in the village of Sidomulyo, Probolinggo Regency. Interpretative is used to determine the paradigm of this research. Emile Durkheim's Social Fact Theory has a major role in conducting this research. While the method used in this research is qualitative. Interviews, observation, and documentation are the methods used in this study to retrieve data.The results of this study explain that: First, the Social Interaction, Social Contact, and Social Communication of PSK with the community is going well, there has never been any conflict or dispute, this is in accordance with the Social Interactions that occur between PSK and the surrounding community. Second, the communication relationship between PSK and the community is going well, because among them there is a sense of mutual respect, mutual respect, and mutual help between each other and besides that, PSKalso feel comfortable living in the village, because it has become a familiar place for the PSK. Third, PSK considers that the surrounding community is their own family, this proves that the form of sympathy possessed by sex workers is very high for the surrounding community. Implementasi Nisbah Bagi Hasil Produk Tabungan Mabrur melalui Akad Mudharabah Mutlaqah dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan metode akad yang digunakan pada produk tabungan mabrur Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Lumajang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan cara memberikan gambaran secara sistematis terhadap objek yang menjadi pokok permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan akad mudharabah mutlaqah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Lumajang dan implementasi nisbah bagi hasil produk tabungan mabrur pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Lumajang dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penerapan akad mudharabah mutlaqoh pada bank syariah mandiri diterapkan dalam tabungan berjangka yang bernama tabungan mabrur yang mana hanya diperuntukkan untuk tujuan khusus, dan nasabah tidak bisa mengambil dana sewaktu-waktu ketika membutuhkannya. Implementasi nisbah bagi hasil pada bank syariah mandiri menggunakan sistem bagi hasil yang mengacu pada revenue sharing sudah sesuai dengan prespektif ekonomi syariah karena landasan transaksinya dengan berpedoman pada fatwa DSN-MUI Nomor 02/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, Sehingga dengan metode ini diharapkan dapat membantu mewujudkan impian masyarakat dalam melaksanakan ibadah haji ke tanah suci mekkah. Dengan produk ini tidak ada lagi kekhawatiran dana yang diniatkan ibadah bercampur dengan riba.
 
Studi Analisis Perbandingan Madzhab tentang Perkawinan Ayah dengan Anak Luar Nikah
No full textPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang pandangan fuqaha' empat madzhab terkait anak luar nikah. Lebih spesifik yaitu masalah anak zina terkait nasab dan menikahinya ayah terhadap anak tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan pandangan fuqaha' empat madzhab tentang anak luar nikah. Dalam masalah nasab fuqaha' empat madzhab sepakat bahwasannya anak luar nikah tidak dapat hak sedikitpun dari ayah biologisnya. Termasuk sebagai implikasi tidak adanya nasab yaitu tidak berhak juga mengenai warisan dan nafkah. Sedangkan terkait tentang masalah boleh tidaknya seorang laki-laki menikahi anak kandungnya yang dilahirkan dari hubungan zina, fuqaha' empat madzhab berbeda pendapa
IMPELEMENTASI NILAI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PERJUANGAN JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN BAGI GENERASI MUDA MASA KINI PADA MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH
No full textGeneral Soedirman is one of the many national heroes of the Republic of Indonesia who has immense service in this Republic of Indonesia. From 1945-1950 he fought for the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia until he became a high ranking Indonesian officer during the Indonesian National Revolution. Even though he was gone, General Soedirman's fighting spirit and example had never been eaten by the times. Many of the influences from General Soedirman's struggle that can be imitated are felt by today's younger generations. This research uses historical research methods with a literature study approach. Where the data sources in the study come from books, documents and writings that are relevant to the subject matter of General Sudirman's struggle. The research steps include four stages, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography.
This study aims to determine: (1) Biography of Jenderal Soedirman; (2) Challenges for the struggle of General Soedirman to the Present Young Generation; (3) Synchronization of General Soedirman's Struggles with Today's Young Generation; (4) Application of General Soedirman's Struggle Attitude to Today's Young Generation.
The results of this study are (1) Background of Life: General Soedirman lives in a simple family and grows in a limited environment, but that does not make him give up easily, because of that limitation he grows to be a reliable figure. (2) General Soedirman's struggle challenges : The younger generation needs a strategy or preparation to achieve the desired goals both in learning and outside of it so that it is easier to realize what you want. (3) Synchronization of General Soedirman's Struggle: it is necessary to have tolerance to embrace one another to build the nation and the state to be even better and the need to add to the implementation of character education attitudes for the younger generation to improve behavior and morals that experience a lack of ethics and self-identity. (4) Attitude Application: Religious adherence, persistence in doing business, smart in making preparations.
This research was made with the hope that today's young generation can increase respect for national figures in Indonesia's independence, foster a sense of domestic love and can apply and imitate the attitudes of General Soedirman figures in today's life.
