Harmonisasi Hukum Digital: Tantangan Global dan Strategi Adaptif Indonesia dalam Era Kedaulatan Siber
The era of digital globalization presents significant challenges to the harmonization of international law and national law. This article examines the complexity, dynamics, and urgency of harmonization of the two legal systems in the context of rapid digital globalization. The research was conducted through a normative juridical approach with a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study indicate that digital globalization has transformed the paradigm of state sovereignty and traditional jurisdiction, thus requiring a comprehensive reorientation of the concept of legal harmonization. There are four main dimensions of harmonization: technical-procedural, substantive, institutional, and philosophical-conceptual. The study identified that the main challenges of harmonization include disparities in technological capacity between countries, inconsistencies in juridical terminology, regulatory gaps, and fragmentation of global standards. This article proposes a progressive-adaptive harmonization model that emphasizes regulatory convergence based on the principles of inclusive sovereignty and normative compatibility as a strategic solution. The implications of the findings emphasize the importance of a multistakeholder approach and regulatory flexibility in bridging the gap between international legal instruments and implementation in the national context in the era of digital disruption

Konsep Kepribadian Sigmund Freud Dan Relevansi Dengan Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini
Personality development in early childhood is a crucial phase that greatly influences the formation of individual character and behavior in the future. One of the theories that provides deep insight into this dynamic is Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory, which divides the structure of human personality into three main elements: id, ego, and superego. However, in the context of Islamic education, personality formation is not only limited to psychological aspects, but also includes the cultivation of spiritual values, creed, and morals derived from religious teachings. This study aims to analyze the relevance of Sigmund Freud's personality concept in the framework of early childhood Islamic education, especially in an effort to understand children's internal conflicts and direct their development to be in harmony with Islamic values. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a library research approach. Data was collected through a review of a variety of relevant literature, including books and scientific journal articles from online databases such as Google Scholar and DOAJ. Data analysis techniques are carried out systematically through content analysis, which includes the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the integration between Freud's psychoanalytic approach and Islamic educational principles can produce a holistic educational strategy for early childhood. Through understanding the dynamics of the subconscious, educators can help children recognize their internal conflicts and impulses, which are then directed to form mature moral habits in accordance with religious guidance. The merging of these two perspectives makes an important contribution to education practitioners and parents in optimizing a balanced parenting process between aspects of psychological development and children's spiritual maturity

Transformasi Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam Di Era Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence)
The reformation of the Islamic education curriculum in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) reflects a serious call to align the educational system with the requirements of today’s rapidly evolving era, without neglecting the foundational values of Islam. This reform encompasses not only the substance of the curriculum but also pedagogical perspectives, teaching strategies, and the integration of technology as a supporting tool. The Indonesian government, through the Kurikulum Merdeka policy, has responded to this global necessity by creating space for the application of technology including AI to support a more personalized, adaptive, and solution-oriented learning process. In the context of Islamic education, AI can contribute by simplifying the study of classical texts, accommodating students’ individual learning styles, and streamlining educational administration efficiently. Today, the modern Islamic education curriculum focuses not only on mastering core Islamic sciences such as the Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh, and Arabic, but also integrates general sciences, life skills, and the development of character and moral values (akhlaq). Fundamental principles such as integrity, balance, rububiyyah (God’s nurturing role), and the holistic development of the human being serve as the main framework in designing a curriculum with a comprehensive approach. The main challenge in AI integration lies in maintaining ethics, morality, and data security in its implementation so that it does not deviate from Islamic values. With the right approach, modern Islamic education in the era of AI is expected to produce a generation of individuals with noble character, global insight, and strong competitiveness
