Philosophical Approaches In Interdisciplinary Studies Multicultural Islamic Education
Get PDFThis article discusses the philosophical approach in the interdisciplinary study of multicultural Islamic Education. Islam as a universal religion emphasizes human values, equal rights, and recognition of cultural diversity. In understanding multicultural Islam, philosophical approaches are an important instrument to explore the essence, essence, and wisdom of religious teachings. An interdisciplinary approach allows for the integration of various disciplines to provide a more comprehensive understanding of social, cultural, and religious issues. This research highlights how philosophical approaches are applied in Islamic studies through metaphysical, epistemological and axiological analyses. Using this perspective, Islam is not only understood in normative aspects but also in an applicative context that is relevant to the challenges of the times. The study also emphasizes the importance of multicultural Islamic education in building tolerance and harmony in a pluralistic society. The research uses qualitative methods through literature analysis. This research is analytical-descriptive, aiming to explore philosophical concepts, theories, and principles related to Islamic religious education in a multicultural context. Through this approach, research not only explains the concept, but also analyzes and interprets the meanings contained in it. This study concludes that a deeper understanding of Islam can be an alternative solution in dealing with social and cultural complexity. Multicultural Islamic education must continue to be developed as an effort to moderate religion to create an inclusive and peaceful society

Get PDFThis study analyzes the principle of equality before the law as taught in the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad and evaluates its application in the context of modern society and judicial systems in majority-Muslim countries. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of these equality principles on the development of constitutional law and how they can strengthen the rule of law and social justice within governance systems. Through the analysis of hadiths, interpretations by scholars, case studies, and evaluation of legal practices, this research finds that the application of the principle of equality before the law can promote the creation of a more just and equitable legal system

No full textThe RBQ Daniel Family Durrotul Quran is one of the non-formal educational establishments in Lubuklinggau that teaches the Quran. This establishment provides a venue for adults and children to study the Quran. The Qur'an is taught at this institution utilizing a traditional learning approach, in which the teacher presents the same content to the class at the same time. The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of classical learning at RBQ Daniel Family Durrotul Qur'an as well as its methodology. This study employs a qualitative approach. The study's findings suggest that RBQ Durrotul Quran's traditional teaching method is highly successful. Due to the simultaneous supply of information, recitation, and memorizing, classical learning can save time. Minor problems do exist, though, such as pupils talking and playing while the teacher is explaining the content, which causes the teachers to remind the students to pay attention to what they are being taught
Dramaturgi Politikus Perempuan Pariaman Di Parlemen Dalam Perspektif Ulama Di Propinsi Sumbar
No full textThis study aims to analyze the dramatization of female politicians in Pariaman, West Sumatra Province, focusing on the perspective of ulama regarding their roles and contributions to local politics. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores how female politicians construct their image and identity on the political stage, as well as the challenges and support they encounter within the context of local cultural and religious norms and values. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with several female politicians in the parliament, along with ulama who hold influence in the community. The findings indicate that female politicians in Pariaman utilize communication strategies that reflect Islamic values to gain legitimacy from the public. The support from ulama plays a crucial role in shaping public perception of women's involvement in politics, positively influencing societal acceptance. The study also identifies various challenges faced, including gender stigma, patriarchal norms, and structural barriers that limit the political participation of female politicians. These findings provide new insights into the interaction between gender, religion, and politics in West Sumatra, as well as the importance of dialogue between female politicians and ulama in fostering stronger support for women's roles. This research is expected to serve as a reference for policies and programs that encourage increased political participation of women at the local level, contributing to the development of gender studies within the context of Indonesian politics

No full textNew media, particularly social media platforms like Instagram, have become strategic marketing communication tools. Instagram offers a variety of engaging features that allow users to share information in the form of text, photos, and videos. This study examines the communication strategy used in the content of the Instagram account @ilovelampung, which provides information about Lampung Province. By employing the SOSTAC model (Situation Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action, and Control), this research aims to identify and understand the content communication strategy implemented by @ilovelampung. The agenda-setting theory is applied to analyze how the objectives and role of @ilovelampung's content contribute to shaping public opinion about Lampung Province. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive method. The findings reveal that the digital content strategy of @ilovelampung, utilizing the SOSTAC marketing communication model, has effectively enhanced awareness and attractiveness toward Lampung Province. The account employs 11 strategies and 9 tactics to achieve its objectives. @ilovelampung strategically establishes specific agendas in each piece of content, primarily aimed at countering negative perceptions about Lampung Province. It does so by highlighting positive elements such as natural beauty, cultural heritage, culinary attractions, and local SMEs, thereby shaping a more favorable image of Lampung among the broader public

No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of Tabligh in improving public speaking skills at the Al-Mukhtariyah Sungai Dua Islamic Boarding School. Tabligh, which comes from Arabic which means to convey, is used for preaching and developing communication skills. Based on the theory of preaching communication and constructivism, this study shows that Tabligh activities not only function as a medium for preaching, but also as a forum to train students to speak in public, both in the Islamic boarding school environment and in society. This research method uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques for administrators, students, and teachers who actively participate in Tabligh activities. The results of the study showed that students who initially felt nervous and insecure when speaking in public, are now more adept at delivering speeches, poems, and preaching materials. This study concludes that Tabligh activities at the Al-Mukhtariyah Sungai Dua Islamic Boarding School play an important role in developing students' communication skills, this is in line with the educational goals of Islamic boarding schools to produce cadres of students who are able to communicate effectively and have noble morals

No full textThis study aims to analyze the meaning of signs in the film "Tuhan Izinkan Aku Berdosa" using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach, which includes denotation, connotation, and myth. The film was chosen because it explores themes of sin, forgiveness, and the search for identity, closely linked to social and religious values in Indonesian society. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through in-depth observation of visual elements, dialogues, and symbols within the film. The analysis results reveal that the film not only portrays individual inner conflicts when facing social and religious norms but also deconstructs social constructions of morality through rich visual symbolization. At the denotative level, the film depicts the protagonist’s journey in confronting moral dilemmas. At the connotative level, the use of colors, expressions, and settings deepens the emotional nuance of the story. Meanwhile, at the myth level, the film represents ideological struggles between religious values and individual freedom. This research concludes that "Tuhan Izinkan Aku Berdosa" serves notmerely as entertainment but also as a medium of social critique, encouraging audiencesreflect deeply on the meanings of sin, forgiveness, and personal freedom within the context of society
Analisis Framing Aktor Politik Di Media Sosial Tiktok: Studi Pada Akun Tiktok Helmi Hasan Channel
No full textThis research aims to analyze how political messages are constructed, disseminated, and responded to by audiences on the dynamic TikTok platform. Using a qualitative approach and an in-depth single-case study design, this research focuses on a comprehensive analysis of video content and public interactions occurring on the @helmihasanchannel account. Primary data was collected through participant observation and online document studies, including video transcriptions and screen recordings of user comments. The research, using Todd Gitlin's Framing theory, shows that @helmihasanchannel successfully leveraged TikTok's unique characteristics to create an emotional connection with the public. This is evident in its use of a relaxed communication style and everyday narratives. The uploaded content covers issues of infrastructure development and social assistance, which significantly stimulated public responses in the form of comments and likes. The use of TikTok features such as background music, filters, effects, duets, and stitching also increased the content's appeal. Content framing strategies were used to build positive perceptions, such as showcasing road construction as evidence of tangible performance
Representasi Kemiskinan Dalam Film Parasite (Karya Boong Joon-Ho)
No full textThis study analyzes how the film Parasite depicts structural poverty through the denotative, connotative, and mythical meanings contained in each scene. At the denotative level, the film displays literal visual elements such as the Kim family's subterranean semi-basement, with dim, yellowish lighting, in stark contrast to the Park family's bright, modern, luxurious home. The connotative level reveals symbolic meanings where the semi-basement represents social decline and the vulnerability of the lower class, while the staircase motif connotes a metaphor for fragile social mobility and the cycle of poverty that is difficult to break. At the mythical level, the film dismantles capitalist ideology that naturalizes poverty as a "natural" consequence of social hierarchy. Using qualitative research methods and Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis techniques, researchers collected data through observation and documentation, and validated the data using triangulation. The results of the study using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory revealed that the visualization of poverty in the film clearly reflects structural poverty-a condition in which certain groups of people cannot access sources of income due to unfair social structures. This concept is reinforced by the Theory of Social Democracy which emphasizes that poverty is a systemic problem, not just the result of individual failure

The purpose of this writing is to explain what Neuroscience itself is, how the history of Neuroscience is history, the function of Neuroscience, what is religion, what is spirituality and its differences, and the correlation of Neuroscience itself with spirituality, and the conclusion is that the more often a person does activities, the results obtained can make Neoscience itself healthier, because neuroscience is healthy, a person can carry out his activities to the maximum, especially when it comes to giving birth to creativity. In improving the ability of neuroscience from the perspective of Islamic education, namely by purifying one of them by performing ablution, according to some research results, by performing ablution can provide peace of mind, from a calm soul then make the mind positive and make oneself form good morals from these positive thoughts. In Islam, it is taught from the beginning of childhood and is able to form good character and morals
