Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Ketidakamanan Kerja (Job Insecurity) Terhadap Niat Pindah (Turnover Intention) Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Karyawan Semasa Coffee Semarang

This work bridges the gap between theoretical Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) principles and practical implementation, emphasizing adaptability and low-latency performance for smart manufacturing ecosystems
Empirical Analysis of The Impact of Public Debt on Macroeconomic
This study investigates the impact of public debt on Nigeria's macroeconomic indicators, including real gross domestic product (RGDP), unemployment (UNEM), interest rate (INTR), and inflation rate (INFR), from 1980 to 2020. The study utilises the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) bounds testing approach for cointegration, and the nonlinear autoregressive distributed lag (NARDL) bounds testing approach. The cointegration analysis reveals a notable symmetric and asymmetric cointegrating relationship, both in the long run, between public expenditure (both external and domestic) and the chosen macroeconomic variables. In addition, the ARDL model demonstrates that Domestic Debt (DD) raises national output but reduces UNEM and INFRs significantly in the long term. However, the results suggest that External Debt (ED) raises UNEM and INTR in the country in the long term. The NARDL model indicates that the positive component of DD raises national output. The study reveals that both domestic and ED have long-term effects on national output, with negative debt reducing UNEM and INTR, and positive ED reducing inflation. Given these results, the federal government should decrease excessive borrowings due to their detrimental impact on macroeconomic indicators in the short and long run. Generate more revenue through tax increment rather than borrowing, diversify the economy into areas like agriculture and mining rather than depending on oil and borrowing, and reduce the leakages (corruption) in the system through effective and efficient use of the anti-graft agencies in Nigeria
Brand Image as Economic Capital: Mediating the Influence of E-WOM and Product Quality on Purchase Intention for Adidas Shoes
This study aims to examine the mediating role of brand image in the relationship between Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), product quality, and purchase intention for Adidas shoes. Utilizing a causal quantitative research design, the study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the proposed hypotheses and explain the relationships between variables. The sample was selected through purposive sampling, focusing on undergraduate students at Ganesha University of Education who are familiar with the Adidas brand. The results of the study reveal that E-WOM and product quality both have positive and significant effects on consumers’ purchase intention, while brand image also independently influences purchase intention in a positive and significant manner. Moreover, the findings indicate that E-WOM and product quality each positively and significantly affect brand image. Importantly, brand image is shown to mediate the effects of both E-WOM and product quality on purchase intention, suggesting that a strong brand image serves as a form of economic capital that enhances consumer confidence and drives purchasing decisions. These results underscore the strategic importance of managing digital consumer feedback and maintaining high product standards to strengthen brand positioning and stimulate market demand. Future research could expand on these findings by incorporating variables such as brand loyalty, consumer trust, or the role of social media influencers to better understand purchasing behavior in the digital economy
The Role of Organizational Commitment Moderating Factors Affecting Budget Absorption
This study aims to prove the influence of budget planning, human resource competence, and utilization of information technology on budget absorption with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative research method, purposive sampling was used in the sample selection process, 185 respondents, including the Budget Implementation Coordinator (KPA), Budget Implementation Coordinator (PPK), Budget Implementation Coordinator (PPSPM), Head of Planning Sub-Division and Expenditure Treasurer in 37 work units under the Surabaya High Religious Court. The hypothesis was tested with SEM-PLS by SMART PLS 4.1.0.9. The results showed that budget planning does not affect budget absorption, human resource competence, and information technology, which significantly impacts budget absorption. Organizational commitment as a moderating variable does not moderate the impact of budget planning and human resource competence on budget absorption, but it does moderate the effect of information technology utilization on budget absorption
