Kewenangan DPRD Dan Kepala Daerah Dalam Menetapkan Peraturan Daerah
The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Kuningan Regency plays a crucial role in the formation of Regional Regulations, as stipulated in Article 41 of Law Number 32 of 2004, which mentions the functions of legislation, budgeting, and supervision for DPRD. However, in practice, DPRD tends to propose fewer Regional Regulations than the regional heads each year. Based on this, this research aims to assess the implementation of the authority held by the DPRD of Kuningan Regency based on Law No. 12 of 2011 and Regional Regulation (Perda) of Kuningan Regency No. 21 of 2013 concerning the Guidelines for the Formation of Local Legal Products. Additionally, the objective of this research is to understand the fiqih siyasah perspective on the authority of the DPRD and the Regional Head of Kuningan Regency in forming Regional Regulations. This field research employs an empirical juridical approach using data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves processing, presenting, and verifying the gathered information. The findings indicate that the determination of Kuningan Regency's Regional Regulations is achieved through the agreement between the DPRD and the Regional Head. Thus, both the DPRD and the Regional Head have equal positions in establishing Regional Regulations. However, the implementation of the DPRD's authority to form Regional Regulations has not been optimal. During the period 2020-2021, Regional Regulations were predominantly proposed by the Regional Government. From a fiqih siyasah perspective, such authority should be held by a representative institution capable of channeling the aspirations of the community

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami strategi evaluasi pendidikan agama Islam di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta didasarkan pada tugas harian, kuis harian, penilaian tengah semester, dan penilaian akhir semester. Pengelolaan evaluasi meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan organisasi, dan penilaian. Penilaian pendidikan agama Islam menitik beratkan pada ranah kognitif dan psikomotorik. Contemporary Sufism understanding always brings oneself closer to Allah SWT without forgetting onse’s social duties as a creature, and one lives actively and optimistically following the development of the times. Utilizing worship as medium for Sufism, a positive attitude towards life in the form of a high social ethos, a burning fighting spirit, willingness to sacrifice for the benefit of he people, and working hard. Integration of Science and Religion in the Methodology of Holmes Rolston's Philosophy
The viewpoint that talks about religion and science is not a subject that will run out with the times. This is because the connection between the two fills space and time, and it is interesting to study and accelerate the correlation between the two clearly. In fact, these studies need to be developed in a concentrated manner among scholars, especially academics in universities. The basis of the correlation between the two is to provide reinforcement that science and religion/theology are two sides of a coin that are interrelated to explain each other between the levels of belief and rationality. Moreover, this answer, on the other hand, makes the assumption that science and religion cannot be united. Based on this description, we will try to think about how scientific integration between religion and science is not dichotomized with its own scientific building. As seen in Holmes Rolston's philosophical methodology, which seeks to explain the correlation between the study of theology and science, In his view, theology, or religion, and science can clearly grow and develop together, and there is even certainty of complementarity between them. By using the writing rules of a qualitative approach through a literature study or library research, this research seeks to upload Holmes Rolston's views regarding the integration of science and religion/theology. Pengembangan dan Uji Kelayakan Media Pembelajaran 'Roket Terjun Islami' bagi Peserta Didik MI Kelas V
The aim of this study is to develop and evaluate the feasibility of the Roket Terjun Islami educational media for fifth-grade MI students, aiming to provide an engaging and effective alternative for teachers and enhance classroom learning quality. This research employs a Research and Development approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to fellow students to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the Roket Terjun Islami educational media. The questionnaire gathered information on design, content, and usability. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. Scores from each questionnaire item were summed to obtain the total score, compared to the maximum possible score to calculate the feasibility percentage. The feasibility assessment indicated the following results: the display aspect received 90.38% ("Very Feasible"), media material aspect achieved 95.00% ("Very Feasible"), learning aspect scored 92.85%, and content aspect received 87.85%, both "Very Feasible". These results demonstrate that the Roket Terjun Islami educational media is highly suitable for classroom use
Pengaruh Kompetensi Manajerial Dan Konflik Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan konflik organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur. Penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur. Penelitian dilakukan pada Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kota Lhokseumawe. Dalam hal ini sampel diambil dari MAS dengan akreditasi A. Argumentasi penentuan sampel berdasarkan MAS terakreditasi A mewakili madrasah swasta lain di kota Lhokseumawe. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi manajerial dan konflik organisasi terhadap kinerja guru MAS di Kota Lhokseumawe. Pengaruh kompetensi manajerial terhadap kinerja dengan p value 0,000 < 0.005. Terkait dengan keterlibatan konflik organisasi dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di antara subskala kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah. Namun, menurut analisis data, hambatan kritis terhadap praktik konflik organisasi dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial dan kinerja guru madrasah. Penelitian ini memiliki arti penting bagi pertumbuhan model pengelolaan konflik organisasi sebagai stimulus peningkatan kinerja guru madrasah. Identifikasi terhadap variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru selain variabel kompetensi manajerial dan konflik organisasi diantaranya standar kompetensi kepemimpinan, budaya madrasah, kebijakan pemerintah. Penelitian berimplikasi secara akademik sebagai referensi teori konflik organisasi. Sedangkan penelitian berimplikasi secara social bahwa konflik organisasi terjadi pada setiap madrasah yang harus disikapi secara positif agar bersifat konstruktif terhadap kemajuan madrasah

Islamic Religious Education plays a central role in shaping individuals' character and morality. In this context, teachers not only act as educators but also as role models who provide real-life examples for students. This article explores the urgency of being a role model in Islamic religious education, focusing on the role of teachers as role models. Through a qualitative approach, this research examines the concept and implications of being a role model in the context of Islamic religious education. In this context, the teacher's role extends beyond imparting religious knowledge to demonstrating consistent religious practices aligned with Islamic values. Teachers' role modeling can influence students' character formation, helping them understand and apply Islamic teachings in their daily lives. The article also discusses the challenges and strategies in being an effective role model, as well as its practical implications in the context of Islamic religious education in the modern era. By strengthening the teacher's role as a good role model, Islamic religious education can significantly contribute to shaping a generation with high morality and noble character
Konsep Pendidikan Islam Dalam Penguatan Moderasi Beragama
In social life, there are certainly many differences that make us have to understand and respect the differences that exist, as is the case in Indonesia, which has a variety of ethnicities, religions, and cultures, so everyone must have an attitude of tolerance towards these things. In the concept of Islamic education, religious moderation must be strengthened because Islam teaches balance and a middle way in all areas of life. This journal was written to increase readers' insight into the importance of moderation. The author hopes that readers can apply the concept of Islamic education to strengthening religious moderation. The author used qualitative research in writing this journal. Qualitative research is descriptive research and tends to use analysis in library research. The data collection process uses references from various journals, articles, and relevant books. Therefore, by strengthening religious moderation, Islamic education can guide people to understand and practice Islamic teachings proportionally without falling into fanaticism, which can trigger conflict and division. There are several concepts of Islamic education that describe an attitude of religious moderation: 1) Tawassuth (choosing the middle way); 2) Tawazun (balance); 3) I’tidal (straight and firm); 4) Tasamuh (tolerance); 5) Musawah (equality); and 6) Shura (consideration). Islamic education can also teach openness and religious diversity so that people understand differences in religion and belief. Therefore, the concept of Islamic education plays a very important role in strengthening religious moderation as a benchmark for Muslims to live a diverse social life in order to create a peaceful social environment
Pendampingan dalam Meningkatkan Belajar Al-Qur'an Anak di Dusun Taba Tinggi Desa Sukaraya Lama
his study aims to describe the mentoring program in improving Qur'an learning in Taba Tinggi Hamlet, Sukaraya Lama Village, STL Ulu Terawas District. Al-Qur'an assistance was held to improve the understanding and memorization of the Qur'an for children in the region. The research approach used is a qualitative research approach with the research method used is Community Based Research (CBR) which involves collaboration between researchers, religious institutions, and local governments. Evaluation was carried out through analysis of children's learning outcomes and behavior changes, assessment of community participation and support, and identification of contextual factors that affect program success. The results of the study showed that the Al-Qur'an mentoring program was able to improve the understanding and memorization of the Qur'an for children in Taba Tinggi Hamlet, STL Ulu Terawas District. Collaboration between relevant stakeholders is needed, both between researchers, religious institutions, existing companies or private institutions, and local governments to provide significant support for the sustainability of the program. However, there are several challenges that need to be overcome, such as limited access to resources and cultural values that affect community participation
