No full textThe Ummi method is a method for reading the Al-Quran which focuses on 3 qualities, namely a quality method, a quality teacher and a quality system. The introduction of hijaiyah letters is one of the elements in this method. This research aims to determine the application of the Ummi method in introducing hijaiyah letters to students at the TK Kreatif Al-Furqon. This research uses a qualitative method with 3 data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that the introduction of hijaiyah letters using the Ummi method at the TK Kreatif Al-Furqon is going well as seen from the students' ability to read volumes in accordance with TK Kreatif Al-Furqon target, namely a maximum of volume 3

Interest is a major factor in developing student potential and has a very large influence on activity and success in learning. Students who have an interest in Islamic Religious Education subjects will study seriously, such as being happy in taking lessons and studying diligently both at school and at home because there is a special attraction to Islamic Religious Education subjects. If they do not have an interest in learning, students will not have enthusiasm in learning and may even find difficulties in learning Islamic Religious Education. In the learning process there are three main components that influence each other, namely (1) learning conditions, (2) learning methods, (3) learning outcomes. The research that the researchers carried out was a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research. PTK is a study that is relatively increasing, deepening, and improving and is carried out collaboratively. which is reflective by taking certain actions in order to improve and remember the quality of learning in the classroom aims to improve and improve the quality of lessons. .30%. Second, classically students who have completed learning from 35.30% pre-cycle and at the end of cycle II in this study students who obtained grades according to KKM reached 85.30%

Transgender is a term used to indicate that a person has the desire to appear opposite of the sex he has whether he has a heterosexual, bisexual, gay or asexual social identity. The phenomenon of these cases, is behavior that is considered deviant, both in the Islamic religious and social dimensions. This became a concern in the community, In dealing with issues related LGBT groups, the role of the preacher is very important to prove that Islam is able and permissible to solve various social problems. Spritualization Of New Media With Islamic Values Study Of Sa'id Nursi's Thinking In The Media Field
No full textThis article aims to study the contribution of Badi’uzzaman Said Nursi in the Islamic media field. His thoughts can be considered a solution to social problems caused by globalization. This study uses a qualitative method based on literature studies in which the primary data source is Risale-I Nur, the monumental work of Said Nursi. The results show that Said Nursi displayed "media terms" in the basic sense of media as a liaison and an intermediary between one society and another as seen from the terms of airplane, railway, radio, telegraph, telephone, and newspaper. Second, Nursi views media as communication tools, but rather, he discussed media in terms of ma'nai harfi, in which media and all its usage forms must be connected to Allah. Nursi reconstructed the meaning system (semiology) of media content that is mostly dominated by merely individual desires and social contexts, avoiding moral values. Third, Nursi's thought can be applied in the context of recent new media advancement. It can be used for promoting peace and the beautifulness of the Quran's content to the whole globe. Therefore, Nursi's thought can be considered a reference for solving moral media problems facing society

No full textThis study aims to analyze the judge's consideration in the case decision Number: 02/Pdt.P/2017/PA-LLG and to find out and understand whether the case decision has fulfilled the values of justice, expediency and legal certainty. This research uses empirical normative approach methods, namely conceptual approach, statutory approach, legal history approach, comparative legal approach, then combined with approaches that are often used in empirical legal research including, sociological approach, anthropological approach, and legal psychology approach. The results showed that the basis for the judges' consideration in granting the petitioners which was the basis for considering the decision of the Lubuklinggau Class 1B Religious Court Judges in deciding the case application Number: 02/Pdt.P/2017/PA-LLG concerning the Determination of Heirs, is that the applicants are the legal heirs of the heirs of the deceased. In accordance with the Compilation of Islamic Law article 171 letter (b) The heir is a person who at the time of death or is declared dead based on the decision of the Court, leaves heirs and relics, and Heirs are people who at the time of death have blood relations or marital relations with the heir, are Muslim and are not hindered by law from becoming heirs. That the decision that has been handed down by the Panel of Judges in the case regarding the Determination of Heirs, does not meet the value of legal certainty and the values of justice, because the judge in examining and adjudicating does not carefully look at the content of positive law and does not consider aspects of justice

Gunakan literatur akademis untuk mempresentasikan hasil penelitian sebelumnya, menghubungkan penelitian dengan literatur yang relevan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Ilmu Pengetahuan dalam Islam adalah bagian dari pengetahuan. Pengetahuan berasal dari akal dan keyakinan, berasal dari tauhid, Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Perspektif Barat tentang sains adalah ilmu yang berupa pola pikir dan gagasan manusia. Adalah penting bahwa ada Islamisasi ilmu yang di dalamnya terdapat integrasi dan interkoneksi ilmu umum dan ilmu Islam yang terus mengadopsi dan mempertimbangkan dalam ilmu pengetahuan Islam. Sehingga tidak ada ilmu diconomic. Ilmu-ilmu sosial adalah antropologi dan sosiologi, ruang lingkup studi Islam seperti, dakwah Islam, sejarah budaya Islam, politik Islam. No full textThis research is motivated by the large population in the world which can cause an imbalance because a rapidly growing population can result in a population with poor quality and result in the Earth or the State not providing maximum facilities. However, this program has attracted a lot of controversy in Indonesia because the majority are Muslim and consider this program a refusal of the sustenance given by Allah SWT. The purpose of this study is to find out this program from the perspective of Hadith, where Hadith is used as a source of law in Islam but the purpose of Family Planning is to plan for a sufficient number of children and ensure their survival in a family. This research uses descriptive analytical method and applies a qualitative approach, as well as various relevant references as data sources. Data were collected using literature study techniques and then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that family planning in the perspective of hadith is allowed but with clear and strong reasons, some hadith scholars also allow it, some do not allow it for various reasons. Further discussion will be presented in this journal
