Perkembangan Moral Kohlberg Menurut Perspektif Islam
No full textIn the world of society, we cannot be separated from certain laws, rules relating to one of them are morals, a moral person will understand what behavior he must leave is so that he will develop in a better direction. As with growth, development also has different stages. In this paper, the authors use the type of research library research. As a result, Kohlberg concluded that the way people perseivemoral issues is a reflection of cognitive development. Lawrence Kohlberg, emphasized that moral development primarily involves moral reasoning and take place in stages, namely the pre-convention, convention, and post convention level. Meanwhile, islam gives clear indications that the influence of the family environment is enormous, although within limits it can replace educated nature. Parents and the environment that affect a child. It is the parents who will lead the child to become a good person and it is the parents who are the first scaffolding who can see and correct the child’s development, be it emotional, social and moral development. Therefore, to instill good moral development, the Prophet suggested that this moral development be carried out as early as possible
Implementasi Manajemen Evaluasi Pembelajaran Terpadu untuk Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini (PIAUD)
No full textIslamic early childhood education (PIAUD) helps children develop character and religious awareness. Effective learning in PIAUD must be evaluated to ensure its success. PIAUD still struggles with holistic and integrated learning evaluation. The research focuses on model creation and implementation testing of integrated learning evaluation management in PIAUD. Researchers, educators, other PIAUD stakeholders collaborate on qualitative action research. The research shows that integrated learning evaluation management improves PIAUD learning evaluation understanding and practice. Teaching methods, resources, and child development can be assessed using this paradigm. Additionally, parents participate in the evaluation procedure, which strengthens the PIAUD-family partnership. This study found that integrated learning assessment management improves early childhood Islamic education. Implementing PIAUD educator guidelines and raising parents' understanding of their participation in children's learning are practical implications
Dampak Serta Efektifitas Pembelajaran Edutainment Anak Usia Dini di Lab School Audifa
No full textEarly childhood edutainment learning has emerged as a promising pedagogical approach that integrates education and entertainment to promote holistic development in young children. This study explores the impact and effectiveness of early childhood edutainment learning at the Audifa Lab School, a leading early childhood education institution in Indonesia. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, to comprehensively assess the outcomes of the school's edutainment-based curriculum. Quantitative data were collected through standardized assessments of children's cognitive, social, and emotional development. These assessments revealed significant improvements in children's language skills, literacy development, numeracy skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity. Moreover, children demonstrated enhanced social-emotional development, exhibiting greater self-regulation, empathy, and cooperation. Qualitative data were gathered through observations of classroom interactions, teacher interviews, and parent surveys. These findings provided rich insights into the implementation of edutainment activities and the positive impact they had on children's engagement, motivation, and overall learning experience. Teachers reported that edutainment approaches fostered a joyful and stimulating learning environment, leading to increased participation, curiosity, and a love of learning among children. Parents expressed satisfaction with the school's edutainment-based curriculum, noting their children's positive academic progress, social growth, and overall well-being.The study's findings underscore the effectiveness of early childhood edutainment learning in promoting holistic child development. The Audifa Lab School's success in implementing edutainment approaches provides a valuable model for other early childhood education settings. The study concludes by recommending strategies for effective implementation of edutainment programs, emphasizing the importance of age-appropriateness, individualization, and the integration of multiple learning modalities

Poor public services occur because of the bad intentions of state administrators to abuse their power and authority, therefore there is a need for a strategy in building the identity of the Musi Rawas Police. The communication strategy developed by Musi Rawas Police Public not only in obtaining a good image, but also in how the positive image that has been built can be maintained. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with the approach regarding public relation. Data collection techniques use observation methods, interview methods, and documentation. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that the public Relations Communications Strategy in building the image of institutions in society will be maximized, because it is necessary to create good relations between the police and the community.

Until now, various forms of juvenile delinquency are often found. However, it is difficult to eliminate the forms of risk of deviant behavior carried out by teenagers today because this is influenced by friends, family, parents or schools. This study aims to determine the extent to which schools can manage the risk of juvenile delinquency in their students. With research conducted qualitatively, it gives the result that schools manage the risk of delinquency by conducting seminars, guidance from counseling teachers and so on. If, it is found that students violate it, the school will give a warning before taking further action, namely expelling them from school

No full textTolerance is an important concept in Islam that reflects respect for differences and diversity in society. This study aims to analyze the views of the Imams of Madzhab and contemporary scholars regarding tolerance in the perspective of Islamic law. Through a qualitative approach, data is obtained from literature studies and relevant primary sources.
The results of the study show that tolerance has a significant meaning in Islam, with the importance of respecting and understanding differences within the framework of Islamic law. The views of the Imams of the Sunni School, such as Abu Hanifah, Malik, Shafi'i, and Ahmad bin Hanbal, as well as the views of the Imams of the Shiite School, such as Ja'far Sadiq, Muhammad Baqir, and Ali Rida, show understanding and support for tolerance.
Contemporary Sunni and Shia scholars also provide views that are in line with the previous Imams of the School, emphasizing the importance of tolerance in building a harmonious and respectful society. Through case studies of contemporary clerics, there are real efforts to promote tolerance, both through preaching, inter-religious dialogue, and social activities that involve cross-faiths

The research method used is literature research by collecting data from articles (knowledge) related to the topic discussed, namely the multicultural religious education system. The data researchers took from literature in the form of books, research journals, and supporting articles. The results of research have a relationship between learning and politics that is a close and dynamic relationship, Education is considered an important field for the purpose of existence of the creation of programs and processes that formulate, compile and produce the expected results. Then there was a reform period policy on Islamic education, namely through madrasah, dayah, surau, and pesantren educational institutions. The politics and policies of multicultural-based Islamic religious education through decision-making processes related to special education are shaped by the formulation of the National Education System Law, which in turn takes into account the practices and teachings of Islamic educational institutions. By putting forward realistic curricula, interpretations, moral values, procedures and skills that both achieve the desired educational goals possessed by the younger generation
Menakar Peran dan Posisi Nahdlatul Ulama dalam Upaya Penguatan Geopolitik Indonesia
No full textNahdlatul Ulama sebagai organisasi berbasis keagamaan terbesar yang berdiri sejak 31 Januari 1926 silam dan masih eksis sampai saat ini.[1] Nahdlatul Ulama berada ditengah negara yang notabene adalah negara dengan pemeluk agama Islam terbesar di dunia. Per Maret 2021, pemeluk agama Islam di Indonesia sejumlah 87,2% dari total populasi penduduk di tanah air atau setara 227 juta jiwa. Sebagai organisasi ulama transnasionalis dengan jumlah anggota yang besar kendati bukan sebagai organisasi pemerintahan yang mewakili sekitar kurang lebih 35 juta muslim berdasarkan penelitian 1994.[2] yang mana tidak selalu menjadi anggota resmi namun masyarakat tersebut memiliki keterikatan emosional dan primordial dan mengakar kuat di kalangan akar rumput. Dalam artikel ini akan diulas berkaitan dengan keterikatan Nahdlatul Ulama dengan Indonesia ditilik dari perspektif yang lebih luas termasuk juga bagaimana peran dan posisi Nahdlatul Ulama sendiri sebagai organisasi keummatan dalam percaturan dan geopoltik global. Menakar Nahdlatul Ulama sebagai organisasi dengan generasi penerus yang melimpah dan mumpuni sebagai bekal pembangunan bangsa Indonesia. Dari perspektif global, Nahdlatul Ulama memiliki cukup pengaruh terlebih dalam upaya perdamaian dunia melalui banyak agenda internasional. Keberadaan Pengurus Cabang Istimewa (PCI) pun juga menjadi representasi Nahdlatul Ulama dimata dunia dimana di masing-masing cabang membawa misi yang sama untuk mempererat ukhuwah insaniyyah sebagai sesama manusia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan merujuk pada literatur bacaan dan analisis sosial kemasyarakatan. Dimana disimpulkan bahwa Nahdlatul Ulama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebagai sebuah organisasi keagamaan di negara dengan pemeluk agama Islam terbesar di dunia. Keberadaan Nahdlatul Ulama memberikan kesejukan baru ummat beragama dengan aksi-aksi konkret bukan hanya bergerak dalam ranah pendidikan, ekonomi, sosial budaya dan lingkungan namun juga kemanusiaan.

No full textBeschikking atau Keputusan Tata Usaha Negara (KTUN) adalah tindakan hukum yang bertujuan untuk mengatur kehidupan bernegara dan bermasyarakat hukum modern, yang merupakan salah satu ciri dari negara hukum. Beschikking yang menjadi sasaran atau adresaat-nya adalah individual, oleh karena itu Keputusan Tata Usaha Negara bersifat konkret, individual dan final dan yang tidak kalah penting terbitnya beshcikking harus memenuhi asas nebis vexari rule. Dalam pelaksanaannya, masyarakat dapat melakukan pengawasan atau kontrol terhadap penerbitan beshcikking dengan melakukan beschikking judicial control ke peradilan TUN. Sebagai contohnya adalah Keputusan Bupati Musi Rawas Nomor 494/KTPS/DPMD/2021 Lampiran II Nomor Urut 98 tanggal 16 Juni 2021, terkait pengangkatan dan pengesahan Kepala Desa Terpilih Sukarami Jaya atasnama Juwita, yang telah dilakukan judicial control oleh lembaga peradilan TUN di setiap tingkatannya, mulai dari Pengadilan TUN Palembang, Pengadilan Tinggi TUN Medan dan Lembaga Peninjauan Kembali Mahkamah Agung RI dengan putusan akhir yang pada pokoknya bahwa beshcikking berupa Keputusan Bupati Musi Rawas in casu telah sesuai prosedur berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait pelaksanaan Pilkades dan asas-asas umum pemerintahan yang baik, diharapkan beschikking judicial control sebagaimana in casu dapat menjadi solusi terbaik bagi masyarakat yang ingin mendapatkan kepastian hukum terkait penerbitan beschikking
