No full textPenelitian ini merupakan bagian dari cabang ilmu hadits. Salah satu metode takhrij hadits adalah dengan mengidentifikasi kata-kata yang gharib atau jarang digunakan dalam matan. Metode ini diantaranya menggunakan kitab Mu’jam al-Mufahras li al-Fazh al-Hadits al-Nabawi. Kitab karya Arend Jan Wensinck ini menjadi produk monumental yang susah dicari tandingannya. Alasan ini juga yang menjadikan kitab ini selalu menjadi pembahasan para peneliti. Kajian ini merupakan library reasearch yang menekankan kepada kajian literatur yang tersedia. Matan yang menjadi objek kajian ?? ???? ?????? ??? ?????? ????? ?? ??????? akan diidentifikasi melalui mu’jam. Setelah diteliti maka ditemukan bahwa hadits ini secara kuantitas merupakan hadits Gharib Mutlak. Ditemukan beberapa kejanggalan dalam sanad hadits yang membutuhkan pemeriksaan terhadap rijal hadits dan adanya kejanggalan pada penyendirian periwayatan lafadz oleh an-Nasa’i. Sedangkan kualitas hadits masih perlu penelitian mendalam terkait rijal dari setiap thabaqat sanad dan matan (naqd al-Hadits)
Criticism of the Representation of Islam in Western Media and the Role of Da'wah in Transformation
No full textThe study reveals an in-depth analysis of the representation of Islam in the Western media, highlighting the issues of bias and stereotypes that still often color Western views of Islam and the Muslim community. This study uses a literature study with integrative literature analysis to obtain comprehensive results. The results of the study stated that the representation of Islam in the Western media has a significant role in shaping the views and understanding of Western society about Islam. These representations are not always objective and are often influenced by biases and stereotypes that develop, which later become the object of sharp criticism. Criticism of the representation of Islam in Western media raises issues of injustice, imbalance, and potential for Intercultural conflict. However, in this context, the role of da'wah, which focuses on delivering accurate messages, peace values, and rejection of extremism, has positively contributed to changing media representation. Whether conducted through traditional media or online platforms, da'wah can shape a more balanced narrative, overcome biases, and educate the Western public about Islam. Therefore, efforts to continue promoting an educative and peace-oriented da'wah are important in shaping a better and objective representation of Islam in Western media

No full textLegal opinion mempunyai peranan penting dalam siklus hukum yang berlaku di sebuah negara. Di sisi lain, adanya legal opinion tidak menjadi jaminan bagi klien untuk bisa menang pada sengketa hukum di pengadilan, karena legal opinion berfungsi sebagai doktrin bagi hakim dalam memberikan keputusan dalam sebuah perkara, artinya dapat pula menjadi pertimbangan hakim dalam memberi keputusannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perspektif hukum Islam terhadap argumentasi atau pendapat para ahli hukum tentang masalah hukum, atau sebagai bentuk pendapat hukum yang membantu hakim dalam mengeluarkan putusan atas suatu perkara. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif kepustakaan. Hasil yang didapat adalah legal opinion dalam Islam telah dikenal sejak dulu, karena banyak ahli-ahli hukum Islam yang ber-ijtihad untuk dapat memberikan pendapat hukum pada sebuah perkara yang kemungkinan secara tekstual tidak tertulis dalam al-Quran dan Hadis, sehingga para ulama berusaha untuk menafsirkannya guna menemukan hukum yang sesuai dengan perkara tersebut. Ijtihad merupakan bentuk dari sebuah kebebasan berpikir yang dapat dilakukan oleh ulama, artinya seorang ulama dapat menetapkan dan mengemukakan pemikirannya dengan berlandaskan pada al-Qur’an dan Hadis

Where people need educational organizations that keep up with progress in education management so that they can provide the best graduates

No full textThis study seeks to analyze how the hypodermic needle theory works on Marjan syrup advertisements in the month of Ramadan 2023. The research was conducted by observing marjan syrup advertisements both aired on television and Marjan Badoin's YouTube account. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting data about mass communication, especially about the hypodermic needle theory, relevant journals and books as well as Marjan Syrup advertising videos on television and Marjan Boudoin's Youtube account. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study concluded that the mass media, in this case television and YouTube, which display advertisements in the form of Audio Visual Marjan Syrup messages play a strong role in influencing affectively, cognition and behavior of the audience/society. Especially for people with an undeveloped level of education, the audience/society is more easily influenced because the majority of television viewers in Indonesia are people with a level of education that is not yet well established and children who have not received higher education. third, the message conveyed is easier to understand, Audio visual shows are more interesting, more accepted and easier to understand by the public/public. Viewers don't have to bother reading to understand what messages the advertisements convey on television or YouTube channels

This study aims to determine the Independence of Judicial Power in Indonesia. This research includes library research, research whose data sources are obtained through good literature sources and laws and regulations and using normative and juridical approaches, the Compiler concludes that the proposal for the appointment and dismissal of Supreme Court judges by the Judicial Commission, the House of Representatives and the President may affect the psychic of a judge in making a decision so that this can eliminate the meaning of Article 24 paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution which shows less independence of judicial power in upholding justice in accordance with the ideals of the 1945 Constitution
The Corruption Eradication Commission Role In Supervising Of The Social Assistance Funds Distribution From The Maslahah Mursalah Perspective
No full textDuring the Covid-19 pandemic, many Indonesians are experiencing financial difficulties, so the government funds social assistance. Social assistance funds are prone to corruption, so the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) plays a role in supervising the distribution of funds. This article discusses the role of the KPK in supervising social assistance funds during the pandemic of Covid-19 from the perspective of maslahah mursalah. This research library research. The primary data source is the Circular Letter of the Corruption Eradication Commission (SE KPK) Number 8 of 2020, SE KPK Number 11 of 2020, and Letter KPK Number B/1939/GAH.00/01-10/04/2020. Secondary sources in this study are materials/data regarding data of KPK, maslahah mursalah, and social assistance funds. The data obtained are then analyzed through inductive analogies with the maslahah mursalah. This study concluded that the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has a role in supervising social assistance funds through preventive measures, coordination, and monitoring of the distribution of social assistance funds so that some parties commit no abuse. The KPK’s role in supervising social assistance funds is relevant to maslahah mursalah, primarily to safeguard property and maintain state finances

Fun learning is easier to recognize, so through community service activities in Tugu Sempurna Village in the field of education aims to participate in helping and collaborating to optimize education in Tugu Perfect Village. By using the PAR (Participatory action research) method. Students know the potential and take concrete actions in the form of optimizing education in the community. The result of this study is that Community Service is carried out through the first activities of formal education in schools in early childhood and elementary school by providing encouraging and fun learning tips. Non-formal education by conducting Qur'an literacy programs in mosques and landfills by providing Quran reading methods and children's interest in love of the Qur'an Third. Religious activities such as the Sholeh Children's Competition Festival are one of the programs to increase interest and enthusiasm for reading the Qur'an. Furthermore, collaborating with village officials, students and the community so that the program can be carried out smoothly and cooperation and support from the local community
Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pai Melalui Model Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Pada Siswa Kelas XI Di SMA Ar-Risalah Kota Lubuklinggau
No full textThe right learning model will be able to improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the reflection in the pre-cycle, several problems were found in the learning process, namely the teacher used an inappropriate model and did not use learning media. This has an impact on low learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti lessons, marked by 67% of students who do not reach the KKM. Based on these problems, researchers made efforts to improve PAI learning outcomes for 30 students in class XI SMA Ar-Risalah for the 2022/2023 academic year by applying the Team Game Tournament (TGT) model. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), researchers act as educators and subject educators as observers. Learning is carried out in 2 cycles with 3 meetings. Based on the results of the analysis of the study, it can be seen that with the application of the TGT model, student learning outcomes have increased from 33% in the pre-cycle, 57% in the first cycle and in the second cycle, reaching 97% of the students' completeness. This increase is an implication of increasing student learning activities

Even though everyone has the right to choose any hairstyle, what is interesting in this article is that an academic chose a French crop hairstyle that was different from academics in general. The aim of this research is to find out the hidden meaning that Prof. wants to convey. Iswandi Syahputra, through the French Crop hairstyle that he uses using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The research method used in this research is field research, namely research carried out by participating directly at the research location to explore and obtain information related to the meaning contained in Iswandi Syahputra. The collected data will be analyzed semiotically using interpretive techniques. The results of this research are that there is a religious meaning, namely that he wears a French Crop hairstyle as a form of obedience to the Prophet Muhammad. and there is also an ideological meaning, namely locally based with a global perspective, he wants even though we are only local people, we must have broad insight
