THE INFLUENCE OF WORK POLICIES AND WORK CONFLICT ON EMPLOYEE INTENTION
No full textThis study aims to determine the effect Worklife-Policies, Work Involvement, and Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention of employees at PT.Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study consisted of 93 people, namely employees of PT. The sample technique used in this study was the distribution of proportion sampling. The data analysis method used consisted of testing the quality of the data (validity). and reliability) Test classic assumptions (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicolonierity, and autocorrelation) Hypothesis test (t test and f test), multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination. Data analysis using SPSS 21 multiple linear regression. The results of this study obtained the equation multiple linear regression Y = 0.8499 + 0.326X1 + (-0.197X2) + 0.786X3 + e and R2 = 0.731 or 73.1%. The t test results for the work-life policies (X1) variable on turnover intention Y obtained tcount 3.186>ttable 1.987 and a sig of 0.002 <0.05. In the variable Job Involvement (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount-3,262>ttable 1.987 and sig 0.002 <0.05, and Workfamily Conflict (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount 7.437> 1.987 and a sig of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the work-life policies, Job Involvement, and Workfamily Conflict variables partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang with a contribution of R square of 73.1%. In the variable Job Involvement (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount-3,262>ttable 1.987 and sig 0.002 <0.05, and Workfamily Conflict (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount 7.437> 1.987 and a sig of 0.000 <0.05. Verbalisasi Moderasi Beragama dalam Artikel Sarjana PTKIN Indonesia 2016-2020
No full textAbstract: The Indonesian Minister of Religion, Lukman Hakim Saifuddin, Fachrul Razi and Yaqul Cholil Qoumas, always gave directions to the Indonesian people to make religious moderation a shared commitment. One of the important elements of the implementation of religious moderation is carried out byscholar of Indonesian PTKIN in the form of reviewing journal articles. This article analyzes religious moderation in Indonesian PTKIN scholarships recorded in the form of journal articles from the first edition of 2016 to the second edition of 2020. To analyze these various articles, Verbalization will be adopted which was originally used to analyze the Qur'an for religious moderation. The Verbalization method, coined by Muhammad Alwi HS, has a strong epistemology, because it is based on the orallity of Qur'an which is the initial form as well as the identity of the Qur'an. Finally, this article concludes that PTKIN scholars are active in responding to the issue of religious moderation, which is carried out with various perspectives and scopes. What is more important is that almost all PTKIN scholars make efforts to verbalize religious moderation to the context or scope of their studies. This scholar is an important contribution of PTKIN scholars to efforts to produce patterns, guard, and develop religious moderation in Indonesia, especially since 2016-2020

This article discusses the role of entrepreneurship in economic development. This article reviews the relationship and role of entrepreneurship in economic development in a country, and how entrepreneurship can contribute to gross domestic product (GDP). And how is the relationship between entrepreneurship and job creation. The results of the discussion in this article; entrepreneurship is the heart of economic development, entrepreneurship is an innovator that creates jobs and in the end people's incomes increase which can affect gross domestic product (GDP). However, only productive entrepreneurship and supported by a good ecosystem can support economic growth.

ABSTRAK
Artikel ini mendiskusikan tentang peran kewirausahaan dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Artikel ini mengulas bagaimana hubungan dan peran kewirausahaan dalam pembangunan ekonomi disebuah negara, serta bagaimana kewirausahaan dapat berkontribusi pada produk domistik bruto (PDB). Dan bagaimana hubungan kewirausahaan dengan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Hasil diskusi pada artikel ini; kewirausahaan merupakan jantung pembangunan ekonomi, kewirausahaan merupakan inovator pencipta lapangan kerja dan pada akhirnya pendapatan masyarakat meningkat yang dapat mempengaruhi produk domistik bruto (PDB). Namun, hanya kewirausahaan yang produktif dan didukung ekosistem yang baik dapat menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Problema Kesulitan Siswa Sekolah Dasar dalam Pembelajaran Geometri
No full textThis study aims to find out how the difficulties that are often experienced by elementary school students in learning geometry. The research approach used is qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects of this study were the teacher of Tunjung Sekar 2 School of Malang. Data collection techniques are done by interviewing teachers related to student difficulties and solutions that teacher do to overcome it. Data analysis was done by describing the interview result. The results of the study found that students have difficulties in multiplication and division, geometry and problem-shaped concepts. Actions undertaken by teachers to overcome student difficulties include learning is done by confronting students on concrete objects and make students experience themselves. In addition students are given enrichment for those who already understand and remidi for students who do not understand, cooperate with parents and before going to class in the morning held literacy and memorize multiplication. The average student's mathematical achievement has increased after several solutions have been applied
PENDEKATAN HERMENEUTIKA UNTUK GERAKAN GENDER
No full textGender is a reality called men and women and the division of social roles. Tinnjaun related to gender issues places women outside their nature and often returns to the position of women being subordinated again or vice versa. Investigating the hermeneutics of Amina Wadud's interpretation of Al-Qur'an verses related to gender issues is the aim of this research. Critical method The analysis was carried out to explore Amina Wadud's ideas and the data taken from references from various correct sources. She emphasized her thoughts on gender issues from personal, family, intellectual, and cultural backgrounds. Furthermore, there were no truly neutral translators. There is no truly neutral interpreter which implies the statement he conveys.
He recommends a descriptive critical analysis method with a hermeneutic approach to reduce tendensisus and interpreter selfishness in interpreting texts, especially gender issues. Hermeneutics stands on the study of language, history, and contextualization. Fazlur Rahman is a figure who influences Wadud's hermeneutic interpretation.

No full textDiantara hikmah disyariatkannya pernikahan adalah untuk menentukan status keturunan. Menurut Islam anak yang lahir dengan jalan pernikahan yang sah memiliki status nasab yang jelas. Dalam tulisan ini penulis memaparkan tentang keberadaan habaib di Indonesia, kedudukan nasab dalam Islam, penentuan nasab pada zaman Nabi dan zaman modern serta pandangan orang arab terhadap nasab. Setelah melalui pembahasan didapartkan kesimpulan bahwa Bangsa Arab merupakan bangsa yang sangat memperhatikan dan menjaga nasab dan hubungan kekerabatan, karena mereka tidak lupa nenek moyang mereka. IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN ROLE PLAYING DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V PADA PELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK
No full textStudent interest in class V MI Mazra'atul Ulum 01 Paciran Lamongan in some subjects is classified as low, one of the less desirable subjects is Akidah Akhlak, this is in accordance with the results of questionnaires and learning interest of 43 students, the percentage of high interest in learning and very high in the Akidah Akhlak subject, only 32.56%. One solution to overcome this problem is through the implementation of the Role Playing learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the role playing learning model in increasing student interest in learning class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mazra'atul Ulum 01 Paciran Lamongan in akidah akhlak lessons. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kurt Lewin model approach, which each cycle consists of 4 main components. Data collection techniques used were tests of student understanding, attitude assessment, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Role Playing learning model from the results of student interest in learning was high and very high in the first cycle of 58.14% and increased in the second cycle to 76.74%. Student learning outcomes meet the pre-cycle KKM by 65.12%, then in cycle I it increases to 74.42%, then cycle II increases again to 83.72% and learning outcomes in cycle II are included in the very good category and have met the performance indicators determined.

MENANAMKAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER MELALUI SEJARAH HIDUP HAJJAH RANGKAYO RASUNA SAID
No full textHajjah Rangkayo Rasuna Said is an Indonesian national hero from West Sumatra. From 1926 to 1965, she played a role in fighting for the rights of Indonesian women. This study aims to determine: (1) the background of Rasuna Said's life, (2) Rusuna Said's struggle in 1926-1965, (3) the character value of Rasuna Said as a role model for the millennial generation.
This study uses the Kuntowijoyo historical research method which includes five stages, namely (1) topic selection, (2) source collection (heuristics), (3) source criticism (verification), (4) interpretation (interpretation), (5) historical writing ( History).
The results of this study are (1) Background in life: HR Rasuna Said is a rich man of Minang blood. His father Haji Muhammad Said is a businessman and former activist. (2) As for the struggles carried out by Rasuna Said, starting from becoming a teacher, participating in various organizations, being jailed for spreek delict, to becoming a magazine writer, and a career in the Indonesian parliament to fight for the fate of women and their nation. (3) HR Rasuna Said is a figure of a woman and a hero who we can study or exemplify through two aspects, namely: exemplary and heroism. Exemplary aspects can be seen from the figure of HR Rasuna Said, who is a woman who is smart, has noble character, is persistent and tough, and has a very good understanding of religion and politics. From her heroic aspect, HR Rasuna Said is a woman who is brave, willing to sacrifice, and loyal to her homeland, namely Indonesia. Rasuna Said's HR trait is still very relevant to be imitated by the Millennial generation.

Membumikan Nilai-Nilai Keadilan Dalam Al-Qur`An Terhadap Sila Keadilan Sosial
No full textAbstract: Social justice is one of the five principles of Pancasila as the state ideology, with social justice will be formed peace and prosperity for the people of Indonesia. Social justice in Pancasila covers all aspects of people's lives. The government should apply social justice to all communities, both those residing in the domestic and public spheres, so as not to there are more people who feel they do not get justice in the form of their rights and interests. Poor attention to social justice, coupled with a lack of understanding of the meaning of justice in the Koran and the lack of efforts to implement justice from parties who have authority in the area. This paper is reviewed as a form of concern for people who have not obtained social justice rights, especially rural communities It is fitting that social justice is in line with the principle of justice in the Koran, so that the principle of social justice in pancasila is in line with the spirit of islamic teachings; both conceptually and praxis. Pancasila, which was supposed to embrace and become a shelter for Indonesians with its principles, has now backfired on their own.
Abstrak: Keadilan sosial merupakan salah satu dari lima asas Pancasila sebagai ideologi Negara, dengan keadilan sosial maka akan terbentuk perdamaain dan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Keadilan sosial dalam Pancasila mencakup segala bidang aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Pemerintah seharusnya menerapkan keadilan sosial kepada seluruh masyarakat, baik yang bertempat tinggal di ranah domestik maupun publik, sehingga tidak ada lagi masyarakat yang merasa tidak mendapatkan keadilan berupa hak-hak dan kepentingannya. Miskinnya perhatian keadilan sosial, dibarengi dengan kurangnya memahami makna keadilan dalam Alquran dan tidak adanya upaya implementasi keadilan dari pihak-pihak yang memiliki otoritas di daerah tersebut. Tulisan ini dikaji sebagai bentuk kepedulian atas masyarakat yang belum mendapatkan hak-hak keadilan sosial terutama masyarakat pedalaman. Sudah sepatutnya keadilan sosial selaras dengan prinsip keadilan dalam Alquran, agar asas keadilan sosial dalam pancasila sejalan dengan spirit ajaran-ajaran agama Islam; baik secara konseptual maupun praksis
