    Implementasi Digital Marketing Communication Pada Toko Grosir “Dapur Pintar” Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan

    The development of digital technology has transformed the dynamics of the retail and wholesale sectors, including how businesses promote products and interact with consumers. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital marketing communications at Dapur Pintar Wholesale Store and its impact on increasing sales. The study used descriptive qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with store owners and regular customers, as well as direct observation of marketing activities via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The results show that Dapur Pintar implements promotional messages that focus on affordable prices, product quality, and visual content to attract consumer attention. WhatsApp is the most effective channel for driving conversions due to its personalized communication and rapid response. Instagram and Facebook serve as digital catalogs that strengthen awareness and purchase intention, while TikTok plays a significant role in expanding reach through viral content. However, several challenges were identified, such as inconsistent admin responses, suboptimal visual quality, price comparisons between stores, and complex inventory management. Overall, the digital marketing communications strategy contributed significantly to Dapur Pintar's sales growth

    DPRD (Regional People's Representative Council) is a legislative institution that has a legislative function. Through the legislative function, DPRD has the authority to form and create Regional Regulations. This makes the role of DPRD very important in the process of a Regional government. In addition, DPRD also acts as a channel for community aspirations, which means that its role in the legislative function should aim for community welfare. The purpose of this study is to determine the front stage of DPRD members of Bengkulu City in carrying out their legislative function. By using the perspective of action theory, this study aims to understand the motivation, interpretation, and choice of actions of DPRD members in the legislative process. This study is a qualitative descriptive study that will provide research results in the form of words, not numbers. The results of the study reveal that the front stage of DPRD members of Bengkulu City in carrying out their legislative function can be caused by various factors including an understanding of institutions, personal interests, and political dynamics. DPRD members of Bengkulu City generally interpret situations and choose actions based on personal and institutional interests, even certain individuals. The decision-making process in forming and creating regional regulations involves complex negotiations between various interested parties

    In the increasingly competitive beauty industry, building strong brand awareness is key to maintaining market relevance, especially among young consumers. This study aims to analyze the role of the Wardah Youth Ambassador (WYA) Medan community in increasing brand awareness of the halal cosmetic brand Wardah in Medan City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that WYA Medan actively organizes educational and promotional activities both online and offline that are able to attract the attention of the young market. Programs such as beauty classes, social campaigns, and consistent social media content have been proven to increase brand recognition, brand recall, and top of mind achievement. Analysis of social media engagement shows that applicative content such as skincare routines has the highest engagement rate, reflecting the strength of the community's digital approach.     Communication, as a broad and multidimensional field of study in the social sciences, encompasses a variety of theories and approaches, one of which is relational dialectical theory. This theory, derived from the thought of Mikhail Bakhtin, views life as a dialogical arena where individuals constantly interact with conflicting desires and needs in the context of their relationships. Leslie Baxter, one of the key figures in the development of this theory, emphasises that relationships are dynamic and require ongoing attention to achieve success and satisfaction. Relational dialectic theory provides a comprehensive framework for understanding the complexity of relationships, recognising that each individual experiences and navigates tensions in relationships in unique ways. Therefore, communication plays a crucial role in managing and balancing the various tensions and contradictions that arise in human interactions. Relational dialectic theory can be defined as ‘the nexus of contradictions in personal relationships or the continual interaction between opposites or tendencies to oppose’. In the context of scientific research, this theory provides a powerful analytical framework for understanding the dynamics of interpersonal relationships. By recognising the inherent tensions in relationships, researchers can identify and explore the various factors that influence communication and satisfaction in relationships. This approach not only helps in understanding the basic mechanisms of relationships, but also provides insights into how individuals can manage contradictions and tensions to achieve more harmonious and satisfying relationships. In research, relational dialectics theory can be used to analyse how individuals balance the need for autonomy and attachment in relationships, how they manage the tension between openness and privacy, and how they handle the contradiction between stability and change. By understanding these dynamics, researchers can develop more effective communication strategies to improve the quality of interpersonal relationships. Therefore, relational dialectics theory provides not only a comprehensive theoretical framework, but also practical tools for managing the complexity of human relationships

    The Kasyf Method In The Narration Of Hadith From A Shi'a Perspective

    Hadith, as the second source of Islamic law after the Qur'an, plays an important role in the formation of religious law and science. In the Islamic tradition, hadith narration uses various methods, one of which is the kashf method. This method is a typical approach in the Shi'a tradition that emphasizes the spiritual aspect and the authority of the Ahlul Bayt in understanding and narrating hadith. Unlike the Sunni tradition that prioritizes systematic verification of the sanad and matn, the kashf method functions as a means of revealing the inner meaning of the hadith that cannot always be reached by the textual approach. This study aims to analyze the kashf method in hadith narration from the Shi'a perspective and its implications in Islamic studies. Using a qualitative method based on literature study, this research compares the epistemological and methodological aspects between the kashf method and the conventional hadith narration approach. The results show that the kashf method functions not only as an intellectual approach but also as a spiritual process that emphasizes closeness to the Imam and the Ahlul Bayt in uncovering the inner meaning of the hadith. As such, it not only enriches the study of hadith in Islam but also strengthens the theological and philosophical foundations of the Shi'a scholarly tradition

    The aim of the research is to find out the role of Islamic religious education teachers in developing students' spiritual intelligence at the 48 Lubuklinggau State Elementary School and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of students spiritual intelligence at the Lubuklinggau 48 State Elementary School. This research uses a type of field research or research that is used to obtain data directly at the research location according to actual data. This research is descriptive qualitative, namely research carried out by exploring or describing the social situation that will be studied thoroughly, broadly and in depth. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model and the data validity technique uses triagulation. From the results of the research it can be concluded that the role of Islamic religious education teachers in developing students' spiritual intelligence at State Elementary School 48 Lubuklinggau includes: being a role model for students, involving students in religious activities, developing spiritual intelligence through stories, visiting bereaved relatives, reading Al -Qur'an together and understand its meaning in everyday life, enjoy the natural scenery. Supporting factors are adequate school facilities, as well as collaboration between educators. Inhibiting factors are students' personalities which often change, the community environment and the environment of playmates. &nbsp

    Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Indonesia is experiencing a significant transformation along with the development of digital technology, which has the potential to introduce local cultural values ??in religious learning. This research aims to examine the role of digital technology in introducing and preserving local culture in Islamic religious education, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. The research method used is library research by collecting various references and literature related to the application of technology in religious education, integration of local culture, and education policy in Indonesia. The research results show that digital technology, such as game-based applications and interactive learning platforms, can increase student participation in religious learning, introduce local cultural values, and strengthen students' cultural identity. However, the main challenges found were the gap in technology access between urban and rural areas and the quality and relevance of learning content. The implication of this research is the need to develop a curriculum based on local culture which is balanced with improvements in technological infrastructure throughout Indonesia

    The ethnic Betawi are the indigeneous religious population of Jakarta. For the ethnic Betawi, Islam functions not only as a religion, but also as a unifying and identify-building force. Their customs and culture are grounded in Islamic values, and their form of religiosity is characterized by profound respect and veneration for religious teacher (Muallim). One such figure of note is KH. Abdullah Syafi’ie. This paper aims strengthen the theory of intellectual genealogy of Betawi ulama Rakhmat Zailani Kiky and Rodwan Saini’s concept of ethnic Betawi religiosity. Using qualitative methods, including interviews, observation, and document analysis, the study analyzes KH. Abdullah Syafi’ie’s thought and da’wah activities. It argues that his da’wah in the 1970s and 1980s embodied religious moderation. Firstly, KH Abdullah Syafi'ie's concept of diverse moderation is consistent with Yusuf Qardhawi's principles of balance (al-Tawazun) and justice (al-ta'adul). Secondly, KH Abdullah Syafi'ie's implementation of religious moderation in the domains of education, da'wah, and society demonstrates its modernization of the curriculum and institutional framework. The field of da'wah encompasses da'wah bi al-lisan, bi al-qalam, and bi al-hal. In the social domain, KH Abdullah Syafi'ie established an orphan and dhuafa boarding school in Jatiwaringin, Pondok Gede, Bekasi, West Java
