    The ingkung tradition is one of the very significant cultural heritages for the people of Sriwangi Village, Suku III District, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Ingkung is not just a dish, but a ritual symbol that is full of profound meaning, both from a socio-cultural and religious perspective. This tradition serves as a symbol of cultural identity, a means to strengthen social relationships, and a way to get closer to Allah. Although it is still preserved, the challenge of modernization is an important concern that needs to be overcome so that this tradition can continue to thrive amidst changing times. The ingkung tradition has a rich depth of meaning and is in line with the principles of Islamic law. The local wisdom contained in this tradition can serve as a bridge to strengthen the cultural identity of the community without neglecting religious values. People can practice the ingkung tradition as a form of gratitude and togetherness, as well as a manifestation of obedience to religious law. The importance of intention in carrying out the ingkung tradition shows that every action must be based on awareness of a higher purpose. Furthermore, this tradition also provides space for people to maintain social relationships and strengthen solidarity among them. Thus, ingkung is not just food, but also a symbol of values that must be upheld in daily life. However, the challenges of modernization and social change need to be faced wisely. Efforts to preserve the ingkung tradition must be done actively, involving the younger generation in every implementation

    The phenomenon of domestic violence (DV) against online gambling perpetrators is increasingly becoming a concern in the social dynamics of modern society. Online gambling not only has an impact on the personalals involved, but also has serious implications for family stability, including increasing the potential for conflict and domestic violence. This study aims to analyze this phenomenon through the perspective of fiqh siyasah law in order to understand how Islam views and responds to this problem in the context of Islamic politics and government. The research method used is a qualitative approach with library research, where data is obtained from classical and contemporary literature in the fields of fiqh, siyasah syar'iyyah, and laws and regulations related to domestic violence and gambling. The results of the study show that fiqh siyasah has legal instruments and policies that can be used to overcome the negative impacts of online gambling on personalals and families. From an Islamic perspective, gambling is prohibited because it damages the social, economic, and moral order of society. Therefore, the state has a strategic role in protecting families from the impacts of online gambling by implementing preventive and repressive policies in accordance with the principles of siyasah syar'iyyah. The conclusion of this study confirms that domestic violence due to online gambling is a social problem that needs serious attention from the aspect of Islamic law. Fiqh siyasah can be the basis for formulating policies that not only aim to prosecute gambling perpetrators, but also provide protection to families and build a legal system that is more responsive to this problem

    This study investigates the impact of digital transformation on the performance of the Lubuklinggau City Post Office, framed within the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. The introduction highlights the necessity of adapting to digital advancements in public services, emphasizing the importance of efficiency, ethical practices, and community welfare. As the digital era progresses, public institutions must evolve to meet the changing needs of society while adhering to fundamental Islamic values. The methodology employed in this qualitative research involved direct observations and interviews with employees and management at the Lubuklinggau City Post Office. The researchers aimed to gather insights into the current digital initiatives implemented and their effects on service delivery and employee performance. The data collection process was structured in two stages: initial observations to understand the general context, followed by focused interviews to extract specific information relevant to the research objectives. The results indicate that the Lubuklinggau City Post Office has successfully integrated various digital services, such as electronic payments and online tracking systems, which have significantly improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Employees reported enhanced performance due to clearer regulations and the availability of digital tools that facilitate their tasks. However, challenges such as information literacy and the potential for misinformation in the digital landscape were also identified. In the discussion, the findings are analyzed through the lens of Maqashid Syariah, illustrating how the digital transformation aligns with the principles of protecting assets and promoting community welfare. The study concludes that while digital transformation presents challenges, it also offers substantial opportunities for enhancing public service delivery, provided that ethical considerations and community needs are prioritized. This research contributes to the understanding of how public institutions can navigate the complexities of digital transformation while remaining committed to their core values

    The purpose of the research is to determine the relationship between Islamic religious education and the concept of student mental health. The research method used in literature study is a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a significant contribution to students' mental health by introducing religious values that can strengthen their mental and emotional resilience. (1) Emotion Management through Islamic Values (spiritual), patience (patience), gratitude (gratitude), tawakal (surrender to Allah), ikhlas (sincerity), and tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul), are very effective in helping students manage emotions (2) The practice of worship as a means of relieving stress such as prayer, dhikr, and prayer has a significant calming effect on the soul. Through worship, students can relieve stress, improve mental well-being, and gain inner peace (3) Islamic Education as a Pillar of Mental Well-being that not only emphasizes the importance of religious understanding, but also teaches about mental health management through positive character development

This study employs a qualitative approach to explore the concept of social harmony and its significance in promoting inter-religious coexistence, specifically within the context of Maqashid Syari'ah in Jambi Province. The study highlights the importance of collective commitment from various societal actors, including religious leaders, community organizations, and local governments, in promoting interfaith dialogue and understanding. The research identifies practical strategies for enhancing social cohesion, such as community engagement initiatives and educational programs emphasizing shared values and mutual respect among religious groups. This study underscores the relevance of Maqashid Syari'ah as a guiding framework for addressing contemporary challenges of intolerance and radicalism in Jambi Province. By promoting social harmony through the lens of Islamic teachings, the research offers valuable insights and practical solutions that can be adapted to other regions facing similar challenges.     Ulama Nusantara memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan keilmuan Islam, baik di tingkat lokal maupun global. Salah satu tokoh yang menonjol adalah Sayyid Muhsin bin Ali al-Musawa, ulama asal Palembang yang hidup pada awal abad ke-20 dan berkiprah dalam jejaring keilmuan di Haramain. Meskipun wafat pada usia yang relatif muda, ia meninggalkan jejak intelektual dan institusional yang signifikan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan untuk mengungkap kembali kontribusi ulama Nusantara yang selama ini kurang mendapatkan perhatian dalam kajian sejarah intelektual Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menelusuri pemikiran dan pergerakan Sayyid Muhsin bin Ali al-Musawa dalam bidang ushul fiqh, fiqh, dan hadis, serta kontribusinya dalam pendirian lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan melalui telaah literatur primer dan sekunder berupa kitab, artikel, dan kajian akademik yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam bidang ushul fiqh, Sayyid Muhsin menulis Madkhal al-Wushul ila ‘Ilm al-Ushul yang menegaskan kepakarannya dalam teori hukum Islam. Dalam bidang fiqh, ia menyusun al-Nafhah al-Hasiniyah yang berfokus pada ilmu faraidh. Sementara itu, kontribusinya di bidang hadis tampak dari otoritas sanad yang dimilikinya, sehingga dipercaya mengajar kitab-kitab hadis utama di Masjidil Haram. Selain itu, perannya dalam mendirikan Madrasah Dar al-‘Ulum al-Diniyyah di Makkah menjadi bukti nyata komitmennya dalam membangun institusi pendidikan bagi pelajar Nusantara. Dengan demikian, pemikiran dan pergerakan Sayyid Muhsin tidak hanya memperkuat tradisi intelektual ulama Nusantara, tetapi juga memberikan pengaruh besar dalam jejaring keilmuan Islam internasional

    This article explores the implementation of inclusive Islamic education in elementary schools to foster a fair, open, and respectful learning environment. It highlights how Islamic stories, open discussion, and mutual respect can cultivate tolerance among students. The study employs a case study method, involving Islamic Education (PAI) teachers from five elementary schools in Paseh District, Sumedang Regency. The findings reveal the crucial role of PAI teachers in developing students' tolerance through their examples, diverse teaching strategies, and the use of varied media. Examples of inclusive practices include adjusting teaching methods, disseminating relevant materials, and creating a classroom atmosphere that considers students' diverse backgrounds. However, the research also identifies existing challenges, such as teachers lacking the skills to support students with special needs, insufficient understanding of individual differences, and inadequate collaboration between schools and parents. Consequently, the article emphasizes the necessity of supportive policies, strong collaborative efforts, and ongoing teacher training to address these issues.     Education is a key factor in improving the quality of human resources and community welfare. However, awareness of the urgency of education remains a challenge in several rural areas, including Kali Sereng Village, B. Srikaton Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Although educational facilities are available up to the senior high school level, the community’s interest in pursuing higher education remains low. This study aims to describe the level of educational awareness among the people of Kali Sereng Village, identify the factors influencing the lack of such awareness, and explain its impacts on the community’s social and economic life. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research informants consisted of residents, community leaders, and village officials. Data analysis was conducted inductively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal that although most residents have completed education up to senior high school, awareness and motivation to pursue higher education remain limited. The factors contributing to low educational awareness include the majority of families having lower-middle income, parents’ occupations that do not require higher education, lack of family support, low learning motivation among children, and the influence of less supportive peer environments. The impacts include limited job opportunities, lower income, lack of productive skills, and low quality of human resources. These findings indicate the need for an integrated intervention involving the village government, educational institutions, families, and the wider community to enhance educational awareness through outreach programs, scholarships, learning motivation, and a shift in mindset that education is a long-term investment

    Public speaking difficulties for students are often caused by nervousness, material readiness and grammar.  This study aims to find out: the influence of self-confidence, material mastery, communication skills, on public speaking skills. This study focuses on the significant influence of each, simultaneously and the amount of contribution of the influence of predictors (independent variables) on bound variables. This survey was given to Islamic Religious Education students at the Curup State Islamic Institute Class of 2021 using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant influence between confidence (X1) and material mastery (X2) on public speaking ability (Y), but there was no significant influence of communication skills (X3) on public speaking ability (Y). Simultaneously, there is a significant influence of confidence, material mastery, communication skills on public speaking and these three variables contribute 95% to the variables of public speaking ability. By knowing this, it is hoped that students can increase their confidence and mastery of the material when making presentations in front of the class and outside the classroom
