    The success of the leaders of the spread of Islam in the past, has made Indonesia as the largest Muslim population in the world without leaving a historical trail of warfare and violence, so that in its development, Indonesia's strategic role in tackling various social and humanitarian problems, has displayed a face of wisdom and sought to show to the world of their maturity in exposing the plurality and diversity of the population, which is within the territory of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. Furthermore, no less interesting, even though Indonesia is dominated by Muslims as a majority, Indonesia is not a country that claims a religion, but the Indonesian people recognize their identity as the Pancasilalis people. In this research is an effort to see globally the application of da'wah in Cross-Asia both regarding Models, Implementation, Theory, to various academic phenomena of Islamic Leaders across Asia in exposing Da'wah as a discipline of Science or as a belief in totality in Islam, so that really can find various patterns and social relevance about how the implementation of Da'wah in various regions, both as an academic discipline, as well as subjective beliefs. So that in the end, it can encourage practitioners and propaganda activists to synchronize the implementation of their da'wah with the science methodology, so that the Da'wah process without reaping significant obstacles in the midst of a social society that is Plural and full of diversity.

    In Indonesia, the institution that is tasked with overseeing general elections that are national, permanent and independent in conducting elections is the General Election Commission (KPU). In carrying out its duties, the KPU is assisted by the secretariat general of the provincial KPU and the regency / city KPU respectively assisted by a secretariat. The KPU also has the authority to determine whether a candidate wins or not in a general election. In making a policy, the KPU also has the right to make a General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU) which must be obeyed because PKPU is included in the statutory hierarchy. However, what if the PKPU policy conflicts with the law as in Article 7 paragraph (1) .h PKPU Number 20 of 2018 concerning Nominations for Members of the People's Representative Council, Provincial Regional People's Representative Council, Regency / City Regional Representative Council explained that the former convict corruption may not be nominated as a member of the legislature, but in reality there are still many former corruption convicts who run for legislative membership. This paper is based on the Law literature and reading materials scattered in various relevant media. The conclusion of the PKPU policy towards ex-convicts who may not run for legislative membership is not in accordance with the legislative regulations concerning elections because it is contrary to the legislative hierarchy

    The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of Islamic religious education in children of gold miners in the Kampung Jawa Village, find out the role of parents in instilling Islamic religious education especially moral education in their children, helping the problematic role of parents in instilling Islamic religious education in particular moral education in children in Kampung Jawa Village. This type of research is qualitative research. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The subjects in this study were the village chief, religious leaders and gold miner parents. Data collection techniques are structured interviews, observation and documentation. The final step is drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the study show that: first, the condition of Islamic religious education in the children of gold miners in the Kampung Jawa Village, namely religious understanding can be quite good. Second, the role of parents of gold miners in instilling moral education to their children varies depending on the understanding of parental religious knowledge. Third, the probelmatic role of parents consists of internal factors that are constrained by parents who are busy working that make children less controlled to behave properly according to Islamic teachings, external factors that are constrained by children unruly and difficult to be advised

However, not long after the trailer was released, contra opinion appeared among the fellow muslims.  Those who deny consider The Santri does not represent the ideal of santri. In fact, PBNU has been known as an Islamic organization with the highest number of pesantren. Therefore, the representation of santri on this trailer should be the best representation. Thus, this article aims to analysis how santri is represented.  The researcher uses semiotic method which revealed the meaning of signs by Charles Sanders Peirce. The analysis shows there are several scenes that enable the representation of santri to get the pros and cons because they related with legisign-type objects, which are related to Islamic law.     The process of entering Islam into Indonesia is inseparable from shipping and trade and the Islamization process in Bengkulu is classified into four theories, the first being the theory of Aceh, secondly the theory of Aceh, secondly Minangkabau theory, third Palembang theory, and fourth Banten theory. Each theory has their respective arguments that essentially that the Islamization of Islam in Bengkulu goes through the North, East and South directions. The Islamization was carried out by the scholars who broadcasted the Islamic Religion in different ways both preaching, art and education. The entry and development of Islamic indictment in the archipelago is inseparable from the interaction between traders from Gujarat and Middle East with the concepts of trade, education, and the arts they carry. Islamic Da'wah entered in Bengkulu around the 1500s and at that time Bengkulu was still in the scope of a small kingdom-kajan so Da'wah Islam in Bengkulu began to develop in the 1600-1700.
