    Pada lembaga pendidikan, etika menjadi suatu masalah yang cukup serius. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan masih banyaknya pelajar yang berperilaku kurang sopan serta berkata kasar terhadap gurunya. Sehingga didapatkan rumusan masalahnya yaitu: 1) Bagaimana etika pelajar terhadap guru menurut K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari dan K.H. Zainal Abidin Munawwir. 2) Bagaimana persamaan dan perbedaaan pemikiran kedua tokoh. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pemikiran kedua tokoh tersebut perihal konsep etika pelajar terhadap guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang didapat dari sumber kepustakaan. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran keduanya sama-sama menghendaki agar pelajar ketika menuntut ilmu harus memperhatikan etikanya terhadap gurunya, agar ilmunya bermanfaat. Sedangkan perbedaannya yaitu pada banyaknya jumlah redaksi pembahasan kedua tokoh serta perbedaan latar belakang munculnya pemikiran kedua tokoh

    In recent years, the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for Languages, which is a European reference in language issues, has received a lot of attention from foreign language learning activists, including Arabic teachers in various countries. Meanwhile, Arabic language teachers at Islamic schools in Indonesia prefer to use an independent curriculum based on the Decree of the Minister of Religion No. 183, 2019. This study attempts to analyze the content of Arabic books at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) which are based on KMA 183 and compare them with CEFR which focuses on 4 language skills: listening, reading, speaking, and writing. This study is a qualitative research by using a descriptive analytical approach and documentation techniques in data collection strategies. The result of this study is to classify language skill contents into the CEFR classification as follows: (1) the language skills content in the Class X MA Arabic language book fluctuates between levels A2 and B1, (2) while for class XI MA it is at levels A2, B1, and B2, (3) and for class XII MA it ranges between levels A2, B1, and B2 as well. From these results it can be understood that a small part of the contents of Arabic books at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) are at the beginner level (A2), while most of them are at the intermediate level B1 and B2, while normally the CEFR standard in language learning for the intermediate level must be at levels B1 and B2

    This study aims to describe the strengthening of the character (profile) of Pancasila students through the Pancasila Student Profile and Lil Alamin Student Profile Projects (P5P2RLA). The research was conducted at MAN 2 PROBOLINGGO CITY. The methods used in this research are observation, documentation review, and interviews. The results of the analysis show that one of the scopes of implementing the independent curriculum is strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. In KMA no 347 of 2022 concerning Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Madrasas it is stated that strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in madrasas is projected on 2 (two) aspects, namely the Profile of Pancasila Students and the Profile of Lil Alamin Students (P5P2RLA). As a pilot madrasa set by the Director General of Islamic Education, MAN 2 Probolinggo City must also carry out a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. and students of rohmatan lil alamin. The application of the Pancasila student profile can be carried out through school culture, intra-curricular learning, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities which focus on building character and abilities that are built in daily life and lived in each individual. The implications of the research show that strengthening the character (profile) of Pancasila students can be done through classroom learning. As for the focus of research in this case is to know how the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formation of Islamic character.Data collected using observation, interviews, and documentation.     Abstract This article describes the values of faith on syi’ir-syi’ir of Jama'ah Shlawat Nariyah Walisongo, East Moncek Village, Lenteng Sumenep, by KHR. Muhammad Kholil As'ad Syamsul Arifin, Caretaker of the Walisongo Islamic Boarding School, Mimbaan, Situbondo. Using a socio-histrosis approach, this article identifies the history of the founding of the Jama'ah History of Shalawat Nariyah Walisongo, East Moncek Village. The values of the faith contained in the syi'ir were analyzed using the theory of the main points of the Islamic faith. The results of the study show, first, that the history of the establishment of the Jama'ah Shlawat Nariyah Walisongo, East Moncek Village is quite unique. Unlike the congregations in general, the Jama'ah Shalawat Nariyah Walisongo was originally established specifically for people who were looked down upon morally, namely people who had the habit of stealing. However, the chanting of syi'ir-syi'ir accompanied by the rhythm of music became a new nuance in the midst of the East Moncek community. This congregation also attracted the attention of the general public to join as members of the congregation. Second, the syi'ir-syi'ir of Jama'ah Shalawat Nariyah Walisongo contains very high religious values, including values that are the basic foundation of Islam. These creed values include faith in Allah, faith in angels, faith in the Qur'an, and faith in the Prophet Muhammad and the apostles. At the Jama'ah Shalawat Nariyah in East Moncek Village, these values are absorbed in a more relaxed atmosphere through the activities of the Jama'ah Shalawat Nariyah Walisongo. Muhammad Kholil As’ad Syamsul Arifin, Pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Walisongo, Mimbaan, Situbondo.  Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosio-histrosis artikel ini mengidentifikasi sejarah berdirinya Jama’ah Sejarah Shalawat Nariyah Walisongo Desa Moncek Timur. Nilai-nilai akidah yang terkandung dalam syi’ir tersebut dianalisa menggunakan teori pokok-pokok akidah Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, sejarah berdirinya Jama’ah Shlawat Nariyah Walisongo Desa Moncek Timur cukup unik. Tidak seperti jama’ah-jama’ah pada umumnya, Jama’ah Shalawat Nariyah Walisongo mulanya didirikan secara khusus bagi masyarakat yang dipandang rendah secara moral, yaitu masyarakat yang memiliki kebiasaan mencuri. Namun, lantunan-lantunan syi’ir-syi’ir yang diringi irama musik menjadi nuasa baru di tengah-tengah masyarakat Moncek Timur. Jama’ah ini pun menyedot perhatian masyarakat umum untuk bergabung menjadi anggota jama’ah. Kedua, syi’ir-syi’ir Jama’ah Shalawat Nariyah Walisongo memuat nilai-nilai keagaman yang sangat tinggi, termasuk nilai-nilai  yang menjadi pondasi dasar agama Islam. Nilai-nilai akidah tersebut meliputi keimanan kepada Allah, keimanan kepada malaikat, keimanan kepada kitab Al-Qur’an, dan keimanan kepada Nabi Muhammad dan para rasul. Pada Jama’ah Shalawat Nariyah Desa Moncek Timur, nilai-nilai tersebut diserap dalam nuansa yang lebih santai melalui kegiatan Jama’ah Shalawat Nariyah Walisongo.     Divorce is the end of a marriage with the severance of the relationship between husband and wife due to the failure to carry out their respective roles in fostering a household. In the view of the community that divorce is a way out of household problems that must be avoided because it is a disgrace to the family. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the community's perspective on the phenomenon of divorce and lawsuits that often occur in the community. The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach, case study method with data collection through interviews with informants, literature review, and documentation. The results of the study show that the perspective of the people who are respondents in this study is related to the case of litigation that occurs in the community, something that is not good and the result of the divorce is that there will be divisions in the family. In the view of society, a woman must carry out her obligations as a wife and according to her nature to create a harmonious family, as well as a husband who must carry out his obligations as the head of the household, because marriage must be maintained in order to maintain harmony and maintain its sacredness

    The role of comic media in learning plays a key role in increasing student motivation. The purpose of this article is to know how implementation and media functions in improving student study motivation. By using previous research for later analysis. For this reason, it is felt that educators know the benefits and implementation of comic media as learning medium so that learning is not monotonous and tend to bore students. Comics as role media are a tool that performs a learning message. In this context, learning points to a communication process between learners and learning resources (study comics). Where in this paper, the author discusses about the media used in teaching and learning activities, about the effectiveness of the use of learning media, and finally about the obstacles or obstacles experienced by both students and teachers in the use of learning media in teaching and learning activities. This research was conducted in the neighborhood. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research methods, where in collecting information the author disseminates google form questionnaires to learners in the surrounding environment at every level, such as elementary, junior high, high school, and university.     We have often heard of meta-analytical research related to digital learning media, but this time the research wants to research related to digital learning media with its novelty form. This meta-analyzing study was conducted with the aim of knowing the total effect size and analyzing digital learning media on learning outcomes, where this meta-analysis research used 9 research articels from 970 scirntific articles found on Harzing’s Publish or Peerish platforms that met the exclusion and inclusion criteria. The results of the meta-analysis showed that digital learning media on learning outcomes for its application was more effective at the elementary level with the help of Geoboard media as evidenced by the high effect size value of 1,6036.Keywords: digital learning media, learning outcomes, elementary leve

    Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Factors that affect performance are leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and work environment. Based on this, this research study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance in Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research using quantitative methods and approaches that describe the influence of leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance in Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The total population in this study were all employees of the Krejengan sub-district, Probolinggo Regency, as many as 43 people. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling, the entire population was used as a sample of 43 people. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, 3) Organizational Culture had no significant effect on employee performance, 4) Work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, 5 ) Leadership style is the most dominant factor that has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational climate provides environmental forces that can affect the organization
